The aim of this paper is to come up with a methodology of migration for current transportation digital map in order to construct NDRM, which is the most essential map data for car navigation system. The model suggested through our study is able to efficiently produce navigable service map for route finding and guidance as well as to make the best of general road network developed by KOTI.

교통주제도는 건설교통부와 한국교통연구원이 ${\ulcorner}$국가교통DB구축사업${\lrcorner}$의 일환으로 제작한 것으로, 국토지리정보원의 NGIS 수치지도(축척 1:5,000)를 기반으로 하여 현장조사 및 문헌조사를 통해 갱신, 보완하여 교통 분야의 활용에 적합하도록 구축한 GIS 수치지도이다. 교통주제도는 현장조사와 문헌조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 기반으로 구축되며 이중 교통시설물조사는 문헌자료(준공도로현황 등)를 참고하여 산정된 조사대상에 대하여 GPS 조사시스템을 활용, 도형 및 속성정보를 취득하는 것을 말한다. 조사항목은 도형정보(노드, 링크) 및 속성정보(차선수, 도로번호 등)이며 GPS 조사시스템과 조사원장(도면)을 이용하여 조사한다. 교통시설물조사와 문헌자료조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 단위도엽(1:5,000기준)별로 교통주제도에 반영되며 최종적으로 전국단위의 통합자료로 구축된다 교통주제도는 사용목적과 축척기준에 따라 단순화되며 이를 교통주제도 레벨이라 한다. 교통주제도의 레벨은 총 4단계로 구분되며 현재 레벨2에서 레벨4까지 구축되고 있다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통시설투자계획, 수요분석, 타당성 평가와 같은 교통분야의 연구를 수행하기 위해 반드시 필요한 자료이다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도보다 더 단순화된 도로망 모델로서 구성요소는 노드(시점, 종점, 죤 센트로이드)와 링크(도로망, 센트로이드 커넥터)이며 도로의 기하구조보다는 논리적 구조(방향성, 노드/링크 연결성 등)에 중점을 둔 데이터이다 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도의 도형과 속성정보를 기반으로 하며 각종 통계자료(도로교통량통계연보 등)를 활용, 구축된다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 구축시점에 따라 현재 및 장래 네트워크로 구분되며 장래 네트워크는 기준년도부터 2031년까지 5년 단위로 계획된 장래도로를 반영하여 구축된다. 교통주제도 및 교통분석용 네트워크는 국가교통DB구축사업을 통해 구축된 자료로서 교통체계효율화법 제9조의4에 따라 공공기관이 교통정책 및 계획수립 등에 활용할 수 있도록 제공하고 있다. 건설교통부의 승인절차를 거쳐 제공하며 활용 후에는 갱신자료 및 활용결과를 통보하는 과정을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다.

현재 IMO에서는 자율운항선박의 상용화를 위해 국제표준 규정 개발을 위한 논의 중이며, 이러한 규정을 개발하기 위한 사전작업으로서 기존 협약을 자율운항선박에 적용하였을 때 발생하는 조치를 식별하기 위한 RSE 작업을 수행하고 있다. RSE 작업은 해사안전위원회(MSC), 법률위원회(LEG) 그리고 간소화위원회(FAL) 별로 각 위원회에서 담당하고 있는 협약들을 대상으로 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 위원회별로 수행한 RSE 작업 결과를 기반으로 자율운항선박의 상용화를 위한 국제표준 규정 개발 단계에서 향후 추가적인 논의 및 검토가 필요한 잠재격차 및 주제들을 종합적으로 분석하여 제시하였다.

본 연구는 자전거 관련 연구의 세계적 동향을 파악하기 위한 것으로써 70년대 이후자전거 연구와 관련된 세계 각 국의 학위논문, 단행본, 학회발표논문, 기사 등을 분석의 대상으로 하였다. 이를 통하여 세계 각 국의 자전거 연구의 흐름을 살펴보고, 앞으로 자전거 연구의 추세를 전망하며, 우리나라의 자전거 관련연구 및 정책에의 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 70년대 이후 최근까지 자전거 관련연구를 살펴보면, 주제의 양적인 면에서 자전거 관련시설(Facilities, 정책(Policy), 이용의 형태(Type of cycling)등이 전체의 52%를 차지하고 있으며 국가별로 북미의 미국, 캐나다, 유럽의 영국, 독일, 네덜란드 등 주로 선진국에서 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 시기별 자전거 관련연구의 변화추이를 보면 70년대 이후 80년대 전반가지 자전거 관련연구의 초창기에는 시설,(Facilities), 정책(Policy), 이용형태 등이 연구의 많은 비중을 차지하였지만 80년대 이후 점차 교육(Education), 타 교통수단과의 관계(Relationship), 안전(Safety), 등에 관한 주제의 연구 비중이 높아지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국가별·시기별 자전거 연구에 있어서 전체적으로 정책 및 시설에 있어 국가간에 비슷한 비율로 연구되고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 유렵의 경우 설계(DESIGN)의 비중이 높으며 북미지역에서는 교육에 대한 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 우리나라는 총 61편중 90년대 이후의 연구가 전체의 74%를 차지하고 있어 비교적 최근에 관심을 가진 것으로 나타났으며 주제별로 보면 효과(Effectiveness), 정책, 계획 등에 관련된 주제가 64%를 차지하고 있다. 특히 시설, 교육, 안전에 관련된 연구는 매우 부족하여 자전거 관련연구 및 정책의 초창기에 있는 우리나라에 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 연구방향에 있어 도로, 시설 등의 기초분야와 더불어 안전과 교육에의 관심이 필요하다고 하겠다.

This study analysed the articles dealing with traffic behavior published since 1990 in Korea. The following information was coded for each articles; year of publication, source, authors, main topic and subtopic. The annual numbers of publication before 1996 was below 10 articles and over 10 articles after 1997. The driver was main topic of 60.8% of articles and traffic enviroment was 26.4%. Personality & Attitude, Cognition & Perception and Alcohol were the main interest subtopics dealing with main topic driver. And the dominant publications were Journal of traffic safety research, Journal of Korean society of transportation and Korean journal of psychological and social issues with 60% of all articles.

Transportation digital map has built based on NGIS (national geography institute's 1 :5000 digital database) which derived from the aerial photo materials. Transportation digital map is a part of National Transportation Database Building Project carried out by the Korea Transport Institute and Ministry of Construction and Transportation. Transportation digital map for the purpose of transportation plan and investment has been updated and corrected the NGIS database especially for road network. Transportation digital map database is essential basic data fully applied for transportation policy and planning. The database must be reliable and objective to be applied for national transportation policy decision and transportation analysis. In addition, it needs accuracy and currentness to reflect the road network for the survey year. To satisfy the purpose of the database, following steps are necessary first, data Production and building has to be done by guideline of survey and database building. Secondly, geometric and logical errors which can occur during the survey and database building should be carefully detected. Thirdly, sectional guideline for database examination and procedure needs to be set up systematically and coherently This study is about examination guidelines for section and procedure on nodes and links which are essential object in transportation digital map database. According to the type of error, consistent and systematic error examination can lead to quality guarantee for objective and reliable database.

This study analysed the published papers dealing with traffic behaviors since 2004 in south Korea. The following information was coded for each papers; year of publication, source, authors, main topic, and subtopic. The annual numbers of publication in 2004 and 2005 showed 6 articles and 7 articles. Since 2006, The annual numbers were increasing more than 10 papers. It means that the researches on traffic behavior were rich. The driver was main topic of 73.2% of articles. Cognition & Perception, Fatigue and Stress, and Alcohol were the main interest sub-topics dealing with main topic driver. Elderly driver was 10.4%, the interest in elderly drivers grew with population aging. And the dominant publications were Journal of traffic safety research, Journal of Korean Psychology Association, and Journal of the Koean Data Analysis Society with 60% of all articles for last 10 years.
