In "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", the name of blood vessels is closely related to images of the river, and the word for blood vessel contains the following meaning, such as blood vessel, blood wind as well as blood stasis and so on. In a physiological perspective, the unobstructed blood vessel and normal operation blood are important symbols of health, for blood is the basis for human survival, physical activity and mental activity. In pathology, the external cold, excessive seven emotions and a biased diet can cause many kinds of abnormalities of the blood vessels, which can in turn become causes for a variety of diseases. The theory of blood vessels in "Hwangjenaegyeong" can provide guidance for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in practice.

설 연휴가 끝나갈 무렵 발생한 숭례문(국보1호) 화재사건으로 온 나라가 발칵 뒤집혔고 모든 국민은 나의 소중한 일부를 잃어버린 공허함에 형용할 수 없이 참담한 심정으로 하루하루를 살아가고 있다. 언제나 그랬던 것처럼 화재원인의 끝자락에는 여지없이 인재로 귀결되고, 보존관리와 소화과정에 대한 논란도 쉽게 정리되지 않을 듯하다. 우리 주변에는 화재발생 요인도 다양하지만 그 대상물 또한 지니는 특징이 매우 다양하여 소화기법이나 조사기법 등에 있어서도 그 만큼 복잡한 형태를 갖는다. 본 코너에서는 화재로 인해 심각하거나 빈번한 피해를 가져다주는 주요 구조 형태에 따른 화재의 특징을 살펴보고 화재 원인의 유형과 조사기법에 대하여도 논의해 보고자 한다. 숭례문 화재 사건은 현재 조사가 진행 중인 만큼 사찰과 함께 특수 건축물의 유형으로 분류하여 추후 논의할 기회를 가져볼 것이다. 화재의 종류에는 소방관점이나 건축법상의 대상물 등 다양하게 표현되고 분류할 수 있다. 본 코너에서는 이러한 틀에서 벗어나 화재의 특징이 달라질 수 있는 구조나 재료, 형태 등을 달리하는 건축물 또는 구조물별로 화재 현상을 나누어 그들에서 발생하는 화재의 특징을 살펴보고, 사고 후 업무와 관련이 되는 담당자의 관점에서 조사의 요점이나 화재 사례 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 접근 방법에 따라 몇 가지로 분류해 보면 다음과 같이 나누어 볼 수 있다.

As envirc~nmental changes occur radically (unpredictable development of the information communication and automatic technology) the necessity of the CIM is increasing rapidly in the manufacturing field. In this paper, we propose an evaluation method using the Fuzzy set and conventional technology (which is composed of both a proposal from t.he RFP and knowlodge expertise) to constract the successful CIM.

We reconstruct 3D surface from range image that consists of range map and texture map, and simplify the reconstructed triangular mesh. In this paper, we introduce fast simplification method that is able to glue texture to 3D surface model and adapt to real-time multipled level-of detail. We will verify the efficiency by applying to the scanned data of Korean relics.

The fire of Sungnyemun, National Treasure of No.1, gave to the Korean people and fire investigators big pains. The aim of this study are the identification of combustion traces and fire patterns of wooden building fire, burned with an accelerator, after spraying flammable materials on the wooden floor through the field study observation. Also, in the case of the similar fire, these results will be as good references to fire investigators for accurate investigations.

지난 2010년 상하이 세계박람회 중국관(中國館)에서는 1000년 전 중국 북송(北宋)시대의 회화인 '청명상하도(淸明上河圖)' 원작(5m)을 20배(110m)로 확대한 <디지털 청명상하도>를 선보였다. 이 그림은 중국 북송(北宋)시대 한림학사(翰林學士) 장택단(張擇端)이 북송의 도성인 변경(卞京 : 현재의 개봉)의 청명절 풍경을 세밀하게 묘사한 풍속화로 중국인들이 '국보1호'로 여기는 고서화(古書畵)다. 가로 528.7cm, 세로 24.8cm짜리 두루마리 그림에 수도에 드나드는 사람들의 일상이 파노라마처럼 펼쳐진 작품이다. 이를 디지털 복원한 것이 <디지털 청명상하도>다. 이 콘텐츠에는 다양한 전시 기술이 쓰였고 압도적인 스케일을 자랑한다. 지난 6년동안 중국 대도시를 중심으로 디지털콘텐츠 형태로 순회 전시중이다. 2010년 제작당시 어떠한 기술로 <디지털 청명상하도>가 만들어졌으며, 미래 그 어떤 시점에 등장 할 가능성이 있는 "가상현실(VR) 청명상하도(淸明上河圖)"는 어떤 기술의 형태로 나타날 수 있을지 예측해 보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 2005년 양양산불에 의한 낙산사화재. 2008년 국보1호 숭례문 방화사건 등 건조물 문화재의 재난 및 안전관리에 관한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사 대상은 건조물문화재 중에서도 국가지정 중요 목조문화재를 158개소를 대상으로 실시하였고, 조사내용은 건조문화재의 지정구분, 인적 및 안전관리적 요소, 주변환경적 요소, 시설적요소로 나누어 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 건조물문화재의 재난관리 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Antibacterial activity test of solvent fractions, sesquiterpenoid lactones, and Compound I and II extracted from Chrysanthemum boreale M. and Chrysanthemum indium L. were performed against four microorganisms. Among the tested substances, antibacterial activities were appeared against B. subtilis and V. parahaemolyticus at the chloroform fraction, sesquiterpenoid lactones and Compound I extracted from C. boreale. But chloroform fraction and sesquiterpenoid lactones extracted from C. indicum were showed weakly than those of C. boreale. Compound II and all fractions extracted from C. indicum were not appeared against the all tested microorganisms.

본 연구에서는 최근 발생한 숭례문(국보 1호) 화재와 같은 문화재의 소실을 예방하고 초기 화재 진압을 위한 u-IT 기반 방재시스템 구축방안에 대한 실증연구를 목적으로 한다.
