An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Green Product Purchasing Behavior with Regard to State-Action Orientation(SAO): - Focus on Chinese Urban Consumers - (소비자의 state-action orientation(SAO)에 따른 녹색제품 구매행동 영향요인 분석 - 중국 도시 소비자를 대상으로 -)

  • With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, environmental issues also became a serious problem that public and private sector have to take under consideration. For the sustainable growth of Chinese economy scholars and policy makers agree to the stronger regulation for protection of natural environment, but at the same time worry about its negative effect on economic growth. This paper primarily focus on the relationship between the factors that have the effect on green product purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention was considered as mediating variable in our model and state-action orientation - as moderating variable. We set 8 hypotheses and tested with structural equation modeling. The result shows that governmental regulation and subsidy, social environment related with green product purchase, and consumer perception on the benefit of green product have positive relationship with purchasing intention, but environmental concern does not show relationship with it. We also proved that state-action orientation has moderating effect between purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention with action orientation show positive and statistically significant effect on purchasing behavior. This result supports the hypothesis that the attitude of customers has the effect on ones purchasing behavior.

  • Live commerce has recently received substantial attention due to the spread of the non-face-to-face consumption culture driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. Live commerce has a higher purchase conversion rate than other forms of commerce. Accordingly, the likelihood of impulse buying in a live commerce environment is expected to be high. However, there is a shortage of research on consumer impulse buying in the live commerce environment. This study designs a scenario-based experiment using the integrated model of consumption impulse formation and enactment. Through this method, this study validates the influence of the characteristics of live commerce (i.e., vicarious experience and real-time interaction) on consumers' likelihood of impulse buying and further examines the moderating role of a live commerce host feature (i.e., professionalism) in these relationships. The results of this study confirm that both vicarious experience and real-time interaction have a positive effect on consumers' likelihood of impulse buying and that professionalism strengthens the impact of vicarious experience on the likelihood of impulse buying. This study's scenario-based experimental design is meaningful because it analyzes the likelihood of impulse buying in the context of live commerce shopping. Additionally, it provides live commerce service and platform providers with practical insights into how to maximize profits and operate services more efficiently.

Influence of Trust, Uncertainty, Transaction Cost, and Individual's Neuroticism on Continuous Purchase Intentions in the Context of Multi-channels Shopping (멀티채널 쇼핑상황에서 신뢰, 불확실성, 거래비용 및 뉴로티시즘이 지속구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, in the arena of online shopping, the gap between offline channel and online channel tends to be narrowed significantly. Though previous studies also represent this trend, it still remains ambiguous how much offline trust has a significant influence on user's online shopping behaviors. Furthermore, those research issues such as how individual neuroticism, uncertainty, and transaction cost plays an important role in explaining user's online shopping satisfaction and continuance intention. In this sense, this study aims to organize a new research model including offline trust, uncertainty, transaction cost, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Especially, we are interested in investigating how much moderating effects the individual neuroticism possesses for the paths among the rest of constructs. By using 406 valid questionnaires, we found empirically that transaction cost affects user's online shopping continuance intention, but it has no influence on satisfaction. The individual neuroticism has full moderating effects on the paths on the rest of constructs included in the proposed research model.

  • The advent of the pandemic era due to COVID-19 is causing new changes in all areas of individuals, organizations, society and the country. The art market also faced a crisis due to restrictions on individual movement between regions and countries and social distancing, and even the contents of the work, the way the work is traded, and the propensity and characteristics of the buyer are changing. These demands for change in the art market are accelerating new opportunities for change by converting digital, expanding the online art market, expanding virtual space using VR(Virtual Reality) and AR(Augmented Reality) technology, and expanding the trading area of digital works NFT based on blockchain technology. In this study, the flow of change in the art market brought about by the Pandemic era is analyzed from the perspective of digital transformation. The contents of digital acceptance of the art market are identified through a summary of various types of digital transformation in the art market and a survey of perceptions following the introduction of digital transformation and NFT. Discuss major legal, economic, social, and transactional issues and countermeasures following the introduction of NFT based on blockchain technology in the art market.

The Study on the Influence of Cloud Service Acceptance Intention (클라우드 서비스의 수용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Digital services improve existing ways of purchasing contracts. In this study, we empirically analyzed the effects of individual technology readiness (optimism, innovation, inconvenience, anxiety) on the acceptance intention of cloud computing technology for users with relatively high understanding of cloud service. Also, the effect of technology readiness on acceptance intention was verified by the mediating effect of digital conversion. As a result, optimism and innovation had a positive effect on digital conversion, and discomfort and anxiety had a negative effect on digital conversion. And although the partial mediating effect of digital conversion was verified in the relationship between optimism, anxiety and acceptance intention, it was verified that there was no mediating effect of digital conversion in the relationship between innovation, discomfort and acceptance intention. Through these results, the practical implications and future research directions of cloud services were presented to companies.

디지털방송 소외계층을 위한 디지털방송 수신기 개발현황

  • 최근 아날로그 방송이 디지털로 전환되는 시점을 맞이하여 디지털방송 소외계층이라는 새로운 의미의 신종어가 대두되고 있다. 아날로그 방송시대에는 방송전파가 미치지 못하는 낙도나 산간지역 시청자를 일컫는 말이었으나 디지털 시대로 접어들면서 디지털기기의 작동방법을 모르는 디지털기기 미숙달인이나 노인층, 고음질과 고화질의 서비스 향상에도 불구하고 혜택을 잘 받지 못하는 시청각 장애인, 고가 HDTV를 구매하기 어려운 저소득층, 국내거주 외국인을 포함한 디지털방송의 다양한 서비스 혜택을 골고루 받지 못하는 모든 사람들을 광의의 디지털방송 소외계층이라볼수있겠다. 이에 디지털방송 소외계층을 고려한 방송통신위원회의 디지털방송 전환 정책에 대하여 살펴보고 실제적으로 소비자가 알아두어야 할 기본정보 및 디지털방송 수신기의 종류와 개발 현황에 대하여 알아본다. 그리고 디지털방송 소외계층별로 현실적이고 보다 실질적인 디지털방송 서비스 정책과 적합한 디지털방송 수신기선택방법을알아보고자한다.

  • 토마토에서 과형은 과실의 여러 가지 형질 중에서 눈에 가장 잘 띄는 형질이며, 소비자의 토마토를 구매를 결정하는데 많은 영향을 미치는 중요한 형질이다. 토마토의 과형을 결정하는 여러 가지 유전자 중에 OVATE는 둥근 토마토 과일을 서양 배 모양(pear shape)의 과일로 전환하는데 결정적인 역할을 하는 유전자이다. OVATE 유전자에 의해서 과일의 모양이 변하는 것은 조기종결 코돈을 초래하는 열성 돌연변이에 의해서 유도되며, 단백질의 C-말단 영역이 제거됨에 따라 그 기능을 상실하여 나타나는 현상이다. OVATE 유전자는 주로 식물의 생식기관에서 발현되며, 꽃에서는 개악하기 10일전부터부터 전사체가 만들어지고 발달중인 과실에서는 개약 후 8일까지 전사체를 확인할 수 있다. 토마토 분자육종 과정에서 과형 판별을 위해서 OVATE 유전자 연관 분자표지는 보고된 바 있으나 OVATE 유전자 유래 분자표지는 보고된바가 없다. 본 연구에서 국내에서 육성된 육종 라인들의 resequencing을 통해 OVATE 유전자 염기서열간의 SNP를 발견하고 이들을 dCAPS 마커로 전환하여 분자표지를 개발했다. 이러한 분자표지는 둥근 토마토(round)와 서양 배모양(pear shape)토마토 육종 프로그램의 효율성과 정확성을 향상시키는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The Effect of Consumer’s Switching Barrier Perception on Store Loyalty in Apparel Product Purchasing (의류제품 구매시 소비자의 전환장벽지각이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of switching barrier perception on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing to classify the factors of switching barrier perception, and additionally ot identify differences of store loyalty and switching barrier perception according to demographic characteristics. The questionnaire was administered to 300 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju city during February 10-23, 2001. Data collected from 261 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, regression analysis by SPSS for windows PC program. The results were as follows; 1. The consumer’s perceived switching barrier was composed of three factors; economic psychological, time factor. 2. There was significant difference in store loyalty according to consumer’s age, occupation, education level. and income. 3. There was significant differences in economic. time switching barrier perception according to consumers’age, occupation education level, and income. There was significant difference in psychological switching barrier perception according to consumers’ occupation education level, and income. 4. The swiching barrier perception significantly infulenced on the store loyalty.

  • IT를 기반으로 하는 상거래 시장은 COVID-19와 맞물려 많은 변혁이 오고 있다. 과거 오프라인에서 주로 소비되던 생필품이 전자상거래 시장으로 이동하는 등 COVID-19 이후 온라인 구매 전환이 더욱 확대 강화될 것으로 보인다. 그로인해 물류센터를 운영하는 물류기업 또한 과거 하역 및 하역에 수반하는 보관중심의 전통적 물류기능만을 고수하기에는 변화되는 트랜드가 너무 급박하여 기업의 존립까지도 위협을 받을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만의 미래 생존전략을 위해 전자상거래 시대의 환경변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있도록 국가간 전자상거래 기반 부산항의 풀필먼트센터 구축 당위성과 전환수요 등을 도출하였다.

  • 본 연구는 지식경제부 지역연고육성산업인 보령머드는 2011년에 참여기업인 전문마케팅사인 인포마스터(주)의 주도로 SNS마케팅을 시도하였다. 국내외 SNS마케팅 업체 중에서 국내 토종 브랜드인 위메프를 선택하였고, 연말 크리스마스 특별전의 형태로 새로운 시대에 부합하는 신매체 마케팅을 단행하였다. 홍보적 측면과 광고적 측면에서 새로운 매체를 통한 공격적 마케팅을 통하여 12,741,540건의 노출, 3,691건의 클릭, 노출대비 구매 전환율은 0.62%의 성과를 획득하였다. 이것을 기반으로 향후 보령머드의 마케팅에 있어서 중요한 진단도구로 활용될 것이다.
