In this paper, occurrence tendency of the sick and wounded on board ship is analyzed. The medical management systems according to shipping companies are investigated. Furthermore, comparative analysis with the medical support system for seafarers in advanced country is carried out.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress factors on fatigue and depression of aesthetician. The subjects of this study were 133 Aesthetician in Busan Metropolitan City. Analysis was done by frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the aesthetician showed an average 2.57 of job stress. Second, the aesthetician showed an average 2.45 of socio-psychological stress. Third, the aesthetician showed an average fatigue(4.16) and depression(1.54). Therefore, in order to reduce the duties and socio-psychological stress of the aesthetician, fatigue and depression are reduced through regularization of the employees, adjustment of legal working hours, and establishment of similar paying system. Finally, it is necessary to lower the turnover rate of the aesthetician and increase the job satisfaction.

With the development of information and communication technology, we have been able to access and manage documents containing corporate information anytime and anywhere using smart devices. As the work environment changes to smart work, the scope of information distribution is expanded, and more efforts are needed to manage security. This paper proposes a file sharing system that enables users who have smart devices to manage and share files through mutual cooperation. Proposed file sharing system, the user can add a partner to share files with each other when uploading files kept by spliting the part of the file and the other uses an algorithm to store on the server. After converting the file to be uploaded to base64, it splits it into encrypted files among users, and then transmits it to the server when it wants to share. It is easy to manage and control files using dedicated application to view files and has high security. Using the system developed with proposed algorithm, it is possible to build a system with high efficiency even for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) that can not pay much money for security.

"앞으로 폐기물관리 정책은 폐기물 시설, 운영관리, 감리, 진단 등을 종합적으로 관리하는 시스템을 적용해야 합니다." 환경환경자원공사 고재영 사장은 공사가 환경자원의 종합관리기관으로 거듭나야 한다고 역설했다. 그는 또 수십년 동안 근무해 오던 환경부의 관료직을 떠나 공사의 CEO로서의 새로운 각오와 향후 계획도 피력했다. 본지는 구랍 19일 한국환경자원공사 사장실에서 고재영 사장으로부터 공사의 추진정책과 향후 비전을 들어봤다.

본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템을 개발하기 위하여 사용자 요구사항을 조사 및 분석하였고 분석 결과, 요구사항정의서와 시스템규격서를 도출하였다. 먼저, 위성영상 상황판 연계·표출시스템의 요구사항 조사를 위해 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 설문(수요) 조사를 수행하였다. 상황실 실무자별 요구사항을 취합한 설문 결과와 연구 1차년에 수행했던 상황실 근무자 인터뷰 결과, RFP, 연구단 내부협의 결과를 검토하여 정보제공 측면 및 위성영상 활용 측면의 사용자 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 기반으로 시스템 요구사항을 정의한 결과, 시스템 기능은 54개의 기능과 9개의 비기능으로 분류되었다. 또한, 시스템 구성요소별 요구기능을 세부적으로 구분하여 요구사항정의서를 작성하였다. 시스템 요구기능 분류는 사용자기능/관리자기능/사용자서비스/사용자인터페이스/시스템기능/시스템서비스 등으로 상세 구분하였다. 마지막으로, 연구단 협의를 통해 요구사항정의서를 기반의 시스템규격서를 작성하였다. 시스템규격서는 일반규격, 각 시스템별 성능규격, 인터페이스규격, 기능규격으로 구분하여 세부 정의하였다. 본 연구내용은 지속적인 연구 개발을 통해 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 설계 자료로 활용될 계획이며, 향후 위성영상을 활용한 재난안전 상황관리 대비/대응 체계 마련에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문은 전국적으로 병원 전산시스템을 운영하는 근로자의 근무 조건들과 애로사항, 병원 전산시스템의 운영 특징들에 대해 조사하였다. 대전지역 보훈병원 전산 근로자들을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과 기술적, 환경적, 동료관계적 특징들에 대해서 파악하게 되었고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 지식관리시스템 기술을 도입함으로써 효율적인 운영이 가능하다. 향후 연구를 확대해 대전지역 보훈병원뿐만 아니라 충남지역 일반병원까지 제안 연구기법을 적용함으로써 지식관리시스템 기술을 도입함으로써 병원 전산시스템의 운영 및 관리에 효율성을 높일 수 있음을 보인다.

Smart work has been gaining more popularity recently. Smart work means that employees perform their works anytime and anywhere as utilizing the information and communication technology. It can be divided into four categories; the mobile office, the home office, the work-at-center and the tele-cooperation. Among them, the mobile office based on tablet personal computers(PCs) or smart phones, employees can exchange information with tablet PCs or smart phones via mobile radio communication networks and portable terminals. Smart devices such as tablet PCs and smart phones help to access intranet system for requests, approvals, information search whenever employees need. This mobile office system for real-time HSE managing can contribute to improve the productivity and work efficiency in a shipyard. In this study, the main goal is to design the specialized mobile application for the HSE management system on the shipbuilding industry. The mobile application including 10 functions is designed based on ooCBD(object-oriented Component Based Development) methodology.

Recently, the Act on the Punishment of Severe Disasters has drawn attention to the construction environment. A common way to check the safety management of the construction site is for workers to check the site with their own eyes. However, this method is inevitably affected by the limitations of workers' abilities, resulting in fatigue and reduced work efficiency. For this reason, it cannot be an efficient method. Thus, we intend to help the working environment and construction site safety through this study, by proposing an efficient ICT safety management system that can supplement the above methods. In this paper explain the design of the access management system using RFID and the field information monitoring method through noise sensors and fine dust sensors. In addition, we propose a system that can prevent accidents between heavy equipment and people with a PIR sensor, and prevent safety accidents by grasping the slope of the building being worked through a gyro sensor.

육상과 떨어져 근무하고 있는 해양근로자들은 의료접근도의 한계성으로 인해 건강관리에 많은 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 이와 같은 해양근로자들에게 U- health기반의 해양원격의료시스템 도입을 한다면, 질병예방 및 건강관리, 나아가 건강증진에 이르기까지 매우 효과적일 것이다. 따라서 이 연구는 향후 해양근로자의 원격 건강관리 서비스를 위한 원격의료 도입 및 운영의 기본 방향을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

As massive increase in remote work since COVID-19, the boundaries between the inside and outside of corporate networks have become blurred. As a result, traditional perimeter security has stagnated business productivity and made it difficult to manage risks such as information leakage. The zero trust architecture model has emerged, but it is difficult to apply to IT environments composed of various companies. Therefore, using the remote work system configuration as an example, we presented a configuration and methodology that can apply zero trust models even in various network environments such as on-premise, cloud, and network separation. Through this, we aim to contribute to the creation of a safe and convenient cyber environment by providing guidance to companies that want to apply zero trust architecture, an intelligent system that actively responds to cyber threats.
