The present study investigated the validity of a serious game named 'Draw Ttoring' developed for accessment of children's attention and tried to provide the basic information about it. To this goal, we tested it to 284 elementary school students in measuring various behavior data(reaction time, total playing time, correct rate, discrepancy between type of TMT). Futhermore, the behavior data was compared with academic achievement to see the external validity. In results, 'Draw Ttoring' showed various behavior data and correlation with academic achievement. In Type A of TMT, total time and reaction time had a correlation with academic achievement, while, in Type B of TMT, total time and correct rate did. Mental flexibility calculated by the discrepancy between Type A and Type B showed also the positive correlation with academic achievement. These results showed that the serious game named 'Draw Ttoring' can provide more various information about children attention and these can't be observed by traditional paper pencil test. Finally, serious game can provide an good alternative method to access children's cognition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of three functional performance tests and one-legged hop test and to establish the reference data of the three functional performance tests of the active young Korean men. Materials and methods: We performed five tests on 40 normal subjects such as one-legged hop test (single hop, triple hop) and the three functional performance tests (carioca test, co-contraction test, shuttle run test). The mean age was 28.4 years. The mean score of Tegner activity scale was 6.2 and Lysholm score 98.2 Mean value and standard deviation were obtained. The correlation of age, height and weight with the results, the relationship between FPT and one-legged hop test and the mean difference between dominant and non-dominant limbs were statistically calculated. Results: All data obtained were normally distributed and there were no significant relationship between age, height and weight. The paired t-test of one legged hop test showed no statistical significance between dominant and non-dominant limbs. The results of one legged hop test had strong relationship with functional performance test. Conclusion; The three functional performance tests can be a useful functional test in ACL-insufficient athletes. Our results can be used as normal reference data of the normal active Korean men.

Purpose: The goal is to identify the effectiveness of the IKDC subjective score in the clinical outcome study after reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. Materials and Methods: Twenty-four patients after ACL reconstructions using twelve hamstring autografts and twelve Achilles allografts were evaluated. Lysholm knee score, IKDC subjective score, Knee Outcome Survey score and Tegner activity score were evaluated for the subjective outcome value. Static instability tests, Biodex dynamometer and one-legged hop for distance tests were done for the objective outcome value. Three functional performance tests (FPTs) including Carioca test, Shuttle run test and Co-contraction test were performed for deciding the final results. Each scale was compared with FPTs results and Pearson's correlation test was used to test the correlation between the parameters. Results: IKDC subjective score, single hop test, and quadriceps power in low velocity of Biodex dynamometer tests had a positive correlation with the total FPTs results. Conclusion: IKDC subjective score can be an effective test to evaluate the functional status as well as the subjective outcome after ACL reconstruction.

Pysicochemical and sensory characteristics of cookies with various levels of functional rice flour were investigated in this study. Dough pH of 10% substituted group and Spreadability of 20 and 30% substituted group had significantly higher values than that of control group. Density of Dough had significantly the largest value of 1.27 with 10% substituted sample group. The L value of brightness in control group had significantly the largest value of 69.31. The b value of 20% substituted sample group had significantly the largest value of 35.60. Results of sensory characteristics showed significantly higher savory aroma, savory flavor, hardness and brownness with 10% substituted sample group. Acceptance test of cookies with 20% substituted sample group showed higher overall acceptability than those of others. Quality caracteristics of 10 to 30% subsituted sample groups indicated significantly similar or higher values compared to those of control showing the possibilities of developments in health concerned funtional rice coopkies.

This study was carried out in order to investigate the study on the characteristics of nutrient content and sensory evaluation of functional rice Dasik Rice Dasik was prepared with 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4% concentration of mulbeyry-leaf powder and silkpeptide powder. Increasing mulberry-leaf powder and silkpeptide powder led to the significant increase in the contents of crude protein and crude ash. The contents of Ca, K and Mg of mulberry-leaf powder and silkpeptide powder groups were higher than those of the mulberry-leaf powder and the silkpeptide powder free group. And the sensory evaluation of the rice Dasik with 2% mulberry-leaf powder and silkpeptide powder were found to be significantly higher than those of other groups.

현재 제품의 보다 향상된 의장성과 기능성을 위해서 정밀한 자유곡면 형상의 제품에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 자유곡면 형상 제품의 효율적이고 정밀한 설계 및 가공과 함께 제품에 대한 수치 검사가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 자유곡면 형상 제품의 예로는 금형, 헬리콥터 프로펠러, 비행기 날개 등이 있다. 이러한 제품의 설계 및 가공을 위해서 많은 CAD/CAM 시스템이 개발되었다. 수치 검사 분야에서는 기하학적으로 복잡한 제품에 대한 정밀하고 효율적인 검사를 위해서, 3차원 좌표측정기을 포함한 컴퓨터의 구동의 수치 검사 장비가 개발되고, 그러한 장비를 이용한 CAI 시스템사용이 다양한 분야에서 점차 증가하고 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라 치즈 소비 추세가 장차 친환경, 기능성, 순수 자연 치즈 위주의 소비 시대로 전환될 것을 예상하면서 향후 참살이와 건강 기능성을 고려한 새로운 개념의 건강 기능성 복합 고 영양 식품인 약재형 자연 치즈 개발과 상품화를 위해 한국인의 취향과 기호성을 고려한 한국형 치즈 제품화를 위해 수행되었다. 이상의 결과에서 산삼주 첨가 가우다 치즈 제조는 숙성도 증진, 유산균 증식성 및 기능성 지표 성분 잔류량을 고려하여 2%와 6% 첨가가 적합함을 알 수 있었고 추후 관능검사 결과와 소비자 묘사 분석 결과들을 수합 정리하여 최적 첨가량 추적 검사를 통해 상품화 방향의 정립이 필요한 것으로 사료되었다.

Purpose: This study was to compare the contrast sensitivity evaluated the visual ability at near wearing functional lenses for pre-presbyopes altered their single vision lenses to functional progressive addition lenses with low addition for 2 months. Methods: Healthy 32 subjects aged 24.03${\pm}$1.87 (male 23, female 9) who were recruited from university students wore functional progressive addition lenses(EYE-T, Chemilens Co., Korea, ADD 0.75D) for 2 months. Corrected visual acuity at distance and near and contrast sensitivity at near were tested right after wearing functional progressive addition lenses to compare wearing single vision lenses. And we had second test after 2 months later. Results: Comparing between test and retest, contrast sensitivity at near wearing functional progressive addition lenses was improved more than wearing single vision lenses at all spatial frequency of right, left and both eyes. Conclusions: There was considered that contrast sensitivity test is useful to evaluate the visual ability as well as quality of near work and can be applied variously.

Objectives: This study investigated the psychological characteristics of patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods: The subjects included ninety patients with functional dyspepsia and sixty four psychiatric out-patients. We administered Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI) and Illness Behavior Questionnaire(IBQ). Results: There were no significant differences between the patients with functional dyspepsia and the psychiatric out-patients by MMPI. Two groups both showed a higher distribution in hypochondriasis, depression, hysteria subscales than in any other subscales. The patients with functional dyspepsia showed lower scores in disease conviction and affective disturbance subscales in IBQ than the psychiatric out-patients. The distribution of scores of the other IBQ subscales were similar between the patients with functional dyspepsia and the psychiatric out-patients. The patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into three groups for the Multivariate cluster analysis: normal, similar to psychiatric out-patient, and severe neurotic. The severe neurotic group showed higher scores in hypochondriasis, depression, hysteria, psychathenia, and schizophrenia subscales in MMPI and showed significant different scores in affective disturbance, disease conviction, psychological and somatic concerns, affective disturbance, denial, and irritability subscales in IBQ. Conclusion: If patients with functional dyspepsia show severe neurotic behavior, such as those in, they would need appropriate psychiatric intervention.
