국방 M&S에서 사용되는 지형데이터는 각 시뮬레이션의 개발 환경과 개발 요구사항에 따라 서로 다른 형태로 분산저장 되어 각 모델을 통합 하거나, 새로운 모델의 개발 시 많은 시간과 예산을 필요로 하게 된다. 이에 따라 국방부에서는 국방M&S분야의 각종 자료를 표준화 하려는 사업이 진행중이며, 특히 지형 데이터 분야는 모든 M&S모델이 공통적으로 필요로 하는 데이터로서 표준화의 필요성이 매우 높은 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지형 데이터를 표준형식으로 저장하고, 네트워크를 통하여 공유할 수 있는 시스템의 구축을 위하여, 환경자료 표현의 국제표준으로 제시된 SEDRIS 기술을 적용 할 것을 제안하고자 한다. SEDRIS는 DRM, EDCS, SRM의 모델을 통하여 합성환경의 다양한 요소를 표현할 수 있으며, API와 STF를 통하여 다른 체계와 자료를 교환 할수 있도록 한 국제 표준화 활동이며, 제정되고 있는 국제표준규격의 이름이다. 또한 SEDRIS는 다양한 환경요소를 표현할 수 있으며 데이터 변환이 빠르고 손실이 적기 때문에 국방 M&S의 지형 data구축 시 발생하는 각 군의 다양한 요구사항을 유연하게 수용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

This study describes the fundamental technologies needed to develop coastal intelligent transport system by using the infrastructures, managed by MOMAF and Korea Coast Guard, and high information technologies. We propose the standardized technical requirements of each system's component and the linkage requirements for interfacing components each others so as to improve the system's efficiency.

As ICT-convergence deploying projects in horticulture sector has been promoted, the concerning technology development and market has recently been enlarged. In particular, the domestic and overseas products for a variety of horticulture complex environmental control equipments has been produced and sold, but it can be seen that there is no the compatibility among the products and is differences in performance. There is the need to provide a standard of the specifications and installation criteria for domestic products in order to promote ICT convergence deploying projects in the horticulture field and provide convenience to the consumers through the compatibility among products under this circumstances. In this paper, we suggest the standardization items which our country can lead and the directions for future standardization by analyzing the introducing situation and the trend of Technology and standardization for complex environmental control system in domestic horticulture field.

SOFC 발전시스템의 상용화를 위해 선행되어야 할 것은 스택의 안정적 출력 및 신뢰성 확보이다. 이를 이루기 위해서는 스택을 구성하는 구성요소의 신뢰성 있는 규격 및 검수가 필요하다. 즉, 셀, 밀봉재, 분리판 및 집전체로 대변되는 구성요소들이 스택에 장착되었을 때 그 기능을 최대한 발휘하면서도 점진적 또는 급격한 품질저하가 발생되지 말아야 한다. 특히, 셀의 경우 스택의 성능에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 구성요소로서 품질에 대한 명확한 검수기준이 필요하다. SOFC용 셀은 다공성 anode, 치밀한 전해질, 그리고 다공성 cathode로 구성된 세라믹 소결체이다. 이 때 치밀한 전해질에 결함이 내재되어 있거나 물리적 힘에 의해 신규로 발생할 경우, 연료로 사용되는 수소와 공기가 만나는 cross-over가 발생하게 된다. Cross-over는 연료가 소모되는 문제도 있지만 발열로 인한 Hot spot을 형성시켜서 주변과의 온도구배를 유발하고, 이로 인해 고체 전해질의 균열전파를 일으킬 수 있고 나아가 급격한 셀의 파괴를 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 SOFC에 사용되는 셀의 형상측정, 물리적 강도 및 결함 검출을 위한 검수기법을 개발하여 스택의 신뢰성 향상과 향후 규격표준화를 위한 기반을 제공하고자, 평판형 셀의 3차원 형상을 정밀하게 측정하는 장치와 일정 면압을 인가하여 특정 형상을 갖고 있는 셀의 물리적 파괴여부를 판단할 수 있는 장치, 그리고 셀의 전해질에 내재된 결함을 검출할 수 있는 장치를 제작하였다. 본 장치들은 $1,000cm^2$급 평판형 셀까지 검수할 수 있도록 고안하여 양산시스템에 접목시킬 수 있도록 고안된 것이다. 본 장치들을 이용한 검수결과, 현재 $700cm^2$급 평판형 셀의 경우 최대 camber가 4mm 이하, 전해질의 He leak rate는 $5{\times}10^{-5}mbar.l/s.cm^2$ 이하라는 검수규격을 본 연구소에서 운전하는 스택에 1차적으로 적용하였으며 현재 검수규격의 신뢰성 및 강화를 위한 연구를 수행 중에 있다.

This study examined the trend of standards established in the United States and to find points that can be applied to Korean defense standards. The titles of various United States defense standard documents registered on the web were selected for this research. The wordcloud was created after analyzing the frequency of words appearing in the title using text mining. The trend of words appearing in MIL-STD by era was obtained. This study identified words that appear often due to the format of the document itself, words that appear regularly throughout the era, words that are used frequently in the past but are not used much in the present, and words that did not receive attention in the past but appeared recurrently in the present. In addition, the characteristics of each document were derived through the wordcloud produced for various defense documents. In conclusion, Korean defense standards also require a consideration of safe and efficient management, transport, and load design of hazardous materials. Furthermore, the quality of defense standards can be expected to improve if the defense standard document system can be established, focusing on efficient management.

Java card is one of promising smart card platform with java technology. Java card defines necessary packages and classes for Embedded device that have small memory such as smart card Jana card is compatible with EMV that is Industry specification standard and ISO-7816 that is international standard. However, Java card is not offers user authentication protocol. In this paper, We design and implement an user authentication protocol applicable wireless devices based on Java Card using standard 3GPP Specification (SMS), Java Card Specification (APDU), Cryptography and so on. Our Java Card user authentication techniques can possibly be applied to the area of M-Commerce, Wireless Security, E-Payment System, Mobile Internet, Global Position Service, Ubiquitous Computing and so on.

In this paper, we implemented a terrestrial/cable PSIP converting system, so-called a PSIP converter, which is converting a terrestrial PSIP into a cable PSIP for a data broadcasting service in the interoperable network of terrestrial and cable, and define an interface between the PSIP converter and the OOB SI generator by using PMCP messages compliant to ATSC T3/Sl. The exiting PSIP converter just converts a terrestrial PSIP into a cable PSIP compliant to ATSC and OCAP standard and transmits by a MPEG-2 TS format. That is to say, it is not for the digital data broadcasting but for the digital broadcasting. In addition, the PSIP converter can support various types of PSIP information to the OOB SI generator by using PMCP messages defined by a hierarchical structure as per each channel, audio/video event, data event and so on.

LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes) is a database and universal standard for identifying laboratory and clinical test results that is developed and maintained by Regenstrief Institute. Exchanging laboratory test results is one of the most important area in EHR system and the terminology for laboratory test results has to be standardized. In this paper, we present a pre-preprocessing tool that converts a local database in healthcare organizations to LMOF format LMOF format is required by RELMA and our work helps mapping laboratory test results to LOINC very efficiently Our proposed tool provided user friendly interface and 15% keyword reduction in RELMA search compared to no pre-processing RELMA search.

Multiple CAS (Conditional Access System) could be safely downloaded and implemented in IPTV environment. Domestic standard of iCAS (Interchangeable CAS) which is providing device compatibility and mobility, can only defines CAS replacement for protecting Real-Time Streaming broadcast. CAS, however has limitations in IPTV's two-way communication environment where it needs to fulfill contents protection requirements of various broadcasting service. In order to supplement the limit of CAS, DRM protection technology should be required. Contents for real time broadcasting service or real time VOD service could be protected by CAS technology whereas services such as PVR, download VOD service or downloaded contents sharing could be protected by DRM technology. Therefore, a flexible IPTV device service environment could be constructed by mutual protection of CAS and DRM. This essay is going to research on the method of applying DRM based on iCAS standard, as well as proposing a system configuration applied with iCAS/DRM in commercialization.

A survey to pallet users was conducted in an aspect of the efficiency and benefit. The questionnaire identified the preference about the main variables such as price, size, conformity, material, which are the criteria of the users' choice. staffs in the capital region was selected as respondents and Cluster Analysis and Simulations was carried out with Conjoint Analysis. The result shows that the variables of material and conformity between facilities and products were more important than the variable of size. The respondents prefer the pallets with a various range of products because warehouses should keep a range of products under various condition of temperature. In accordance, the companies that provide a pallet pool service should set up individual marketing strategy by a type of customers so as to maximize the competitiveness in domestic or international markets. Furthermore, supplying standardized pallets should be consistent with the standardization not for individual logistics units, but for whole logistic systems. To achieve this, it requires the compatibility amongst a range of logistics activity participants by their characteristics.
