A Study on the Introduction of Makerspace at Academic Library (대학도서관의 메이커 스페이스 도입방안 연구)

  • The academic library has the ideal environment as a facilitator of knowledge creation, as a space where researchers can collaborate and as a creation hub center on campus. Recently, based on the 4th Industrial Revolution and creative theories, the maker space is gradually being introduced into academic libraries in foreign countries. Maker Space of the academic library is the best place to discover new knowledge and interests, practice, and interdisciplinary education. In this study, we propose a plan to introduce the maker space of domestic university libraries through case studies of domestic and overseas university and university libraries.

  • 본 논문에서는 카페테리아 복리후생의 기본개념의 고찰과 함께 국내 및 국외에서 활용되고 있는 카페테리아 플랜에 대한 사례연구를 통해 A항공사(航空社)를 중심으로 새로운 종업원 복리후생제도 도입을 제시하고자 한다. 복리후생제도 도입방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선택적 복리후생제도에 대한 종업원들의 공감대를 형성하는 것이다. 항공사는 대체로 노동조합이 잘 발달되어 있는 편이고 종업원들의 학력수준도 높은 편이다. 따라서 사내교육 등을 통하거나 노조 설명회를 통하여 전반적인 사회변화에 따른 다양한 선택적 복리후생제도의 효율성, 종업원 니즈에 대한 충족도의 우수성, 저가항공사의 난립에 따른 필연적 M&A 등이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 필요하다는 점, 종업들의 원가에 대한 이해(cost contiousness)가 높아질 수 있다는 점, 등에 대해 알리고 이해를 시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존에 일률적으로 제공되고 있는 우대탑승제도는 종업원마다 매년 일정한 한도가 부여되지만 티켓을 소비하는 횟수는 각각 다르다. 또한 항공업의 특성상 성수기로 인해 원하는 시간에 원하는 곳을 갈 수 없다는 큰 문제점이 발생하고 곧 니즈 욕구에 대한 불만족으로 직결 한다. 우대탑승 제도에 부여된 항공 티켓 지원은 비수기나 여유 있는 좌석상황에 따라 소비할 수 있기 때문에 종업원의 만족도는 높지 않게 나타난다. 따라서 종업원의 수혜수준을 종업원이 스스로 선택할 수 있게 함으로써, 사원 스스로의 니즈에 맞게 복리후생 계획을 세울 수 있게 하는 카페테리아플랜 즉 선택적 복리후생제도의 도입의 검토가 필요하다. 이런 선택적 복리후생제도는 종업원의 측면에서 좀 더 자신의 상황과 요구에 부합하는 복리후생을 수혜함에 따라 만족도가 증가하고, 스스로 복리후생을 선택함으로써 동기를 부여하는 측면의 의의가 있다. 그러나 현 기업의 능력과 종업원 의식에 대한 정확한 분석 및 이해가 없는 외부 성공사례의 도입은 지금까지 우리나라 많은 기업들의 경영기법 도입사례와 같이 일과성으로 끝나는 위험성도 크다. 따라서 보다 깊은 자기 성찰을 통한 제도의 수용과 이를 부분적으로 개선 및 보완하여 적용할 줄 아는 지혜가 무엇보다도 우선되어야 할 것이다.

  • Mobile laboratory in the country (BL3 class) for research and technological development there has been continuous attempts .   • Light rail is an electric railway system, characterized by its ability to operate single or multiple car consists (trains) along exclusive rights-of-way at ground level, on aerial structures, in subways or in streets, able to board and discharge passengers at station platforms or at street, track, or car-floor level and normally powered by overhead electrical wires. Depending upon the specific system, the light rail lends some major advantages to urban settings. The evaluation of light rail technology as a potential component of regional transit systems has been the subject of extensive studies throughout the country in the past decade. For the study, feasibility was defined as "the ability of an LRT system to achieve certain level of transportation market in comparison with other transportation alternatives." This paper describes the feasibility study to evaluate a proposed light rail development project. The minimum are those LRT systems that would met to make a project feasible for further evaluation.

고속도로에서의 혼잡통행료 도입방안 검토

  • 도로에 있어 교통량이 일정한 수준을 초과하여 증가되는 경우 통행시간과 운행비용이 과도하게 증대되는 혼잡현상이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 혼잡은 경제적 관점에서 추가분의 통행자가 기존 이용자의 통행비용을 증가시키는 유형으로 해석되고 있고, 이에 대한 대응으로 많이 사용되어 왔던 방법이 개별 통행자에게 다른 이용자들의 통행비용 증가분에 상응하는 요금을 혼잡통행료로서 부과하는 방법이다. 이와 같은 혼잡통행료는 국내의 경우 도심부로 진입하는 특정 도로에 국한하여 시행되는 것을 일반적인 것으로 인식하고 시행해왔으나(서울시 남산1, 3호 터널) 국외의 경우에는 환경보호 및 수요조절 측면에서 고속도로까지 확대 시행하고 있는 사례를 찾아볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 고속도로 요금체계 현황에서 혼잡 통행료의 도입방안 및 가능성을 검토하고자 한다. 고속도로의 현행 통행료 부과 방법 및 제도를 고려할 때 통행요금에 혼잡통행료를 도입할 경우 1)시간대별 차등요금제, 2)폐쇄식 및 개방식 구간에서의 차등요금제, 3)노선별, 구간별 차등요금제, 4)요일별, 계절별 차등요금제를 고려할 수 있다. 현재의 고속도로에서 혼잡통행료를 도입할 경우 현행 이부요금제의 주행요금에 혼잡통행료 개념을 도입하는 것이 타당할 것으로 검토된다. 시간대별 차등요금제는 그 시간대를 주간(06시~24시)과 야간(24시~06시)으로 구분함이 타당할 것으로 판단되고 폐쇄식 구간의 경우 혼잡도를 고려한 주행요금을 이용거리에 비례하여 부과하며 개방식 구간의 경우 최단 이용거리를 기준으로 혼잡도를 고려한 주행요금을 부과하는 것이 타당할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 혼잡도를 고려한 주행요금을 부과하는데 있어 노선별, 구간별 차등을 두는 것이 바람직할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 요일별 차등요금제는 주 5일 근무제가 확산됨에 따라 증가하는 비업무 승용차의 통행에 의해 고속도로의 비효율적인 운영이 발생할 경우를 제외하고는 적용하지 않는 것이 타당할 것으로 검토된다.

A Study on Construction of Roundabouts considering the Effects for Adjacent Intersections in Urban Network (인접교차로 영향을 고려한 회전교차로 도입방안 연구)

  • Though many studies regarding roundabout have been recently conducted, most of them have focused on operational aspect. Moreover, majority of the previous researches analyzes operational effects of single roundabout, but seldom investigate the effects of multi-roundabouts constructed on road networks. In this study, we seek ways to construct multiple roundabouts on road network maximizing their operational effects. The analysis investigate influence of both adjacent signalized and unsignalized intersections as well as influence of the distance from those intersections to roundabouts. The results show that the optimal distance between two adjacent intersections were calculated to be 150m, and any two intersections located within 150m apart influence each other thus imposing operational restrictions on each other. In addition, those results are confirmed using simulation analysis conducted on the real urban network in Nonheon regional area, Incheon City.

  • This study aims to provide the technical considerations and implications for the development of soil vulnerability assesment tool based on the review of existing tools and case studies applied both domestically and internationally. For this study, we specifically investigated the basic theories and major features implemented in the screening models abroad. In contrast, one case study of prioritizing the vulnerable districts was presented to identify the research trends in Korea. Our literature review suggested that the characteristic of target areas and contaminants needed to be properly incorporated into soil vulnerability assessment because the current tools in Korea neglected these properties which prevented this tool from being used as a correct measure of soil management and prevention. We also reached the conclusion that in terms of technical aspect, the soil vulnerability assessment tool should be developed based on the physical theory and environmental data that were varied over space and time so that the end-users were able to readily and effectively screen soil vulnerability over large areas. In parallel with technical improvement, great effort needed to be devoted to develop an integrated environmental information system that increased the availability of data and shared various types of environmental data through enhanced multi-agency collaboration.

  • As the cloud computing law was passed in March, 2015, many private companies and public organizations give consideration to introduce cloud computing services. However, most of them are still concerned about the security issues in cloud computing services. To solve the problem, a certification system of cloud security is necessary as an enabler for adoption of the trusted cloud services. There have been a number of studies about certification systems for cloud security, but only few studies exist about certification scheme of cloud security. Therefore, in this study, foreign certification systems for cloud security are analyzed to draw requirements for developing a domestic certification scheme for cloud security. Based on the result of analysis, this study proposes the three certification schemes of cloud security, which have been reviewed by the focus group interview method to draw advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.

An Empirical Study on the Discrimination of Domestic and Foreign ERP Systems (국내외 ERP시스템의 차별적 만족도에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • Many enterprises introduced or are planning to introduce the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system to effectively develop processor reform activities of enterprises. Domestic ERP systems are emphasizing high efficiency in environment and work process of domestic enterprises and Foreign ERP systems are emphasizing excellent features. However, It is really doubtful whether or not both domestic and foreign ERP system actually offer discriminatory functions and features. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine differences between the domestic and foreign ERP systems by making an empirical study with domestic and foreign ERP systems users, so that the ERP system can be successfully used in the future and offer necessary to ERP system suppliers for better development.

Ichthyofauna and Fish Community in Hongcheon river, Korea (홍천강의 어류상 및 어류군집)

  • The ichthyofauna and community structure in Hongcheon river, Korea, was investigated from April to October 2002. During the surveyed period, 52 species belonging 11 families were collected. There were 23 Korean endemic species (44.23%), including Rhodeus uyekii, Acheilognathus signifer, A. yamatsutae, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Koreocobitis rotundicaudata and Silurus microdorsalis. Dominant species were Zacco platypus (20.38%), and subdominant species were Z. temmincki (19.62%). Also, Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (8.45%), Pungtungia herzi (8.01%), C. splendidus (6.63%) were numerous. Of the 6 introduced fishes in Hongcheon river Carassius cuvieri, Lepomis macrochirus and Micropterus salmoides were originated from foreign countries but Anguilla japonica, Gymnogobius urotaenia, Rhinogobius giurinus were introduced from other native river systems. According to the fish distribution, the fish community of Hongcheon river was divided into 4 groups by principle component analysis (PCA).
