최근 데이터가 전략적 의사결정의 핵심요소로 대두됨에 따라 데이터 통합 및 데이터 품질에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 데이터 품질을 확보하기 위해 데이터 표준화가 필수적으로 수반되어야 한다. 그러나 데이터 활용에 있어 (1)데이터의 중복 및 불일치 발생, (2)데이터에 대한 의미 파악 지연으로 정보 제공의 적시성 결여, (3)데이터 통합의 어려움, (4)정보시스템 변경 및 유지 보수 곤란 등과 같은 현실적인 문제점들이 정확한 정보를 적시에 사용자에게 전달하는데 장애 요인으로 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '국토관측센서 기반 수문 및 수재해 정보포털시스템 개발'에 앞서 보다 정확한 데이터 통합관리 및 제공서비스가 가능하도록 국내외 사례연구를 통한 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 데이터 표준화는 시스템별로 산재해 있는 데이터 정보요소에 대한 명칭, 정의, 형식, 규칙에 대한 원칙을 수립하여 이를 전사적으로 적용하는 것을 의미하며, 이러한 데이터 표준화 작업은 데이터의 정확한 의미 파악뿐만 아니라 데이터에 대한 상반된 시각을 조정하는 역할을 수행한다. 기본적으로 데이터 모델 및 데이터베이스에서 정의할 수 있는 모든 오브젝트를 대상으로 하는 것이 이상적이나, 주로 관리해야 될 필요성이 있는 오브젝트만을 대상으로 데이터 표준화를 하는 것이 더욱 효율적으로 작용한다. 본 연구는 국내외 데이터 통합관리 표준화 동향을 제시하였으며, 현업 사용자로부터 데이터 표준과 관련된 요구사항을 수요조사를 통하여 조사함으로써 데이터 표준 대상 후보를 식별하고 개선점을 도출하는데 사용할 기반을 마련하였다. 데이터 표준화가 수행되면 현업 사용자는 정확한 데이터를 사용할 수 있고, 올바른 의사결정을 내릴 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 데이터 표준, 데이터 표준 준수 체크, 데이터 표준 조회 및 활용 등 데이터 표준 관리에서 수작업으로 인해 발생하는 애로사항을 배제하기 위해 자동화에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 추진되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

This study aimed to analyze the overall operation status of the Bank of Korea library representing the economic library in Korea, investigate user satisfaction and demand, and to propose a direction for the development of the economic library in the future. To this end, a case study was conducted on changes in the external environment of major libraries at home and abroad, and a user survey was conducted. As a result, the future tasks include introducing smart systems, robotics some library services, non-face-to-face service response spaces that reflect the times, introducing big data analysis services, strengthening user-tailored systems, and activating SNS communication. It proposed developing specialized libraries, online reference and research support services, and providing original DBs for publications to strengthen expertise, maintaining and expanding cloud services, maintaining and expanding cooperative projects, and collecting national knowledge and information.

In an intelligent information society, VR technology is attracting attention as next-generation technology, and its importance as been emphasized. Against this background, there is a need to incorporate VR technology in libraries. The purpose of this study is to investigate and classify VR contents used in domestic and foreign libraries, and to analyze their characteristics and status. Therefore, in this study, cases of VR content were collected and analyzed for domestic and foreign libraries to which VR technology is applied and based on the implications of the analysis results, matters to be noted when applying VR content to the library in the future were suggested. This study is meaningful in that it conducted a study based on actual cases targeting VR content that was not discussed intensively in previous studies.

The purpose of this research propose the improvement of the visual arts educational environment according to the previous studies that is visual arts education have effect on the students' creativity and their Psychological Aspects. In addition, This study provide the preceding material in terms of the future quality of the environment and curriculum for public schools and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of each design space as examining what is needed aspect of the art connectivity. Research method is to investigate the domestic and International public school's visual arts education environment aspects of the facility and space status for safety and activity. As well, method is that it will find out how the program is being conducted in any part of the local culture. Art Education is not the non-intrusive training, but the series of processes going to work together and solve problems through participation of the creative experience based on the art motif. Therefore, it will be a well-supported guideline to establish the art educational environment.

This study conducts analysis on integrated care cases in Korea and other nations regarding health, medical, and welfare services that are segmented and fragmented in order to provide foundational data to establish an integrated care system appropriate for the situation of Korea. According to the result of the cases, integrated care provides various services in common through cooperation with organizations, collaborative participation of various professionals, provision of intervention and individualized protection, and experts for taking care of the cases. Based on those cases, this paper provides suggestions to establish an integrated care system of Korea. In fact, it is necessary to build integrated care general support centers, arrange service providing places in common, establish a care management system, develop resources and expand manpower, develop an integrated care case management system, and develop integrated care computer network.

The purpose of this study is investigate the research trend on digital humanities. Previous studies focused on analyzing representative cases and national policies, not overall research trends in the digital humanities field. To this problem, this study intends to identify the intellectual structure of the digital humanities by adopting bibliometric approach. In this study, 1,765 articles retrieved from Web of Science and 514 records from RISS were analyzed to investigate research trends. Structural topic models were applied to examine research topics and to grasp the time-series trend. The results show that humanities-based convergence studies and digitization were main research interests in both side. In Korea, research topics related to cultural contents and storytelling were prominent, while in terms of providing digitized data, library and information science field was one of the important research topic abroad.

This is a study on operation system's application method for leading-in public bike operation system through researching on case study at home and abroad, and situation research in Naju city. In the 1st research, studied about the main problems showed at application cases of public bike system at domestic and overseas, such as using time, danger for be stolen and damaged. 2nd research focuses on necessarily of leading-in operation system to be used easily by city residents and travelers of Naju City which is the scheduled city for leading-in public bike system. 3rd research is on the basis of the result showed in 1st and 2nd research, supplied some problems' solving method for France Veblib System, such as lending and rental process using mobile, system operation process, communication process. Also, supplied the application method for problems showed at 1st and 2nd research and civil service proposal. The leading-in method study on public bike operation system was done through above research, also case study at home and abroad, situation study, and rental program module development, and this operation system is worked as an model operation system in Naju City. The future study of leading-in operation system will be more effective by means of summing up test running result.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.

오늘날과 같은 정보통신 발달의 시대에서 정보 전달의 신속성과 접근성을 보장하는 것은 정보서비스 기관의 경쟁력 강화에 매우 중요한 일이다. 마이크로 블로깅을 제공하는 서비스 중 하나인 트위터는 web 2.0 서비스의 대표주자로 시 공간을 초월한 도서관 정보서비스의 신속성과 접근성을 지원하는 강력한 도구로 부상하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외 도서관의 트위터를 중심으로 마이크로 블로깅을 활용한 정보서비스 적용사례를 조사하고 이와 같은 신기술 적용 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 조사한 사례는 미국 의회도서관, 미국 뉴욕 공공도서관, 영국 국립 도서관, 국내의 국립중앙도서관 디브러리, 포항공대 도서관인 포스텍 도서관 이고 주요하게 트위터의 수치적인 현황, 활용 목적, 내용, 이용하는 인터페이스 측면들을 조사 분석하였다.

경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.
