The main purpose of this study is to understand social role of the photography. The photography makes the people do not deviate from social discipline. In this meaning, the photography is a surveillant of the society. Especially, this study examines the social role of the photography at the European society in 19th century. In order to accomplish the above purpose of this study, the oppressive and honorific functions of photography are investigated. The result of this study is described as follows. First, the surveillance through photography extends its areas to everyday life of the people. Second, the development of technology releated to photographic image produces new types of surveillance. Third, the photography presents the images of model persons and the photography makes the people follow this images.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the elements of the function of the role of industrial high schools that its experts perceived. The content of this research is verify the function element required for the performance of the role of specialized education through content validity ratio(CVR). This research adopted the method of literature research and Delphi method, which is to collect and come to an agreement of the opinions of the 26 research panels. The first round is constructed by the semi-constructed questionnaire for the analysis of the opinions of the panels by inductive method. The second round is to categorize the result of the first one into 7 domains, and asked each category by Likert's 5 scale checklists, and statistically analyzed mean, medium, standard deviation, and quartile. The third round is to statistically analyze Mean, standard deviation, medium, and validity ratio(CVR) to reassure the opinions of the panels on the basis of the result of the first one. The categorized contents of the function required for the performance of the specialized education in this research is 'in-service visit and in-service training', 'licence acquiring education', 'employment counseling and job employment information', 'custom-made education connected with industry', 'career education' and 'enhancement of basic career competency'. The panels are divided into professors, teachers, professionals, and policy administrators, and they verified the validity rate of the function role and priority of emphasis. The result showed that the tendency of the education is converting from physical function-centered education to education of emotional attitude and competence of thought.

Cytokine은 여러 가지 세포성 면역을 발현시키는 작용물질로서, 혹은 체액성 면역에 있어서 그 조절기능에 관여하는 작용물질로서 주목을 받고 있으며, 그 대부분은 직접적이거나 간접적으로 감염이나 종양에 대한 생체방어기구에 대하여 중요한 역할을 갖는 것이 밝혀지고 있다. Cytokine의 생체내에서의 역할은 감염 방어기구에 관여하고, 항종양 면역에 관여한다. 최근에는 cytokine과 내분비계의 호르몬이 상호작용을 하고 있다는 것이 밝혀지고 있다. 내분비계의 gormone과 cytokine 간에는 일방향성이 아니라 이방향성의 상호작용이 있다고 말할 수 있다.

인증 서비스는 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래에서의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 반드시 필요한 요소이다. CPS 는 인증 서비스를 제공하는 CA에 의해 제공되는 인증 업무에 대해 세부적으로 기술한 문서로써, 인증서 사용자들이 인증기관의 신뢰도를 측정하는데 있어서 기준이 되는 역할을 한다. 본 고에서는 현재 인증 기술 부분의 연구에 있어서 주도적 역할을 하고 있는 IETF pkix 워킹 그룹의 Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure Certificate Policy and Cerification Practice Framework의 분석을 통해, CPS 의 역할 및 기능을 분석하였다.

본 연구에서는 시스템의 대규모 SCADA 시스템들에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 전문가 시스템을 설계한다. 전문가 시스템의 추론기관은 직관적 추론 기능과 논리적 추론기능이 연동되도록 설계한다. 직관적 추론기능은 패턴인식구조로, 논리적 추론기능은 휴리스틱에 근거한 심층추론을 통해 시스템 이벤트별로 다양한 시간제야조건을 만족하는 시스템 제어전략을 결정함과 동시에, 지식 생성자의 역할을 할 수 있도록 다중 추론구조로 설계한다.

우리나라 제조물책임(PL)법은 소비자의 권익보호와 결합제품으로 인한 피해자의 신속한 구제를 통한 국민생활의 안전향상과 국민경제의 건전한 발전을 도모할 목적으로 2002년 7월 1일 시행되었으나, 본질적인 기능 발휘와 목적 달성은 미미한 수준에 그치고 있다. 피해자의 적극적인 구제의 수단으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라 기업의 제품안전 활동에 대한 동기 부여를 통하여 제품안전기술력 제고를 통한 기업 경쟁력 향상의 역할 수행은 법 시행 이전과 비교하여 비슷한 수준이다. 이는 우리나라 PL법 제도 자체의 한계가 원인이라고 할 수 있지만 근본적인 원인은 제도 시행에 요구되는 사회적 인프라가 충분히 구축되어 있지 않다는 점이다.

활성 산소종은 노화, 특히 피부노화의 원인 물질로 작용하고 있다. 피부는 자외선에 노출되어 있어 활성 산소종을 만드는 광화학적 반응들이 계속해서 일어나고 있다. 이들 활성 산소종들은 피부 세포 및 조직 손상을 주도한다. 이들은 항산화 효소와 비효소적 항산화제들로 구성된 항산화 방어망을 파괴함으로써 산화제/항산화제 균형을 산화 상태 쪽으로 기울게 한다. 결과적으로 계속된 산화적 스트레스는 지질 과산화, 단백질 산화, 간질 성분을 파괴시키는 단백질분해효소의 활성화, 탄력 섬유인 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 사슬절단 및 비정상적인 교차결합, 히아루론산 사슬의 절단, 멜라닌 생성반웅 촉진, DNA 산화와 같은 생체 구성 성분들의 손상을 야기시킨다. 결국에는 탄력감수 주름살 및 기미.주근깨 둥으로 특징 지워지는 피부노화가 가속화된다. 따라서 피부노화 방지를 위해서는, 과잉의 활성 산소종 생성을 억제하고 또한 생성된 활성산소를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 시스템이 화장품의 처방에 반드시 포함될 필요가 있다. 즉, 산화제/항산화제 밸런스가 유지되는 피부의 항산화 방어 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 피부노화 방지에 있어서 천연물의 역할로 (1) 자외선 흡수제로서의 역할, (2) 항산화제로서의 역할, (3) 주름 개선제로서의 역할, (4) 미백제로서의 역할, (5) 항균\ulcorner항염작용 및면역 조절제로서의 역할에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 21세기는 본격적으로 기능성 화장품 시대가 개막될 것으로 예측하고 있다. 이에 맞춰 천연물들은 피부노화를 방지하는데 주도적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

This study attempts to investigated the impact of mentoring function and job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the hotel kitchen employees. It is hypothesized that the function of mentoring will influence on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data was collected from 362 in the Seoul, Jejn, Busan and Kyungju hotels. The result showed that all of those 3 sub causes of the mentoring functions was positively relation with job satisfaction; but the organizational commitment, only the role model function had a positive relation. This is the mentoring function, which the role to accomplish the role model function is most important to hotel kitchen employees. Furthermore, the hypothesis for the relation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment was turned down. The result of this study will be hopeful for the hotel industries which gave needs to establish to human resources management.

첨가제는 기유인 탄소와 수소로 된 유기화합물과 함께 존재하면서 윤활기능을 높여 주는 것으로써 유황, 염소와 인을 주요성분으로 하고 있다. 비록 이들 첨가제의 화학적 구조와 반응에 따라 윤활기능 및 역할을 체계적으로 연구하는 것은 매우 복잡하고 때로는 불가능 하지만 가능한 범위에서 화학적 관계와 윤활작용의 상호관계를 살펴보기로 한다.
