This study is concerned on Why The Certified Security certification is needed and How to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. Theses days are required The Certified Certificate in all the industry. And in this point of view, the certified certificate is a kind of confirmation by an authority to the person who has how much special knowledge and practice in a certain field. Moreover, in the functionalism society the certified certificate system would be very positive effect to the related industry and society as official measurement by an authority. The security is freedom from fear and anxiety. Which means the security can not be operated in isolation from citizen's safe-living expectation, and which is also dealing with valuable human being's life. For getting the better purpose the security industry employees should have more organized special training and education. As my understanding the certified certificate exam system is the confirmation by an authority, the certified certificate is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients. In this point of view the core point is How to control The Certified Certificate by a credied authority.
The aim of this article is to illuminate the Park Yeol(朴烈)·Kaneko Humiko(金子文子) Case from the perspective of performance, by analyzing newspapers published in Colonial Korea. The Park Yeol·Kaneko Humiko Case include the High Treason Incident(大逆事件) case and the mysterious photo(怪寫眞) case that occurred in Tokyo in Imperial Japan from 1923 to 1926. Even though Park Yeol·Kaneko Humiko were individually imprisoned during this period, they proceeded to act shrewdly and preposterously as performers. First, they made the trial itself into an astonishing case by donning traditional Korean clothes and insisting on using the Korean language in Japanese Imperial Court. Second, they caused the judge in charge to accidentally take the so-called 'mysterious photo,' which later led to the collapse of the Japanese cabinet. The newspapers published in Colonial Korea served as unique stage on which Park Yeol and Kaneko Humiko performed. The newspaper articles reported on the public trials as if it were a drama, describing their clothes, look, and dialogue in public court. The news about them was published not as it occurred but in a plotted sequence because of a press ban, consequentially building suspense among readers. Meanwhile, the Korean newspaper editorials pointed out the injustice of the High Treason Incident, breaking down the Japanese judge's opinion. The Park Yeol·Kaneko Humiko Case was a social drama that revealed the disharmony that led to the breakdown of Taisho Democracy and imprinting national resistance in Japan as well as in Korea.
The study aims to propose plans to give credit approval to those who obtain authorized civil qualifications, in accordance with the enforcement regulations under the Clause 7, Article 4 of $\ulcorner$the law on credit approval and others$\lrcorner$. Preceding studies on the grounds and principles of credit approval, analyses on the related references and materials, and surveys asking the managers of authorized civil qualifications their opinion over giving credit approval to authorized civil qualifications were conducted as the methodology of this study. Besides, a conference inviting experts from the relevant fields was held to specifically overview the contents and levels to be examined by qualification items, to conduct a face-to-face survey on directions to take in the credit approval of authorized civil qualifications, and to analyze the level and the degree of the difficulty of questions in the examinations of authorized civil qualifications. The contents and the level of credit approval in this study are as follows. For the authorized civil qualification items unable to formulate criteria in accordance with the principles of credit approval taken in the national technique qualification and other national qualifications, two factors were put under consideration for setting the level of the credit approval. First, the level and scope of work were investigated. Second, the content of qualification was compared with the course work of college. The degree of difficulty in the scope and performance of work was reviewed by specialized qualification and general qualification, respectively. Specialized qualification indicates whether or not the required knowledge and technique are acquired for performing duty in specific work fields. It falls into service fields and qualification items except qualification items on general clerical work of the national technique qualification and other national qualifications. To the contrary, general qualification is to prove the degree of acquisition of knowledge and technique for improving the basic competencies throughout diverse types of occupations. It includes competencies to verify language proficiency, mathematical and statistical capacity, problem settlement, negotiation and communication skills. When the authorized civil qualification came under the specialized qualification, the level of qualification was determined in comparison with the level of work of national qualifications. In the case of the general qualification, the credit to be approved was settled by conducting a comparative analysis on the course work of college.
The purpose of this study was to review the agreement and disagreement logics on privatization of health care to bring quality enhancement of medical service and alienated area without medical services at the same time, to identify the core keywords through language network analysis a kind of contents analysis on the editorials dealing with privatization of health care and hospitals for profit published on the major daily newspapers for the recent three years, and to find out what is the core of the controversy through the connection centrality analysis of core keywords. Conclusively, it was found from the centrality analysis that "medical service," "hospital," "privatization," "privatization of health care," "hospital for profit" and "Government" were situated in the center of the controversy. It is natural that keywords such as "medical service," "hospital," "privatization," "privatization of health care"and "hospital for profit" were located in the center because this study reviewed the editorials published on major newspapers for the recent three years regarding the privatization of health care or hospital for profit. Next important keywords (words) were "people," "health"and "health insurance." It shows that privatization of health care was not simply seen as the opening of medical service market but as an important issue related to health of people and health Insurance. Next words with high centrality were "objection" and "allowance." Through the contents analysis of editorials for the last three years, it was found that the opinions for and against the privatization were equally matched according to the centrality analysis result. On the other hand, there is one noticeable result in centrality analysis, which is the keywords such as "US," "Korea US" and "FTA" showed centrality to some extent. It shows privatization is handled relating US and Korea US FTA by editorials.

SoC(System on Chip) technology is widely used in the field of embedded systems by providing high flexibility for a specific application domain. An important aspect of development any new embedded system is verification which usually requires lengthy software and hardware co-design. To reduce development cost of design effort, the instruction set of microprocessor must be suitable for a high level language compiler. And FPGA prototype system could be derived and tested for design verification. In this paper, we propose a 16 bit FPGA microprocessor, which is tentatively-named EISC16, based on an EISC(Extendable Instruction Set Computer) architecture for embedded applications. The proposed EISC16 has a 16 bit fixed length instruction set which has the short length offset and small immediate operand. A 16 bit offset and immediate operand could be extended using by an extension register and an extension flag. We developed a cross C/C++ compiler and development software of the EISC16 by porting GNU on an IBM-PC and SUN workstation and compared the object code size created after compiling a C/C. standard library, concluding that EISC16 exhibits a higher code density than existing 16 microprocessors. The proposed EISC16 requires approximately 6,000 gates when designed and synthesized with RTL level VHDL at Xilinix's Virtex XCV300 FPGA. And we design a test board which consists of EISC16 ROM, RAM, LED/LCD panel, periodic timer, input key pad and RS-232C controller. 11 works normally at 7MHz Clock.

The purpose of this study was to extract important problem features for care of senile dementia patients. Selected cognitive ability test (Korean Mini-Mental State Examination: K-MMSE) and survey of basic & problem characteristics were conducted on 110 hospitalized senile dementia patients and 30 normal subjects. Problem features of senile dementia patients were extracted using factor analysis. The frequency difference of problem features due to the gender and dementia severities was verified using one-way ANOVA. Twenty problem features were extracted by the factor analysis. According to the gender, there are significant differences in the frequency of problem features in violent language & confabulation, collecting behavior, and repetitive behavior. According to the dementia severities, there are significant differences in the frequency of all problem features except abnormal sexual behavior and audio-visual disorder. The result of this study is expected to be used for the development of the senile dementia patients' life-care monitoring system.

Tn this paper we described the process and the results of an implementation of Internet terminal using G.729.1 wideband speech codec for next generation network. For this purpose firstly we chose a high performance RISC application processor having DSP features for speech codec processing and enhanced Multimedia Accelerator(eMMA) function for video codec. In the implementation of this terminal, we used G.729.1 codec recently standardized in ITU-T which is a new scalable speech and audio codec that extends 0.729 speech coding standard. To adopt G.729.1 codec to this terminal we transformed most of the fixed point C codes which require more complexity into assembly codes so as to minimize processing time in the processor. As a result of this work we reduced the execution time of the original C codes about 80% and operated in real time on the terminal. For video we used H.263/MPEG-4 codec which is supported by the eMMA with hardware in the processor. In the SIP call processing test connected to real network we obtained under looms end-to-end delay and 3.8 MOS value measured with PESQ instrument. Besides this terminal operated well with commercial terminals.
Network-based intelligent robot is connected with network system, provides interactions with humans, and carries out its own roles on ubiquitous computing environments. URC (Ubiquitous Robot Companion) robot has been proposed to develop network-based robot by applying distributed computing techniques. On URC robot, it is possible to save the computing power of robot client by environments, has been proposed to develop robot software using service-oriented architecture on server-client computing environments. The SOMAR client robot consists of two layers - device service layer and robot service layer. The device service controls physical devices, and the robot service abstracts robot's services, which are newly defined and generated by combining many device services. RSEL (Robot Service Executing Language) is defined in this paper to represent relations and connections between device services and robot services. A RESL document, including robot services by combining several device services, is translated to a programming language for robot client system using RSEL translator, then the translated source program is compiled and uploaded to robot client system with RPC (Remote Procedure Call) command. A SOMAR client system is easy to be applied to embedded systems of host/target architecture. Moreover it is possible to produce a light-weight URC client robot by reducing workload of RSEL processing engine.
In recent competitive business environment each enterprise has to be agile and flexible. For these purposes run-time monitoring ofservices provided by an enterprise and early decision making through this becomes core competition of the enterprise. In addition, in order to process various innumerable events which are generated on enterprise systems techniques which make filtering of meaningful data are needed. However, the existing study related with this is nothing but discovering of service faults by monitoring depending upon API of BPEL engine or middleware, or is nothing but processing of simple events based on low-level events. Accordingly, there would be limitations to provide useful business information. In this paper, through situation detection an extended complex event model is presented, which is possible to provide more valuable and useful business information. Concretely, first of all an event processing architecture in an enterprise system is proposed, and event meta-model which is suitable to the proposed architecture is going to be defined. Based on the defined meta-model, It is presented that syntax and semantics of constructs in our event processing language including various and progressive event operators, complex event pattern, key, etc. In addition, an event context mechanism is proposed to analyze more delicate events. Finally, through application studies application possibility of this study would be shown and merits of this event model would be present through comparison with other event model.

In recent days network computing technologies have bee developed rapidly and the extended use of Internet applications for enterprises such as internet/extarnet in and between enterprises has been increased enormously. Therefore the business in the future will be executed by virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprises which is based on information sharing between enterprises are composed of work processes related to information exchange between virtual enterprises, the team members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and environment that are provided by supporting CALS(continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support or commerce At light Speed). Supporting system of IDE(Integrated Data Environment)for CALS implementation that is provided as an environment of virtual enterprises has to ensure the autonomies of local data and to provide the accessibility of heterogeneous database of enterprises on network transparently for giving user a single global view of data. This paper introduce the design and implementation of the database broker system that can be accessed data transparently by the suers of participated enterprises in the integrated data environment supporting virtual enterprises. The system uses java/CORBA technology in Web environment and Object Query language (OQL) to process the queries of relational database system, object-oriented database system, and file information.
