Characteristics of Format Sale of Korean Variety Programs in China (한국 예능 프로그램 포맷의 중국 시장 진출 특성)

  • The amount of format sales of Korean programs in China is increasing rapidly. In particular, Chinese media companies insist not only to buy format bible but also to coproduce with Korean production companies. Korean production staff also rush to go to China by calling of Chinese nig media companies. Therefore, we will study the characteristics of formar sales of Korean variety program in China. For this, we will analyse cases of format sales in China during 7 years and find out the types and process of format sales.

  • 여수로는 방류량 월류시 한계류 상태와 고유속의 사류상태가 복합적으로 일어나는 흐름형태를 가지고 있어 여수로의 방류능력에 대한 평가시 수치해석 및 수리모형 실험을 통해 검증하고 있다. 여수로의 방류능력은 여수로 월류부 전면부 바닥고, 월류부 상 하류 경사, 월류웨어고 뿐만 아니라 교대 및 교각의 형상에 의해 영향을 받는다. 또한 월류웨어부를 지나 사류의 흐름양상을 보이는 천이부의 형상 및 후면 교각의 연장에 따라서도 급경사수로부의 흐름이 급변하게 된다. 국내 대부분의 여수로는 전면부의 교각(Pier)형상이 구조적인 안정성을 이유로 직벽형 설계방법을 일반적으로 채택하고 있으며 국내 및 미개척국(USBR)의 설계기준 또한 여수로 교각과 교대부의 평면 형상만을 고려할 수 있도록 제시하고 있어 국내 대부분의 수리 구조물들이 획일적인 구조물 형상을 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수치 및 수리모형 실험을 통해 국내 대댐에 설계되어 있는 직벽형태와 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 켄틸러버형의 교각형상에 따른 여수로의 수리적 흐름양상 및 방류능력을 비교하여 그 효과를 검토하였다. 검토결과 켄틸러버형태의 교각이 설치된 여수로의 경우 직벽형에 비하여 전면부 수위상승 및 흐름교란이 적게 발생하였으며, 방류능력 또한 개선되는 결과를 나타내었고, 후면 교각의 연장이 길고 점차 축소될수록 급경사수로부의 흐름이 안정적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • Despite the game market's expanding results from the increase of new users of mobile-game market, online-game market is faced with a stagnation. And the increase of income online-game's market share leads to decline of growth of the domestic online-game market. Online-game's growth potential is still valid, and the domestic online-games are still popular in foreign markets. But if the problem of domestic game market is not overcome, the falling behind in the competition is only a matter of time. The major problem is the lack of support measures and reduced competitiveness. On these issues, this research presents a plan to revitalizing of the online-game.

A Study on Introduction Plan for Power Limit of National Mobile Communication Handsets (국내 이동통신 단말기의 출력기준 도입방안에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of six mobile phones made by two national companies were measured in order to introduce power limit of mobile phones for national CDMA, PCS and WCDMA applications. The measurement has been conducted in a full anechoic chamber and used antenna substitution method. From the measured results, the measured power of the mobile phones are compared by power limit regulations of mobile phones for USA, Japan and Europe. Finally, we propose power limits of 2 W ERP for CDMA phones, 2 W EIRP for PCS phones, and 2 W EIRP for WCDMA phones, respectively.

  • Railway system has been unmanned and high-speedy. Korean railway corporations need a more effective and smarter system for operation and maintenance. So there are many theses that studied the intelligent operation and maintenance system using vision based technologies for railway corporation. This paper analyzes domestic theses which studied the intelligent vision based system for railway safety, railway vehicle and facilities and proposes research which uses the more powerful vision based technology with deep-learning for railway corporation.

An iPhone Game Application Development Methodology for WIPI Developer (위피 개발자를 위한 아이폰 게임 애플리케이션 개발 방법론)

  • The abolition of WIPI installation duty makes domestic WIPI developers get a chance to enter into smartphone development environment. Specially, iPhone has a big possibility for a new game application market but traditional domestic WIPI developers have difficulties to get in because there are no standard game development methodology. Therefore, a method is necessary to develop iPhone game application effectively for traditional domestic WIPI developers. In this paper, we compare and analyze development methodology of WIPI and iPhone application and suggest a new methodology for iPhone application development with adaptation of WIPI architectures. Using this methodology, traditional domestic WIPI developers can develop iPhone game applications with ease.

  • Korean government has recently abrogated WIPI policy to open domestic mobile phone market to the world, which may result in the influx of foreign smart phones. This circumstance has given users more wide range of choices to buy a product and also has brought benefit to buy mobile phone cheaply. On the other hands, this change might have brought potential danger of mobile malware incidents which have only occurred in foreign countries. There are standardized analysis methods and response guides for computer malwares, not but for mobile malwares in our country. In this paper, we introduce existing mobile malwares and available tools for their analysis. Considering domestic circumstances which might not be properly protected against mobile malwares, we propose analysis methods and response guide of mobile malwares.

The Study of the Compatibility of MSDS for the Classification of Flammable Materials (위험물의 분류를 위한 MSDS 이용의 적정성 연구)

  • The usage of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is increased world widely for the implementation of GHS and REACH. In order to know the accuracy of the data in MSDS the flash point of n-Decanol was measured by using a Tag closed tester, a Seta-flash closed tester, a Pensky-Martens closed tester and a Cleveland open tester in Japan and Korea, respectively. The test results of flash points of n-Decanol purchased different manufacturer were compared to the data of the references and MSDS. The flash points determined in Japan were similar to those in Korea but have shown much difference from those in MSDS and literatures. It is suggested that the results of flash points determined in this research have validity and manufacturers should be more careful when they make MSDS as well as for the classification of GHS and REACH.

Applicability Examination of the RUSLE Sediment Yield Prediction Equation in Korea (해외 토사유출량 산정공식의 국내적용성 검토 (I);RUSLE를 중심으로)

  • Due to the nationwide development, sediment yield has to be estimated to design the sedimentation basin which is used to minimize the effects of construction or disturbing the natural soil condition. But there is no proved equation for the estimation of sediment yield in Korea. Therefore, applicability and the limitation of RUSLE (revised universal sediment loss equation) sediment yield equation is examined for the construction sites, where the rainfall and sediment data are available. General mistakes in estimation of the RUSLE parameters are also discussed. It is found that RUSLE could be applied in Korea as long as the sediment delivery ratio was considered. Appropriate estimation method of sediment delivery ratio are also proposed.

  • 본 연구는 국내외를 막론하고 SI 기업의 R&D에 대한 학문적 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않은 상태에서, 국내 대형 SI 기업들이 World Class SI로 성장하는데 견인차가 되도록 최초로 SI 기업의 R&D 모델을 제시하고 있다. 현재 날로 치열해 지는 SI 시장환경에 비추어 볼 때 향후 국내 대형 SI 기업들간의 보다 치열한 경쟁은 물론이고 국내외에서 선진 IT 서비스 기업들과 경쟁이 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대형 SI 기업들이 선진 IT 서비스 기업과의 경쟁에서 살아 남으려면 핵심 경쟁력을 확보해야만 하며, 이에 대한 방안으로 연구개발의 강화를 제시한다. 즉, SI 기업은 R&D를 통해 빠르고 복잡하게 변화하는 IT 기술을 적시에 도입하여 실제 프로젝트에 적용하고, 기존의 기술 및 프로세스의 개선을 통해 생산성을 향상시키며, 궁극적으로는 새로운 서비스 모델 개발을 통해 가치를 창출하는 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 이를 위해 R&D는 부가가치 창출, 미래혁신 주도, 신기술의 검증/평가/확산 담당, 응용기술의 표준획득 및 특허취득, 프로세스와 품질의 일관성과 효율성을 확보하는 역할을 해야 한다. 이러한 R&D 역할을 효율적, 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 중앙 R&D와 사업부 R&D를 동시에 운영하는 Hybrid Organization을 제안하고 있다. 또한 국내 대형 SI 기업의 R&D 담당자들과 설문, 인터뷰를 통해 본 연구에서 제시한 모델의 현실 적용성을 살펴보고, 바람직한 R&D 방향성을 제시하고 있다.
