Evaluation of Risk Level for Damage of Marine Accidents in SRRs using Inner-Outer Dependence Method (내부-외부 종속법을 이용한 수색.구조 구역의 위험성 평가)

  • In this study, the risk of SRRs was assessed upon the scale of the damage of marine accidents. For the risk assessment, inner-outer dependence methods and special knowledge-based fuzzy logic were introduced. Also, in order to calculate the importance of assessment value in this study, a max-min composition method was used for fuzzy logic based on the principle of fuzzy extension and the centroid of gravity method was used for non-fuzzy formation. In order to produce the importance of assessment items, the inner-outer dependence methods were used for assessment items, and markov analysis method was used for the importance of the final comprehensive assessment. As a result, the risk of SRR of Tongyoung, Mokpo and Yeosu was proven relatively higher, thus, it needs to have more rescue ships and rescue devices for relieving the risk in the future.

수열합성법을 이용한 합성 중 용액 교체를 통하여 high aspect ratio를 가지는 ZnO 나노막대의 합성

  • ZnO 는 톡특한 물리적 화학적 성질을 가지고 있는 반도성 물질이기 때문에 최근 광전자 소자인 LED, TFT, 광센서 등에 적용하려는 연구가 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 특히 1차원 ZnO 나노구조는 박막보다 높은 결정성과 물리, 화학적으로 안정하고 표면적이 매우 넓어 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 대량으로 간단하며 저렴하게 생산하기 위해서 친환경적이며 적은 시간으로 합성을 해야 한다. 그래서 최근 수열 합성법을 이용하여 합성이 많이 이루어지고 있지만, ZnO 나노막대 제조 중 기존에 보고된 방법은 대부분 aspect ratio가 낮으며, 저가의 용액 기반으로 높은 aspect ratio를 가지는 나노 선을 제작하기 어려운 실정이다. 또한 용액기반의 성장에서는 기판과의 격자 상수와 열팽창 계수의 차이로 인해 기판과의 adhesion 이 매우 낮아 adhesion layer를 증착 하여 나노 막대을 제작하는 것이 발표가 되고 있다. 하지만 또 하나의 공정이 더해지기 때문에 복잡해지고, 소자에 응용하기에는 한계점이 보인다. 그렇기 때문에 이번 연구에서는 성장 시 Zn 소스가 소모가 다 되었을 시 성장 용액을 교체하는 과정에서 성장 온도와 같이 유지 시킨 뒤에 성장을 하는 방법으로 수직 방향으로 10 um 의 길이를 가지는 ZnO 나노막대의 합성을 가능하게 하였다.

  • 고경도 및 내침식재료가 새로운 기계구조 및 기계 절삭공구재료로서 각광을 받고 있으며 질화붕소(BN)는 고융점, 고경도의 물리적 특성으로 다이아몬드 대체 물질로 주목되고 있다. 원하는 질화붕소의 합성을 위해서는 출발 원료와 합성법에 의존하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 붕소 산화물과 환원제로써 활성 탄소를 출발 원료로 하였으며 치환제로써 질소를 사용하여 기상 반응로에서 질화붕소를 합성하였다. 합성된 시료는 XRD, SEM, PSA 등으로 물성을 측정하였고 합성 변수에 따라 순도의 차이를 보였으며, 본 연구를 통하여 최적의 합성 조건을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • An efficient dynamic response analysis mettled of structures supported by resilient mounts is presented by using the structural synthesis method in frequency domain and time domain. As a numerical example, a mount-deck system is considered. Through numerical simulations, the validity of the presented method is verified by comparison of the results with those of the 'traditional' analysis method.

  • In this study, oligo(3-methylthiothiophene) was synthesized from thiophene derivative according to the method of reductive coupling using palladium catalyst. For the preparation of monomer, 3-methylthiothiophene was first synthesized through the metal-halogen exchange reaction of 3-bromothiophene with n-butyllithiuim, and the corresponding 2,5-dibromo-3-methylthiothiophene was formed by bromination. Their synthesis and characterization were determined by $^1H-NMR$ and ATR analyses. Thermal stability of the oligothiophene was monitored by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Thermal evaporation of the oligo(3-methylthiothiophene) on the substrate was attempted for OTFT applications.

자기조립법에 의한 산화철 중공구조의 합성과 에탄올 감응특성

  • 반도체형 가스센서의 가스 감응은 산화물 표면과 주변 가스와의 화학적 반응에 기인한 것이므로 나노 크기의 감응물질 입자를 합성하여 비표면적을 넓히려는 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔다. 일반적으로 감응 물질의 크기가 나노 스케일로 감소하면 가스 감응 특성이 증가하지만, 심한 응집으로 가스 확산이 어려워 가스 감응 특성이 저하되게 된다. 따라서 비표면적이 크면서도 응집이 덜한 나노 구조체가 산화물 가스 센서에 이용되어 왔다. 특히 중공구조는 응집이 적고 가스확산이 용이하며 큰 비표면적을 가지기 때문에 널리 연구되어진 나노구조체이다. 한편 산화철은 친환경적인 n-type 반도체로써 에너지 저장소, 촉매, 리튬-이온 배터리의 양극물질, 가스센서 등의 응용분야에 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Solvothermal에 의한 자기조립 방법으로 산화철 중공구조를 합성하고 기능화를 위해 귀금속 촉매인 Pt를 첨가하였다. $400^{\circ}C$에서 에탄올 가스에 대한 가스 감응 측정을 통해 대조군인 산화철 응집체와 나노 스케일의 구에 비해 중공구조가 가스 감응에 유리함을 보고한다.

  • Lead scandium tantalate powders were prepared by a molten salt synthesis method using NaCl-KCl as a flux. Variations in phase formation and particle morphology were investigated for the temperature range from $700^{\circ}C\;to\;800^{\circ}C$. $Pb(Sc_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$, with pure perovskite phase was formed at $750^{\circ}C$ fur 2 hrs and the prepared powder had the cubic-like morphology and the average particle size below $0.5{\mu}m$. The results were discussed with respect to DTA, X-ray diffraction, and microstructural characterization data.

  • Carbon nanotubes have emerged as a promising material for multifaceted applications, such as composited nanofiber, field effect transistors, field emitters, gas sensors due to their extraordinary electrical and physical properties. In particular, synthesis of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes with a high aspect ratio has recently attracted attention for many applications. However, mass production of high-quality single-walled carbon nanotubes is still remain elusive. In this study, an effect of chemical vapor deposition conditions, including catalyst thickness, feedstock flow rate, and growth temperature, on synthesis of carbon nanotube was systematically investigated.

Seismic Performance Evaluation of SRC Composite Column using Direct Displacement Based Design Method (직접변위기반 설계법에 의한 SRC 합성기둥의 내진성능평가)

  • In this study, the displacement-based design concept, the performance by the existing reinforced concerte column and steel reinforced concrete composite column for SRC purchased the maximum design ground acceleration improvement compared to the performance design. SRC have several advantages such as strength enhancement and high ductility. H-beam or steel tubes were used for embedded elements of the SRC composite columns. SRC cross-section for the P-M diagram and analysis on the nominal bending monent SRC designed for composite columns for disparity estimation is presented to the displacement-based seismic design. Performance improvement of the performance-based design performance targets for the design seismic displacement and design criteria for the direct displacement-based design methods and to improve the seismic performance due to the displacement coefficient method is proposed to design. SRC compared with the RC column designed to improve the performance and displacement ductility ratio displacement results in the performance design results showed significantly improved performance.

Calculating Method of FRF with Sub-structure Mode Synthesis Method (부분구조 모드합성법에 의한 주파수응답함수 산출법)

  • A very important part in vibration analysis is to calculate the frequency response function (FRF). In general, a large sized or/and complicated structure has many thousands to millions of degrees. Therefore, the FRF cannot be calculated by the traditional analysis method using an inverse matrix. This paper presents a new FRF calculation method of a superstructure by synthesizing sub-structure modes, of which the DOF can be deduced by partitioning into some sub-structures. To confirm its analysis results, the method was applied to an assembled plate ($B300{\times}L900{\times}t5mm$) with three diagonal sub-plates($B300{\times}L300{\times}t5mm$) in series and compared with the measured data. The test results have were comparable those of the calculated ones with an error less than 5%.
