Information technology has been made remarkable progress and most of computer systems are connected with internet over the world. We have not only advantages to access them easy, but also disadvantages to misuse information, abuse, crack, and damage privacy. We should have safeguards to preserve confidentiality, integrity and availability for our information system. Even tough the security is very important for the defense information system, we should not over limit users availability. BS7799, a British standard, is an evaluation criteria for information security management. In this paper we propose an audit model to manage and audit information security using control items of BS7799, which could be useful to mange the defence information system security. We standardize audit items, and classify them by levels, and degrees by using appropriate audit techniques / methods / processes.

국방분야에서 전력 운영유지를 위한 군수분야 운영 효율화는 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 군수분야의 효율성을 위해 적정한 수리부속 확보는 장비의 가동률과 예산 절감 차원에서 중요성이 크다. 이에 군은 다양한 기법을 활용하여 수리부속 수요예측에 대한 노력을 계속해 왔으나, 여전히 예측 정확도 향상을 위한 지속적인 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지난 9개년의 수리부속 수요데이터를 분석하고 다양한 머신러닝을 활용하여 예측정확도를 비교·분석하고, 가장 적합한 수리부속 수요예측 모델을 제안한다.

차세대 전술국방통신망에서는 기존 전술국방통신망의 용량 및 커버리지 확대 등을 위하여 고속이동성 기술, 용량 및 성능개선 기술, 망 구성관리 기술 등에 관한 연구를 수행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 시속 400km 이상 고속으로 움직이는 차세대 공중 전술국방통신망을 통해 제공할 수 있는 서비스 시나리오를 제시하고, 각 서비스별 문제점 및 한계 기술에 대해 분석하였으며, 여러 가지 한계기술 중에서 매우 중요한 기술 중의 하나인 핸드오버를 위하여 단말이 가지는 제한된 정보를 통해 간단하게 주변 기지국을 스캐닝하는 방안을 제안하고, 이에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통해 차세대 공중 전술통신망에 적용할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

본 논문은 XGBoost 알고리즘 기반의 침입탐지모델의 성능을 향상하기 위한 스케일링(scaling) 및 특성선택(feature selection) 기법을 제안한다. 머신러닝 모델 개발 중 전처리 단계에서 스케일링 및 특성선택을 수행하면 데이터세트의 조건수가 감소하여 모델의 성능을 향상할 수 있다. 각 과정별로 다양한 기법이 있지만 기존의 연구에서는 이러한 기법들을 적용한 결과를 비교·분석하지 않고 특정 기법을 적용한 결과만을 나열하였고 스케일링 및 특성선택에 대해 최적의 조합은 제시하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 전처리 기법들의 적용결과를 비교하고 최적의 조합을 제안한다. 또한 기존의 연구들이 특정 데이터세트에만 적용 가능한 전처리 기법을 제안하는데 비해 본 논문은 다양한 데이터세트에 대해 공통적으로 적용 가능한 전처리 기법을 제안함으로써 제안 기법의 범용성과 실세계 적용 가능성을 증명한다.

국방과학기술 분야 업무의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해서는 국가적인 차원에서 국방 관련 기관들이 사용하고 있는 국방과학기술 분야의 전문용어를 광범위하게 수집하고 기술 체계를 통일하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 고도의 신뢰성이 요구되는 국방과학기술 정보분석의 기반을 제공하기 위해서 국방과학기술분야를 중심으로 전문용어의 선정, 기술 기준, 기술 구조를 포함하는 모든 프로세스를 표준화하는 것은 물론, 온라인 서비스에 전문용어 사전의 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 있다.

To understand current status for the utilization of Korean military specifications(KDS) and other standards/specifications in munitions companies, we have surveyed 150 companies mainly related with electrical and electronic industry. Most of the companies have expected that the harmonization of KDS and KS would bring a positive effect on their business, especially from the point of quality control, productivity increase, the reduction of expenditure for standard management and so on. This survey result will help to build more user-friendly management system for KDS as well as KS.

해양은 육지, 공중과 같이 매우 중요한 국방전술 대상으로 수중 통신은 물론 수중과 지상을 연결하는 네트워킹 기술이 요구된다. 본 고에서는 해양에서 국방전술통신에 도입하기 위한 수중 센서 네트워크 시스템 기술에 대해 소개하며 이를 위해 해양 환경 분석과 더불어 해양에 알맞은 수중 센서 네트워크 시스템 모델을 제시하고 모델 각 구성요소의 기능에 대해 소개한다. 또한, 각 구성요소 기술 개발에 필요한 통신 프로토콜 계층 별 요구사항과 필요 연구를 소개하고 국내외 기술개발 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

This paper is thing for a quantitive quality evaluation in national Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system development. Apply a quantitive quality evaluation way to be based on an international standard to admonish at ISO/IEC 9126. Proposed 6 basis of count, and set up sub 27 items detailed functionality, reliability, use anger, efficiency, maintenance anger, a transplant result, and inspection of quality table wrote the Matrix measured S/W quality to a chart. Studied a quantitive evaluation plan of a Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system to see weight by the priority order that reflected a characteristic of a national defense business to a Purpose of a subject user, and Presented. It is 80% in quantitive quality evaluation application satisfied under 8, Very Satisfied 7(87.5%) Satisfied 1(12.5%) of Defense Human Resource Managers and judgment worked as marked so that satisfaction of reliability and a user regarding functionality was high and there will be contribute to an elevation of defense capabilities as analyze efficient national defense S/W use and effect.
