While the cost of technology development is increased, the life cycle of products and services that have been developed has become progressively shorter. Open innovation have been increasing by company as a strategy to respond to the rapidly changed market. Technology transfer from universities is one of the typical means of technological innovation. Although a university has invested significant resources in R&D, the results has been neglected. Therefore, at the moment, research is needed about the outcomes and efficiency of technology transfer at universities. In the previous research, since most of studies focus on the analysis of factors that influence the outcome of technology transfer, in this study, targeting domestic universities, the efficiency of technology transfer at the university was analyzed. In addition, differences in the efficiency of different types of university is verified. Consequently, universities specializing in technology and industry has high-efficiency than the others. There is no significant difference between the groups of universities whether or not to participate in Technology Licensing Office(TLO). More efforts are required for successful results of TLO in Korea. This study is expected to be able to provide reasonable indicators on technology transfer for further research.

The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

Under the difficult economy circumstances of Korean universities and industries, Korean government has been strongly emphasizing industry-university collaboration to make percentage of employment among college/university graduates higher as well as prosperity of Korean economy. In order to make effective improvement for universities, industries, local society, and national economic status, it is required to recognize the importance of university-industry collaboration team leader's leadership; which relates various employers personal behaviors with organizational goals and affects the employer's organizational behaviors in university-industry collaboration team. This study aims to suggest the effective strategic leadership behaviors fur the industry-university collaboration team leader in Korean universities as they are to manage university faculty members, professors, and researchers and/or top management of business enterprises and to achieve the organizational goals through literatures concerned about leadership and university-industry collaboration.

This study purposed to establish the history of library automation through multilateral analysis and systematic description of the development process of university library automation in Korea and to analyze problems in the development process. In the research, we conducted literature review, investigation of university homepages and telephone interviews. Based on previous researches and the current state of university library automation, the development process of university libraries was divided into 'the stage of introduction,' 'the stage of growth,' 'the stage of stability' and 'the stage of take off.' First, the current state of university library automation was analyzed through literature review, and 109 libraries at private universities in Korea were sampled for data analysis.

Research acitivities of university scholars greatly contribute to the development of research literature in their own areas, thereby playing an essential role of accomplishing national values. In Korea, university researchers conduct studies focusing on basic and fundamental research with their great performance disseminated for industry competence of the country. In this study, we examine research fund and performance for drawing implications for future directions.

As the demand for analytics technologies in both industry and academia increases, the demand for analytics experts is also increasing. To meet this trend, universities have begun to develop new analytics curriculum and provide courses for training analytics experts. In this study, we surveyed curriculum of master's analytics programs of 9 Korean universities and 20 overseas universities. As a result of comparing the domestic university program with the overseas university programs, the average number of subjects per school program is more than that of the Korean university program, but it was found to be less in terms of diversity of subjects.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스가 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 필요한 조건 중 가장 근본이 되는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리나라의 경우 그동안 가이드라인이 필요하고 성문화되어야 한다고 지속적으로 논의되어왔지만 아직까지 체계화되지 못한 상황이다. 이를 위해 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스를 제공할 참고사서와 이용자를 대상으로 심층면담 및 설문조사를 수행하여 국내 상황에 맞는 가이드라인 요소를 파악하고 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구가 제시한 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스 가이드라인은 향후 서비스 계획 및 운영에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

새로운 기술혁명의 시대가 열리며 제4차산업혁명의 시대 속 소프트웨어 기술을 기반으로 생성되는 디지털 연결성이 사회를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 미국, 독일, 영국, 일본, 중국 등 주요국가들은 국가의 미래를 걸고 있을 정도이다. 국내 4차산업혁명 주요기술수준이 미국 대비 빅데이터플렛폼 76.3%, 사물인터넷 80.9%, 소프트웨어 76.7%, 3D 프린터 73.1% 라 한다. 국내 빅데이터와 인공지능(AI) 전문가 확보에 나선 기업들은 국내 연구진이 턱없이 부족하다 한다. 인재 품귀 현상에 4차산업혁명 인프라구축을 위하여 국내 외 대학에서의 융합인재 양성현황과 대학교육의 방향에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

4차산업 이래 급변하는 산업환경과 경기악화로 인해 청년실업율이 지속적 사회문제로 부상하고 있으며, 산업구조 변화로 사회에서 요구하는 진로역량에 영향도 변화하고 있다. 이에 일자리창출의 새로운 동력원으로 창업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는데다 대학 창업교육은 양적 성장세를 이어 왔고, 더불어 주요 창업지원성과라 볼 수 있는 창업자수·고용인원수·매출액 성과도 상승세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 대학 창업교육이 어떠한 질적 성장을 이루고 있는지에 대해서는 의견이 분분할 것이다. 창업교육은 주로 국내 교육 및 해외교육 현황이나 일부 역량관점으로 대학 창업교육을 다루는 선행연구가 있으나 아직 역량관점에서의 창업교육에 대한 연구는 도입단계로 다양한 시도가 이루어 지고 있다. 대학에서는 실질적인 창업지원 성과가 증가하고 있음에도 창업교육과의 관계를 밝히는 연구 또한 충분치 않은 상황이다. 이러한 점들을 반영한다면 사회 변화와 요구에 따라 창업교육의 양적성장에 이은 질적 고도화를 위한 다각적 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있겠다. 창업교육의 질적 측면에서 살펴보자면 유럽에서는 수년간 광범위한 연구를 통해 기업가정신역량을 국민의 전생애역량으로 인식하고 평생교육에 적용해 오고 있는 반면, 국내에서는 대학 별로 3~5단계 내외의 교육체계를 세우고 창의성을 높이기 위한 디자인씽킹이나 캡스톤디자인식 등의 창업교과목과 같은 시도가 증가하고 있다. 기업가정신에 대한 교육도 다소 증가하고는 있으나 주로 창업스킬 중심의 교육으로 편중되는 현상을 보이고 있다. 대학은 창업교육을 통해 사업가도 중요하지만 무엇보다 기업가를 육성해야 하는 기관이다. 그러므로 대학별 특성에 따른 교육체계의 다양성에 더하여 이제는 국내 대학 창업교육의 체계성을 높이기 위한 통합적인 접근 또한 필요한 시점이라 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 역량관점으로 창업교육 현황을 파악하고 실질적인 창업지원성과 간 관계를 밝혀 창업교육 고도화를 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업가정신역량(Entrepreneurship Competence) 개념을 기반으로 4년제 창업선도대학의 역량별 창업교육 현황을 파악하고, 대학정보공시자료를 활용하여 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육과 지원성과 간 연관성을 밝혀 지원체계 개선방안을 제안한다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업교육 지원체계를 고도화 함에 더하여 대학에서의 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육을 통하여 대학생의 기업가정신역량을 제고시킴으로써 실질적인 창업지원성과를 높이고, 사회의 한 구성원으로써 사명감을 가지는 바람직한 기업가를 발굴하고 육성함에 있어 좀 더 명확한 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
