Performance Test of $3^{rd}$ rail type power collector for rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle (고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량용 제 3 궤조 집전장치의 성능시험)

  • This study was aimed to verify the acceptable contact force between power collector and 3rd rail type conductor rail for the Korean standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. The power collector was designed and manufactured to satisfy the Korean standardized Specifications of the rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. Based on the dynamic behavior, contact force variation and interruption in the worst installation tolerance of the conductor rail, its initial contact force was set up. At the test track for the Korean standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, interruptions, stresses, vibrations, and contact force variations were measured. As the results, initial contact force was verified to ensure power collection stability.

  • In general, a third rail current collecting shoegear is widely used in the light rail transit system since it is more efficient and economical than an overhead pantograph. Therefore, its specification is prescribed in the Korean standard specifications for the light rail transit for its applications. This paper describes the development of the third rail current collecting shoegears which is suitable to Korean situation and satisfactory to the Korean standard specifications. Two types are developed for the steel wheel and the rubber tyred AGT system, and various experiments are executed. It is found that performance of the third rail current collecting shoegear developed is proved acceptable.

  • 유도급전용 변압기(Inductive Power Transformer, IPT)는 비접촉 전력전송장치이며, 그 응용범위는 전동칫솔용 충전기, 핸드폰용 충전기와 같은 소용량 시스템뿐만 아니라, 전기자동차, 산업용 이송장치, 철도 시스템과 같은 대용량 시스템에까지 확대되고 있다. 철도시스템과 같은 교통시스템에 적용되는 IPT 시스템의 경우, 소용량 시스템과 달리 큰 공극을 가지기 때문에 높은 에너지 전달 효율을 얻기 위하여 IPT 모듈의 주의 깊은 설계가 요구되기 때문에 본 논문에서는 철도차량에 적용하기 위한 U-U 타입 IPT와 U-I 타입 IPT의 등가회로 파라미터와 커플링 계수에 대한 특성을 해석적 방법을 통하여 분석하고, 실제 20[kW] 급 IPT 시제품 모듈의 실험을 통하여 등가회로 파라미터 검증 및 IPT 모듈의 효율 계측을 수행하였다.

  • In AC railway feeding system, three phase received from the network is changed to two phase power sources with different phases. The main circuit breaker installed train is automatically open by track signal when the train passes the neutral section. In order to continuously supply power source to train, the changeover system was used in Japan. Therefore, the train is able to operate under powering condition when it was passing through the neutral section. We investigated the control method to reduce the inrush current flowing main transformer in train. To examine the inrush current and operate the static semiconductor switch such as thyristor, we manufactured the small scale the changeover system and carried out performance tests.

  • A "failure point informing device" is that if a accident of short or ground occurs in electric railway it inform us of the distance to accident point. SeoulMetro, KRRI, 2ISYS have developed this device and installed in line no.4 substation Iy-Chon, Sam-Gakgi to test its performance. A line resistance will be measured to test this device in November.

  • 남북한 간의 전철 전력 설비의 연계 혹은 개량은 다양한 문제점이 발생이 가능하고 각종 기준 및 레벨의 차이가 심각하다. 따라서, 북한의 전기설비의 개량을 위한 전철 전력설비의 노후도 진단기술, 전압안전성 평가, 상호연계를 위한 시뮬레이션, 안전기준 마련등 광범위한 분야의 실용적 접근이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 남북 및 대륙철도의 실용주의적 접근을 위하여 인프라 분야인 전철 분야의 표준화 방향에 대하여 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 북한 전철 설비의 전압, 지지물, 브래키트, 급전선, 조가선, 전차선, 장력조정장치, 조가방식, 전차선높이, 가고를 각각 분석 하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 초소형 무선 USB 동글 장치를 위한 광대역 접힌(folded) 모노폴 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 CPW 급전으로부터 삼지창 형상의 선로를 적용하여 광대역 특성을 구현하였다. 최종 설계된 안테나의 크기는 $16{\times}44.8{\times}3.5\;mm^3$이며, low-profile의 무선 USB 동글용 안테나에 적합하다. 제안된 안테나는 $S_{11}$ < -10 dB 기준으로 2.28~10.8 GHz의 공진 주파수 대역을 가지므로 WiBro (2.3~2.4 GHz), Bluetooth (2.4~2.484 GHz), WiMAX (2.5~2.7 GHz, 3.4~3.6 GHz), satellite DMB (2.605~2.655 GHz), 802.11b/g/a WLAN (2.4~2.485 GHz, 5.15~5.825 GHz), UWB(3.1~10.6 GHz)의 무선 대역을 지원 할 수 있다. 측정된 평균 이득의 범위는 -3.41 dBi 에서 -0.84 dBi 이다.

  • This paper suggests the inductive power collector using electromagnetic induction for railway vehicle such as the PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system. Some ideas for inductive power collector design to improve the power transfer performance are presented. The inductive power of secondary part is related to mount of linked flux to secondary part by the length of air-gap, which is expected by such a system parameter as leakage reactance and magnetizing reactance. This paper will study for some performance of traditional transformer from equivalent circuit considering leakage reactance.

  • 가스절연개폐장치(Gas-Insulated Switchgear, GIS) 내부에서 발생하는 부분방전(Partial Discharge, PD) 신호는 1ns이하의 상승시간(rising time)을 가지므로, 이 신호를 효과적으로 측정하기 위해서는 초광대역(Ultra Wide Band, UWB)특성을 갖는 커플러가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 UWB 특성을 구현하기 위해, 대수주기 톱니형 평면 안테나(log-periodic toothed planar antenna)와 등각 스파이럴 패치안테나(equi-angular spiral patch antenna)형태의 두 가지 초광대역 UHF 커플러를 설계 제작하였다. 제작한 커플러들의 특성을 파악하기 위해 안테나의 급전부에, 자체 설계한 매칭 회로인 발룬(balun, balance to unbalance)을 장착하여, 반사계수, 모의펄스에 의한 검출신호, 스펙트럼 둥을 측정하였다.
