현재 국내외에서 Building Information Modeling을 적용한 여러 분야의 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 일부 국외에서는 3D 기반의 견적을 실제 프로젝트에 반영하고 있다. 반면, 국내 건설 프로젝트에서는 여전히 2D 설계도면과 물량산출 프로그램을 이용하여 견적이 이루어지고 있다. 작업의 신속성 및 정확성을 중요시하는 국내 견적 문화에서는 3D 기반의 물량산출 방식 도입을 부정적으로 바라보는 시각이 있으나, 향후 건설 산업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 3D 기반 견적작업이 필요하다. 이에 국외에서 상용화된 견적 시스템을 국내 건설 프로젝트에 적용한 결과, 몇 가지 한계점이 있는 것으로 드러나 국내 견적 방식에 적합한 3D기반의 물량산출 프로그램 개발이 절실한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설 산업에서의 물량 산출 특성을 반영한 공법기반 견적자동화 시스템 개발 및 검증을 통해 국내 3D 기반의 견적 도입을 앞당기고자 한다.

Interest in Korean cultural properties has rising in recent years, not only on the part of existing researcher and scholars but also among the general public. The scope of interest has expand also, no longer being confined to Korea, and has given rise to movements for redemption of cultural properties preserved overseas and plans on how to make use of information about them. Aside from the basic idea that all cultural properties overseas are subjects for redemption, this paper argues that it is time to seek ways to actively make use of information on those cultural properties, and that this must be preceded by dear understanding of the current status through systematic on-site research and investigation of the channels through which they left the country. In addition, it is necessary to look at the issue with a broader perspective. The cultural properties in question must be regarded not as the sole property of Korea, the country that produced them, but as artworks of the world with outstanding universal value, to be protected and utilized by all human beings. From this point of view, this paper organize studies the kinds of Korean cultural properties kept at three major museums in the United Stated, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Roston, and traces the routes and methods by which they were taken out of Korea. Based on the perception of Korean artworks overseas as explained above, the purpose of this paper is to examine materials those cultural properties not only for academic research, but also todistinguish between those properties that should be redeemed and those that should be publicized overseas by clarifying how they were taken overseas, and thus provide basic materials for policy purposes.

The achievement emotion experienced by students in their academic settings is directly related with achievement activities or results. As the focuses of researches in the educational psychology have been extended to students' motives and emotion, the achievement emotion is also actively studied in Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyze researches on the achievement emotion according to social/cultural backgrounds by dividing them into domestic and foreign ones and understand flow and trend of the researches by structuring them. On the basis of the findings, it also aims to provide fundamental data necessary to examine the achievement emotion matched for academic settings in Korea. The objects of this study include a total of 105 domestic (n=47) and foreign (n=58) journal articles. The criteria of analysis are divided into period, contents and method of the study: the study was conducted without control of period; the contents include variables and achievement situations; and the method includes design and type of study, analysis methods, measurement tools and objects. The descriptive statistics of the materials were estimated by using the SPSS, and were analyzed by dividing them into domestic and foreign ones. The findings show that the researches on achievement emotion can be divided into examinations of the development of achievement emotion scale and those of the relationship between related variables. Thus, the conclusion suggests comprehensive discussions by arranging the trends of researches on the development of achievement emotion scale and the relationship between related variables.

Today, public libraries are contributing deeply to our society by strengthening their ability and services to identify and respond to users' needs through various programs. However, it is difficult to find a study that analyzed the research status of public library programs or changes over time. Therefore, for the purpose of systematically grasping research trends in the field of overseas public library programs, an intellectual structure analysis based on keyword profiling was performed. Specifically, subject terms analysis, network analysis and cluster analysis, and analysis by period/year were performed based on the controlled keywords (subject terms) of journal articles papers searched in the LISTA database. As a result, first, it was found that 9 subjects corresponding to all global/hot/local topics are leading the research in the field of overseas public library programs. Second, five research areas in the field of overseas public library programs(cultural programs, outreach programs, activity programs, public services, community) could be visualized and clearly identified. Third, research in the field of overseas public library programs began in earnest in the late 1990s and was active from the mid-2000s to the early 2010s, and after that, it was found to be somewhat stagnant until recently. This study is the result of specifically identifying research trends on programs that recently emerged as a major task of public libraries, and can be used as basic data and prior knowledge to explore the development direction of public library programs in the future.

초소형의 전자 부품, 의료기기 및 광부품 등의 핵심부품들에 관한 산업계와 소비자의 욕구에 발맞추어 과학 기술의 진보가 요구되고 있다. 전통적인 금속 가공 방법과 MEMS와 같은 미세 부품 성형 방법의 중간적인 형태의 Milli-Structure 생산 기술은 근간의 추이에 발맞추어 차세대 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심기술로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미세 부품 성형에 관련하여 국외 개발 동향을 검토하고 국내의 연구 상황을 본 연구팀의 연구를 위주로 하여 미세 소성 가공과 미세 기계 가공으로 분류하여 검토해 보기로 한다.

본 논문은 디지털 시대에 스토리텔링을 위한 적합한 지능형 스토리텔링 저작도구를 제안하고자 한다. 미국 등지에서는 이미 디지털 스토리텔링 제품이 많이 개발이 되어 실제 작품 제작에 활용되고 있으나, 국내에서는 아직 시도된 바가 없다. 또한 국외의 제품을 국내 창작환경에 활용하고자 할 때, 국내 작가 입장에서 적절하게 활용이 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내형 스토리텔링을 위한 저작도구를 개발하고자 하며, 이를 위한 지능형에 관한 연구를 제안하고자 한다.

국외에서는 대형시스템을 사용하는 항공, 해양, 원자력, 철도 등에서 발생하는 사고 중 인적오류가 포함된 사고에 대한 분석 및 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 국내의 경우 인적오류 연구에 대한 필요성도 미비한 상황이다. 특히, 철도산업의 경우 사고 분석을 위한 방법이나 절차, 인적오류와 관련된 원인요소에 대한 항목이 제한적이여서 사고 분석이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인적오류가 내재된 사고 분석 및 분석 지원, 사고 사례 관리 등이 가능한 지원시스템의 프레임워크를 제안한다.

식별번호를 이용한 본인확인기술(SIM : Subject Identification Method) 표준(안)은 국내 보안분야로는 처음으로 IETF PKIX 워킹그룹에서 논의되고 있는 순수 국내 보안기술로 연내 IETF 공식표준문서(RFC)로 채택될 가능성이 높다. 동 기술은 PKI 기반의 전자서명인증서비스에서 동일한 이름을 갖는 개인 사용자나 유사한 법인명을 갖는 법인사업자가 겪을 수 있는 본인확인의 오류를 원천적으로 방지하여 인증서 소유자의 신원을 유일하게 확인할 수 있는 방안을 제공한다. 본 고에서는 관련 국외 동향을 고려하여 SIM 표준(안)의 보안요구사항, 프로토콜, 표준화 주요 쟁점 및 진행상황을 고찰하고자 한다.

국외의 경우, 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 운동이 활발하게 일어나고 있으나 국내의 상황은 아직 초기단계에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 뉴질랜드 와이카토(Waikato University)대학의 디지털 도서관 프로젝트의 결과로 개발된 오픈 소스 소프트웨어인 'Green Stone'을 대상으로 디지털 도서관을 구축하는 방법을 살펴보고 동 시스템에 대한 사용성 평가 항목을 제시하였다.

국내의 자동차 제작은 짧은 기간에 상당한 생산수준을 이룩하고는 있지만 경험과 기술축적은 그 성장세를 따르지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 일본의 경우와 같이 자동차 각 사의 기술 및 정보 교환이 활발하지 못하고 기초적인 설계방식에 눈을 돌릴 여유가 없었음을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 근간에 자동차 5개사가 모여 자동차기술연구소를 설립한다는 소식이 고무적이기도 하지만 각자의 사심을 버리고 서로 협력하여 좀더 넓은 안목으로 국외로 시야를 돌려 지금이라도 국제 적인 경쟁력을 키워 나가야 할 때라 생각한다. 이러한 관점에서 국내의 상황에 적절한 설계 및 해석의 연구에 역점을 두고 활발한 연구가 이루어져야 하겠고 이에 필요한 강도해석의 기준을 설정하는 것도 시급한 과제라고 아니할 수 없다.
