최근 몇 년 사이 학교폭력의 피해학생들의 자살하는 사건들이 발생하였는데 이러한 자살사건들로 인하여 학교폭력에 대한 우리사회의 관심이 그 어느 때 보다 높다고 할 수 있다. 작년 한 해에는 대구에서 학교폭력 피해가 의심되는 이유로 투신자살한 이후 대전, 광주 등에서 자살하는 사건이 연속적으로 발생하였다. 학교폭력의 피해자들은 가해자들로부터의 벗어나고 싶은 심정으로 극단적인 선택을 하게 되는 것이다. 이러한 청소년 비행이나 청소년 범죄에 관련된 문제 중에서 학교폭력이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 수많은 연구에서 다루어지고 있으나 학교폭력에 대한 문제해결의 기미는 보이지 않고 있다. 이에 경찰청에서는 학교폭력 근절을 위한 특별 TF팀을 구성하여 "위해의 사전 예방 제거"에 중점을 둔 근절대책을 추진할 것을 논의하였다. 하지만 한정된 경찰인력만으로는 학교폭력 문제에만 집중할 수 없는 것이 현실정이다. 본 연구는 학교폭력에 대한 이론적 배경을 검토하고, 학교폭력의 현상과 예방프로그램, 학교폭력에 대한 가해 및 피해학생의 선도프로그램의 운영 방안에 대해 살펴보고, 그에 따른 경찰의 역할에 논하고자 한다.

Traditionally, food and medicines are considered as having common roots. That is, their energies share the same source (藥食同源), which has created a unique food culture, and nurtured a unique academic area of dietary medicine (藥膳食料學). This study aimed to develop a desirable dietary life-style based on the oriental dietary medicine theorem originated from the schema of four qi as well as five flavors of foods (四氣五味), originated from the yin-yang and five phase theory based on a clear understanding of a modern point of view, and experimental analysis of nutrients and dietary effects of clear heat effect materials. This study can promote more healthy life-styles and prevent adult diseases by following oriental dietary medicine theory. We should develop a Yack-sun theory and dietary culture that is suitable for physical and genetic health.

영상 통화 시스템을 설치한 장소에서 대두되는 문제점은 문서 유출 등의 보안문제와 사생활 침해가 발생하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 영상 통화를 하면서 문서유출 및 보안사항에 위배되거나 사생활이 침해되는 영상이 발견된 즉시 영상 통화를 중단시켜 보안유지 및 사생활 보호를 위한 다빈치 기반 실시간 영상 통화 시스템을 개발하고자한다. 구현 된 시스템은 실시간 처리가 가능하고 영상통화 시 문서 유출 등 보안문제가 발생하는 영상을 검출하는 알고리즘을 개발하여 다빈치보드에 포팅하고 여러 가지 보안사항에 대한 실험에 적용하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution in patients of melasma. Methods: The treatment was performed twice weekly in 15 volunteer patients for 8 weeks by Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution. We used Melasma Area and Severity Index(MASI) to evaluate the severity of melasma. Results: MASI score was decreased from A to B and the significant clinical improvement was proved compared to before treatment. Conclusions: On the basis of this study, Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution is an effective treatment of melasma.

In August, 1988, matured adults of devil stinger were collected from Jinhae Bay and Jaran Bay, Kyongsangnam-do, Korea and kept in the aquarium (1 ton) for spawning. The egg development was observed with the eggs laid in the aquarium of adult fish. The diameters of eggs ranged from 1.2 to 1.3 mm (n=6), and no oil globules were found in the eggs. The hatching took place from 26 to 29 hours after eight cells stage at the water temperature of $24.9-26.5^{\circ}C$. The newly hatched larvae were 2.47~3.10 mm in total length with xanthophore on the body and yolk sac. Myomere number was 13+16-17=29-30. Two days after hatching, larvae were 3.61-4.16 mm in total length, and 3 to 4 large spots of melanophore appeared on the large pectoral fin. Three days after hatching, larvae were 3.97-4.29 mm in total length, and the larvae absorved the yolk material completely to become post larvae with 4-5 rays of the pectoral fin. Six days after hatching, larvae attained 4.07-5.46 mm in total length, and 11 rays and 8-9 spots of melanophore were developed on the pectoral fin.

This paper was described about the preparation of the multi-functional mask pack and its evaluation. Here, the multi-functional effects means the far-infrared emissivity effect due to polyphosphoric acid, the freckles treatment effect and peeling effects due to inclusion complexes, and the skin temperature decreasing effect due to Lavender-extraction compounds. The the hazardous chemicals, viscosity, and pH were determined blow 0.01%, 280 cP, and pH=6.92 in the prepared multi-functional mask pack solution, respectively. The multi-functional mask pack prepared with dipping method in the solution were showed the value of $0.882{\mu}m$ (Far-infrared emissivity) and $3.40{\times}10^2W/m$ at $37^{\circ}C$ (Far-infrared radiation energy), respectively. After taking multi-functional mask pack, the skin moisturizing rate was indicated 35.5%, and the skin temperature was showed in the range of $24{\sim}26^{\circ}C$. The skin stimulation test for the 30 volunteer was showed very strong stability.

3D printing technology has been used in various fields such as materials science, manufacturing, education, and medical field. A number of research are underway to improve the 3D printing technology. Recently, the use of 3D printing technology for fabricating an artificial tissue, organ and bone through the laminating of cell and biocompatible material has been introduced and this could make the conformity with the desired shape or pattern for producing human entire organs for transplantation. This special printing technique is known as "3D Bio-Printing", which has potential in biomedical application including patient-customized organ out-put. In this paper, we describe the current 3D bio-printing technology, and bio-materials used in it and present it's practical applications.

The odor theory (기미론) has been defined as the Nature (기) and the Taste(미) of traditional herbal medicine to find the logic in treatment of various diseases by them. There is a strong possibility these Na1ures of the drug can be categorized according to yin (음) and yang (음). There is a neutral Nature which does not fit into one of these four categories. To understand the Natures of traditional herbal drugs in modern scientific approaches, changes in rectal temperature of rats have been measured at 0,30, 60, 90 min after a 10 g/Kg oral administration each of 34 different drugs. Following the classification of the four Natures of drugs, only the temperatures of warm group at 30, 60, and 90 min were elevated significantly from the control and the rest groups. Following a modified classification of 3 groups such as cold and cool, warm and hot, and neutral Nature, changes in temperatures after administration of Hot and Warm drugs were also increased significantly from the control (P<0.01). Thus, the measurement of rectal temperature can be a tool to define the Nature (기) of traditional herbal drugs, but the modified classification is another way to do.

Objective : 본 연구는 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 산삼의 기원과 산삼에 대한 정확한 인식, 그리고 인삼과의 차이점 등을 규명하는 것을 목표로 하였다. Result : 1. 삼(蔘)에 대한 최초의 문헌기록연대는 BC 50년경이고, 처방으로는 AD 200년경 상한론에서 최초로 언급되었다. 2. 인삼재배시기를 14세기라고 가정하고, 그 이전의 의서에 기재되어있는 인삼은 산삼을 지칭하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 3. 15세기 전후의 의서(醫書)를 비교해 볼 때 인삼의 기미(氣味), 효능(效能) 그리고 주치(主治)에 있어서 큰 차이를 나타내지 않고 있었다. 4. 오가과(五加科) 식물 인삼(人蔘)이 자생적으로 산에서 자란 것을 야산삼(野山蔘)(산삼(山蔘)), 재배한 것을 원삼(圓蔘)(인삼(人蔘)), 어린 야산삼(野山蔘)(산삼(山蔘))을 밭에 옮겨 키웠거나, 어린 원삼(圓蔘)(인삼(人蔘))을 산에 옮겨 키운것을 이산삼(移山蔘)(산양산삼(山養山蔘))이라 한다. 5. 산삼의 수령은 뇌두의 수나 몸체에 형성된 띄(횡추(橫皺))의 수, 그리고 잎과 줄기의 모양 등을 관찰하여 추정하고 있다. 6. 인삼의 약리학적인 효능은 신경계통, 생체의 반응성, 내분비 계통, 물질 대사적인 측면에서 우수한 효능을 발휘하는 것이 보고되었다.
