  • In this thesis, presented module choice plan that analyze relation with weather condition (work trillion amounts, mean air temperature, precipitation, cloudiness, wind speed etc.) because diagnoses June output amount of 247.5[kW] bulk type module and a-Si type module that is established in equal environment in our country and is the high effectiveness enemy more by climate fluctuation by latest global warming back.

Analysis of Working Conditions of Shift Workers by Age: Health Problems, Emotional Hazard Exposures, Work & Life Imbalance, and Satisfaction of Working Conditions (교대 근무자의 연령에 따른 건강 문제, 감정적 위험요인 노출, 일-생활 불균형, 근로환경 만족도 특성 분석)

  • This study investigates the working conditions of shift workers according to age group by analyzing the sixth Korean Working Conditions Survey's data. A total of 1,323 shift workers were extracted from the dataset. Three age groups (A: 20s-30s, B: 40s-50s, C: 60s and above) were statistically compared in terms of health problems, emotional hazard exposure, work-life imbalance, and satisfaction with working conditions. Elderly shift workers (those in their 60s and above) had significantly more severe health problems and work-life imbalance, greater exposure to emotional hazards, and lower satisfaction with working conditions than young shift workers (those in their 20s-50s). The study's findings reveal the characteristics of working conditions for elderly shift workers and would be useful for improving shift workers' quality of life, as well as safety and productivity in the workplace.

A Study on the Relationships among Environmental Fit, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance by Hotel Chefs' Personality Types (호텔 조리사의 성격유형에 따른 환경부합, 직무만족 및 직무성과와의 관계)

  • This study tries to test the research model that proposes the relationship among environmental fit, job satisfaction and job performance by hotel chefs' personality types. The sample for the study is 300 chefs extracted from eight five-star hotels in Seoul metropolitan area. Self-administrated questionnaires are distributed and 287 usable questionnaires are collected and used for the analyses. To test the hypotheses, MANOVA and stepwise regression analysis are used besides such basic analyses as frequency, descriptive, exploratory factor, reliability and cluster analysis. The study results show that environmental fit differs significantly by the hotel chefs' personality types and these personality types affect job satisfaction significantly. In addition, it is found that the hotel chefs' environmental fit influences their job satisfaction, which subsequently affects job performance.

  • This study examines the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and the desire degree of self-development according to the general characteristics of dental hygienists. It aims to contribute to the establishment of the education system considering the characteristics of organization and effectively motivates the self-development of the dental hygienists. With the collected data, frequency, percentage, One-Way ANOVA and t-test were conducted using SPSS 20.0. This study result showed that among the general characteristics, activities inside and outside of the hospital, working experience, education and the size of the hospital affect the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and the desire degree of self-development. to enhance the motivation for the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and self-development of the dental hygienists, it is necessary to establish the advanced medical environment, provide support for the activities inside and outside of the hospital, and develop the systematic education program. Also, dental hygienists need to put their greatest effort into enhancing their self-efficacy, job satisfaction and self-development.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the Relationship between Job Form Satisfaction and Job Form Environment of Security Guard. The total 210 subjects are composed of 160 men and 50 women who work at private security company in Seoul, Kyongi. The job form satisfaction test made by Smith et al(1969) JDI(Job Descriptive Index) test was used which had been translated and modified by Park Jin Hee(1994) & Lee Dong Yeop(2003) for Korean situation. Also, one-way ANOVA were used for data analysis. These are conclusions of this study drawn from the data analysis through the methods and the process mentioned above. First, there are partial differences in the subordinate factors of job form satisfaction agreeing with the characteristic of demography. In accordance with sex, the higher is men group, in accordance with marriage, the higher is non-marriage, in accordance with age, the higher is 36-50's group, in accordance with scholastic ability, the higher is graduate school group, in accordance with income, the higher is 3 million won group. Second, there are partial differences in the effect of job form environment on satisfaction of security guard. In accordance with service career, the higher is 16-20age group, in accordance with position, the higher is general member, in accordance with main exercise, the higher is Hapkido group, in accordance with type, the higher is general charge group.

  • 홍경천은 일반적으로 해발 2500~4500m에 자생하는 고원식물이다. 현재 중국에 알려진 홍경천의 종류는 대략 38종으로 알려져 있으며 이 가운데 10종이 보건식품으로 사용되어지고 있다. 중국 홍경천의 생육환경은 동북부지방, 서북부지방, 서남부지방으로 구분되어지고 있다. 이 가운데 동북부지방과 티베트 지방을 중심으로 한 서남부지방의 홍경천이 주로 많이 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 홍경천은 극한의 생육환경으로 고산병 예방, 피로회복, 작업능력향상, 운동능력향상과 세균의 저항력향상, 진정작용과 강심작용, 조혈작용, 항산화작용등이 신경전달물질의 활동을 증진시키어서 스트레스 해소와 치매 및 인지력을 높여준다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 근무 능력을 향상 시킬 뿐만 아니라 수험생들의 집중력에도 좋은 효과를 나타내는걸로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 홍경천의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 항산화 활성을 조사했던 바, 홍경천의 잎과 뿌리에서 양호한 결과를 나타내었으며, 특히 항산화 작용은 뿌리와 잎 추출물에서 양호한 반응을 보였다. 또한 에탄올 추출물 보다 메탄올 추출물 처리구에서 더욱 더 양호한 항산화 활성을 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 홍경천 추출액을 첨가시킨 요구르트를 만들어서 품질을 조사하였던 바 요구르트 성분, 품질과 보존성이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 항산화 활성도 양호한 반응을 보였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the process of forming a community in the school and to present the basic data necessary for the establishment of a social sustainable environment and space for future school space. In addition to a new awareness of time, it was carried out to help students understand the community forming space in the school. The purpose of this study was to investigate the formation process and characteristics of resting time community in the school. As a result of the analysis on the formation of community space in the school, there were many opinions that community space for social communication and interaction promotion in school is all without difference by gender and grade, and as a space which is considered to be most suitable as community space. A hallway alcove space, a small space adjacent to the classroom, and a multipurpose staircase. In addition, students wanted to make the communication activities such as meeting, communication, relaxation, and social exchange into the hall and corridor space in the corridor as the most desirable community space.

Factors Influencing Job Involvement among Korean Female Office Workers by Marital Status (결혼 여부에 따른 직장여성의 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인)

  • The purposes of this study were to compare work-family conflict, job satisfaction, job stress, psychological health, and job involvement of Korean female office workers by marital status and to identify the factors that influence job involvement. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire form 171 Korean female office workers by convenient sampling methods form May 20 to August 15, 2011. After adjusting for age, education level, family monthly income, working periods and turnover number, work-family conflict(${\beta}$=0.54, p<.001) and job satisfaction(${\beta}$=0.35, p=.002) were identified as significant predictors of job involvement in the married working women. In the unmarried working women, work-family conflict(${\beta}$=0.22, p=.042) and job stress(${\beta}$=-0.57, p=.001) were identified as significant predictors of job involvement. Therefore, as a strategy for improving job involvement of female office workers, psycho-social nursing intervention will be provided considering the differences by marital status.

A Study on the Impact of General Characteristics on Achievement Motivation in Dental Hygiene Students (치위생과 학생들의 일반적인 특성이 성취동기에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine dental hygiene students' achievement motivation and factors affecting dental hygiene students' achievement motivation by the general characteristics of subjects in this study. The subjects in this study were 450 who were selected by convenience sampling from three different three-year-course colleges. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 421 respondents were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed, which made use of t-test, ANOVA and Kruscal-Wallis test. The findings of the study were as follows. 1. The dental hygiene students investigated got 3.34 in achievement motivation. They got the highest score of 3.78 in the item 'I perform what I have to do with a sense of responsibility.' and they got the lowest score of 2.67 in the item 'I like to do something risky.' 2. Concerning links between their general characteristics and achievement motivation, the students whose academic year was higher(p<0.001) and who had more clinical practice experiences (p<0.01) were better motivated than their counterparts. As to connections between achievement motivation and expected post-graduation length of service, those who replied that they planned to find another job after getting married were better motivated(p<0.05). Regarding relationship between achievement motivation and a will to work abroad, the students who had a stronger will to work abroad were better motivated. 3. As a result of checking the influence of their general characteristics on achievement motivation, stronger motivation was found among the students whose academic year was higher(p<0.01), who intended to work until marriage(p<0.01) and who didn't plan to keep working after marriage(p<0.05) when the other variables were controlled. Therefore dental hygiene students should be taught to look at things positively when they enter college, and they should also be educated to become progressive to keep working for their lifetime instead of just getting a temporary job after graduation.

The Effects on Turnover Intention of Infant-Care Teacher's Working Environment and Job Satisfaction - Infant-Care Teacher's in Northern Gyeonggi-do - (영아보육교사의 직무환경과 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 경기도 북부지역을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the working-environment and job-satisfaction on the turnover intention of infant-care teachers. For this study, a survey was conducted on 200 infant-care teachers, who work in facilities of Northern Gyeonggi-do. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the turnover intention of infant-care teachers has no statistically significant differences by socio-demographic factors. Second, turnover intentions relate negatively to working-environment and job-satisfaction. More job-autonomy reduces the turnover intention and more job-conflict and job-burden increases the turnover intention. Third, the working-environment and job-satisfaction have influences on the turnover intention of infant-care teachers in the regression model. In conclusion, we need to improve the working-environment and to enhance job-satisfaction in order to reduce the turnover rate of infant-care teachers.
