기대일치이론에 기초한 기대일치모형은 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용 혹은 사용의도를 설명하는 핵심 이론으로 언급되어 왔다. 이러한 기대일치모형과 더불어 최근에 정보시스템 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 또 다른 개념은 자동화된 행동 경향을 의미하는 ‘습관’이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 가지 개념들을 기초로 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적인 이용 상황에서 습관과 기대일치모형을 통합하는 시도를 하였다. 이에 일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 습관 등의 수용후 신념, 이용자 만족, 지속적 이용의도로 구성된 연구모형을 구성하고 이를 검증하였다. J도내 250명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 기대일치와 지각된 유용성이 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 이용자 만족에 대한 주요 요인으로서 나타났다. 또한 지각된 유용성, 이용자 만족, 습관은 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도를 결정하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 이용 용이성은 이용자 만족과 지속적 이용의도 모두에 대하여 아무런 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

As information and communications technology-based "smart hospitals" and "digital healthcare" have become a hot topic in the healthcare field, hospital mobile apps are gaining attention; but, the utilization rate is low due to lack of publicity, unstable systems, and late updates. In this situation, systematic research is needed to increase the utilization rate of hospital mobile apps, but related research has been rare. Therefore, this study integrates the information systems success model (ISSM) from the technical perspective and the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) from the cognitive perspective to demonstrate the influence mechanism on the continuous use intention of hospital mobile apps. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted among 181 Korean adults who have used hospital mobile apps. The results of the structual equation modeling showed that most of the quality factors have significant effects on expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, and satisfaction. Additionally, expectation confirmation significantly affects perceived usefulness and satisfaction, and both perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly affect the continuous use intention of hospital mobile apps. This study is of importance in that it integrates the ISSM and ECM and applies them to the context of using hospital mobile apps, which are underutilized in the healthcare field, and provides practical implications for increasing the utilization rate of hospital mobile apps and operating effective and efficient services through the findings.

Environmental changes, which are strongly requiring technological cooperation, such as technological development and strategic alliances according to industrial ecosystem change, have a significant impact on not only product quality but also services. Thus, there is a need for 'servitization' that can satisfy the needs of customers and the ecosystem of businesses through the convergence of manufacturing companies and services. This study uses the Expectation-Confirmation Model to examine the impact on user satisfaction and Continuance Usage Intention. Research(Study) was conducted on users who are using high-tech-based cars. For this, we used Expectation Confirmation(match expections for the user's pre-and post-use relationships), Perceived Ease, Perceived Usefulness, User Satisfaction and Habitual Use and using Continuance Usage Intention as a dependent variable. Their causation was examined with the spss 26.0 and smartpls 2.0 statistical programs. As implications of this study, Expectation Confirmation has been shown to have significant positive effects on Perceived Ease, Perceived Usefulness, User Satisfaction and Habitual Use. For this results, the expectations before and after the use of high-tech cars lead to improved daily lives convenience and(or) work efficiency, leading to user satisfaction and further Continuance Usage Intention. Motors consider it important to pursue the work improvements that consumers want and use it useful in daily lives in the production and sale of high-tech cars. It is expected that it will create natural habits for services that users are satisfied with, and that these habits will affect the continuous growth and understanding of the trend of change.

This study examined a correspondence of children's anticipated vocations, perceived competencies, and interests. For the purpose, this study asked 659 primary school students what activities they liked, those they thought they were good at, and what job they expected when they grew up. The responses were coded into RIASEC Holland codes and agreement across the three questions was examined using kappa statistics. Results indicated that there was a correspondence of children's anticipated vocations, perceived competencies, and interests. When broken down into separate examinations by gender, males and females had significant kappas for agreement between vocation and competence. And the correspondence of competence and interest was significant for males too. We couldn't examine females' case because they didn't answer C-type of Holland. Examinations of the results by grade demonstrated that 5th-grade and 6th-grade had significant kappas for agreement between vocation and competence. However the correspondence of vocation and interest was significant for 5th-grade. the correspondence of competence and interest was significant for 5th-grade too. We couldn't examine 6th-grade's case because they didn't answer C-type of Holland. The result obtained from this study indicate that there is a correspondence of children's anticipated vocations, perceived competencies, and interests. Such a result means that children, 5th-grade and 6th-grade, can consider their competencies and interests with their vocations. The findings are especially relevant for counselors and teachers working with children.

This study aimed to clarify the continuance intention of users of size recommendation services. The expectation-confirmation model framed the analysis of the 180 data points collected. The analysis determined the mediating effects of perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention. The moderated mediation effect of familiarity was also analyzed, and a path analysis was conducted using PROCESS macro. Results showed that expectation-confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Findings indicated that perceived usefulness affected satisfaction and continuance intention and confirmed that satisfaction affected continuance intention. In the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention, mediation analysis verified the mediation and double mediation of perceived usefulness and satisfaction. In the group with an above-average familiarity value, moderation analysis confirmed a moderating effect between perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Above-average familiarity values also confirmed that the moderating effect on continuance intention was significant.

인터액티브 시스템은 여러 번에 걸친 평가 와 수정을 거쳐서 사용자들에게 보다 편리한 방향으로 설계된다. 인터액티브 시스템의 인터페이스 설계자들은 사용자들의 만족도와 소프트웨어의 기능성을 평가하기 위해 표본집단을 구성하고 그들로 하여금 시스템을 사용해 보게 한 후에 QUIS(Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction)와 같은 평가 양식에 따라 사용성을 테스트 해왔다. 그러나, 이러한 방식으로는 사용자가 시스템에 대해서 사용하기 전에 형성하고 있는 저신모형에 관한 평가가 이루어지지 않았다. 정신 모형은 사용자들의 배경과 경험을 통하여 얻어진 시스템에 대한 기대를 말한다. 만약 인터액티브 시스템의 인터페이스가 사용자의 정신모형과 일치하도록 만들어진다면, 사용자들은 그들의 휴리스틱(Heuristic)을 이용하여 배우는 기간을 단축할 수 있고, 보다 효율적으로 소프트웨어를 사용할 수 있다. 인터페이스의 설계가 정신 모형에 기반을 두고 이루어지면, 사용자들이 시스템에 대해 갖는 기대를 파악하면 인터페이스를 수정 보완 함으로서 소프트웨어의 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 사용자들에게 보다 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다.

Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. Based on the IS Post-Acceptance model and Success Model, this study examines factors influencing the continuance intention in the SNS. Questionnaires are collected from 275 students who are using the SNS. The results are following: first, the perceived usefulness and satisfaction have positive effect on the continuance intention. Second, the perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality and information quality have positive effect on the satisfaction. Third, the confirmation has positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Fourth, the system quality and information quality have positive effect on the confirmation. Fifth, the satisfaction is the strongest predictor of the continuance intention and the perceived usefulness is the strongest predictor of the satisfaction.

This paper investigate to test the validity of the basic assumptions of strategic trading models with the broker and informed trader using daily closing data of KOSPI 200 stock index futures for the year 2001-2003. Major results are summarized as follows: (i) For these years, while foreign investors and brokerage companies traded for the directions consistent with the model, brokerage companies and individual investors traded for inconsistent directions. (ii) Cross correlation function (CCF) analysis shows no systematic dependency in the trading between all three participants(foreign investor, brokerage companies and individual investors) for these years. (iii) Chi-square validity test for the 30 days of the largest unexpected trading volume shows some systematic dependency in the trading between three participants for these years. Finally, some limitations of this paper and direction for further research were suggested.

Hwang(2022; J.KWRA, 55, 10)은 수심 적분 모형으로 불연속 지형을 경사로 완화하지 않고 직접 해석하는 Hwang(2015; J.KSCE, 35, 6)의 기법이 적용된 수치 모형의 정확도를 높이기 위해 지형 전면에 실제로 작용하는 정수압 분포와 차이를 해명하는 흐름률 보정 계수(flux correction coefficient)를 도입하였다. 직각 광정 위어 실험 중에서 널리 알려진 다섯 가지 월류 실험으로부터 218회의 시행을 추려 실험과 모의에서 월류량 값이 서로 잘 일치하는 흐름률 보정 계수를 각각 산정하였는데, 이때 광정 위어를 지나는 흐름을 모의하기 위해 계산 영역을 평면 2차원으로 두고 삼각형 계산 격자로 분할하였다(Hwang, 2022). 실험에 사용된 실험 수로들이 수로의 길이 방향으로 그 폭이 일정하므로 옆벽의 영향이 크지 않다면 수로의 단위 폭에 모형을 적용함으로써 계산 영역의 차원을 한 수준 낮출 수 있다. 실질적으로 1차원 모의가 되어 모의 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으므로 다양한 분석이 가능하겠으나, 2차원 모의로부터 결정된 흐름률 보정 계수를 수정없이 그대로 적용하는 것이 적절한지 검토할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 Hwang(2022)이 검토한 218회의 직각 광정 위어 실험 시행에 수로의 단위 폭에 불연속 지형을 직접 해석할 수 있는 Hwang(2015)의 1차원 모형을 적용하고 모의와 실험에서 월류량의 차이가 최소가 되는 흐름률 보정 계수를 각각 산정하였다. 결정된 흐름률 보정 계수의 평균값을 별도로 선정된 두 가지 직각 광정 위어 실험에 적용하였으며, 보정에 따른 모형의 성능을 평가하기 위해 Willmott의 일치 지표(index of agreement)를 이용하였다. 흐름률 보정 계수를 적용하였을 때, 한 실험 경우에 대해 모형의 성능이 대폭 개선됨을 확인하였고 성능 개선이 미미한 나머지 실험 경우는 보정 전에 일치 지표가 이미 상당히 높은 편이었다. 2차원 문제에 이어 1차원 모형의 적용에서도 흐름률 보정 계수를 결정함으로써 계단이나 직립 보와 같은 불연속 지형을 넘나드는 천수 흐름의 월류량을 더 쉽고 정확하게 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Technological advancements in the field of information and communication have led to the advent and usage of various types of smart devices, which have significantly altered people's usage behaviors and environments. This change has also been applied to the learning environment, where various smart devices are appearing and the learning behavior of learners is changing accordingly. In this study, we investigate learners' perceptions of digital note-taking behaviors focusing on the recently emerged learning media, tablet PCs and digital pens. Drawing upon the expectancy-confirmation model, we conduct a study on the factors affecting the (dis)confirmation and (dis)satisfaction of undergraduate students with tablet PCs and digital pens by comparing their expectations with their actual use experiences. An open-ended survey was conducted among students at C University in Korea, and the responses were analyzed through qualitative content analysis to derive four factors of expectation-confirmation and satisfaction and three factors of expectation-disconfirmation and dissatisfaction. Based on these findings, we provide academic and educational implications.
