In recent years, the business model innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a hot research issue, and it is also regarded as an important hot issue to promote the transformation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote economic transformation and development. In this study, we analyzes the influence of cross-border search and dynamic capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises in China on business model innovation. The model of influencing factors is established. After collecting relevant data through questionnaire survey, the model is verified and analyzed. It is verified that for small and medium-sized enterprises in China, dynamic capability and cross-border search have a positive and significant impact on enterprise business model innovation, and dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between cross-border search and enterprise business model innovation. Through this paper, we can give some enlightenment to the business model innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.

The purpose of this study was to develop a female entrepreneurial competency model. For the purpose, two Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted with seven outstanding female entrepreneurs, and three expert reviews were conducted. In addition, in order to verify the validity of the provisional female entrepreneur competency model derived from the FGI and competency modeling expert review, the female entrepreneur competency model was finally confirmed through a survey of 442 female entrepreneurs. The results were as follows. First, a female entrepreneur competency model consisting of 6 competency groups and 25 competencies of entrepreneurship, emotion, business management, relationship management, strategic management, and multitasking, and 75 behavioral indicators describing each competency was developed. Second, sensibility and multitasking are competencies that reflect the characteristics of female entrepreneurs. In particular, 'social sense', which is the ability to be considerate of others in the emotional competency group and the ability to respond well to subtle nuances, and the multitasking competency group's unique strengths are women's ability to perform various tasks at the same time. The 'work-family control ability' of a female entrepreneur who maintains a balance between 'multi-tasking' and work and family is a representative competency of only female entrepreneurs. Third, the developed female entrepreneurship competency model is meaningful in that it not only increases female entrepreneurial competency so that prospective female entrepreneurs can successfully run a business through entrepreneurship education, but it also makes it easy for existing female entrepreneurs to reflect and improve their competencies. If we provide appropriate training programs to female entrepreneurs based on their competency, it will be possible to effectively enhance the entrepreneurial competency, which is the key to strengthening the competitiveness of female entrepreneurs. The female entrepreneur competency model developed through this study can provide a basis for future research on competency diagnosis and education needs analysis.

2007년 노동부의 사회적기업 육성법을 시행하면서 정부의 인증을 받으 사회적기업들이 탄생하였고 이는 기존의 국내 기존의 사회적기업의 개념과 정의에 새로운 국면을 탄생시켜 관련 연구들이 새롭게 시작되게 되었다. 또한, 시간이 지날수록 학계, 정부, 민간의 사회적 기업(Social Enterprise)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 앞으로도 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 인해 사회적 기업이 많이 늘어날 것이다. 하지만, 사회적 기업이 추구하는 가치에 대한 정확한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 발전(Sustainable Development)에 대한 연구는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치, 환경적 가치 등에 관한 개념을 국내외 문헌 고찰을 통해 폭넓게 제시하며, 아울러 이제 막 태동하기 시작한 사회적 기업에 대한 확장적 사고를 통해 지속적인 발전이 가능한 사회적 기업의 바람직한 모델에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선진 해외 사회적 기업의 다양한 모델 사례를 다양하게 제시하고, 이를 통해 우리나라 사회적 기업이 추구해야 할 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 가치에 대한 폭넓은 시각에 기초하여 기업가적인(entrepreneurial) 사회적 기업의 다양한 모델을 제시함으로써 우리나라 사회적 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여할 수 있는 의미 있는 연구이라고 판단된다.

정보의 중요성과 함께 컴퓨터를 중심으로 급속하게 발전한 정보기술은 정보를 가공하고 의사결정에 도움을 주며 전략적 차원에서 우위를 가지게 하는 역할을 하였고 조직의 구조를 근본적으로 개편하였다. 이로 인해 새로운 개념인 '가상기업'을 창출하였다. 본 논문은 정보화 사회에 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 것으로 예상되는 가상기업의 모델을 제시하고 실제적인 가상기업 구축방법을 제시하는 목적이 있다. 먼저 아직 초기 단계의 개념인 가상기업의 개념 정립을 위해 인터넷 자료와 문헌 연구를 통하여 가상기업에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 모델에서는 기존 연구들을 종합하여 가상기업의 정의를 내리고 정의를 중심으로 특징과 단점을 제시하였다. 다음으로 퍼지이론을 응용하여 가상기업의 구축방법을 제시하였다. 구축방법으로는 퍼지이론이 크게 세 부분에 적용이 된다. 첫째로 퍼지이론이 사용되는 부분은 현재의 업무를 분석하여 기존의 업무와 유사성을 찾는 작업이다. 분석된 업무를 통해 제시된 기준을 이용하여 기존의 업무와 유사한 성격을 가진 기존 업무를 찾고 이 업무를 효과적으로 수행 한 팀들을 찾는 작업이 이루어진다. 둘째로 각 팀의 능력을 상대적으로 평가하는 방법에 퍼지 Rank Ordering 방법을 사용한다. 여러 팀이 기존의 업무를 수행한 결과 나타날 때 각 팀의 이번 업무에서 요구하는 기준에 상대적으로 만족하는 정도를 파악한다. 마지막으로 퍼지 종합적 평가 방법을 이용하여 가상조직의 업무에 적절한 팀을 찾아내는 작업을 한다.

The concepts of entrepreneurship are very various. So many researchers are confused or not sure of the concepts of entrepreneurship. Some entrepreneurship researches has defined the entrepreneurship as 'self-employment. This study try to set a comprehensive conceptual model of concepts of entrepreneurship through classification of word and phrase with job analysis and competence model. Several concepts of entrepreneurship which important prior researchers, had defined are analysed into 'subject', 'object', 'verb', 'goal and behavioral results' with content analysis. Also, Several concepts of entrepreneur which important prior researchers had defined, are analysed into 'individual psychological traits', 'competence and ability', 'motive', and 'function or job (business).' This study suggests a integrated conceptual model of entrepreneurship based on analysed results.

Recently, the safety of being processed in a corporate enterprise with a wide range of IT skills applied to the Corporate Affairs information services are increasing requirement. Businesses that are required by various IT corporate information technology services to companies that need to protect information being leaked to other companies, a security incident has been applied and is growing, but is lacking about how to respond to the protection of corporate information services. In this paper, the information that is important in the corporate authority by the user's access control model to reduce the number of security incidents such as information leakage and security services for enterprise informatization is proposed. The proposed model can be used in order to block the access of the users to access information managed by a central administrator role and the rights of users to access information any abnormality has been captured. In addition, the proposed model can take advantage of protecting corporate information from the systematic recovery and operational continuity strategies to build your company's information services.

The purpose of this study is to present the factors that affect business model and product innovation on the enterprise performance of the mobile ecosystem, and to confirm the results of whether they have an effect. To this end, through prior research, business model factors and product innovation factors were defined in the mobile ecosystem that was the mother of the 4th industry, and a hypothesis that each factor will affect corporate performance was established. Through the exploratory surveys and interviews, the value proposition of the business model proved to have a positive (+) effect on the financial and non-disaster performance of the company, and the innovation was proved to have a positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of the company. It was analyzed that the price competitiveness of product innovation had a positive (+) effect on the financial factors of a company, and the initial market entry had a positive (+) effect on the non-financial factors. With this study, we propose the criteria for reviewing the performance of companies that are rapidly competing in the 4th industrial revolution in terms of business model and product innovation.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

기업들은 ITIL 기반의 IT 서비스 관리체계 도입으로 IT 서비스에 대한 객관적인 가치 평가를 기대하고 도입한다. 하지만 기업들의 IT 서비스 관리체계의 성과지표들은 관리 중심적인 성과모델로써 가치 평가보다는 IT 운영 관리 중심으로 활용되고 있으며, IT 거버넌스의 전략적 의사결정을 위한 가치 연계와 책임 추적성, 성과 측정 및 위험 관리를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 가치 중심의 성과지표 모델을 통해 IT 거버넌스를 지원하고, 기업의 지속적이고 체계적인 투자관리를 통해 기업 가치 향상과 투명한 IT 투자에 기여하길 기대한다.

최근 금융기관에서는 축적된 금융 빅데이터를 활용하여 차별화된 서비스를 강화하고 있다. 기업고객에 투자하기 위해서는 보다 정밀한 기업분석이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대만기업 6,819개의 95개 재무데이터를 가지고, 비대칭 데이터 문제해결, 데이터 표준화 등 데이터 전처리 작업을 하였다. 해당 데이터는 로지스틱 회기, SVM, K-NN, 나이브 베이즈, 의사결정나무, 랜덤포레스트 등 9가지 분류모델에 5겹 교차검증을 적용하여 학습한 후 모델 성능을 비교하였다. 이 중에서 성능이 가장 우수한 분류모델을 선택하여 예측 결정 이유를 판단하고자 설명 가능한 인공지능(XAI)을 적용하여 예측 결과에 대한 설명을 부여하여 이를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 데이터 전처리에서부터 모델 예측 결과 설명에 이르는 분류예측모델의 전주기를 자동화하는 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.
