In this paper, we reviewed the history of mathematical problem solving since 1900 and investigated problem solving in modeling perspective which is focused on the 21th century. In modeling perspective, problem solvers solve the realistic problem which includes contextualized situations in which mathematics is useful. In this case, the problem is different from the traditional problems which are routine, close, and words problem, etc. Problem solving in modeling perspective emphasizes mathematizing. Most of all, what is important enables students to use mathematics in everyday problem solving situation.

This study examines the social problem-solving R&D policies from the perspective of 'Mission-oriented innovation policy'. To this end, we analyzed the 'second science and technology-based social problem solving plan' in terms of civil society's participation, securing the government's dynamic capabilities, and government's risk investments. The plan introduces an institutional framework for civic participation for social problem-solving innovation, strengthening R&D program coordination and integration, and new innovation ecosystem formation. However, there is a need for a concrete program to overcome a path dependency of existing activities. Otherwise new institutions are likely to be formalized. In addition, in order to derive risk investment, it is necessary to integrate innovation policy with social policy fields such as community care and climate change. It is necessary to establish an policy process that combines the agenda of social policy beyond with R & D policy, and to forms a platform for problem solving, integrates various technologies, industries and resources.

Traditionally engineers' main roles are concentrated on solving any given problems and engineering education has emphasized problem solving ability. Therefore engineers intend to solve easily perceived problems with their knowledge and experience instead of trying to analyze the given problems thoroughly and to define real problems, and go through lots of trial and error. So, engineers require the ability to define real problems accurately before trying to solve the problems. This study proposes a real problem definition process using visualization of a core zone and TRIZ concepts such as contradictions and IFR(Ideal Final Result) in order to define real problems with minimum trial and error. TRIZ is the theory of inventive problem solving and was developed by a Soviet engineer and researcher Genrich Altshuller from 1946. Nowadays many industries use TRIZ and its effectiveness was already proved by lots of real problem solving in various areas. Therefore TRIZ might be very effective tool for developing students' inventive thinking ability in engineering education.

기계에서 발생하는 소음의 해석기법에 대하여 언급하였다. 제품의 설계 및 생산후 발생되는 소음 문제를 조속히 해결하기 위해 문제해결방식(problem solving)과 설계 단계에서부터 활용할 수 있는 소음예측기법이 (design for noise)의 두 가지 내용에 대하여 기술하였다. 문제해결 방식에 있어서는 소음원-전달경로-방사효과 등 3분에 의한 체계적 소음해석 절차에 대한 설명과 함께 X-선장치의 소음해석 방법이 논의되었다. 설계시 이용할 수 있는 해석 기법으로 에너지 전달현 상과 관련된 FEM과 SEA방법의 적용범위와 용도를 기술하였고 BEM에 대하여도 간략히 소개 하였다.

지적 창의경영은 지식의 공유와 생성으로 나눌 수 있는 데, 지식 생성 분야에서 창의성 연구에서 나온 창의적 문제해결 방법론이다. 이 글에서는 공학 분야에 주로 사용되는 TRIZ 이론을 비공학 분야와 비즈니스 분야, 지적 창조경영의 지식 생성 분야에서 응용사례와 활용 가능성을 기술하였다. TRIZ는 공학분야의 전세계 특허와 기술혁신 사례들을 분석하여 개발하였으나, 이 창의적 문제해결 이론은 러시아 공산주의 사회라는 특수한 상황에서 개발되어서 경영과 비즈니스를 다루고 연구하는 일에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 러시아가 개방되면서 최근 TRIZ의 다양하고 강력한 기법들을 비공학 분야와 선진기업 경영이나 비즈니스에 접목시켜 연구되고 있다. TRIZ연구는 변화와 경쟁이 기본이라고 여겨지는 비지니스 활동에서 강력한 문제 해결능력과 아이디어를 가지도록 도와주고 있다. 이 글에서 비즈니스에서 성공과 실패라는 모순을 일으키는 문제를 고전적인 TRIZ의 모순 해소 매트릭스와 비슷한 비즈니스 매트릭스를 이용해서 해결되는 선진 기업의 창조적 경영 응용 사례를 살펴 보고 향후 활용 가능성을 연구하였다.

이 글에서는 난류유동의 개략적인 특성을 살펴보았고, 환경 및 산업에서 등장하는 난류유동 문 제의 종류들과 그 해결방법들을 살펴보았다. 기술의 역사를 반추해보면 과학적 진보로부터 얻은 연구결과가 응용됨으로써 많은 분야의 사람들에게 넓고 보편적인 개념으로 확장 적용될 때 기 술적 진보가 이루어졌음을 우리는 알고 있다. 난류는 더 이상 복잡하고 어려운 학문이나 과학 으로 인식되어서는 안되며 누구나에게 보편적인 상식으로 파급되어야 한다. 현재까지 개발된 난류유동의 지식으로서도 충분히 해결가능한 문제들이 도처에 산재되어 있으며, 시급한 해결을 요구하고 있는 중요한 문제들이 대부분이기 때문이다. 특히, 전지구적인 문제로 부각된 환경문 제를 해결하고 산업기술의 획기적인 진보를 달성하여 지속가능한 기술적 미래를 창조하는 엔지 니어들은 더욱 큰 책임의식을 가지고 난류를 공부해야 할 것이다.

IPv6는 국내외로 2008년부터 본격적으로 도입되기 시작하여 2010년에는 상용망 구축이 활발해질 것으로 예상되며, 기존 IPv4와의 연동에 대한 요구는 2020년까지는 지속적으로 유지될 것으로 보인다. 이때 반드시 연구가 선행되어야 할 것 중의 하나는 보안문제로 현재 표준화 관점과 망 운영 관점에서 이를 해결하기 위한 연구가 진행중이다. 본 고에서는 IPv4/IPv6 연동 환경에서 고려해야 할 차세대 보안 기술들에 대해 기술한다. 이를 IPv6 프로토콜 보안 문제와 IPv4/IPv6 연동 보안 문제로 나누어 분석하고, 실제 방화벽 등에서 이러한 보안 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법 등을 기술한다.

In this paper, we propose an a strategy using writing based on STEAM Instruction for information gifted students' creative problem-solving. It is needed a complex and dynamic interaction of variety elements for creative problem solving. And it should be provided experience encompassing various disciplines thorough convergence education for leading to the these interactions and developing the ability to solve complex problems. Writing has already been verified educational effects in a variety subjects. And writing gives a positive impact on creative problem solving by helping awareness of the problem and encouraging critical thinking. In addition, writing can be used as an effective tool for improving problem solving based on similarities between problem-solving process. Learners will find algorithm thorough the process analyzing and writing experience with high-tech products like vending machines, mobile phones and can learn naturally the principles of various disciplines used in real life. Furthermore, learners will experience interaction, convergence of various thinking and cultivate creative problem- solving skills.

This study deals with the process by which 'Social problem-solving R&D model' is established in Korean society through the evolution of the government's R&D program. We will examine the process by which a 'Social problem-solving R&D model', which was not present in companies, science and technology communities, and civil society, is formed through government R&D programs. To this end, we present a conceptual framework to analyze the process of co-evolution of 'Social problem solving R&D model', the organizational community that supports and implements it, and the institutions that supports the new model. In the synthesis, policy measures to enhance 'Social problem-solving R&D model' are dealt with.
