An Evaluation of Usability and Interface Design of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용성 평가 및 인터페이스 설계)

  • Internet shopping mall is done commercial trade in particular web sites, and zoomed with an important means of trade for the next generation. When users visit shopping mall, the best objective is determined to users by of offering satisfaction and pleasant experience. Therefore. this paper was selected a menu list as an evaluation factor to emphasize a usage convenience of internet shopping mall, and executed a performance and a subjective satisfaction evaluations on a screen design and a structure design. The results of all the performance and the subjective evaluations for the screen design were shown the shortest search times on left type of the main-menu and vertical type of the medium-menu. In the structure design, it was shown that users were the highest satisfaction in type that search product and shopping cart procedure were firstly processed, and the procedure of a shopping membership and paying a bill were secondly processed at the same screen with regard to a comprehensibility and convenience of purchase procedure. It was shown that the user prefered the shopping mall web site to analogy with the real purchase procedure

The Development of the Model of Information Structure for Photo Archives in University Archives (대학기록관 사진 아카이브를 위한 정보구조 모형 제안)

  • Photographic archives of universities are one of the most valuable types of records that establish the university's identity and provide historical evidence. Unlike text records, however, they are weak in conveying meanings. Therefore, it is difficult to support users' search and utilization unless the information of photo records is comprehensively described. In this study, for the university photo archives, we tried to structure the classification system of photo archives and develop a metadata set that reflects the category characteristics in the classification. To this end, the photo archives classification system and metadata elements of domestic and American university archives were analyzed and based on this, the model of information structure was proposed. The information structure model presented in this study can help university archives improve the data quality of their photo archives and support users with the abundant discovery of photo archives.

Prediction of Protein-Protein Interaction Sites Based on 3D Surface Patches Using SVM (SVM 모델을 이용한 3차원 패치 기반 단백질 상호작용 사이트 예측기법)

  • Predication of protein interaction sites for monomer structures can reduce the search space for protein docking and has been regarded as very significant for predicting unknown functions of proteins from their interacting proteins whose functions are known. In the other hand, the prediction of interaction sites has been limited in crystallizing weakly interacting complexes which are transient and do not form the complexes stable enough for obtaining experimental structures by crystallization or even NMR for the most important protein-protein interactions. This work reports the calculation of 3D surface patches of complex structures and their properties and a machine learning approach to build a predictive model for the 3D surface patches in interaction and non-interaction sites using support vector machine. To overcome classification problems for class imbalanced data, we employed an under-sampling technique. 9 properties of the patches were calculated from amino acid compositions and secondary structure elements. With 10 fold cross validation, the predictive model built from SVM achieved an accuracy of 92.7% for classification of 3D patches in interaction and non-interaction sites from 147 complexes.

  • Fuzzy rules, which represent the behavior of their system, are sensitive to fuzzy clustering techniques. If the classification abilities of such clustering techniques are improved, their systems can work for the purpose more accurately because the capabilities of the fuzzy rules and parameters are enhanced by the clustering techniques. Thus, this paper proposes a new hierarchically structured clustering algorithm that can enhance the classification abilities. The proposed clustering technique consists of two clusters based on correlationship and statistical characteristics between data, which can perform classification more accurately. In addition, this paper uses difference data sets to reflect the patterns and regularities of the original data clearly, and constructs multiple fuzzy systems to consider various characteristics of the differences suitably. To verify effectiveness of the proposed techniques, this paper applies the constructed fuzzy systems to the field of time series prediction, and performs prediction for nonlinear time series examples.

  • 나이브베이즈분류기($na\ddot{i}ve$ Bayes classifier)는 학습, 적용 및 계산자원 이용의 측면에서 매우 효율적인 모델이다. 또한, 그 분류 성능 역시 다른 기법에 비해 크게 떨어지지 않음이 다양한 실험을 통해 보여져 왔다. 특히, 데이터를 생성한 실제 확률분포를 나이브베이즈분류기가 정확하게 표현할 수 있는 경우에는 최대의 효과를 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 실제 확률분포에 존재하는 조건부독립성(conditional independence)이 나이브베이즈분류기의 구조와 일치하지 않는 경우에는 성능이 하락할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 각 자질변수(feature variable)들 사이에 확률적 의존관계(probabilistic dependency)가 존재하는 경우 성능 하락은 심화된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 나이브베이즈분류기의 약점을 효율적으로 해결할 수 있는 자질변수의 통합기법을 제시한다. 자질변수의 통합은 각 변수들 사이의 관계를 명시적으로 표현해 주는 방법이며, 특히 상호정보량(mutual information)에 기반한 통합 변수의 선정이 성능 향상에 크게 기여함을 실험을 통해 보인다.

  • 자연언어를 처리하는 응용시스템에서는 의미적으로 유사한 집합으로 분류된 단어들을 이용하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 한국어에서는 명사마다 함께 쓰이는 용언들이 제한되어 있다. 이 논문에서는 문장에서 용언과 명사의 구문 관계로 추출되는 정보를 이용하여 명사를 분류하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 실제 코퍼스에서 추출된 명사들을 중심으로 의미적 집합으로 묶는 작업을 하고, 각 의미군마다 특징적인 구문 정보를 적용하여 자동 명사 추출에서 나타나는 모호성 해소에도 이용하였다. 용언의 구문관계 추출은 기존 연구된 용언 하위 분류 연구를 이용하였고, 코퍼스를 통해 얻은 명사와 용언을 이용하여 수정 및 보완하였다. 실험 코퍼스는 1만 문장 가량의 구문 구조가 부착된 코퍼스(Tree Tagged Corpus)를 이용하였다.

Classification Using Convex Clustering Neural Network (볼록 군집 신경 회로망을 이용한 분류)

  • This paper proposes a classification method using an amorphous Prototype to minimize classification error caused by such fixed-Prototype-based methods as Fuzzy C-Means, Nearest Neighborring Classification, FMMCNN, and Fuzzy-ART. For this method, a new fuzzy neural network is introduced, in which a convex polytope is generated or adaptively reshaped to classify the given datum into a proper group. Thus, this method contains a function to classify sequential data set. To show the validity of this method, various numerical experiments including comparison results with FMMCNN are presented

  • 최근에는 사회구조가 복잡해 짐에 따라 각 분야의 전문성이 두드러지고 있다. 이러한 흐름은 음식점에도 영향을 주어 기존의 형식에서 벗어난 자신들만의 독특하고 차별성 있는 요리 메뉴의 개발을 가속화시켰다. 그로 인해 한식, 중식, 양식으로 구분하는 전통적인 음식점 분류 방식이 한계를 보였고, 기존의 분류를 포함하면서도 새로이 등장하는 음식점들을 다룰 수 있는 방식이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 최근 폭발적으로 늘어나는 음식점 추천 웹 사이트의 데이터를 토대로 자동적으로 음식점 분류를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 각 음식점이 갖고 있는 특징을 메뉴 정보를 통해 파악하려 하였다. 음식점 사이트에서 수집한 2 천개의 음식점, 6 만개의 메뉴 정보를 미리 정의된 필터로 정제한 후 Sequential Information Bottleneck Clustering 알고리즘을 적용하여 구분해 보았다. 실험결과 제안한 방법이 다른 Clustering 방법에 비해 높은 성능을 보였으며 음식점주가 수동적으로 음식점 분류를 입력하는 수고를 줄일 수 있는 가능성을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고해상도 자궁 내막 세포들을 대상으로 정상세포와 이상세포들을 구별하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 구체적으로 계층적 구조를 갖는 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) 모델을 기반으로 네 가지 세포들을 구분하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 연구에서 고해상도 영상을 분류하면서도 복잡도 증가를 막기 위해 효율적인 전처리 과정을 사용하였다. 다양한 컴퓨터 실험을 통하여 제안하는 기술을 사용할 때, 인식률이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper proposes a Situation Simulation Framework for implementing computer game and describes the possibility of analyzing game with unfolding situation. In last few years game systems have been evolving from the performance of physical engine, network traffic in the on line game to the representation of rendering physical phenomena. In computer game, a situation hierarchy structure which allows the designer for simulating high-level specifications of game structure. Logically simulated environment is created by defining situations and events based on hierarchy structure of the situation. We classify events into explicit event is occurred by user and implicit event is occurred by system. Our study defines the existence of objects is the most prevalent factor applied to any event in game world. The advantages of this approach are able to allow for providing the conceptual design for simulation game and analyzing the situation in the game world. And this method allows us to decrease the complexity of system design and abstraction modeling for the simulation game. Specially, the introduction of the definition of events allows us to approach game design in a structural manner rather than by their classification. The proposed method was implemented in the "Shooting BaDuk" among games.
