The purpose of this study was to understand breast cancer survivors' line dance program participation experience and their perceived effects. Nine participants were selected by the purposive sampling. In the current study, phenomenological research methods were used and qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The analyses indicated that participants's positive experiences were categorized into physical (physiological change, improved digestive system, sleep quality and cognitive function), psychological (pleasure, vigor, peace, self confidence, and satisfaction) and social (improved mood among family members, peer support and pleasure) benefit. Furthermore, participants enjoyed unique characteristics of line dance such as continuous music and nature of group exercise where they enjoy information sharing and peer support In summary, a line dance program was safe and beneficial for breast cancer survivors and should be recommended as one of exercise options for breast cancer survivors.

Local decentralization is a rational allocation of power and responsibilities between the state and local governments, but it is not just a transfer of administrative affairs and transfer of funds. In order to look at the task of moving administrative affairs to the districts, this paper first considered the relevant prior study. Next, we looked at the assessment of the level of function transfer and direction of transfer for government employees. Finally, the task for the transfer of functions has been drawn. Revitalizing functions or affair transfers requires the president's firm will and continued support, efforts to divide roles between central and local governments, increased responsibilities of local governments, revitalizing civic participation and establishing democracy. In addition, in order to expand the function transfer problem, the affair allocation system must be newly established. The discussion of such a system should take into account the issue of regional equity as well as financial transfers. Localization through transfer of functions requires, among other things, a change in perception of the relevant groups. Local decentralization requires long-term time and the participation and cooperation of not only the central but also related stakeholders are important, as seen in existing studies and in the nation's experience.

Hand rehabilitation training tools are used in hospitals and at home for patients and users who require recovery of disabled hands and improvement in overall hand function. However, existing training tools are not organized into a progressive system, and they lead to repeatability operations over a period of time. As a result, patients feel free and cannot be motivated by rehabilitation, and continuous rehabilitation training is difficult. Based on this argument, the study combines one of the elements of the game called the "Cat's cradle" to enable the user to feel achievement through play and to achieve natural rehabilitation through unconsciousness. After examining the characteristics of the tool, the user's environment, the relevance of the Cat's cradle game to the training tool and to the patient's continued rehabilitation was established. And design elements were derived through professional interviews. Later, design guidelines and prototypes have been created to complement the problems associated with guidelines and prototypes by conducting usability testing and design element assessment.

국가연구개발사업은 현재 각 부처 별 다수의 법률에 근거하여 운영되고 있다. 일선 연구자 입장에서의 행정 절차 상 불편함과 국가 연구개발 중장기 계획 상 일관성의 부족이 문제로 지적되었다. 이에 수년 전부터 국가연구개발사업에 공통적으로 적용할 법률의 필요성이 제기되었으나, 실제로 제정되지는 않았다. 이 논문에서는 여러 정부 부처를 아우르는 국가연구개발사업 법률 제정 시 사안 별로 공통 적용을 해야 할 것과 그렇게 하지 말아야 할 것을 구별한다. 관련 정부 조직 개편에 있어서는 각 정부 부처들의 국가연구개발사업 기획 기능 강화와 국가과학기술자문회의 및 과학기술혁신본부의 정부 부처 간 사업 조정 기능 강화, 그리고 전문기관의 사업 관리 기능 전담을 법적으로 규정할 것을 주장한다. 국가연구개발 중장기 계획의 일관성 제고가 이 법률안의 취지에 포함되나, 중장기 계획은 지속적으로 제 개정이 필요하기 때문에 법적으로는 근거 조항만 두고, 국가과학기술자문회의가 범부처 중장기 계획을 수립하도록 할 것을 주장한다. 또한 부처 간 사업 조정 시 유사 및 중복 사업이 아닌 경우, 사업이 축소되지 않고 각 부처가 개별적으로 진행할 수 있는 근거 조항이 필요함을 주장한다.

To overcome the limitations of the current Central Mobility Management (CMM) protocols, IETF has been discussing about the Distributed Mobility Management (DMM) protocols that the centralized mobility functions of Home Agents (HA) are distributed to network edges closer to mobile users. The DMM protocol has some advantages of low-cost traffic delivery and high scalability. However, it faces several problems such as a high signaling cost and a complex address management. Especially, users moving at a high speed and with long-live sessions can make these problems worse. To reduce the high signaling cost for long-live sessions, we propose a novel hybrid DMM protocol allocating different mobility anchors according to the session durations. In this paper, we analyze the performance of the proposed hybrid DMM protocol and show superior performance with respect to the signaling cost.

The purpose of this study was to explore the ecological aesthetic features and the implications for ecological landscape design by analyzing the design philosophy and ecological artworks of Patricia Johanson, an ecological artist. Literature review and a field visit were conducted to investigate Johanson's four art projects that express the functional purpose, artistry, and locality of symbiosis with nature and restoration of ecosystem habitats. As the results of analysis, first, Johanson's work created 'functional art work' and 'artistic infrastructure'. Second, the historical and regional characteristics were expressed artistically and symbolically. Third, Johanson is characterized by connecting humans and nature through the publicity of works of art, and raising the awareness of preservation of nature and environment among the community and children. Johanson's innovative works can provide inspiration for landscape architects pursuing functional and sustainable landscape design.

This research focus on the value of smart phones for university students in Korea, considering on the correlations between the main causes influencing intrinsic value(price attributes, function attributes), network value(learning effects attributes, externalities attributes) user satisfaction, and intentions of repurchase of the smart phones market in Korea. Through the statistical analyses on the 8 hypotheses from a research model, we found that intrinsic value and network value gave an attentive influence on user satisfaction and repurchase intention. Call charge and Liquid crystal display and Design of smart phone have an influenced user satisfaction and repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to propose plans of accounting transparency enhancement for Korean firms' sustainable growth and moral management. Moral management is not optional but essential strategy under global competitive circumstances. It has been proved that sustainable growth was possible through moral management. The plans of accounting transparency enhancement obtained from this study are as below. The implementation of early childhood education on the role and function of accounting, including contents related accounting ethics in university business curriculum or accounting curriculum, including contents related accounting(management) ethics in various accounting qualification examination, building and utilization of systematic knowledge base on accounting fraud, strengthen supervision for implementation of stable and reliable K-IFRS, improving public ethics through strengthening ethical awareness, devotion of community leaders for the nation and society etc.

인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)은 두릅나무과(Araliaceae)에 속하는 식물로 동아시아에서 2,000여년 전부터 보기(補氣)제로 사용된 중요한 약재이다. 홍삼은 인삼의 뿌리를 찐 것으로, 고려시대 이전부터 쪄서 말리는 가공법이 있었던 것으로 알려져 있다. 건강기능식품에서 말하는 홍삼제품은 홍삼을 원재료로 하여 이를 분말화하거나 물이나 주정으로 추출하여 농축 또는 발효하여 식용에 적합하며, 진세노사이드Rg1과 Rb1의 합이 0.8~34 mg/g이 되어야 한다. 2011년 한국의 건강기능식품 시장은 약 3조 6,000억원에 이르며, 홍삼시장은 1조 2,000억원에 이른다. 2007년 6,420억원이었던 홍삼시장이 5년만에 두배가 된 것이다. 홍삼시장이 성장하면서 한국인삼공사(정관장)와 농협중앙회(NH한삼인), 동원F&B(천지인), 웅진식품(다채움수) 등의 회사가 기초연구와 다양한 제품개발을 통하여 경쟁하고 있다. 한국인삼공사의 경우, 최근 식품의약품안전청으로부터 홍삼의 '항산화' 기능에 대하여 건강기능식품기능성원료 인정을 받았고, '홍삼정타브렛'을 출시하였으며 '홍이장군' 브랜드를 리뉴얼하였다. 농협중앙회에서는 이미지 향상을 위한 '지성이면 한삼인' 시리즈와 짜 먹는 '뽀로로 홍삼 젤리'를 출시하였고, 동원F&B은 '홍송조화건조'를 제조공정에 도입하였고, 캡슐형태의 제품을 출시하였으며, 최근에는 꼬마버스 타요를 활용하여 '천지인 꼬마버스 타요' 시리즈를 개발하였다. 웅진식품, 대상웰라이프 등에서도 사포닌이 흡수되기 좋게 만든 '발효홍삼' 제품을 출시하고 있다. 향후 홍삼시장의 지속적인 성장을 위해 기초연구와 소비자의 니즈에 맞는 국내시장만이 아닌 해외시장까지 나아갈 수 있는 특화된 제품 개발이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다.

고품질의 경쟁력이 있는 상품을 지속적으로 생산하기 위해서는 각 작물별 적합한 배양토(토양조건) 선정과 과학적인 영양(비배)관리가 절실히 요구된다. 이미 선진국에서는 분화용 또는 재배용 배양토를 기능적으로 전문화하여 산업에 활용하고 있으며, 이 분야에 대해서 가축분뇨 등 폐자원을 이용한 배양토 생산이 실용화되고 있다. 국내에서 공정육묘용 상토와 화분용, 식물재배용 배양토에 사용되는 원료(피트모스, 펄라이트, 암면 등)는 거의 대부분 외국으로부터 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 국내의 대규모 기업형 축사 또는 돈사에서 발생되는 축분은 환경오염의 근원이 되나 충분히 부숙 또는 특수가공처리를 한다면 필요한 배양토 조제에 효율적이고 기능적인 자원으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 평가되고 있다.
