A Study of Policy Direction on O2O industry developing (O2O산업 발전을 위한 정책방향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of O2O industry policy for solving the conflict problems with the traditional industry stakeholder and for enhancing the regulations as new industry development is inevitable. We make use of TAIDA that is one of scenario methods to accomplish the purpose and suggest the direction of policy. First, it is needed to prepare directly by government the environment that new business models are able to emerge easily with various consulting services and information supports like public system servers and IT infra, it is practical support policy. Second, positive legal application for new business and making the law for new business are needed in legal issues situation as soon as possible. Third, the conflicts with old and new industry would be managed to the direction of "predictable" progressively. Incongruity among laws, safety and security problems, and the conflict of stakeholder are urgent. Because of the limit in this study, it is expected that O2O industry is categorized in detail aligned to the characteristics and that new policies along to the separate industry areas are developed by the following study.

  • The advancement and the spread of information and communication technology (ICT) changes the way we live and act. Computer and ICT devices become smaller and invisible, and they are now virtually everywhere in the world. Many socio-economic activities are now subject to the use of computer and ICT devices although we don't really recognize it. Various socio economic activities supported by digital devices leave digital records, and a myriad of these records becomes what we call'big data'. Big data differ from conventional data we have collected and managed in that it holds more detailed information of socio-economic activities. Thus, they offer not only new insight for our society and but also new opportunity for policy analysis. However, the use of big data requires development of new methods and tools as well as consideration of institutional issues such as privacy. The goals of this research are twofold. Firstly, it aims to understand the opportunities and challenges of using big data for planning support. Big data indeed is a big sum of microscopic and dynamic data, and this challenges conventional analytical methods and planning support tools. Secondly, it seeks to suggest ways of visualizing such spatial big data for planning support. In this regards, this study attempts to develop a dynamic visualization model and conducts an experimental case study with mobile phone big data for the Jeju island. Since the off-the-shelf commercial software for the analysis of spatial big data is not yet commonly available, the roles of open source software and computer programming are important. This research presents a pilot model of dynamic visualization for spatial big data, as well as results from them. Then, the study concludes with future studies and implications to promote the use of spatial big data in urban planning field.

Influence of Internal Competency on the Job Satisfaction Based on General Hospital (종합병원 내부역량이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between internal capabilities and job satisfaction using the 7S model and propose measures to improve management performance through internal factors. For this study, seven research hypotheses were set up, and the survey conducted among members of all professions working in general hospitals in small and medium-sized cities in the provinces. From September 20 to October 20, 2016, 385 people were surveyed, and 327 pieces of data (84.9%) used for the study. Multiple regression analyses were performed to verify the effects of internal capabilities on job satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the explanatory power of the research model was suitable by showing 69.1%, and among the 7S factors, the leadership style (β=.392**), the organizational structure (β=.129*), the membership (β=.232**), and the management technique (β=.204*) showed a positive influence on job satisfaction. That has been confirmed to affect job satisfaction as the standardized factor values increase. Relationships between strategies, systems, and shared values on job satisfaction could not be identified. Significantly observed in the relationship between some internal capacity factors and job satisfaction is that internal capacity can be used as an alternative to an organization's performance improvement measures. Internal capacity can be affected by various environmental variables, such as establishment classification, size, and location. Further implications will also be provided for measuring future internal satisfaction levels separately from internal and external factors.

A Comparative Study on Business Ecosystem of Samsung and Xiaomi: Focus on CPND Value Chain of IoT Industry (삼성과 샤오미의 기업생태계 비교 연구: IoT 산업의 CPND 가치사슬을 중심으로)

  • In response to changes in the global market environment, companies in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry have begun to pursue cooperation and competition on a business ecosystem level. In particular, to become a leader in the new growth engine industry of Internet of Things (IoT), companies around the globe aim to consolidate vertically up the value chain through a solid establishment of their platforms. This paper looks at Samsung and Xiaomi, whose strategies for creating an ecosystem based on their own platforms differ in accordance to the ecosystem in which they compete. An analysis of these two companies indicate that Samsung pursues a strategy to become the market standard by openly sharing its platform with complementary companies, whereas Xiaomi pursues a strategy that achieves value as a channel owner through the restriction on which companies may become partners. This paper concludes that as Samsung and Xiaomi strive to become IoT industry leaders, each company pursues a variant of a platform-based value chain integration strategy based on the specific nature of the ecosystems in which they compete, thereby creating value through a symbiotic relationship with their partner companies.

A Study on Improving Availability of Open Data by Location Intelligence (위치지능화를 통한 공공데이터의 활용성 향상에 관한 연구)

  • The open data portal collects data created by public institutions and opens and shares them according to related laws. With the activation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, all sectors of our society are demanding high quality data, but the data required by the industry has not been greatly utilized due to the lack of quantity and quality. Numerous data collected in the real world can be implemented in cyber physical systems to simulate real-world problems, and alternatives to various social issues can be found. There is a limit to being provided. Location intelligence is a technology that enables existing data to be represented in space, enabling new value creation through convergence. In this study, to present location intelligence of open data, we surveyed the status of location information by data in open data portal. As a result, about 60% of the surveyed data had location information and the representative type was address. Appeared. Therefore, by suggesting location intelligence of open data based on address and how to use it, this study aimed to suggest a way that open data can play a role in creating future social data-based industry and policy establishment.

국가 간 감성이미지의 비교 연구 - 색체이미지 척도를 이용한 제품 이미지의 평가 -

  • 특정 제품이 가진 "감성 이미지"란 그 제품의기능과 함께 제품의 감각적 요소 그리고 사용자가 제품에 대해 가진 개념적인 사고 과정의 산물이다. 감성이미지의 국제 비교 연구는 사용자가 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 이미지를 국가나 문화의 맥락 속에서 상호 비교 평가하여, 각 국가나 사회집단을 특팅지울 수 있는 문화적 감성 요소를 추출하고자 하는 것이다. 즉, 각 국가의 생활문화 속에서 사용자들이 제품에 대해 가지는 감성이미지를 계량적으로 규명하고 비교 평가하며, 이 정보를 기초로 각국의 문화와 정서에 적합한 제품 디자인의 모형을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구방법은 우선, 자동차 제품을 중심으로 '제품 이미지'를 나타내는 '언어 이미지'스케일을 각 문화 집단 별로 구성한다. 이 제품 이미지에 대비하여, 감성적 요소로 선정된 표준 색채 스케일을 중심으로 나타난 집단의 '이미지'를 상호 비교 평가한다. 이 경우, 각 국가별 집단에서 특징적으로 나타나는 제품의 주요 특성이 감성 이미지로 표현되는 색채 이미지에 어떻게 반영되는가를 상호 비교한다. 이 연구에서는 특정 지역의 사람들이 제품에 적용하는 감성이미지는 색채나 기타 감성 요소에 대한 선호의 문제가 아니라 그 집단의 사람들이 그 제품을 통해 표현하고자 하는 사회적 표상의 반영이라는 것을 보여준다. 따라서, 제품의 이미지가 각 국가별로 공유되는 감성 이미지로 변환되기 위해서는 동일한 의미나 상징성을 지닌 감성 요소를 활용하여 그 제품의 이미지를 포장할 수 있는 방법을 적용하는것이다. 본 연구에서는 각 문화 집단들이 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 사회적 표상(social representation) 체계를 색채스케일에서 나타난 감성 이미지를 통해 구체화하는 것이다.로서는 방전효율의 저하가 없는 양호한 성능을 보였으며, SC의 시범 작동시험을 실차(소나타 1800cc)에 장착하여 수행한 결과 20회 이상의 연속시동에서도 아무런 문제점 없이 잘 동작하였다.되는 데이타를 입력한후 마우스로 원하는 작업의 메뉴를 선택하면 된다. 방법을 타액과 혈청내 testosterone 농도 측정에 응용하여 RIA의 결과와 비교하여 본 바 상관관계가 타액에서 r=0.969, 혈청에서 r=0.990으로 두 결과가 잘 일치하였다. 본 실험에서 측정된 한국인 여성의 타액내 testosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. Therefore, in this paper, it provides a development process in order to establish a common standard for the evaluation of Internet ethics index. Development procedure of Internet ethics index in order to establish a common standard, "evaluation item (draft) derivation", "Creating a questionnaire", "the calculation of the analysis and item-by-item weight of the questionnaire", and a common reference determination of the stage having. Was also a questionnaire that target 46 people to calculate the weight of the common reference. Internet ethics index evaluation model through the establishment of the common standards developed in this paper, municipal road Office of Education, related organizations, high school, such as small, medium, can be utilized as an indicator to measure the Internet ethics education level.

On-Line music score recognition by DPmatching (DP매칭에 의한 On-Line 악보인식)

  • 컴퓨터의 기술적 발전은 사회 여러 분야에 막대한 영향을 끼쳤다. 그중 악보인식분야에도 커다란 영향을 주었다. 그러나, On-line 상에서 그린 악보를 실시간으로 정형화된 악보형태로 변환하는 처리에 대한 연구가 미흡하여 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 악보를 인식하고, 사용자의 편의를 도모하기 위해 DP(Dynamic Programming) 매칭 법을 이용한 On-Line 악보인식에 관한 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 실시간으로 입력되는 악상기호를 인식하기 위해, 가장 유효한 정보인 악상 기호내의 방향, x, y 좌표를 이용하여 벡터형태로 추출한 후 음표와 비음 표(쉼표, 기타기호)의 두개의 그룹으로 나누어진 표준패턴과의 DP매칭을 통해 인식한다. 먼저 tablet을 통해 실시간으로 악상 기호를 입력할 때 생기는 x, y좌표를 이용하여, 펜의 움직임에 대한 16방향 부호화를 수행한다. 음표와 비 음표를 구분하기 위한 시간을 줄이고자 16방향 부호화를 적용하지 않고 사사분면부호화를 적용한다. 음표를 약식으로 그릴 경우 음표 머리에 해당하는 부분의 좌표는 삼사분면에 분포하고, 폐곡선의 음표일 경우에는 좌표가 사사분면에 고르게 나타난다. 폐곡선을 제외한 음표의 머리는 폐곡선과 같은 조건이면서 입력받은 y좌표 값들 중에서 최소 값과 최대 값을 구한 다음 2로 나눈 값을 지나는 y좌표의 개수가 임의의 임계값 이상이면 음표로 판단한다. 위 조건을 만족하지 않을 경우 비 음표로 취급한다. 음표와 비 음표를 결정한 다음, 입력패턴과 표준패턴과의 DP매칭을 통하여 벌점을 구한다. 그리고 경로탐색을 통해 벌점에 대한 각각의 합계를 구해 최소 값을 악상기호로 인식하였다. 실험결과, 표준패턴을 음표와 비음표의 두개의 그룹으로 나누어 인식함으로써 DP 매칭의 처리 속도를 개선시켰고, 국소적인 변형이 있는 패턴과 특징의 수가 다른 패턴의 경우에도 좋은 인식률을 얻었다.리되고 이원화된 코드체계와 데이터 형태의 이질화를 통일하는 방법으로 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 제시하였다. 결국 병원에서 데이터웨어하우스 시스템의 구축은 임상, 연구, 교육의 유기적 순환관계를 정립하여 지식의 순환적 고리인 수집, 공유, 확산, 재창출을 지속적 유지할 수 있는 인프라를 구축해 준다. 반면 상이한 정보들간의 충돌과 이에 따른 해석의 오류로 잘못된 의사결정을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있고 기초정보의 접근 및 추출의 유용성에 의해서 정보유출에 대한 문제가 한계점으로 나타났다.로세스 개선을 위해서 무엇을 정말로 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 한국 소프트웨어 산업의 현실적인 특수성을 고려한 소프트웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. The Status of Science-Technology-Society Approach at the Junior High School Science Class in the Capital Area of Korea and Japan (한국과 일본의 수도권 소재 중학교 과학수업에서 과학-기술-사회적 접근의 적용 실태)

  • In this study, a questionnaires survey was administered to Korean and Japanese junior high school science teachers in the capital area to investigate the extents of Science-Technology-Society(STS) education practiced in science classroom. The responses of 69 Korean teachers and 33 Japanese teachers were analysed. The results showed that most of teachers in both country knew well about the meaning and the purpose of STS education. Also they realized the needs of applying the STS education in science class and had wills to do it. However, only about a half of teachers - more than a half of Japanese and less than a half of Korean - were practicing the STS related subjects, activities and assessments in the class. Teachers in both country responded that their science textbooks did not contain enough amounts of STS related contents and other STS education materials available were not much. Therefore, it is needed to include more STS related contents in the science textbooks and to develop various STS education materials and circulate them as well as to establish adequate teaching and assessment methods for STS education. Also activating teachers' meetings to circulate the informations and materials and improving the school environments are recommended.

Review of Soil Vulnerability Assessment Tools in Korea and other developed countries (국내외 토양 취약성 평가 연구 동향)

  • This study aims to provide the technical considerations and implications for the development of soil vulnerability assesment tool based on the review of existing tools and case studies applied both domestically and internationally. For this study, we specifically investigated the basic theories and major features implemented in the screening models abroad. In contrast, one case study of prioritizing the vulnerable districts was presented to identify the research trends in Korea. Our literature review suggested that the characteristic of target areas and contaminants needed to be properly incorporated into soil vulnerability assessment because the current tools in Korea neglected these properties which prevented this tool from being used as a correct measure of soil management and prevention. We also reached the conclusion that in terms of technical aspect, the soil vulnerability assessment tool should be developed based on the physical theory and environmental data that were varied over space and time so that the end-users were able to readily and effectively screen soil vulnerability over large areas. In parallel with technical improvement, great effort needed to be devoted to develop an integrated environmental information system that increased the availability of data and shared various types of environmental data through enhanced multi-agency collaboration.
