As the social acceptance of artificial intelligence increases, the number of cases of applying machine learning methods to companies is also increasing. Technical factors such as accuracy and interpretability have been the main criteria for selecting machine learning methods. However, the success of implementing machine learning also affects management factors such as IT departments, operation departments, leadership, and organizational culture. Unfortunately, there are few integrated studies that understand the success factors of machine learning selection in which technical and management factors are considered together. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose and empirically analyze a technology-management integrated model that combines task-tech fit, IS Success Model theory, and John Rice's algorithm selection process model to understand machine learning selection within the company. As a result of a survey of 240 companies that implemented machine learning, it was found that the higher the algorithm quality and data quality, the higher the algorithm-problem fit was perceived. It was also verified that algorithm-problem fit had a significant impact on the organization's innovation and productivity. In addition, it was confirmed that outsourcing and management support had a positive impact on the quality of the machine learning system and organizational cultural factors such as data-driven management and motivation. Data-driven management and motivation were highly perceived in companies' performance.

Robotics is a convergence technology with significant ripple effects across various industries, including manufacturing and services. Its importance has been increasingly underscored by advancements in artificial intelligence. As a crucial industry for addressing the challenges posed by a declining and aging production workforce and for enhancing manufacturing competitiveness, the training of robotics experts is now critically important. This paper examines the case of the Robot Job Innovation Center in Gumi City and proposes a strategy for training robotics experts and specialists in robot/AI-based signal processing. A core curriculum was carefully selected and implemented in actual educational settings, with key components necessary for developing a comprehensive educational framework detailed. The convergence of AI-based data signal processing and robotics represents a significant technological advancement poised to impact a wide array of industries. By proposing the comprehensive educational framework outlined in this paper, it is anticipated that related organizations will be able to effectively utilize these foundational elements to train experts in the field.

Most of waste sludge has generally been disposed in landfill site or dumped in the ocean, which will be banned by the content of its heavy metals according to London Dumping Convention in Korea. Therefore, environmentally friend methods are urgently required for the treatment and disposal of the sewage sludge. Thermal hydrolysis is one of the good treatment methods to solve the sludge problems. In this study, the physical and environmental testing was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of by-product cake from the thermal hydrolysis as liner or cover materials in landfill.

FinTech service industry has been growing rapidly around the world. It has driven innovation in financial and payment service industry with different channels such as mobile based on Information and Communications Technology (ICT). However, FinTech service is vulnerable to different security threats due to use the valuable data such as personal information and financial information. It is undeniable that collection and use of those information may increase the possibility of identity theft or privacy breach. In this paper will develop a self-checklist for the Simple Payment service users (Privacy Pragmatists) who want to make a rational decision to protect their personal information. The checklist is going to let the users assess the personal information protection by performing the assessment themself when they use the service. The body of this paper is going to analyze the items of the checklist and through the analysis, will suggest a security policy for personal information protection of FinTech service.

Many Countries in the world are struggling to foster the industry of international convention while attracting various international convention on the politics, economy society, culture, religion and sports. The needs of international conventiones are increasing now becourse of the expansion of international visitors exchanges and it affect on the promotion of national economy development of tour industry internal and overseas public relation of the countries. The important point in this situation is to make a consensus between public organization in eluding goverment related civil industry and academic society and set up and process the long term and short-term strategy basis on the consensus. First related facilities should be enlarged and inproved and maketing activities to hold the conventions that are propec to their facilities should be fostered. Second it is imporment to try to hold the international convention through in troducing our related abilities and facilies if the world and through Positive public realations and marketing activities in the world. Third to perform the inducde international conventions successfully the gualities of related personnel should be improved and the experts such as conventions Planner and simultaneous interprefec should be nurtured. Fourth related enterpries should be supported step by step by goverment level to foster their activifies on holding and operating the international conventions. Fifth the tourism effect can b promoted by harmonizing the tourism and international convention through building large scale convention centers in the cities. Therefore to develop the international conventions industry more positively and effectively publicity work and activity to hold of the goverment posifive and creative effort of related enterprise and people's active participation are all needed.

This study aims to investigate current status and problems of bookmobile services in Korea, especially focusing on human resources, vehicles, and collections. To do this, a questionnaire that contained questions on basic information, human resources, vehicles, collections and information and communication technologies was developed on the basis of 8 standards and guidelines related to bookmobile services and 77 bookmobiles belonging to public libraries and Saemaul bookmobiles were surveyed. As a result, many parts of human resources, vehicles, and collections of bookmobiles in Korea were inadequate to standards and guidelines related to bookmobile services. At the end of this study, some suggestions are made for improving bookmobile services in Korea. First, the human resources, vehicles, and collections of bookmobiles need to be innovated. Second, national policies for bookmobile services need to be reinforced. Third, perspectives on bookmobile need to be modified from economic approach to information welfare approach.

이 프로젝트는 미국의 소수민족학생들의 과학과 수학의 수행능력과 흥미를 갖도록 혁신적인 교육전략을 개발하기 위한 준 실험설계연구이다. 연구대상은 중학교 7학년과 8학년 학생으로, 과학과 수학에 흥미가 있고 성적이 우수하며, 신체적으로나 기능적으로 장애가 있고, 소수민족이고, 경제적으로 빈곤한 계층이며 여학생을 우선조건으로 실험집단 52명, 비교집단 28명이 무선표집되었다. 연구대상 대부분(72명)이 흑인이고, 나머지(8명)는 히스파니아인이다. 연구내용은 1) 방과후 학술활동 2) 사회적 기술활동 3) 현장학습 4) 가족지원 프로그램을 실험집단에 실시한 후 실험집단과 비교집단의 학업성취도와 실험집단의 자아개념과 프로젝트 활동에 대한 평가를 분석한 것이며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 1. 학업성취에 있어서 실험집단의 과학성적(CRT)이 통계적으로 비교집단보다 유의한 증가를 보였고, 프로젝트의 목표를 초과달성하였다. 비교집단도 자연적 성숙효과로 증가를 보였으나 유의도는 실험집단보다 낮았다. 2. 학생들의 프로젝트에 대한 평가는 긍정적이었다. 프로젝트 목적과 명확성, 현장학습의 적절성, 게임이나 학술활동보다 현장학습의 선호, 특히 자아존중감 활동이 많은 도움이 되었다고 보고하였다. 3. 실험집단의 자아개념은 프로젝트 기간동안 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였으나 학업 성취와의 상관관계는 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 이 프로젝트의 한국적 상황의 적용에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

The writers study on the development and the prospect of computer map based on the most recent computer mapping technical aspects. We also study domestic prospect of computer map in connection with the present condition of domestic GIS. The main results are as follows: (1) Computer map has rapidly developed in spite of its short history. We expect that computer map will be improved more in the future owing to the development of computer hardware and software. Most mapping processes will be possible sooner or later owing to Artificial Intelligence(AI) and more improved scanner without human effort. (2) Computer map can be used for various industrial fields and its development can give a great help for technical advance in correlated industries. (3) Computer map has really developed in the country since 1980, when GIS was introduced. Especially, government planned to digitalize all the basic topographical maps covering the whole country between 1996-1998. We think that there is an epoch-making change in the development history of computer map in the future. (4) The development of GIS is closely connected with one of computer map, but the recent technical levels of GIS is not perfect. So there is an urgent need for technical supplement to produce good computer maps. (5) The government had better construct GIS database in order to cut down expenses derived from overlapping input of data by individual users and there is a need for data standard.

The development of information technologies has contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training in firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with a one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of tune, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables affect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. Eight hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line site design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed with future studies.
