  • The person who realize e-business must understand Information Technology(IT) and business process. Current policy and system should be attained new change for domestic e-business manpower training. Divided for manpower training in new dimension justice about present e-business manpower and manpower classification. The capacity about course of study of e-business manpower and program development classified in a new comer, expert, administrator, manager's process. And the process divided ten details job according to business and functions that achieve in enterprise and major in university. Present capacity that needs in details line of duty by ASK(Attitude, Skill, Knowledge) model and focused for program development.

  • 본 논문에서는 고도장비의 운용 및 정비를 위한 교육훈련 시스템 개발을 위해 자연어 처리와 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 항공정비와 관련된 전문분야의 문서 분류가 가능한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 문서 분류 모델의 개발을 위해 항공정비 교범을 텍스트 파일로 변환하여 총 4917개의 문서를 생성하였으며, 정비사 개인별 정비능력 관리(IMQC)를 기준으로 12개의 범주로 구분하였다. 수집된 문서는 전문분야의 문서인 점을 고려하여 전문용어 사전을 추가하였으며, KoNLPy를 이용하여 전처리를 수행하였다. 전문분야의 문서는 범주에 상관없이 문서 내용의 유사도가 매우 높은 특징을 가지고 있어, 특정 범주내에서 중요한 정도를 잘 표현 할 수 있는 TF-ICF를 이용하여 특징 추출을 하였다. 이후 합성곱 신경망(CNN)을 이용하여 특징 맵을 생성한 후 완전 결합 계층을 통하여 분류하였으며, 테스트 문서 983건을 분류한 결과 평균 73.6%의 분류성능을 보여주었다.

  • The domestic Radiation Technology is integrated into and utilized in various areas and is closely related to the industrial growth in Korea. The domestic use of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) increases in quantity every year, however the level of technology is poor when compared to other developed countries. Manpower training is essential for the development of Radiation Technology. Therefore, this study aimed to propose a methodology for designing systemic education and training model in the field of measurement and analysis of radiation. A survey was conducted to design education and training model and the training program for measurement and analysis of radiation was developed based on the survey results. The education and training program designed in this study will be utilized as a model for evaluating the professional development and effective recruitment of the professional workforce, and can be further applied to other radiation-related fields.

  • This study was conducted to understand research trends of HR Analytics (HRA) in Korea and to suggest future research directions. First, a comparative analysis was conducted by classifying six areas of recruitment on-board, work environment, performance evaluation, retention, and exit/retirement building on the employee life cycle framework. The results indicate that first, the distribution of detailed research topics in Korean HRA research has similar to that of international research. Second, Korean HRA studies related to employee training and development function are insufficient. Third, the scope and the method of machine learning are becoming enriched. Finally Korean HRA studies are still in the technical domain and toward entering the predictive analysis domain.

  • Smart Society로 나아가는 핵심으로 손꼽히는 모바일의 급속한 확산은 교육, 교통, 경제뿐만 아니라 건강에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그동안 발전이 미진했던 u-Health 기술 및 시장 역시 모바일로 인해 새로운 서비스 모델을 제시함으로써 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 제안하는 시스템은 u-Health 서비스 중 sensor를 이용하여 원격지 환자의 생체정보를 수집하고, 실시간으로 병원의 클라우드 서버에 전송하는 시스템에서 사용자 검증에 대하여 연구하였다. 여기서 사용자란 클라우드 서버에 접속하는 의사를 말하며, 환자의 생체정보를 보기 위하여 시스템 접속함에 있어 공인인증서나 기타 인증 시스템과 비교해 간편하고, 네트워크 트래픽이 적은 사용자 검증 시스템을 목표로 한다. 그리하여 QRcode를 3개 생성하고, 각 클라우드 서버에 분산 분배 후 서로 섞음으로써 기존의 QRcode와 전혀 다른 인증용 QRcode를 생성할 수 있었다. 이것을 3차원 인덱스를 통해 원본 사용자 QRcode와 대조함으로 사용자 검증 과정을 수행시킴으로써 절차를 간소화하고 네트워크 트래픽을 약 15% 감소시킬 수 있었다.

Development of a Value Inquiry Model in Biology Education (생물교육에서의 가치 탐구 모형 개발)

  • There are many bioethical issues in line with the rapid advance of biology. In this situation, it is important for students to make a rational decision on value problem. In this study 'value inquiry in biology education' is defined as 'the process of rational value judgement and wise decision-making in the biology-related value problem' and the model was developed. To develop the model, value inquiry models were reviewed. Value clarification model is helpful for the formation of the personal value as the process of individual value inquiry, but it isn't helpful for clarifying the value conflicts. Value analysis model focuses on the rational solution of value problem through the logical procedure. But it has the limitations that overemphasizing the logical and systematic aspects results in devaluating students' affective aspects. So it is necessary to coordinate psychological and logical aspects of value inquiry. In this regard, the model was developed, including identifying and clarifying value problem, understanding biological knowledge related to conflict situation, considering on the related persons, searching for alternatives, predicting the consequences of each alternative, selecting the alternative, evaluating the alternative, and final value judgement and affirming it. The educational objectives of value inquiry were selected in consideration of the ability to carry out the steps of the developed model. And the selected contents were animal duplication, test-tube baby, genetic engineering, growth hormone injection problem, brain death, organ transplant, animal to be experimented and were organized on the basis of the 6th and the 7th science curriculum. And the suitable instructional models for the value inquiry education were selected: bioethical value clarification decision-making model, group presentation according to the value analysis model, role play and debate, and discussion through web forum. And the interview was considered to be suitable to evaluate the students' value inquiry ability and the rubric was made to evaluate the attainment of the educational objectives for value inquiry.

  • Technology based would-be entrepreneurs have constantly increased as coming with increasing demands for technology based startup. However, technology based startup need to go through throne field in the preparation and launching process. This paper help technology based would be entrepreneurs recognizing and pivoting all potential fatal flaws covering entrepreneurs to BM with strategies by providing self check-up lists. This paper have developed all check list based upon the previous literature reviews about technology commercialization with carrying Focused Group Interview with mentor and investor involved in the early stage of venture growth. In particular, this paper have applied these tools over 104 participants(would-be entrepreneur and entrepreneurs in the early startup) attending in Hanbat Startup Item Validation Program and Startup Leading University program. This paper developed the mega categories of list as follows: Entrepreneurship, technology and patent, target customer and market, product, BM and strategy. It also developed 17 different concept of components and 58 specific sub-lists under maga list. The research results of paper will provide solid foundation of communication with participants about checking up their state of preparation for startup as applying to mentoring for would-be entrepreneurs and to entrepreneurship education.

  • Extracting information in large-scale documents would be very useful not only for information retrieval but also for question answering and summarization. Even though relation extraction is very important area, it is difficult to develop and evaluate a machine learning based system without test collection. The study shows how to build test collection(KREC2008) for the relation extraction system. We extracted technology terms from abstracts of journals and selected several relation candidates between them using Wordnet. Judges who were well trained in evaluation process assigned a relation from candidates. The process provides the method with which even non-experts are able to build test collection easily. KREC2008 are open to the public for researchers and developers and will be utilized for development and evaluation of relation extraction system.

Factors related to job expectations and career planning of nursing students (간호학생의 업무기대감과 진로계획의 영향요인)

  • This cross-sectional correlational study investigated factors affecting career planning of nursing students, focusing on the associations between satisfaction of academic major, perceived professional competence, and job expectations. Data from 255 nursing students were collected through self-administered questionnaire surveys on 2016 January 4 and 7 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, bootstrapping SPSS macro and path analysis using AMOS. There were significant correlations between major satisfaction, professional competence, and job expectations. Both major satisfaction and professional competence were significant factors influencing job expectations, but their effects on job expectations were significantly different depending on whether there was a role-model, which support a moderating effect of having a role-model. Major satisfaction had a significant direct effect on career planning, but its indirect effect on career planning through job expectations was not significant. Professional competence did not have a significant direct effect on career planning, but its indirect effect on career planning through job expectations was significant. Overall, the results highlight the importance of providing educational support and opportunities for nursing students to explore their own motivation and to have a role-model during pursuit of a nursing career.

A New Efficient Private Key Reissuing Model for Identity-based Encryption Schemes Including Dynamic Information (동적 ID 정보가 포함된 신원기반 암호시스템에서 효율적인 키 재발급 모델)

  • The main obstacle hindering the wide deployment of identity-based cryptosystem is that the entity responsible for creating the private key has too much power. As a result, private keys are no longer private. One obvious solution to this problem is to apply the threshold technique. However, this increases the authentication computation, and communication cost during the key issuing phase. In this paper, we propose a new effi ient model for issuing multiple private keys in identity-based encryption schemes based on the Weil pairing that also alleviates the key escrow problem. In our system, the private key of a user is divided into two components, KGK (Key Description Key) and KUD(Key Usage Desscriptor), which are issued separately by different parties. The KGK is issued in a threshold manner by KIC (Key Issuing Center), whereas the KW is issued by a single authority called KUM (Key Usage Manager). Changing KW results in a different private key. As a result, a user can efficiently obtain a new private key by interacting with KUM. We can also adapt Gentry's time-slot based private key revocation approach to our scheme more efficiently than others. We also show the security of the system and its efficiency by analyzing the existing systems.
