This study starts from an experience-oriented perspective that raises the need to examine the individual's cultural consumption experience with qualitative approach. In particular, this study aims to analyze in-depth the journey of the performance experience by connecting with offline-based social relationships as well as online-based informative and communicative behaviors. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 teams (30 people) by setting up two people as research units, and self-recorded data using the mobile application were collected. Results showed that social media and online communication play an important role before and after the performance in amplifying the performance experience and the consumer's taste developments. This study also found that relational aspects of the performance experience by identifying the significance of the partners and the existence of the cultural taste leader. For each result, there was a difference among audience proficiency: enthusiastic, interested, and indifferent audiences. Based on these results, we suggest that the performance experience should not be limited to the performance itself, but should be understood in a comprehensive manner before and after the performance, and that the consumption of the performance takes place in a social relationship, not in an individual's own experience only.

In 2020, the solar and space environment division at the Korea Space Science Society surveyed the status of data archives in solar physics, magnetosphere, and ionosphere/upper atmosphere in Korea to promote broader utilization of the data and research collaboration. The survey includes ground- and satellite-based instruments and developing models by research institutes and universities in Korea. Based on the survey results, this study reports the status of the ground-based instruments, data products in the ionosphere and upper atmosphere, and documentation of them. The ground-based instruments operated by the Korea Polar Research Institute and Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute include ionosonde, Fabry-Perot interferometer in Arctic Dasan stations, Antarctic King Sejong/Jang Bogo stations, and an all-sky camera, VHF radar in Korea. We also provide information on total electron content and scintillation observations derived from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) station networks in Korea. All data are available via the webpage, FTP, or by request. Information on ionospheric data and models is available at http://ksss.or.kr. We hope that this report will increase data accessibility and encourage the research community to engage in the establishment of a new Space Science Data Ecosystem, which supports archiving, searching, analyzing, and sharing the data with diverse communities, including educators, industries, and the public as wells as the research scientist.

Under the long-term influence of COVID-19, offline activities were interrupted and online communication became the main way. With the rapid development of Korean Wave and network information technology, there have been many entertainment communication platforms. Fans can communicate with stars and other fans and share information through entertainment and communication platforms. This can improve users' perception of the value of entertainment communication platforms, arouse emotional resonance and have a positive impact on users' platform recommendation intention. In this study, the influence of user interaction, identity and recommendation intention of entertainment communication platforms was investigated by questionnaire. The results are as follows: First, the interaction between fans and content has a positive effect on psychological and behavioral identity. Second, the interaction between fans does not affect their psychological and behavioral identity. Third, the interaction between fans and stars has a positive impact on psychological identity and behavior identity. Fourth, psychological identity and behavioral identity have a positive impact on community members' willingness to recommend. Behavioral identity plays a partial mediating role between psychological identity and recommendation intention. Based on the above analysis results, the present situation, limitations and future research directions of this study are put forward.

In-depth interview in the field of hospitality industry services was conducted in COVID- 19. Introduction of kiosks for non-face-to-face services using untact technology, reservation, pay systems, self-service, service improvement using room service should be carried out. It is also necessary to implement Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, P-blogs, online broadcasting and live commerce through the establishment of m-channel system through untact marketing sales channels in the hospitality industry now that the product composition to solve the pro -blem of untact marketing is drawing attention due to diversification of online sales channe -ls. Now, the recognition of important elements of service education and a establishment of differentiated system of untact marketing, expansion of untact sale channel, implementation of non-face-to-face counseling service and introduction of pre-booking, telecommuting were recognized as urgent parts. In particular, a service differentiation and importance of human services, which were recognized free of charge, have re-recognized as premium, and quality service aspect of the hospitality industry in untact and the direction to diversify marketing channels are presented.

The purpose of this study is to have an opportunity to enhance the role of cultural intermediaries in the region as interest in the cultural media sector increased with the implementation of the Law for Promotion of Regional Culture. First, I discussed the need to pay attention to the local Cultural Intermediaries group as the background of the discussion, confirming that the existing research on the cultural mediation sector was focused on cultural workers in public institutions and government projects. Next, for the theoretical discussion, I reviewed the role of cultural intermediaries contributing to the production of meaning via the concept of cultural intermediaries by Pierre Bourdieu, and described that the mediation of regions and cultures began to emerge as an alternative to the existing centralized structure of cultural production in the context of Korea after the late 1990s. It was found that practices that mediate the region and culture were developed around the group of public artists and cultural activists and the intermediary group played a role in revealing various aspects of the region and dynamically constructing the local public sphere through these cultural practices. Lastly, local curator's cases (Space Beam, Space Imsi, Incheon Spectacle) were studied. The actual cases of activity were analyzed through the cultural practices by focusing on what alternative meanings had been produced in the region and how the region was represented. Each case showed the mediating activity that attempts to change the environment of life while sharing local issues with communities, projects that reconstructs the local professional art sector into a public sphere, and mediating activity that represents local daily culture and form networks through independent publications.

More than a year has already passed since the Gyeongbuk Hemp Regulation Free Zone Project was implemented, and it is time to supplement and review the deficiencies in production history management for the domestic hemp industry after the Free Regulatory Zone. In this study, the current status and characteristics of cannabis history management in the Gyeongbuk Hemp Regulation Free Zone project were investigated, and problems with current history management were derived using service design tools such as pilot interviews, shadowing, and Customer journey map. The case of the cannabis production system and the CTS recommended for the legal cannabis market in Oregon, a leading country, was compared and analyzed, and the direction was to secure safety through production cycle history management suitable for growth characteristics, efficient technology application for real-time management, and history information sharing. Through this study, it is expected that it will help improve the current hemp production history management system and properly settle the history management system of domestic hemp industrialization in the future.

The goal of this study is to explore and draw implicaitons from international and domestic media and information literacy (MIL) policies and educational systems. To this end, international policy documents issued by UNESCO, IFLA, OECD, and the EU as well as domestic South Korean laws and policies related to MIL and the fuctions of public libraries and related institutions were analyzed. The findings show that international organizations recognize public libraries as institutions that are responsible for providing information access and supporting knowledge sharing for citizens within and outside of formal education systems. Additionally, public libraries are seen as institutions responsible for supporting lifelong learning and civic education, as well as improving media, information, and digital literacy skills of their communities. In South Korea, the Library Act gives public libraries and librarians responsibility for improving citizens' MIL to support the public's right to know and to narrow the information gap. However, the functions of public libraries and librarians in South Korea have been limited or excluded in the domestic MIL policies. This study concludes that public libraries and librarians are responsible for reducing the information gap among citizens and should actively participate in policy development to improve citizens' MIL skills.

This study aims to analyze safety reports received through the recently added SMS safety self-report in the Air Force's "integrated air control management" system, identify hazards, present improvements by region (base), and lay the foundation for future data-based safety management. To identify risk factors, it was first classified by base based on data classified into 16 groups in the autonomous reporting system, and second classified in detail based on the type and description. Risk factors were analyzed for the most reported control cooperation (306) items, and improvements were derived by dividing risk factors into information sharing, regulations, procedures, education, training, and equipment items based on the analysis results. It was confirmed that risk factors and specific improvements vary by base (12), which is important data that can present statistical analysis and the direction of safety management in the flight control field by base (region). In addition, since there is no data-based risk factor analysis study for each specific base (region), it can be used in the future as basic research data for data-oriented safety management.

통합물관리는 2000년 이전부터 필요성이 논의되다가 2019년 물관리기본법이 제정·시행되면서 수량, 수질, 수생태, 방재 등 분야의 물관리 통합이 단계적으로 추진되고 있다. 수자원장기종합계획, 물환경관리 기본계획, 국가물관리기본계획, 4대강별 유역물관리종합계획 등이 수립되거나 수립중에 있다. 2021년 6월에 수립된 국가물관리기본계획에서는 통합물관리 정량지표들을 물환경, 물이용, 물안전, 물산업, 거버넌스의 5개 분야로 구분하여 제시하였고, 4대강 유역물관리종합계획(안)에서는 국가기본계획의 지표들을 근간으로 유역별 특성을 고려한 정량지표를 설정하고 있다. 수자원장기종합계획부터 유역물관리종합계획까지 통합물관리 정량지표들의 변천 내용과 현황을 검토하였다. 수자원장기종합계획(2016~2020)의 전략과 목표는 "①맑은 물 공급: 급수보급율, 관망 복선화율, 댐 부족량 공급기준, 비상급수 피해인구, 스마트시티 음용률, 누수율 저감, 물 기본법 제정, ②홍수안전 기반구축: 하천기본계획, 하천정비, 수해금액, 도시하천 종합치수대책 수립, 국가하천 홍수예보 지점, 홍수예보시간 단축지점 비율, ③친수환경 조성: 하천유지유량, 하천 이용객, 어류종 및 철새종 증가, ④수자원산업 및 기술개발: 일자리, 수자원산업 육성제도, 해외수주액, 외국 MOU, 국제회의, 남북공유하천 협의"이었다. 물환경관리 기본계획(2016~2025)의 전략과 목표는 "①물순환 체계: 불투수면적률 25% 초과지역, ②깨끗한 물 확보: 상수원 수질달성, ③생태계 서비스 증진: 수생태계 건강성 달성, ④물환경 기반 조성: 산업폐수 유해물질 배출저감, 상수원 4대강 보의 총인 농도와 남조류 세포수, ⑤경제·문화적 가치 창출: 국민체감 만족도"이었다. 국가물관리기본계획에서는 "①물환경: 하천·호소 목표수질 달성률, 수생태계 건강성 B등급 이상 비율, ②물이용: 수돗물 만족률-직·간접 음용률, 노후 상수관로-하수관로 개량, ③물안전: 가뭄피해 인구, 홍수피해 인구-피해액, 댐안전성 강화율, ④물산업: 물관리 R&D 예산, 수량·수질·수생태 통합측정 중권역 비율, 물산업 매출액의 수출액 비중, 한국 주도 국제협력 의제, ⑤거버넌스: 미정"을 계획지표로 하였다. 유역종합계획에서는 4대강별로 거버넌스를 포함하여, "①물환경: 국가계획지표, 주요 상수원 수질, ②물이용: 노후 상하수관로 개량, 지방상수도 유수율, ③물안전: 한해 인구, 수해 인구-피해액, 하천정비율, ④물산업: 물산업 일자리 창출, ⑤거버넌스: 물포럼, 시민참여활동"을 정량지표로 고려하고 있다.

This article presents a one and half-year process of Lesson Study conducted at a K-8 school in an urban district in the eastern U.S. Lesson Study, a Japanese form of professional development that centers on collaborative study of live classroom lessons, has spread rapidly in the U.S. since 1999 and has been argued as a promising alternative model for teacher-led school reform through professional development. The Lesson Study group described here was composed of five teachers, one administrator, and one instructional improvement coordinator belonging to the participant school and two instructional super-intendants from the school district. Data was collected from October 2007 to February 2009 and a qualitative case study method was employed for this study. Drawing a case of Lesson Study, this article intended to show how Lesson Study group members participated in planning, teaching, observing, discussing, and improving lessons collaboratively for student learning by enhancing teacher professional competence so that find directions for future implementation in Korea. This article investigates (1) process of Lesson Study, (2) issues Lesson Study group members mainly dealt with, and (3) changes have taken place in Lesson Study as it is conducted over time. (4) Finally, this article concludes with challenges to adopting Lesson Study successfully in Korea.
