The purpose of this study is to present an integrated analysis for energy use and its patterns as vertical locations of the dwelling units in apartment buildings which are located in an urban area and constructed by a renowned contractor. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the method, the original data of electricity, water, and gas bills which directly reflect the energy use are sorted and analyzed into several groups as vertical locations in each building. And also, by use of comparing and contrasting the data on a monthly and yearly basis, the accuracy of analyses for seasonal energy use and its patterns is strengthened. Comparative analyses used in this study describe the results that vertical locations of dwelling units do not have much influence on electricity and water usage, but are closely related with gas usage for a heating season. According to the analysis of gas usage, the units on the ground and right above pilotis need enhancement in the insulations for heating to mitigate energy loss. Also, the analysis for the middle floor units in each group describe the fact that the gas usage of the units on the ground is consumes 1.5 times greater than that of the typical floors. Therefore, enhanced insulation strategies need to be considered against the adverse condition that the heat loss increases as the wall facing the outside air increases or as the wind velocity increases through the pilotis.

The goal of this research is to compare influences for living periods between physical functional satisfaction and psychological emotional satisfaction in a ghetto area. The research site is 'Sujin1 dong' in Sungnam city which is one of the oldest residential areas in the city. Based on the analysis of the urban contexts for the research site, surveys are conducted to gather the data which are treated by several statistical techniques: 'Factor analysis', 'Reliability Analysis', 'Multiple regression analysis'. Through the statistical process, conclusions are drawn as follows. In the ghetto urban area, (1)-The higher the psychological emotional satisfaction, the longer the living period, (2)-The longer the residence period, the lower the physical and functional satisfaction, (3)-The two satisfactions tend to be opposite to each other according to the living period. (4)-The psychological emotional satisfaction is more related with living period than the physical and functional satisfaction is.

This paper presents an efficient modeling method fur open cracked beam structures. An equivalent bending spring model is introduced to represent the structural weakening effect in the presence of open cracks. The proposed method adopts the exact dynamic element method (EDEM) to avoid the difficulty and numerical errors in association with re-meshing the structure. The proposed method is rigorously compared with a commercial finite element code. (omitted)

In this paper, we have investigated pole-zero shifting due to variable stopband frequency Ws and passband ripple Ap of elliptic function filters. Also we have studied the phase, group-delay, unit step response and impulse response of elliptic filters. We show that in the passband the phase linearity improves as Ws increases, and eventually it approaches that of a chebyshev function filter.

농업의 6차산업화는 농업의 융 복합을 통해 새로운 부가가치를 창출하며, 지역경제 활성화에 기여하는 등 농촌지역의 선순환 효과를 촉진시키고 있다. 이에 지역별 효율성 분석 및 효율성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석함으로써 국내 6차산업화 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 "2015년~2016년 농 식품 6차산업화 기초실태조사 연구" 보고서 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 DEA 및 Tobit 검증을 통해서 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6차산업화는 소득증대 및 효율성 개선에 기여하고 있다. 두 번째, 연평균 농가 인구증가율, 2차산업 참여 비율은 부(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 6차산업화 인지여부는 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 자료의 한계 및 정성적 요인, 외생변수 및 설명력 등의 한계가 있을 수 있지만, 지역별 6차산업화 효율성 제고를 위한 객관적인 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩의 달성률에 영향을 주는 투자자 수의 영향력을 분석하여, 일반 투자자의 참여가 필요한 이유에 대해 알아보고 일반 투자자의 참여를 높이는 방안을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 증권형 크라우드펀딩에서 실제 진행된 190개의 진행결과를 분석하였고, 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩의 달성률에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 선행연구와 같이 모집금액, 목표금액, 모집기간과 사업연수의 영향력을 확인할 수 있었으며, 달성률에 대한 영향요인이 일반 투자자의 수가 증가함에 따라 더욱 더 큰 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 정부에서는 일반 투자자에 대한 규제를 보다 더 완화하는 노력을 기울여야 하며 자금수요자는 일반 투자자의 자금 회수를 위하여 KSM시장을 통한 기업공개에 대한 노력을 강화하고 공시해야만 일반 투자자의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있으며 크라우드 펀딩을 통하여 원할한 자금 확보를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.
