This paper proposes two methods for the construction of job offer and job hunting information in order to supply an environment that can easily connects to job hunting information. First, the database expansion, category rules and ERD(Entity Relation Diagram) are designed for the construction of job hunting site with real example. Second, the prime number labeling rules are designed for the strong intimacy of label rules. Therefore, according to using the systematic and regular rules when we design and construct a database, the consistency and efficiency are improved in the database being constructed and being operated. And the convenience of application program development and operation are easily provided. In addition, the proposed code-expansion rule can be defined and be standardized in the domestic and foreign job offer and job hunting information provision agency.

Due to the digital technology, the TV broadcasting platform is evolving to the digital-TV, which is supporting data broadcasting service. Although the data broadcasting services (i.e., games, wether information, stock trading service) provide rich entertainment to viewers, they make the operation manners of digital-TV so complex that some viewers feel difficulty in using their TV sets. Several researches have been performed to address the problem by improving the functions of EPG such as searching and reserving programs, applying gesture and voice recognition technologies to operating EPG, guiding the design of the EPG's user interface, and developing agents helping EPG to behave intelligently. A research, however, that tries to address the problem that viewers have different familiarities with IT services has not been performed yet. The paper tackles the problem by letting a viewer to choose an EPG configuration (among the several EPG configurations provided by a broadcasting network) and designing an EPG that implements an EPG configuration based on the choice.

현재의 망 관리 모델이 대부분은 사용에 대한 관리자의 방대한 경험과 지식이 필요하며 관리 정보 설정의 지역적 한계가 있다는 문제점이 있다. 더구나, 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 몇가지 관리 기술들을 서로 다른 관리 정보 모델을 정의하여 사용하거나 다른 관리 프로토콜을 사용하여 통신하므로 호환성을 가지지 못한다. 따라서 관리자들은 자신이 관리하는 시스템이나 네트워크에 지원하는 관리 기술에 따라 여러 가지 관리 도구들을 혼용해야만 하고, 이것은 관리자에게 큰 부담이 되고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 망 관리 기술에 웹 기술이나 자바와 같은 새로운 인터넷 기반 기술들을 도입하는 시도가 이루어지고있으며, 이러한 접근 방법을 '웹 기반 관리 기술'이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 보다 간편하고 효율적인 망 관리를 위해 웹 기반 망 관리 기술을 소개하고 설계한다. 이 기술은 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 망 관리를 함으로써 간단하면서도 친숙한 인터페이스, 언제어디서든지 관리가 가능하며 모든 유형의 네트워크를 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

This paper aimed to explore the possible popular song's linkage to tourism promotion material. Especially focusing on the lyrics of Korean popular song, which explicitly containing exoticism in title or lyrics in early and mid of 20 centuries, this research verified how authors represented the one of Dann's language of tourism thesis: strangeness perspective in tourism and language of differentiation. Result suggested that song writers, as of their imaginary by-product or personal experience, present exoticism in lyrics of song in various ways: exaggerating, creating, stereo-typing exotic place. Fulfilling the Dann's idea, songs elaborately delivered familiar words, conspicuously by personifying place, allocating young ladies and mentioning origin or hometown. The research was efforts to find the origin of entertainment contents savvy-tourism promotion and also traced potential tourist's collective imagination toward potential overseas tourism destination.

With the dramatic development of science and technology since the twentieth century, attempts to overcome human's natural and physical limitations through technology have actually reached a peak. Transhumanism is a movement that strongly affirms these human technological attempts. However, this optimistic belief of transhumanism in technology meets the strong resistance of opponents contending that transhumanism might destroy human nature and severely undermine human values and rights. The focus of the transhumanism debate lies in what technology means to humans. However, in order to exactly grasp the essence of transhumanism, we should first consider our 'life-world', where technology and humans are closely intertwined. The word 'life-world(Lebenswelt)' which originally comes from Husserl, is an open and universal world as a horizon that is the basis of all human practical activities and at the same time encompasses its products in itself. According to Husserl, the process of incorporating human products into the life-world is a kind of 'familiarization' process through which specific theories and techniques are harmonized with our lives in the life-world. Such harmonization and familiarization of technology could be also considered a humanization of technology. It is a process in which technology is assimilated and corresponds to the finiteness of human and the life-world. In this sense, we could say that the transhumanistic attempts are just a natural expression of human desire to be perfect in the life-world and that they should not be overly concerned or overestimated.

얼굴인식 기술은 접촉에 대한 거부감이나 불편함이 없이 친숙하고 편리하게 사용자를 식별하고 인식할 수 있으며, 부가적인 센서 장비가 필요없다는 측면에서 개인 인증 및 보안 시스템으로서의 활용성이 매우 높다. 본 고에서는 여러 가지 장점들을 지닌 얼굴 인식 시스템의 구현 사례를 실시간 얼굴 검출 기술과 특징 추출 기술, 인식 기술로 구분하여 소개한다. 개발된 시스템은 얼굴 검출을 위해서 색상과 에지 성분을 이용하는 복합 알고리즘을 적용하여 실시간 얼굴 탐지를 가능하게 하였고, 추출된 사용자의 고유 얼굴 정보는 최신 인식 기법의 하나인 Support Vector Machine으로 분류, 인식된다. 또한 시스템의 성능을 테스트하고, 실용화 가능성을 모색하기 위하여 하드웨어 임베디드 시스템의 설계 및 구현 과정에 대하여 소개한다. 조명 및 환경 변화에 따른 시스템의 성능 변화를 객관적으로 검증하기 위하여 다양한 변화 조건을 고려한 한국인 표준 얼굴 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 이 데이터베이스를 기반으로 체계적인 시스템의 성능 테스트를 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of RDA by university library librarians and the level of perception of emotions, familiarity, understanding, introduction, obstacles, and education, and to secure basic data to improve awareness. The data needed for the study were obtained through a survey of 76 librarians in 4-year university libraries. As a result of the survey, 67.1% of librarians had listened to RDA, and school classes were the highest at 51.0% of cognitive means. Second, librarians perceived that they were more positive emotions than negative emotions about RDA, and that they were not familiar with RDA-related principles or concepts. In particular, it was recognized that the RDA itself and FRAD were not more familiar. The librarian recognized that they understood RDA-related principles or concepts at a normal level, and in particular, recognized that they did not further understand the authority and encoding. Third, librarians recognized the introduction of RDA at a slightly higher level than usual, but among the questions, 'RDA replaces AACR2' was recognized at a normal level. The librarian recognized the obstacles to the introduction of RDA at a higher level than usual, and in particular, the lack of education related to RDA was highly recognized. Fourth, librarians recognized the need for RDA-related education at a high level, especially the use of RDA Toolkit, changes in RDA records, differences between RDA and AACR2, and the need for RDA and MARC21-related education. In this study, based on the research results, a plan to improve librarian awareness of RDA was proposed.

T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

현재 교육 융 복합 콘텐츠 서비스는 사용자의 용도와 목적에 대응하지 못하는 고정된 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용자의 필요에 의한 것이 아닌 제공자 기준의 단방향 서비스만을 제공함에 따라 서로 소통은 이루어졌으나 직접적인 커뮤니케이션이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하고자 본 논문에서 제시한 스마트퍼걸러(Smart-Pergola) 시스템은 증강현실의 주요 기술인 디스플레이기술, 마커인식기술, 영상합성기술을 적용하여 사용자로 하여금 보다 친숙한 현실감 속에서 상호작용이 가능하며, 자발적인 학습참여 유도, 부모와 자녀사이의 교감학습증대 등 양방향 소셜 네트워크를 구축하여 적극적이고 활동적인 참여와 정보교류의 장이 될 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다.

정보화 사회에 접어들면서 컴퓨터는 관련 분야의 전문가들 뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자 즉, 엔드유저에게도 친숙한 존재가 되었으며 앤드유저가 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 제품의 개발이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 엔드유저 지향의 소프트웨어에 대한 품질평가는 미흡한 시정이며 주로 기능에 대한 평가를 중시하였다. 엔드유저 지향의 소프트웨어의 경우 전문가를 대상을 하지 않는 만큼 사용용이성에 대한 평가도 매우 중요하므로 본 연구에서는 사용용이성에 대한 평가척도를 작성하고 이에 대한 적용결과를 기술 하였다.
