웹은 디지털 정보화 시대에 정보를 제공하는 가장 보편적인 매체이며 이를 통한 정보 습득이 보편화 되어가고 있다. 대학기록관의 웹 기록은 대학이 소장하고 있는 기록물을 이용자가 웹을 통하여 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관 웹 사이트의 현황을 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위하여 자동화 평가 도구 K-WHA 3.0을 사용한 접근성 평가와 WebQual 4.0을 이용한 사용성 및 정보품질평가를 수행함으로써 객관성과 주관성 각각의 측면을 모두 고려하여 평가결과를 도출하였다. 또한 웹 기록에 대한 관심을 높이고 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 잠재적 이용자들을 대상으로 선정하여 사용자 경험에 기반한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 대학 별 대학기록관의 웹 기록 구축 현황에 대해 평가였으며 이러한 사용성 평가에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 대학기록관 웹 기록 관리의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

This study examined ways to improve records management by using the new technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To do this, we selected four technologies that have a huge impact on the production and management of records such as cloud, big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. We tested these technologies and summarized their concepts, characteristics, and applications. The characteristics of the changed production records were analyzed by each technology. Because of new technology, the production of records has rapidly increased and the types of records have become diverse. With this, there is also a need for solutions to explain the quality of data and the context of production. To effectively introduce each technology into records management, a roadmap should be designed by classifying which technology should be applied immediately and which should be applied later depending on the maturity of the technology. To cope with changes in the characteristics of production records, a flexible data structure must be produced in a standardized format. Public authorities should also be able to procure Software as a Service (SaaS) products and use digital technology to improve the quality of public services.

시청각기록물은 기존 문서기록물과 달리 생생한 현장감을 전달할 수 있고 사용자들의 관심을 끌 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 전자시청 각기록물은 원본과 똑같은 품질의 사본들이 많이 만들어지게 되어 위변조가 쉽고 불법복제 및 배포가 가능하기 때문에 기록물관리에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안들로서 DRM과 워터마킹기술이 주목을 받게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 시청각기록물 중에서 동영상 시청각 기록물에 적용 가능한 워터마킹 기술을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 워터마킹 기술은 원본영상신호의 복제신호를 추출하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하는 방법을 취했다. 전자시청각 기록물 출처확인 및 무단배포에 따른 저작권 권리 추적을 위한 기술로서 다양한 실험을 통하여 가능성을 점검하였다. 원본 신호에서 추출된 신호를 이용하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하기 때문에 화질훼손이 적고 압축알고리즘에 강인한 특성을 갖고 있다. 실험결과를 통해서 원본보존을 중요시하는 시청각기록물관리 분야에서 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

This study reconfigures meanings of photographs for appearing of visual culture paradigm. By this, a strategy model for digitization could establish which needs when photographs are digitized. A strategy model for digitization is based on essential issues when digitized. Also, applying the project life-cycle and digitization chain model, the processes are suggested as a general reference model. Broadly, Three steps, Pre-project step, Production step, Post-project step, are divided and Specifically, Four steps, (1) Establishment and management of the whole project plans (2) Selecting the target for the digitization of photographs (3) Digital Conversion and Quality Control (4) Preservation and access, are separated. Substantial digitization strategy of photographs is built based on chain model of digitization to guarantee qualities of creating digital objects. Each step is constituted with basic processes, details and checklists.

Electronic Records need to be appraised the authenticity as well as the value itself. There has been various kinds of discussion about how records to be appraised the value of themselves, but there's little argument about how electronic records to be appraised the authenticity of themselves. Therefore this article is modeling some specific authenticity appraisal methods and showing each stages those methods should or may be applied. At the Ingest stage, integrity verification right after records creation in the organization which produced the records, quality and integrity verification about the transferred in the organization which received the records and integrity check between SIP and AIP in the organization which received and preserved the records are essential. At the Preservation stage, integrity check between same AIPs stored in different medium separately and validation of records where or not damaged and recovery damaged records are needed. At the various Processing stages, suitability evaluation after changing the record's management control meta data and changing the record's classification, integrity check after records migration and periodical validation and integrity verification about DIPs are required. For those activities, the appraisal methods including integrity verification, content consistency check, suitability evaluation about record's meta data, feasibility check of unauthorized update and physical status validation should be applied to the electronic records management process.

Recently, as consumer's claim fur car safety is increased, quality inspection method fur welding zone is strengthened. Therefore, from the methods that depend on welding zone bead shape size of seat frame in macrography or passive examination, the quality control by whole recording inspection is required. In this study, the system that is measuring automatically if worker checks welding bead fur quality inspection of seat frame is developed using LabVIEW. If the quality standard for the bead width and length of welding zone is inputted, the system measures automatically whether welding zone is bead length or bead width. Measured data is preserved by points and quality recording of welding zone is stored. The car seat きme welding zone is applied and experimented. The results gave good influence o9 the quality control of work efficiency.

The tiled-display system provides a high resolution display which can be used in different applications in co-working area. The systems used in the co-working field usually save the user logs, and these log information not only makes the maintenance of the tiled-display system easier, but also can be used to check the progress of the co-working. There are three main steps in the proposed tiled display log recorder. The first step is to capture the screen shots of the tiles and send them for merging. The second step is to merge the captured tile images to form a single screen shot of the tiled-display. The final step is to encode the merged tile images to make a compressed video stream. This video stream could be stored for the logs of co-working or be streamed to remote users. Since there could be differences in capturing time of tile images, the quality of merged tiled-display could be degraded. This paper proposes a time stamp-based metric to evaluate the quality of the video stream, and a merging algorithm that could upgrade the quality of the video stream with respect to the proposed quality metrics.

데이터세트 기록은 단순한 이관모듈의 작성이나 API를 제공하는 것만으로는 효과적이고 효율적으로 이관을 수행하기 어렵다. 데이터세트의 기록은 기록 건의 범위가 명확하지 않으며, 이관되는 과정에서 데이터의 보정과 품질개선이 필요하며, 메타데이터의 적극적인 수집보완이 요구되는 등 규격화된 전자문서 중심의 기록과는 이관 과정의 특성이 다르기 때문이다. 따라서 데이터세트 기록의 이관 시에는 세부적인 이관 절차를 따라 이관대상 데이터의 상태를 확인하고 필요한 조치를 취해나갈 수 있도록 지원해주는 이관도구가 필수적이다. 이관의 이관 작업과 달리 이관 작업을 지원하는 도구가 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 행정정보시스템에서 데이터세트 기록을 추출하여 아카이브 시스템으로 이관하는 과정을 지원하는 도구가 갖춰야 할에 기능요건을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 국가무형문화재 기록영상의 화질 개선에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 기록영상의 화질 개선을 위해 SRGAN 기반의 초해상화 복원영상 생성 프레임워크의 적용을 제안한다. Image aumentation과 median filter를 적용한 데이터셋과 적대적 신경망인 Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)을 기반으로 딥러닝 네트워크를 구축하여 입력된 Low-Resolution 이미지를 통해 High-Resolution의 복원 영상을 생성한다. 이 연구를 통해 국가무형문화재 기록영상 뿐만 아니라 문화재 전반의 사진 및 영상 기록 자료의 품질 개선 가능성을 제시하고, 영상 기록 자료의 아카이브 구축을 통해 지속적인 활용의 기초연구가 되는 것을 목표로 한다.
