The objective of this paper is to reveal that the formation of Deleuze's system is a result of a back flow of the 'ideal of pure reason' in Kant's system. I will try to seize upon the keyword in his main book, Difference and Repetition, and examine the aspect of mutual transformation between Deleuze's transcendental empiricism and Kant's transcendentalism. When analyzing Deleuze's system, most researchers tend to focus on anti-Hegelianism, but it is proper that Kant be adopted as the start when tracing the way of deployment directly. Fundamentally, Deleuze is different from Hegel in his approach to observing entire ground of thought. Even if Deleuze surely has the capability of becoming in the dialectical context, his systemic environment wherein dialectics is applied is different even at the onset. While Hegel follows the way of origin and copy or a system that begins from a preceding point of origin, Deleuze follows a way of copy and recopy or a system that begins without a point of origin. This characteristic of Deleuze's system originates directly from idealistic play. In fact, we can anticipate and identify in his book that he refers to Kant who accepted the tradition of empiricism. Therefore, the main contents of this paper is to present an overview of Kant's influence on Deleuze's system. While tracing ideas back to Kant's system, the cohabitation of empiricism and rationalism, which Kant felicitously revoiced, there emerges a definitude of world recognition. This occurs through cohabitation, and this is both deconstructed and integrated by Deleuze, and therein definitude is turned into a vision of prosperity. To the vision of prosperity that spans definitude to recognition, a philosopher has the right to select a philosophical system because selection methodology in philosophy is not a problem of legitimacy so much as the needs of the times. Deleuze's choice resulted in the opening of pandora's box in an abyss and secret contents have in turn risen sharply.

The purposes of this study are: First, to investigate how the juvenile delinquents in the juvenile justice process evaluate their quality of life. Second, to examining which factors influence their quality of life. To accomplish these purposes, this study used sample of 570 juvenile delinquents in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon who are in the process of the juvenile justice and used the Korean Version of WHOQOL-BREF (brief version of WHO quality of life measure). To examine this purpose, Mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA, multiple regression were conducted. The results are as follows: 1) juvenile delinquent in the process of the juvenile justice have complex problems and needs, and their quality of life are lower than the civil in the psychological, social relations, environment domain. 2) The factors influencing their quality of life in the general domain are stigma by parent, violent, undemocratic treatment in the process of the juvenile justice, family income level. But the factors of each domain of quality of life differ to some extent. Statistically significant factors of physical health domain are violent, undemocratic treatment in the process of the juvenile justice, first arrest time, stigma by others, sex, juvenile justice process. Significant factors of psychological health domain are delinquency frequency, stigma by parent, stigma by others, first arrest time, family income level, sex. Significant factors of social relations domain are first arrest time, stigma by parent, delinquency frequency, family income level, stigma by friend. Environment is significantly influenced by family income level, stigma by parent, sex, delinquency frequency, juvenile justice process.

As contest exhibits have been activated, a variety of organizations are holding contest with various purposes. Analysis on the guidelines prepared by various sponsoring bodies ranging from public organizations to privately owned businesses shows that sponsoring bodies tend to possess copyrights of entries. Parts of guidelines of contest exhibit are the contract. While sponsoring body shows its opinion on copyright through guidelines, individual participant tends to consider it simply as a form to submit for contest exhibit rather than a contract. Now is the time to bring out a question in respect of the copyright on the contest exhibit. The important fact is that copyright on corporate contents is important, but copyright on individual contents is equally important and it must be protected and respected. This study aims to bring out a question on copyright by analyzing possession and infringement of copyright that stands forth in the guidelines of contest exhibit. Provisions on copyright of contest exhibit play a role as a contract. Provisions on copyright of contest exhibit shall be the ones which can be understood and accepted by both sponsoring body and winner who are the A and B of a contract. For this, change in perception of sponsoring bodies ranging from public organizations to privately owned businesses with prominent position is strongly required. For the foregoing, First, Indication of Copyright: Clear and concrete terms must be used. Second, Scope of Interpretation: Concrete and detailed indication must be made for preventing indication that allows comprehensive interpretation. Third, Cost for Author's Property Right: In case sponsoring body needs to possess or use the author's property right of prize-winning work, proper rights on use considering prize money corresponding to possession or use of author's property right must be indicated. Fourth, Term of Use: The term for using author's property right must be indicated. Fifth, Scope of Rights: The scope of author's property right that sponsoring body requires must be limited and indicated. Sixth, Mutual Respect: Items related to copyright must be indicated on the basis of the concept of bilateral contract founded on mutual consideration and respect, not on the concept of unilateral contract.

Our article investigates the risk implication of ownership structure in life insurance companies. We set up a model to identify the priority structure of policyholder's and shareholder's cashflow claims, and to derive its implications. Current literature on this issue has focused on the agency paradigm or the risk-sharing efficiency. Fama and Jensen(1983a, 1983b) and Mayers and Smith(1981, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1994) argue that the survival of both the corporate and the mutual form of organization is due in part to the relative efficiencies in controlling agency problems. With regard to insurance business, agency problems arise because of the three functions inherent in the organizations:manager, risk-bearer(owner), and policyholder. Stock insurers are characterized by the potentially complete separation of all three functions while mutual insurers merger the policyholder with the ownership function. Doherty and Dionne(1993) and Doherty(1991) concentrate their analysis on differences in the efficiency of risk sharing between participating and non-participating policies. They argue that when the undiversifiable risk has higher portion in business risk, combining policy and equity claims into a single package is a more efficient risk-sharing contract than a simple prepaid risk-transfer. Among various methods for assembling the policy/equity package, Doherty and Dionne(1993) and Doherty(1991) suggest that policy/equity package offered by the mutual is the most efficient risk-sharing arrangement. There has been a controversy on the property of participating policies sold by life insurance corporations in Korea. Some scholars argue that participating policyholders of Korean life insurance companies have shared the cashflow risk with shareholders. They emphasize that insurance firms have used dividend reserves to supplement for equity deficits. Thus, they argue that the economic entities of Korean life insurance companies are mutual companies though their legal entities are corporations. Our article explicitly sets up each stakeholder's cashflow claim in stock and mutual insurers, and thus identify risk differences in shareholder and policyholder. Using our model, we could derive direct implications on the controversy. Our model shows that life insurance companies would sell participating policies since policyholders would have the incentive to share the risk inherent in their primary claims with equityholders. And there exists a fundamental difference in shareholder's risk and equityholder's.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of effective management of real estate brokerage business by establishing the Job Model in real estate brokerage business in Korea. The AHP method, designed for professionals in a field, is used to establish the Job Model. The main result and implication of the study are as follows. The study found that real estate brokers recognize the importance of getting knowledge and information about the patterns and changes of the real estate market and economy, for the effective management of real estate brokerage business. The study therefore suggest that it is necessary to provide the brokers with education chance for the knowledge about the real estate market and economy.

Although social work values are stressed among social work educators as well as practitioners, empirical studies on values have been very scarce. The objective of this study is to validate a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale(POS). The Korean version was validated with a sample of 325 social worker working in various types of social work agencies. A series of confirmatory factor analysis suggested that 8 items be removed, resulting in 32 items with 4 factors. The Korean version has the same factor structure as the original version of the POS reported by its developer. The Korean version of the POS are found to be a reliable and valid instrument for measuring social work values. However, validation with more representative samples is needed to improve the quality of the Korean version of the POS.

Recently, there is a growing interest in technical standardization all over industry, it is very important for survival in the global market to secure standard patent in almost all of company. Technology in construction industry is essential for quality of people's life and have large impact on national economy development. However, there is lack of investment and low interest in technical standardization in construction industry in comparison with another industries. Therefore this study aims at developing strategies for activating the standardization in construcion technology. Specially, this study carries market analysis and case study for domestic construction R&D Cases. Then, a structured survey and analysis is performed for standardization in construcion technology market to suggest alternative to secure national competitiveness.

The purpose of this study is to understand social exclusion experiences with the disabled through a biographical study. It is analysed the interview date conducting an interview about 10 focused on the physical and cerebral palsy disabled with social exclusion experiences. The results show that it is multi-social exclusion including the inequality of approach opportunity of education, labor, education, medical, social participation, information, social service, space, health etc. It shows their life neglected and marginalized resulted from not providing social right as citizenship. And their social relationship is isolated by social exclusion and Other-directed identity is to be shaped in accordance to the method to define as regulated social ideals. Also, there is their painful and heavy life bound with double risky factors of disability and poverty. They share common historical experiences and social events impacted on their recognition and value among participants generation in biographical narrative. On the other hand, their life is reconstructed according to each their resource and standard to interpreter and evaluate on it. It suggests political and clinical implications in order to overcome the disabled's social exclusion, which is based on practical and vivid experiential dates from the participants.

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

This study is possible because, first, "rammatology" and typography are connected by language. Second, I believe that language in typography should be comprehended in a relationship between peripheral studies such as history, philosophy, literature, and linguistics. Finally, "grammatology" is an excellent subject for experiments which attempt to rehabilitate the right of language, which is dependent on sound within the metaphysical boundary. This study is formed on the idea that the study of typography should be based on language, which is the basic foundation, and that this is possible in investigations related to peripheral studies. The main purpose of typography is an accurate delivery of meaning. However, the dynamics of creative thoughts towards advancement mainly depends on experiment, thus we cannot limit the purpose of typography as a means of communication to exchange meanings. For these reasons, I admit that interest in peripheral studies -which are not yet approached in the study on typography -take precedence.
