In recent years, the specialized construction industry has undergone major construction and major industries, and without considering the technical expertise of construction works, the construction industry is promoting the integration and establishment of specialized construction industries according to convenience and abolition of their own industries. As the reorganization plan causes confusion in the production structure and lacks persuasive power by aiming only for industry simplification, it is judged to be desirable to review it according to the detailed characteristics of the specialized construction industry. In this study, -to review the reorganization of a rational classification system that considers the specific nature of the specialization of specialized construction projects, the classification of construction works, major work contents and characteristics, technical expertise, and problems of largescale industry in the case of painting construction and landscaping construction was analyzed. Based on this, aspects to be considered when reorganizing the current professional construction industry classification system are identified and reasonable improvement plans for each industry are suggested.

This study investigated the preservice and inservice elementary teachers' perceptions on professionalism of teaching profession, professionalism of science teaching, and their self-efficacy on science teaching. For this study, 64 sophomore, 53 senior preservice teachers and 23 elementary teachers who were also graduate students were participated. The questionnaires consisted of 5 Likert scaled and descriptive items about the professionalism of teaching profession, professionalism of science teaching, and self-efficacy on science teaching. The results showed that some areas of the professionalism of teaching profession had significant differences between the grades in preservice teachers and/or inservice teachers. Most preservice teachers and teachers thought that they need to have professional ability, but not a few teachers thought it was not necessary to have professionalism of science teaching as a elementary teacher, even though their major was science education. The teachers who had higher perceptions on the needs of the professionalism of science teaching showed high self-efficacy on science teaching.

This study analyzed the effects of TLO's organization size, expertise, and economic compensation on technology transfer performance using the panel data of Government-Funded Research Institutes in 2013-2016. First, the size of TLO personnel and budget have a positive effect on the technology transfer performance. However, in the case of TLO manpower, the statistical significance of the effect on the number of technology transfers was only 90%, and it did not affect royalty. Second, TLO expertise has a strong impact on technology transfer performance. It shows that the number of professional license holders, such as patent attorney or a technology valuer, has a statistically significant effect on the increase of the technology transfer number and the royalty under the 99% confidence level. However, unlike expected, the size of the Ph.D. did not seem to have any effect on technology transfer performance. Finally, the economic compensation for TLO does not affect both the number of technology transfers and the royalty. It does not seem to work as an appropriate incentive system, because the absolute size of the compensation is too small. The results of the above analysis suggest that it is important to secure expertise in order for the TLO organization to play a substantial role, and it is necessary to improve the economic compensation system to attract TLOs to technology transfer.

This article examines the professional status of radiographers in an attempt to answer the question "Radiographers: responsible medical professional or detached employee?" Comparisons are made on the past and present views of radiography with thoughts given into the possible change for the future. It can be clearly seen that the professional rights have been taken away as a result of overwhelming medical dominance but changes are slowly taking to place which are attempting to replace the lost autonomy to place radiography as a profession once again.

This study examined the influence of professionalism of Pilates instructors on attractiveness of instructors and adherence of participants. The subjects of this study were 229 Pilates participants in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS & AMOS 18.0 version. The results are as follows. First, the professionalism of Pilates instructors partially affects the attraction. Second, the professionalism of Pilates instructors has partially influence on the adherence of Pilates participants. Third, the attraction of Pilates instructors has partially an effect on the adherence of Pilates participants. Lastly there is a causal relationship between professionalism, attraction of Pilates instructors and adherence of Pilates participants.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-leadership of teachers who conduct free-selection activities in kindergartens. In addition, we analyze the mediating effect of teacher self-efficacy. This study was conducted using data gathered through a survey conducted on 325 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas from September 17 to 28, 2018. To analyze the data, the author used SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs to conduct reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The result of the verification of the hypothesis showed that self-leadership of kindergarten teachers who engaged in free-selection activities positively influenced self-efficacy. Self-leadership of teachers who employed free-selection activities had a positive effect on the expertise of teachers as well. Also, self-efficacy of kindergarten teachers positively affected expertise of these teachers. In addition, the self-leadership of kindergarten teachers mediated self-efficacy, so that the indirect effect on teacher expertise was statistically significant. Also, the direct effect of self-leadership on expertise of teachers was significant, which showed that the self-efficacy of the kindergarten teachers indirectly mediated the relationship between self-leadership and expertise of the teachers. This study showed that to enhance expertise of kindergarten teachers, this requires enhancing self-leadership of teachers. Also, in order to enhance the level of self-efficacy of teachers, necessary knowledge and skills that can enhance self-efficacy of these teachers in their working environment should be provided. In addition, someone who can play the role of active facilitator or helper is needed in order to enhance expertise of these teachers.

The purpose is qualitative study on the search for professionalism in the teaching profession among students who are completing the nursing teaching profession. The participants of this study consisted of 14 students who are completing teaching positions at University H located in S city and University M located in province K. For data collection, a group was formed on the professions of public health teachers, and interviews and self-reports were prepared. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method. As a result of analyzing the professionalism of nursing students' health teachers, 29 meaningful statements were derived from 3 categories, 7 topics, and theme clusters. The three categories were derived as 'recalling the first meeting with the health teacher', 'professional intuition of the public health teacher in the conventional wisdom', and 'professional intuition as a teacher'. The results of this study were provided to understand the professional intuition of public health teachers, and it was possible to confirm the opportunity to have various social participation as nurses. In addition, it is expected that it will be used as basic data for students' career guidance and counseling.
