The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept of health administration students. A total of 250 structured questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Ver.24.0 program for students from 10 universities nationwide. As a result of the study, the students of health administration major showed the satisfaction level of clinical practice and the level of professional self concept more than average. Clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept were positively correlated with each other. The variables that have the most significant effect on clinical practice satisfaction were professional practice in the detail of professional self concept. Therefore, in order to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice and professional self concept of students in health administration, it is necessary to thoroughly check the training site before practical training, to consult with preliminary practical guidance professor, to develop clinical practice program and to find a system of mutual cooperation system with clinical training institution need.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice for university students in the physical therapy department. 163 students participated in the study. The subjects completed an online survey that consisted of 36 clinical practice satisfaction questions and 5 questions of general characteristics. The collected data was analyzed by using frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc analyses with a significant level of 0.05. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.84 in average on a scale of 5. The students' satisfaction was the highest for the item 'Satisfaction after clinical practice', and the lowest for the item 'Internal conflict in clinical practice' and 'Evaluation of clinical practice'. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice showed significant differences according to the satisfaction of the major (p<.001), however, no significant difference according to gender, grade, training period and practice institution.

This study is aimed at examining the rights of students who are under social work field practicum, as trainees, in the aspect of the rights to learn and the rights to work, in particular. This study utilized FGI method, and a total of 18 trainees participated. As a result, awareness of students who joined social work field practicum was reduced to five categories in total and 19 sub-categories. The results is as following. First, social work field trainees did not aware of their rights. Second, the field trainees were taking the role with double positions as a trainee and a worker, and experiencing confusion and difficulties thereof. Third, they were not provided proper instructions as trainees, and feeling burden therefrom. Fourth, even though the students were providing actual labor at the field, they felt anxiety and unfairness because they were not properly protected when they were faced with issues regarding reasonable reward and safety. Fifth, due to such difficulties, students were demanding that field organizations and schools make positive efforts to improve awareness about protection of the rights. Based on such results, offered basic data for field training improvement plans and intended to explore alternative plans for improvement of social work field practicum.

This study set out to investigate dental hygiene students' perceptions and performance of dental clinic infection management of clinical training, thus helping to minimize nosocomial infection and providing basic data for infection management and action guidelines in development of curriculums and educational programs. A survey was taken with dental hygiene students that had experiences with clinical training at a four-year university in Gyeongbuk. The findings show that many of the students had experiences with education about the prevention of infection. There were differences in their performance of infection prevention management among the sites of clinical training with university and general hospitals recording a high level of performance. These findings raise a need to make guidelines for infection management, distribute them to sites of clinical training, and manage them through the staff during clinical training. The schools need to run educational program for infection management in relation to clinical training and establish a systematic institution.

This study attempted to analyze the practicum experiences of pre-service childcare teachers (level 3) and their meaning and set a direction for efficient childcare practicum for the level 3 childcare teachers. For this, 16 trainees from 'P' Pre-service Childcare Teacher Training Center and 'S' Pre-service Childcare Teacher Training Center in Gyeonggi-do were investigated, and there was an interview with them for qualitative analysis. The study results found the followings: This study is showed that child care and teaching practice is the difficulty of training institutions selected, lack of preparation exercise, disagreement between training courses and related field, the stress of exercise, difficulties in infants teaching and experience the reality in the field. In terms of the meaning of childcare practicum, it helped the pre-service childcare teachers set their career path and establish values. In addition, it was helpful in building practical knowledge. In addition, there was a discussion on how to operate the childcare practicum in a well-organized and systematic manner, focusing on the derived topics.

In this study, 3D-image based course material has been suggested as a potential pedagogical tool for laboratory courses for aviational maintenance in vocational high schools. With a special focus on assembly/disassembly of the combustion chamber, 3D contents described here are created by Soildworks 2014 based on the textbook widely used in aviational high schools. By analyzing several textbooks currently adopted at various schools, we have clearly shown that the current text-based teaching method is far from being effective regarding providing adequate learning environment for high school students who study aviational maintenance. From the analysis of the conventional textbooks, it is seen that it is urgent that we should come up with more effective and efficient way of teaching methods for these topics at vocational high schools. Using Solidworks, we have developed very vivid 3D image-based course material for topics related to a combustion chamber in the airplane. Newly developed 3D material is seen to clearly show step by step procedures of assembly and disassembly of the combustion chamber which has crucial importance in the aviational laboratory courses. Especially the transparent feature in Solidworks could make it possible to observe the parts covered by outer casing, which can not be seen even in any laboratory class with real objects. 3D animated views could provided unprecedented learning environment for students to acquire core knowledge with ease for the maintenance of a combustion chamber. In order to provide easy access for students to this 3D-based course material, the exclusive viewer is also developed using MS office powerpoint 2007. An example of a learning plan using 3d course material is suggested as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting infection control practice by dental hygienist students in Jeju during clinical training amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Online survey was conducted on 112 students and the results were statistically analyzed with frequency analysis, Student's T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. In the 'awareness and practice of infection control by year in college' section, 2nd year students scored significantly higher in 'cleaning and surface disinfection,' 'medical waste disposal,' and 'COVID-19 preventive measure' compared to 3rd year students. In the 'type of training institution' section, hospital setting scored significantly higher in 'cleaning and surface disinfection,' 'instrument disinfection and sterilization,' 'personal and patient protection,' and 'COVID-19 preventive measure' compared to dental clinic setting. In the 'location of institution' section, Seoul metropolitan region scored higher in 'medical waste disposal' compared to Jeju region. According to regression analysis, year in college (2nd year), type of training institution (hospital setting), location of training institution (Seoul metropolitan region), and difficulty using protective gear (no difficulty) were associated with better COVID-19 preventive measure This first study in Jeju provides an insight on the awareness and practice of infection control measures by dental hygienist students in Jeju during clinical training. Further investigation for improvement of clinical training manual is warranted.

Currently, the lack of equipments for the medical practice and education made it impossible for the people in medical institution to carry out suitable experiments for observing human bodies .In this paper, the authors embodied three dimensional images and moving pictures for the human skeletal structure, digestive organs, cardiovascular system and their processes over the internet framework. The three dimensional images and moving picture made it possible for the general people as well as the specialists to observe and obtain informations with regard to the human body. Especially, the authors realized a framework for visualizing the human bodies in three dimensional images, via which a detailed and realistic architecture for the human body and its organs can be obtained. The system developed in this paper can be used in the practice and education of the people engaged in medical fields.
