FTV (Free Viewpoint TV, 자유시점 TV)는 사용자들이 원하는 시점을 자유자재로 결정할 수 있는 차세대 TV이다. 또한 영상 획득 시 카메라가 위치하지 않은 새로운 시점을 만들 수 있다. 따라서 FTV는 개인, 산업, 사회, 의학. 사회 분야의 유망한 응용이 될 수 있다. Ray-space에 의한 데이터 표현은 FTV를 위한 데이터 포맷의 한 후보가 될 수 있으며, 실시간으로 임의시점의 영상을 구성하는 데에 있어서 우수한 장점을 가지고 있다. Ray-space에서 사용하는 기법은 컴퓨터 그래픽스가 아니라 순수한 신호 처리 방식이다. 스케일러블 구조, 계층적 구조가 Ray-space로 표현 가능하므로, Ray-space는 비디오 처리의 새로운 플랫폼을 구성할 수 있고 비디오의 개념을 확장할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Ray-space 데이터를 이용하여 임의 시점 영상을 생성하기 위해 기존의 보간(interpolation) 기법을 보완한 새로운 기법을 제안함으로써, 보다 자연스러운 영상을 얻고자 하는데 목적이 있다.

본 논문에서는 인지적 텍스트 이해 모형을 제시하고 이에 기반한 자동 요약 시스템을 구현하였다. 문서는 정보의 단순한 집합체가 아닌 정형화된 언어 표현 양식으로서 단어의 의미적 정보와 함께 표현 양식, 문장의 구조와 문서의 구성을 통해 정보를 전달한다. 요약 목적의 텍스트 이해 및 분석 과정을 위해 경제 분야 기사 1000건에 대한 수동 요약문을 분석, 이해 모델을 정립하였고. 경제 분야 기사 1000건에 대한 테스트 결과를 토대로 문장간의 관계, 문서의 구조에서 요약 정보 추출에 사용되는 정보를 분석하였다. 본 텍스트 이해 모형은 단어 빈도수에 의존하는 통계적 모델과 비교해 볼 때, 단어 간의 관련성을 찾아내고, 문서구조정보에 기반한 주제문 추출 및 문장간의 관계를 효과적으로 사용함으로서 정보를 생성한다. 그리고 텍스트 이해 과정에서 사용되는 요약 지식과 구조 분석정보의 상관관계를 체계적으로 연결함으로서 자동정보 추출에서 야기되는 내용적 만족도 문제를 보완한다.

인간은 누구나 고령자가 된다. 특히 과거와 달리 고령자로의 생활기간이 더욱 연장되는 것이 현실이다. 건강한 젊은 시절과 달리 신체 및 지각 능력이 퇴화된 고령자들의 생활은 불편함이 클 수 밖에 없다. 더불어 다양한 고령자 프로그램이나 사회적 배려에 대한 관심과 시장 또한 급속도로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 고령자의 식품 섭취 편익을 위한 합리적 포장구조, 형태디자인을 탐구하는데 있었다. 연구방법은 간단편의 식품 포장구조, 형태를 국내외 사례를 실증적으로 조사, 분석, 효율적 방향을 제안하였다. 연구결과 건강한 노인생활을 위한 필수 요건의 식품 포장분야는 국내외 모두 미약한 실정이었다. 아직 고령자를 위한 식품개발을 별도 진행하는 기업이 적었고 포장물 또한 별도의 기능성을 제공하지는 않았다. 다만 일부 글로벌 기업의 상품들에서는 취급과 개봉, 사용하기 편리한 식품포장구조, 형태가 판매되고 있었다. 구체적으로 고령자들이 쉽게 개봉할 수 있는 뚜껑의 크기 및 요철의 확대, 금속재질의 오프너의 형태와 구조 디자인의 개선 등은 큰 효과가 있었다. 간단한 구조, 형태를 통해 소비자들의 포장욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 우수한 마케팅요인으로 작용될 수 있음을 예상할 수 있는 디자인들이다. 큰 투자와 시설 보완을 최소화시키고 편익성을 충분히 제공하는 식품 포장구조디자인은 결과적으로 고령자시장을 확대하며 독자적 브랜드 이미지구축에 큰 영향을 주게 될 것으로 전망되기에 적극적 연구가 절실하다. 고령자들이 좋은 식품을 쉽고 편리하게 섭취할 수 있는 식품패키지 구조디자인을 통해 시장 확대와 경쟁력 있는 국제적 브랜드가 되길 기대한다. 이번 논문은 한국브랜드디자인학회 제23호 논문집에서 발췌하였다.

문서 내에 존재하는 개체 간의 관계를 자동으로 추출할 때 다양한 형태의 문서 분석 결과를 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 개발되어 비교적 높은 성능을 보여준 트리 커널의 구절 구조 유사성 정보와 두 개체 사이의 유의미한 연관관계를 표현하는 술어-논항 구조 패턴의 유사성 정보를 활용하는 혼합 커널을 제안한다. 구문적 구조를 이용하는 기존의 트리 커널 기법에 술어와 논항 간의 의미적 구조를 활용하는 술어-논항 구조 패턴 유사도 커널을 결합하여 상호보완적인 혼합 커널을 구성하였고, 실험을 통하여 개발된 커널의 성능을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 구절 구조 정보를 이용하는 트리 커널만을 단독으로 사용했을 때보다 술어-논항 구조의 패턴 정보를 결합한 혼합 커널을 사용했을 때에 더 좋은 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 관계 인스턴스에 대한 구절 구조 정보뿐만 아니라 개체 간의 유의미한 연관관계를 표현해주는 술어-논항 구조 패턴 또한 관계 추출 작업에 매우 유용한 정보임을 입증하고 있다.

ATM 포럼에 제시된 LR 기법에서는 위치 등록기를 각 계층별로 물리적으로 배치하고 있어 다수의 데이터베이스가 필요하고, 데이터베이스 액세스 회수가 증가하며 위치 관리를 위한 신호 트래픽이 많고 호 설정 지연이 증가하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 PNNI(Private Network to Network Interface) 기반의 무선 ATM 망에서 기존 LR 기법에서 사용하는 물리적인 계층 구조에서 각 계층마다 위치 등록기를 둠으로 인한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 PNNI 계층을 적용하여 논리적 계층에 의한 위치 등록기 구조를 제시한다. 논리적 계층 구조에서는 위치 등록기를 논리적인 그룹으로 묶고, 이 그룹들을 다시 그룹으로 묶어서 위치 등록기의 논리적인 트리 헝태로 만들어 상위 레벨의 위치 등록기의 역할을 하위 레벨의 위치 등록기 중 하나가 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 위치 관리 비용 측면에서 성능을 비교 평가하여 제안된 논리적 계층 구조가 기존의 물리적 계층 구조에 비해 데이터베이스 수가 줄어들고, 위치 관리 비용을 줄이는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 semantic parsing과 사전 정의된 어휘-의미 패턴 질의 템플릿 방법론을 결합하여 자연어 질의로부터 RDF 지식베이스에 질의하기 위한 SPARQL 쿼리를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. semantic parsing 접근법은 문장의 표현과 분리된 형식적 의미표현만을 포착해내므로, paraphrase 혹은 의미 변화와 무관한 어순의 변화에 강인하지만, 일부 자연어 질의문장에는 단순한 의미 및 구조를 갖는 문장도 적합한 형식적 의미표현을 생성하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 이러한 단순한 문장에 있어서는 사전 정의된 질의 템플릿을 사용하여 적합한 쿼리를 생성하되, 적합한 템플릿을 선택하는데 있어 해당 질의문장의 어휘-의미적 유형을 포착하고 해당 정보를 이용하는 방법을 이용하였으며 이를 통해 주 방법론의 약점을 보완하는 제한적인 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

This study was designed to survey the degrees of career plateau, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of hospital nurses, as well as to identify the relationship among them. We surveyed 239 nurses working at five different hospitals in J city and C city. Data collection was conducted between April 1 and April 30, 2016. The data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. This study shows that the significant factors influencing job satisfaction were content plateau and structural plateau, which account for 55.0% of the variance. It also shows that the significant factors that influence turnover intention were structural plateau, present clinical career, content plateau, and working department, which account for 43.0% of the variance. As such, we identified that a decrease in the content plateau of hospital nurses enhances job satisfaction and that a decrease in structural plateau reduces turnover intention. The results indicate that a systematic managerial strategy for nursing resources should be developed and applied in the nursing field. This strategy should supplement the content plateau by job redesign and job enrichment. In addition, to increase retention of skilled nurses and to achieve superior organizational performance, as well as to contribute to the success of hospital nurses, supplementation of the structural plateau by adopting and applying a career ladder system is important.

This paper investigates the manner in which house prices affect macroeconomic variables through a house price channel by applying the method of Iacoviello (2005) to Korean data, and establishing a DSGE model with complementarity. This paper found that higher LTV ratio coupled with stronger complementarity results in the co-movement in both consumption and housing. For instance, the results show that when the LTV ratio and complementarity stands respectively at 50% and 0.42, an 1% rise in house prices increases consumption by 0.057%, and when the complementarity parameter increases to 0.52 with LTV remains unchanged at 50%, consumption rises by 0.047% per 1% increase in house prices. An increase in house prices leads credit constraints for borrowers to become more loose as value of a house rises as a collateral. The increase in household credit enables more consumer spending, eventually leading to increased consumption. A key link in which house prices are connected to macroeconomic variables is change in consumption. To put it simply, a rise in house prices leads to an increase in consumption, which consequently impacts the overall macro-economy. At this point, complementarity is found, in that the elasticity of intra-temporal substitution between housing and consumption is estimated at 0.42, which plays an important role in the house price channel by amplifying the effects of house prices on consumption.

본 논문은 DS/CDMA 이동 무선 환경에서 이동국의 핸드오프 발생시 전력제어를 고려한 추가적인 파라미터의 설정으로 기지국 간에 생기는 시스템의 부하를 줄이고 성능을 분석했다. 이동국 제거 보완 임계치(X-add), 활성 이동국 가산 보완 임계치(X-drop)등의 보완된 파라미터의 설정으로 핸드오프 시 인접셀들의 파일럿 신호가 기준 임계 값에 도달하지 못하여 발생할 수 있는 통화 단절과 인접셀들의 신호가 임계간을 초과하여 생기는 시스템들의 핸드오프 처리에 대한 부하를 막아 시스템 성능의 개선을 보여 주었다. 이에 대한 모델과 시뮬레이션을 구현하고 셀 구조에 맞는 파라미터의 값을 다양하게 설정하여 최적의 알고리즘을 유도하도록 하였다.

This research studies the specific cases of how Hayao Miyazaki re-arranges Hollywood's conservative storytelling model, such as the three-act, eight-sequences structure, and the use of antagonist and antagonistic force, and how he applies them into his fairytale-like narratives to increase the attention of the audience. At the same time, this research also studies the cases of how fairytale-like characters of Miyazaki's storytelling make up for the drawbacks caused by the re-arranged narrative structure and the relationship between the characters, to make the audience keep track to follow the protagonist's journey. This research focuses on the re-arrangement of the three-act structure and the eight-sequences structure. For the details, this research focuses on the alternative use of antagonistic force in My Neighbor Totoro and the cases of antagonists turning to the protagonists' side around the mid-point in Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Also, the study shows how Miyazaki expands the second act (the third to the sixth sequence) and shortens the third act (the seventh to the eighth sequence) to earn the time for the audience to be in the same position with the protagonist, and how the fairytale-like characters of these films make up for the disadvantages caused by the shortened third act.
