A Study on the Linkage and Development of the BRM Based National Tasks and the Policy Information Contents (BRM기반 국정과제와 정책정보콘텐츠 연계 및 구축방안에 관한 연구)

  • With a view to providing a high-quality policy information service beyond the existing national task service of the national policy information portal (POINT) of the National Library of Korea Sejong, it would be necessary to effectively provide the policy data needed for the implementation of the new national tasks. Accordingly, in this study, an attempt has been made to find a way to connect and develop the BRM-based national tasks and the policy information contents. Towards this end, first, the types of national tasks and the contents of each field and area of the government function's classification system were analyzed, with a focus placed on the 120 national tasks of the new administration. Furthermore, by comparing and analyzing the national tasks of the previous administration and the current information, the contents ought to be reflected for the development of contents related to the national tasks identified. Second, the method for linking and collecting the policy information was sought based on the analysis of the current status of policy information and the national information portal. As a result of the study, first, examining the 1st stage BRM of the national tasks, it turned out that there were 21 tasks for social welfare, 14 for unification and diplomacy, 17 for small and medium-sized businesses in industry and trade, 12 for general public administration, 8 for the economy, taxation and finance, 6 for culture, sports and tourism, science and technology, and education each, 5 for communication, public order and safety each, 4 for health, transportation and logistics, and environment each, 3 for agriculture and forestry, 2 for national defense and regional development each, and 1 for maritime and fisheries each, among others. As for the new administration, it is apparent that science technology and IT are important, and hence, it is necessary to consider such when developing the information services for the core national tasks. Second, to link the database with external organizations, it would be necessary to form a linked operation council, link and collect the information on the national tasks, and link and provide the national task-related information for the POINTs.

The Survey of Disappeared Villages in The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ 내 사라진 마을의 공간적 분포와 특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial distribution and characteristics of villages before modern public works in the Demilitarized Zone(DMZ) by using Geographical Information System(GIS). There were total 427 villages within the DMZ according to a survey. By the administrative region, whereas there were 183 villages in Gangwon Province which had a share of 43% of the total, there were 244 villages in Gyeonggi Province which had that of 57%. Subsequently, Gyeonggi Province had a higher share than Gangwon Province, even though its area was smaller than Gangwon Province's one. In terms of the pattern of villages, there was a pattern of the dispersed settlement focused upon the area of the Taebaek mountains. In addition, there were a pattern of the dike settlement by a traffic route and river as well as that of agglomerated settlement in other area. There was a pattern of compact settlement in a plain. This research can be contributed (1) to be used a basic information in order to solve a conflict between development and conservation which may occur in the future, and (2) to be applied to develop contents for the DMZ's competitiveness.

Implementation of ETI Adapter for Multimedia Service based on T-DMB (지상파 DMB 기반 멀티미디어 서비스용 ETI 어댑터 구현)

  • In this paper, implementation of an ensemble transport interface (ETI) adapter for multimedia services based on terrestrial-digital multimedia broadcasting (T-DMB) is introduced. In general, ETI adapter should manipulate three functions: receiving packets packing multimedia data from service providers, configuring an ETI frame (G.703) from these data, and transmitting these frames to T-DMB multiplexer. To achieve these roles, the proposed ETI adapter consists of the network management module for data transmission and flow control between service providers and this adapter, the ETI configuration module for gathering data and then making ETI frames, and the hardware board for pushing ETI frames in real-time. The proposed adapter yielded faithful results without data lose on transmitting ETI frames to T-DMB multiplexer in the range of $64{\sim}1,153kbps$ specified in ETSI EN 300 401 after packing multimedia data received via Internet.

  • 세계 및 한국경제의 성장과 함께 항공운송 시장의 급속한 확대에 따라 대한민국에서의 국제항공 운송 수요는 꾸준히 증가하게 됨에 따라 한국의 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포국제공항의 수용능력은 한계에 이르게 되었다. 따라서 정부는 김포국제공항을 대체할 인천국제공항을 건설하여 운영하는 한편 김포국제공항에는 한국 중국 일본의 수도를 포함한 몇몇 도시를 연결하는 근거리 중심의 국제선이 취항하게 되면서 공항운영에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 형성하게 되었다. 대한민국의 수도 서울의 항공교통을 위한 공항이 제한적이지만 복수공항 체계로 운영되면서 인천공항과 김포공항을 이용하는 항공여객은 공항 이용 시 선택의 기회가 주어지면서 공항운영자는 여객의 공항선택에 영향을 주는 요소에 관심이 점차 증대되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 항공여객의 항공사 선택에 관한 연구는 많이 이루지고 있으나 항공여객의 공항선택에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정임을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공여객의 공항선택에 미치는 속성이 무엇이고 속성에 따른 중요도와 만족도를 측정하여 공항운영자의 공항운영과 활성화 전략수립에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포공항 국제선 이용객을 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IPA 분석과 GAP분석 및 경로분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.

PC Interlocked Terminal-based Public Offices Fees Payment Management System (PC 연동 단말기 기반의 관공서 제세공과금 수납관리 시스템)

  • Recently, the traffic card is gradually utilized and its several supplementary services have been significantly developed. Particularly, since it is possible to pay fees for buses, taxies, subways, parking and tollgates with only one traffic card, new payment method for economically processing has been focused. This paper presents a new receipt management system which allows possibly paying with several digital cards through PC interfacing terminals. The proposed system is mainly composed of three parts: terminals, middleware, and management servers. A terminal part includes processing module for payment/charging and credit/check/debit cards, etc and its operation is fulfilled through a middleware part. A main task of a middleware part is to connect a terminal part to managing servers through middleware applications. Additionally, processing of several receipt items and monitoring of the terminals to product statistical reports based on the processed result are carried out in the middleware. A management sever part is accomplished for collecting all of transaction histories against users and charging items over allowed province and managing statistical information. The proposed system is currently utilized in the Nam-GU district office and the Nam-GU district health center, Busan, S. Korea, respectively for testing its effectiveness. We conclude from this demonstration that the system is more useful and efficient than the previous processing method especially in that variable payment ways are provided and consumption burden is reduced.

TPEG based RFID application service for terrestrial-DMB (지상파DMB를 위한 TPEG 기반 RFID 응용서비스)

  • The terrestrial-DMB (T-DMB) provides one-way broadcasting service in intial phase and two-way interactive data services through a return channel of mobile communications network are commercialized recently. The possible evolution of the T-DMB will be fully convergence between the T-DMB and other communication services such as telematics, RFID and so on. From this evolution point of view, a framework should be defined for supporting telematics and RFID applications on T-BMB platform. In this paper, we propose an integrated service model that could support RFID application services on the interactive T-DMB. To realize the model, we design a service scenario, a network reference model, functionalities of each entity, a data transmission mechanism messages, and coding rules. The service model could allow users to support the identical RFID application services over the T-DMB network even if T-DMB terminal doesn't have RFID reader capability. In addition, in the case for providing the interactive TTI(Traffic and Travel Information)service, users could utilize the current location based RFID application service using by the TPEG-Location application that forms the basis of user location referencing.   • 최근 지식정보 사회는 IT가 핵심 구성요소인 스마트 사회로 변모하고 있으며, 인간과 사물 간 의사소통에서 사물과 사물 간 의사소통까지 확장하고, IT간 융합에서 나아가 타 산업과 융합하는 지능형 사회로 나아가고 있다. '공간'에 대한 정보는 '시간'과 함께 인간이 생활하는데 있어 반드시 알아야 하는 가장 근본적인 정보로써, 공간에서 발생하는 정보를 기반으로 다른 사람들과 소통을 하고 목적을 충족함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시킨다. 현대 사회에서 공간정보는 중요한 인프라 가치를 증대시키므로 새로운 사회 패러다임 전환을 위한 필수적인 요소라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수재해 정보 플랫폼 구현에 앞서 사용자의 니즈를 만족시키고 효용가치 증대가 가능하도록 공간정보서비스 활용 방안 연구를 하고자 한다. 공간정보는 시대의 흐름에 따라 형태 및 생산?활용방법이 달라졌으나 항상 중요한 정보로 인식되어 왔으며, 미래 공간정보는 단순 콘텐츠 영역을 뛰어넘어 상황(Context)정보까지 범위를 확장하였다. (1)미국의 공간정보는 시설, 기록관리 및 지도와 같은 공공분야에서 현재는 업무통합관리, 의사결정지원 등에서 데이터 웨어하우스(Data Warehouse)로서의 역할 담당한다. (2)일본은 아시아 최고의 원천기술력을 보유하고 있으며, 높은 수준의 GIS, RS(위성항측), ITS(지능형 교통 시스템) 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. (3)영국은 지리정보시스템과 공공서비스를 접목하여 시민의 요구에 부응하는 고객맞춤형서비스 제공을 국가정보화의 우선과제로 선정하고 있다. (4)우리나라는 초고속통신망과 모바일 기술 등 세계 최고 수준의 인프라를 확보하고 있어, 이러한 인프라 기반융 복합 공간정보서비스를 이용하는데 안정적인 기반을 확보하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 공간정보서비스의 패러다임 변화 및 추진 동향 등을 제시하였으며, 수재해정보 플랫폼 활용에 능동적 적극적으로 접근할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 공간정보서비스를 활용하여 커뮤니케이션 강화, 수재해 정보 서비스의 효율성 증진, 재해부문 선진화 측면에서 발전적 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 특히 각종 현안에 대한 미래 예측 및 대응에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

  • With transition to Knowledge society and introduction of information industry, there are many companies which have higher stock price than the suggested value from its financial information. To explain similar cases in capital markets, many researchers focus on non-financial information such as Web Traffic data or intangible assets such as intellectual property rights rather than traditional financial analysis. Besides, the relationships between financial and non-financial information with firm value are changed according to industry lifecycle. As Industry grows, financial information of company is more important for firm valuation in Capital market. We'd like to review the changes of relationships between financial information and firm valuation in Capital market especially for "Software", "Digital Contents", and "Internet" companies listed in Kosdaq market during 2000~2011. The result of data analysis shows the financial information gets more important after 2007. Inversely, it provides analytical bases that related industry gets mature. Also we show that intangible properties are more relevant to stock price of those technical based companies than others.

Foreign Cruise Ship Passengers' Satisfaction with the Korean Port of Calls Focused on the Passengers Visiting Busan, Incheon, and Cheju Ports (외래 크루즈선 승객의 기항지 만족도 - 부산, 인천, 제주항 입항 크루즈선 승객을 중심으로 -)

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

  • Since wireless Internet services and small mobile communication devices come into wide use as well as the use of GPS is rapidly growing, researches on moving object, whose location information shifts sequently in accordance with time interval, are being carried out actively. Especially, the researches on vehicle moving object are applied to Advanced traveler information system, vehicle tracking system, and distribution transport system. These systems are very useful in searching previous positions, predicted future positions, the optimum course, and the shortest course of a vehicle by managing historical data of the vehicle movement. In addition, vehicle historical data are used for distribution transport plan and vehicle allocation. Vehicle historical data are stored at regular intervals, which can have a pattern. For example, a vehicle going repeatedly around a specific section follows a route very similar to another. If historical data of the vehicle with a repeated route course are stored at regular intervals, many redundant data occur, which result in much waste of storage. Therefore this thesis suggest a vehicle historical data store scheme for vehicles with a repeated route course using similar trajectory which efficiently store vehicle historical data.
