As global partnership is recently getting important in order to establish supply chain network in global managing environment, companies tend to improve quality and warranty in SCM(Supply Chain Management) by certifying ISO(International Organization for Standardization). This research investigated structural relationship how strategic and operational ISO application level and trust, immersion, collaborative factors in partnership process affect to companies business performance. This research was surveyed with 147 manufacturing companies in South Korea and conducted empirical analysis using Structural equation model. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, the strategic ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and immersion factor. Second, the operational ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and collaborative factor. Third, trust factor in the partnership process showed positive(+) effect on immersion factor. Lastly, collaborative factor in partnership process showed positive(+) effect on companies business performance. Implication for this research is that companies must consider ISO application in establishing partnership and companies require prolonged effort using trust, immersing, collaborative factors into partnership process to improve business performance.

2017년 국제 정보보호관리체계 전문가에 대한 자격 기준인 ISO/IEC 27021 표준이 발표되었다. 이 기준을 만족하는 ISMS 전문가를 인증하기 위해서는 인증스킴과 인증기관으로 이루어지는 인증체계가 필요하지만, 국내의 인증 체계는 ISO에서 인정하는 사람에 대한 인증 요구사항을 만족하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 27021의 요건을 만족하는 인증된 ISMS 전문가를 배출하기 위해 필요한 사항들을 살펴보고 인증 스킴의 개발 방법과 전문가 인증 방안을 검토한다.

The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

최근 다양한 주변의 정보들을 측정할 수 있는 센서, 수집된 정보에 기반하여 특정 디바이스나 시스템들을 움직이거나 제어할 수 있는 엑츄에이터 등 다양한 우리 주변의 기기들을 서로 연결하여 보다 스마트한 서비스들을 사용자들에게 제공해 주는 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)에 대한 기대와 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 관련 산업 및 시장의 규모가 급성장할 것으로 기대되어진다. 다양한 기기들이 인터넷에 연결되어 서로 연동되기 위해서는 국제 표준에 따른 개발이 필수적이며, 이를 위해 그동안 지역별로 별도로 진행되어오던 IoT 기술을 통합하여 하나의 글로벌 IoT 표준을 만들기 위해 oneM2M(원엠투엠) Partnership Project가 시작되었다. Release 1 oneM2M 표준이 개발되어 공표되고, 표준의 완성도가 높아짐에 따라, oneM2M 표준을 구현한 기기들의 호환성을 확인하고 표준 적합성을 확인하기 위한 테스팅 표준이 개발되어 지고 있다. 또한, 표준에 따라 개발된 사물인터넷 기기들을 인증하는 방법과 절차에 대한 논의가 시작되었다. 본 고에서는 다양한 ICT 관련 국제 시험 인증과 관련된 동향에 대해 살펴보고, oneM2M에서 개발 및 논의되고 있는 테스팅 관련 표준 및 시험인증 관련 내용을 소개한다.

2007년 10월 18일, 우리의 와이브로 기술이 ITU-R-RA-07 회의에서 OFDMA TDD WMAN이란 이름으로 IMT-2000 국제표준 중 여섯 번째 표준으로 채택되었다. 아울러 해당 주파수($2.3{\sim}2.4GHz$)가 4G 이동통신 공통대역으로 선정됨으로써 우리나라 기술이 세계로 진출할 수 있는 교두보를 마련하였다. 그에 앞서 TTA는 2006년 7월에 세계에서 두 번째로 WiMAX포럼 국제공인 인증시험소로 지정되어 내년 초부터 공식 시험인증 서비스를 시작할 예정이다. 이는 제품이 시장에 출시되기 전에 공인인증시험소를 통한 적합성 시험과 상호운용성 시험을 권고하고 있기에 국내 WiMAX 산업의 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 TTA와 정부, 사업자 및 장비업체들과의 공동 노력으로 이뤄낸 결과이다. 이렇듯 표준화의 중요성과 시험인증의 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있음에 본 고에서는 TTA의 표준/시험인증 현황 및 향후 추진전략에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

개인정보의 유출을 막기 위해서는 안전한 인증 수준을 이용해야 한다. 그러나, 인증 수단의 인증 등급은 응용 서비스의 중요성과 민감도에 비례해 선택되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 다양한 분야의 전자인증 환경을 분석하고, 국제 표준 (ITU-T X.1254 | ISO/IEC 29115) 에 근거한 4 가지 전자인증 등급과 기준을 분석한다. 또한, 국제표준방식의 인증 등급과 국내 분야의 인증 등급을 상호 비교한다.

As ISO22301 (Societal security-Business continuity management systems-Requirements) related to BCM (BCP) was established in May 2012, KS A ISO22301 (National Standards) will be enacted at the end of the year. Foreign certification agencies at home and abroad are expanding their business, accordingly. And it is expected that there will be a trade barrier such as a demand for compliance with the Standards in the trade between companies. Hence I am trying to find the countermeasures of domestic companies and ways to invigorate Top Company Certification System in the reduction law (The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction).

OCF(Open Connectivity Foundation)는 각국의 전문가들이 모여 다양한 사물인터넷 기기들의 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 표준을 제정하는 민간 표준화 단체로, 인텔, IBM, 마이크로소프트, 삼성전자, TTA 등의 글로벌 기업이 참여하고 있다. 이 표준화 단체에서는 사물인터넷을 위한 플랫폼 표준을 개발하고 있고, 시험기준, 시험방법 등에 대한 시험표준도 제정하고 있다. OCF 시험소에서는 해당 표준에 따라 시험을 수행하고 인증을 통과한 기기에 대해 OCF인증을 부여할 예정으로, 올해 10월 TTA가 시험소로 지정받았다. 본 고에서는 일반적으로 사용되는 통신 기기에 대한 표준 적합성 시험 및 상호운용성 시험 방법을 설명하고, OCF에서 개발된 표준 적합성 시험항목과 시험방법을 소개한다. 마지막으로, 국제적으로 통용되는 OCF 시험 및 인증 체계를 소개하고자 한다.

국군인쇄창(창장 김도필)은 국내 공공기관 최초로 국제인쇄표준기관 인증(ISO 12647-2, G7-master)을 획득하고 지난 1월 23일 G7마스터 현판식을 개최했다. 이날 행사에는 국방부 및 3군 인쇄업무 관련부서 담당관과 유관기관 관련자가 대거 참석해 행사를 축하했다. 또한 조세프 파지(Joseph Fazzi) 미국 Idealliance협회 총괄 대표와 스티브 스마일리(Steve smiley) 국제인쇄 컨설턴트가 인쇄창을 직접 방문해 국제표준인증기관(G7-master) 증서를 직접 수여함으로써 행사의 의의를 더했다.

Smart Connectivity를 위한 IoT, 네트워킹, 보안 솔루션을 제공하는 (주)브로드웨이브는 자사만의 경쟁력을 통해 벤처기업 인증, 이노비즈기업 인증, 기업부설연구소 설립 등 내실있는 기업으로 발돋움하고 있다. 특히, 개방과 공유로써 성공적인 IoT 비즈니스를 만들기 위해 국제 표준 기반의 개방형 IoT 서비스 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이의 일환으로, 사용하지 않는 중고 스마트폰을 활용하여 IoT 표준화를 통해 다른 스마트폰이나 PC, 노트북 간의 게이트웨이로서 기능케 하는 기술을 개발 중이다. 이를 위해서는 많은 전문가로부터 다양한 관점을 전달받는 것이 중요했고, 고민 끝에 TIA의 중소 중견기업을 위한 표준 자문서비스의 도움을 청하게 되었다.
