  • 복용방법 및 용량, 부작용이나 주의사항 등의 정보가 모두 담겨 있는 약병. 출고부터 물류센터, 매장에 이르기까지 재고와 출납현황이 모두 실시간으로 추적되는 물류시스템. 생산지와 가공, 유통 이력이 모두 기록되어 있는 농산물. 그리고 우리가 매일 쓰고 있는 교통카드까지, RFID는 미래에 실현될 막연한 개념이 아니라 이미 광범위한 분야에서 적용되고 있는 기술로 우리 곁에 다가왔다. 본고에서는 세계 최초의 모바일 RFID 게임인 <사립탐정>의 사례를 통해 RFID와 유비쿼터스 핵심 개념의 실체에 대해 살펴보고,RFID·USN 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠의 발전방향에 대해 알아본다.

  • 전자화폐는 네트워크 재화의 일종으로 전자적인 기호로 가치를 저장하며 추가적인 정보의 저장도 가능하다는 특징으로 e-비즈니스시대의 새로운 지불수단으로 적용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나, 전자화폐의 적용은 교통카드 등 한정적이며, 전국적인 화산은 되지 알고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 전자화폐의 개념과 장${\cdot}$단점을 살펴보고 SWOT 분석을 통한 전자화폐의 현황 분석 및 표준화 동향을 통해 전자화폐의 활성화 방안에 대해 고찰한다.

Spatio-temporal Analysis of Population Distribution in Seoul via Integrating Transportation and Land Use Information, Based on Four-Dimensional Visualization Methods (교통과 토지이용 정보를 결합한 서울 인구분포의 시공간적 분석: 4차원 시각화 방법을 토대로)

  • Population distribution in urban space varies with transportation flow changing along time of day. Transportation flow is directly affected by the activities of urbanites and the distribution of related facilities, since the flow is the result of moving to the point where the facilities associated with their activities are located. It is thus necessary to analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics of the urban population distribution by integrating the distribution of activity spaces related to the daily life of urbanites and the flow of transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the population distribution in urban space with daily and weekly time bases using the building database and T-card database in the city of Seoul, which is rich in information on land use and transportation flow. For a time-based analysis that is difficult to grasp by general statistical techniques, a four-dimensional visualization method combining time and space using a Java program is devised. Dynamic visualization in the four-dimensional space and time allows intuitive analysis and makes it possible to understand more effectively the spatio-temporal characteristics of population distribution. For this purpose, buildings are classified into three activity groups: residential, working, and commercial according to their purpose, and the number of passengers traveling to and from each stop site of bus and subway networks in the T-card database for one week is calculated in one-minute increments, Visualizing these and integrating transportation and land use, we analyze spatio-temporal characteristics of the population distribution in Seoul. As a result, it is found that the population distribution of Seoul displays distinct spatio-temporal characteristics according to land use. In particular, there is a clear difference in the population distribution pattern along the time axis according to the mixed aspects of working, commercial, and residential activities. The results of this study can be very useful for transportation and location planning of city facilities.

  • Pusan Metropolitan City has developed 'HANARO Card' system. It is a sort of multi-function card systems which has devised to resolve many traffic problems, to improve public transportation services, to build advanced transit information systems, to encourage reasonable operation of the public transit companies, and to obtain basic informations for devising transportation policies. This study aims at reviewing the systems of 'HANARO Card', analysing the situation of usage of the card, and suggesting some issues for improving the system. Main finding is that the major effects of the introducing HANARO traffic card are convenience (to pay a charge) in using transit, public parking lots, city freeway toll for citizens, and saving in personnel expenses, maintenance expenses for buses, subway and taxi companies. It is also found that HANARO traffic card system needs to be expended to be compatible with other fields of economic activities.

  • 본 논문에서는 영어 교육에 대한 사회적인 인식은 중요해지면서 다양한 방식의 영어공부와 학습모델들을 분석하고 오랫동안 가억이 가능한 학습시스템을 검토하였다. 그러나 영어의 기초가 되는 영어 단어의 공부법이 논리적인 근거 없이 강사의 인지도와 명성에 현혹되어 강사가 추천해 주는 공부 방법에 따라 잘못된 학습하는 경우가 대부분이다. 또한 사람마다 자기에게 맞는 학습법은 분명 존재할 것이다. 하지만 그 방법 외에 효과적인 다른 방법 또한 찾아 볼 수 있다. 헤르만 에빙하우스는 사람의 망각 연구한 결과 망각의 주기를 수치로 나타내었고, 라이트너는 플래시 카드를 박스에 넣어 복습을 반복하는 아날로그 장치를 만들어 복습의 효과를 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 헤르만 에빙하우스의 망각 곡선 이론을 통해 효율적인 영어 단어 학습방법을 논리적으로 증명하고, 웹사이트를 사용한 라이트너 박스와 망각 곡선의 이론을 적용하여 망각의 주기에 따른 복습의 효과를 적용하여 결과적으로 사용자에게 접근성이 좋은 학습형 플랫폼을 제공하여 시간 대비 학습률이 좋은 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다.

  • As mobile equipments have been developed while we use public transport, several applications for knowing arrival informations of public transport have happened. But these only provide public traffic informations simply, these solving applications for problems and inconvenience that we ride/get off public transport do not exist. These inconveniences are occurred mainly on tagging card, when tag error or without advanced preparation are happened, these caused for delay while we use ride/get off. Also, these caused for traffic congestion. In this paper, in order to solve these problems, we use Beacon and we overcome narrow range of NFC and we implemented for Android application for decreasing delay while several people could ride/get off simultaneously.

  • In the Seoul metropolitan bus network, it may be necessary for a bus passenger to pick up a parcel, which has been purchased through e-commerce, at his or her convenient bus stop on the way to home or office. The flow-capturing location-allocation model can be applied to select pickup points for such bus stops so that they maximize the captured passenger flows, where each passenger flow represents an origin-destination (O-D) pair of a passenger trip. In this paper, we propose a fast heuristic algorithm to select pickup points using a large O-D matrix, which has been extracted from five million transportation card transactions. The experimental results demonstrate the bus stops chosen as pickup points in terms of passenger flow and capture ratio, and illustrate the spatial distribution of the top 20 pickup points on a map.

Study On The Heavy Metal Pollution in Soils and Barks of Roadside Trees in Taejon (대전시의 가로수 수피 및 표사의 중금속 오염에 관한 연구)

  • To find out the extent of air pollution in Taejon city, we investigated the concents of heavy metals in barks of trees in principal roadside, the outer block of a roadside and Pomunsan Park. Among the road-side trees in these areas, Platanus orientalis, Ginkgo biloba and Liriodendron tulipifera have been chosen. And we analyzed the relationship between the content of heavy metal of the barks and the traffic volume expressed by cars passing through for an hour. The range of contents of the lead in barks of the trees in the roadside and Pomunsan Park were respectively 2-1109 ppm and 5-11 ppm. Generally the contents of lead of barks of the trees in roadside was much higher than that in Pomunsan Park. And there has been positive correlation between the traf-fic volume and the content of lead in the barks. The more cars passing through for an hour, the higher the maximum in contents of lead in the barks of roadside trees. By the way the contents of cadmium in barks of the roadside trees was slightly higher than that in Pomunsan Park and was little variable.

  • The ATVM(Automatic Ticket Vending Machine) of Seoul Metropolitan is a Kiosk which is called Ticket Vending and Reload Device at the subway station. It is implemented for integrating transportation card system which is separated from a paper subway ticket and replacing ticket selling employees. However, since the automatic ticket vending machine was accepted in 2009, there has been confusion of purchasing a ticket. Therefore, it requires improvement of usability. This study, conducts a literature search. Also, the interface of ATVM is analyzed. Finally user observation proceeded at Sinnonhyeon Station of Seoul Metro line 9. The results show that selecting a destination and section fares is confusing process for user. Based on this survey the improvements of UI are proposed to expect advanced directions of the ATVM.

Optimal Headways of Urban Bus Services, Reflecting Actual Cycle Time and Demand (운행시간 및 수요 기반 버스 최적배차간격 산정에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to construct a model of optimal headway, focusing on a practical applicability to bus transit operation. Examining the existing bus operation and scheduling plans imposed by Busan City, we found that the plans failed to reasonably take into account such realities as varying traffic and operational conditions. The model is thus developed to derive the hourly optimal headway by routes satisfying the real-world conditions: varying hourly demand and cycle time, applying the model to routes 10 and 27 as examples. To do so, we collect big-dataset generated by smart card system and BIMS (Bus Inforamtion Management System). It is expected that the results of this study wil be a basis for further refined research in this field as well as for preparing practical timetables for bus operation.
