As a way to improve the quality of life following the increase of the national income, the importance of cultural welfare has been magnified. To actively cope with such a situation of the times, the government has operated the cultural welfare workers system; however, the reality today includes many problems such as lack of reliability and professionalism in the system. Thus, this thesis has as an objective to extract priorities for the improvement of the cultural welfare workers system through analyses of precedents, investigations by professionals and related systems, and to propose measures of improvement. The priorities, in case of higher levels, are in the order of: utilization of manpower, educational curriculum and test subjects, methods of license acquisition and training institution. In order for the cultural welfare workers system to be efficiently operated based on the priorities, the existing system needs to offer state-certified licenses and provide workers with institutional strategies for refresher education and utilization of manpower.

The tipping-bucket and weight measuring type precipitation gauge has long been used worldwide for measuring rainfall. However, the conventional gauge has observation errors and its measurement range is limited by the device's resolution. In this paper, a new type of precipitation gauge that uses an innovative method by applying a new ultrasonic flow measuring technique was developed. This is the first time this technique is being used to gauge rainfall. The prototype was tested in the laboratory designated by the Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS). The rainfall intensity condition was 20~420 mm/H and the Standard Correction System for Precipitation Gauges was used. Results of the laboratory experiment showed that the proposed gauge has a ${\pm}2%$ margin of error. Consequently, it was proven that the proposed gauge is quite accurate and reliable for measuring precipitation.

The importance of Industrial Security is continuously growing along with the rapid development of convergence technologies. Accordingly, it is expected for the gap between the supply and demand of industrial security professional personnel to grow every year. In order to reduce the supply and demand of industrial security, it is important to not only train professional qualifications but at the same time, secure a professional qualification acquisitor. In this regard, South Korea has introduced the Industrial Security Expert qualification as a non-governmental qualifications ince 2010. From 2017, promoted as nation-certified qualification and has supported activities as expert in industrials ecurity field. However, it is reality that Industrial Security Expert qualification has not yet to be recognized as professional qualification in the field of industry, have low rate of utilization as academic research is also shown the sign of stagnation. Based on these background, this research set goal in deducing a activation method for industrial security professional qualification concentrating on Industrial Security Expert qualification. The analysis on operation condition of Industrial Security Expert qualification and related precedent research was conducted and raised four types of activation method, which are organizational aspect, certification system improvement and operation aspect, certification acquisitors' utilization aspect and professionalism enhancement aspect.

공간자료를 다루는 일반적인 과정은 연구자의 정의에 따라 달라질 수 있지만, 일반적으로 자료 수집, 자료 구축, 분석 및 결과 도출의 일반적인 과학/공학적 분석 절차와 유사하다. 산업체의 관점에서 볼 때, 1990년대 초기 국가GIS 사업이 시작될때부터 현재까지는 공인된 자료 구축에 많은 주안점을 두어서 기존 아날로그 자료의 디지털화, 자료 가공, 데이터베이스 구축, 자료의 시각화 등의 일반적인 자료 구축 및 도시에 주안점을 두어왔다. 또한 다양한 공간해상도의 원격탐사 자료와 같이 다중 근원 자료의 이용이 빈번해짐에 따라 공간자료의 갱신 또한 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나, 공간자료를 다루는 일련의 과정이 궁극적으로는 특정 분야에서의 의사 결정보조자료의 제공 등을 지향한다고 간주할 때, "from data to information to knowledge"의 중간 혹은 최종 단계의 결과물을 산출하기 위한 적절한 분석 기술의 개발 및 적용 또한 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 공간분석을 별도의 학문분야로 간주하느냐 아니냐의 문제와는 상관없이, 최근 20년간 공간분석은 GIS 및 원격탐사 분야뿐만 아니라 기본적으로 공간자료를 다루는 많은 응용분야에서 공간자료의 이해와 부가정보의 생산을 위한 중요한 기술 분야로 간주되어 왔다. 공간분석의 여러 응용 분야중에서 환경분야에의 적용 연구는 또한 환경과학이라는 별도의 분야 뿐만 아니라, 기존 학문들인 지리학, 생태학, 지구과학, 사회학, 경제학, 도시 계획 등의 하위분야에서 중요한 방법론으로 자리 잡고 있다. 이 기술 세미나에서는 환경분야에 직간접적으로 활용이 가능한 공간정보 분석 기술의 동향을 지구통계학을 중심으로 소개하고자 한다. 국내에서 크리깅으로 대표되어온 지구통계학은 적용하는 학문 분야에 따라 보다 넓은 의미를 가지는 공간 통계학이라는 용어로 사용되고 있지만, 보다 학문적/기술적 의미로 살펴보면 공간분석의 특화된 분야로 간주할 수 있다. 1950년대 알려진 광상의 위치 정보를 이용하여 은둔 광상의 위치를 추정하기 위해 기본 개념이 소개된 이후에 수학적으로 이론이 1960년대 정립된 지구통계학은 많은 발전을 이루어 현재 다양한 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 그러나 외국과 달리 국내에서는 크리깅을 고급 내삽 기법으로만 간주하여 단순 주제도 작성에 제한적으로 사용하고 있다. 이 기술 세미나에서는 특정 학문분야에서 적용되기 보다는 일반적으로 통용될 수 있는 지구통계학의 기본 개념을 우선 소개한 후에, 국내외 학계에서의 환경주제도 제작과 관련된 주요 응용분야를 소개하고자 한다. 이후에 지구통계학이 적용될 수 있으면서, 다학제적 관점에서의 이슈가 될 수 있는 분야를 제시하고자 한다.

The trend of business work that is related to supply chain changed into e-business using the electronic document However, the small and medium enterprise organizations still use huge volume of paper document, especially in private sector. Recently, the need for eco-friendly and low cost logistics becomes increasing. For this, it has expanded to exchange or to use e-document rather than the paper or manual processing in supply chain business. Therefore, this paper proposed the electronic access system for supply chain by business process modeling. If it is using the proposed system, it can be saving the exchanged or the scanned document to system, and user can utilize that document on just accessing system whenever they need the document. We believe it might reduce the burden of each organization because they don't need to save large volume data to their system or place. Furthermore, the benefits will effect across the national as well as global.

Korea Security Association suggested from who Professor An, Hwang Kwon advocated the introduction of a private security guard certification system, and the private security guard certification exam has been conducted seven times since 2005, being authorized by the government. Currently, there are a lot of certified private security guards who have passed the exam. In fact, however, no preference is given to them. In terms of employment, they don't receive any preferential treatment nor are given any extra points. Furthermore, they cannot afford to make use of their certificate. The purpose of this study was to examine the state of utilizing the private security guard certificate among student certificate holders and their awareness of the private security guard system. The findings of the study were as follows: First, it's important to present a vision for certified private security guards, and what equally matters is to make it clear how and where they can show what they can do. Second, it's required to improve the image and reliability of private security guards as professional security guards. Third, candidates for the certification exam should boost their own self-esteem, confidence and professionalism as competent human resources who can make a contribution to society.

Quantitative rise and qualitative seriousness in crime have limitation to preventing crime just with public police security. Ultimately, in order for private security guard to fulfill the duty of preventing crime, its members' excellent quality and ability need to be preceded. This change in the environment of crime prevention came to demand professionalism in the security field. Furthermore, it became an opportunity of being emerged the necessity of specialist qualification. For this, first, there is a need of reinforcing the public confidence of the security guard association, and of vitalizing a certificate of qualification. Second, qualification functions as linking education and labor market. Thus, many qualification acquisitors need to strengthen direction that the security guard company can reflect and utilize this. Third, there is a need of positively supplementing the result of utilizing qualification or the insufficient management system so that the private security guard qualification system can be recognized as the qualification system of being authorized by the country.

In this paper, we developed a digital Taekwondo trainer system based on the electronic protector was authorized by the World Taekwondo Federation for the improvement of user's training effects and athletic performances. Our system consists of E-Kick Bag with sensors for sensing hits, taekwondo trainer program and receiver for interconnection of E-kick Bag to program. Taekwondo trainer system also has an advantage to improve training effects and athletic performances such as hit-accuracy and reaction velocity by appointing a hitting target for users with 6 LED indicators. The taekwondo trainer program is a user interface to provide training courses such as progress training of response time and stamina, preparation training for real sparring by training scenario. It has also characteristics which are to strengthen and supplement user's pros and cons by analyzing hitting intensity and accuracy from training. In this paper, we implemented a test targeting eight taekwondo players on the playing list include a member of the Korea national team and conducted a survey in order to evaluate the utility of our system.

After the spread of COVID-19 in 2020, the country's Crisis Alert Level went up to the highest level, Level 4. Respond of COVID-19 pandemic, Governments, and cities secured each province's duty for the citizens. The government provided health assistance first and stepped forward to support the necessary resources for the citizens. Busan City proposed policy response to prepare and implement the Corona support for each county as well. The high occupant rate of self-business owners lost basic incomes, and the effect varies on industries. In our paper, to avoid any crisis in such an epidemic, we propose a clustering analysis for the guidance of policy support for Busan City. By analyzing patterns and clustering on districts and Sectors, we would like to provide reference materials for determining the direction of support and guiding preemptive response in the event of a similar epidemic.

The increase in the size and the uptake of PV systems is leading to significant increase in the penetration of PV into local electricity grids. The increased penetration of PV is impacting on grid operation and in particular the voltage within the local grid can be significantly influenced by the various PV systems. The current global situation of environmental pollution, climate change and energy demand urgently requires dramatic political, economic and technical decisions in order to avoid a potential collapse of environmental and social systems. Around the world, electricity remains the vital component of national and international development. The implementation of renewable energy resources can provide solutions to these challenges by stimulating the early implementation of economically viable sustainable energy technologies.
