The One Bath One Step Dyeing of Cationized Nylon/Viscose Rayon Mixture Fabrics With Acid Dyes and Reactive Dyes (산성염료와 반응성염료에 의한 카티온화 나일론/비스코스레이온 교직물의 1욕1단 염색)

  • It is difficult to dye nylon/viscose rayon mixture fabrics by one-bath one-step dyeing method, because acid dyes and reactive dyes require acidic dyebath for adsorption and alkaline dyebath for fixation respectively. In order to overcome the disadvantage of the conventional two bath two step dyeing method of nylon/viscose rayon mixture fabric, it was pretreated with cationizing agent containing chlorohydrine group in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. The pretreated nylon/viscose rayon mixture fabrics produced cationized fabrics that could be dyed with acid dyes and reactive dyes under neutral condition. This study was carried out to investigate dyeing possibilities, surface reflectance spectra and color characteristics of cationized nylon/viscose rayon mixture fabrics with acid dyes and reactive dyes in a non-electrolytic and neutral dyebath by one bath one step dyeing method.

Dyeing Properties of colored Burn-out Printing on the Polyester/Cellulosic fiber Mixed Fabrics (폴리에스테르/셀룰로오스계 교직물의 착색탄화날염의 염색성)

  • 'Burn-Out' is a kind of printing process that can create many textural effects, also high added value of the fabrics. In the previous studies, it is examined how to burn out the cellulose part of the velvet and the polyester/cellulosic fiber mixed fabric without damage of the other part and the effects of process conditions. In this study, dyeing properties of the colored burn-out printing were investigated with various conditions onto the polyester/cellulosic fiber mixed fabrics with red disperse dye. As a results, the apparent color depth (K/S) is increased with increasing of concentration of dye. The optimum treatment conditions without any shrinkage or occurrence of yellowness on the polyester ground fabrics are fixation temperature of $140^{\circ}C$ and time of 3 minutes.

  • 본 연구는 지속적인 창의 인성교육을 위한 수업설계모형을 구안하기 위하여 NFTM-TRIZ를 활용하는데 그 목적을 두었다. NFTM-TRIZ는 TRIZ에 기반하여 유아에서 성인에 이르기까지 '지속적인 창의성 교육'을 할 수 있도록 개발된 교육프로그램이다. TRIZ는 주어진 문제의 모순을 찾아내고 이를 극복함으로써 혁신적인 해결안을 얻도록 하는 창의적 문제해결방법론으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 G 대학교의 교직과목으로 개설된 "교육과정 및 교육평가"를 수강한 3, 4학년 남, 여 학생들을 대상으로 매주 10분씩 창의성 수업을 하고 이에 대한 산출물로 창의적 수업안을 만들고 창의성 수업에 대한 후기를 작성토록 하여 연구결과를 모색했다.

Dyeing of N/P Union Fabric with Reactive Disperse Dyes (반응성 분산염료를 이용한 N/P 교직물의 염색)

  • Two reactive disperse dyes having $\alpha$-bromoacrylamide or acrylamide group were synthesized and their dyeing properties were compared with a disperse dye. Dyeing properties of reactive disperse dyes were strongly influenced by the chemical structure of reactive group. The amount of absorbed reactive disperse dye containing $\alpha$-bromoacrylamide group on polyester fiber was less than the disperse dye, and that on nylon fiber was much higher. When polyester and nylon fiber were simultaneously dyed in a dye pot, nylon fiber absorbed the reactive disperse dye more than polyester fiber. The reactive disperse dye having acrylamide group could reduces difference in color depth to a large extent, but the application of carrier or variation of dyebath pH were not sufficient for giving the same color depth to both fibers. The N/P union fabric could be dyed with the reactive disperse dye and its wash fastness were good to excellent.

Dyeing properties of Nylon/Spandex blends with vat dye (배트염료에 의한 나일론/스판덱스 교직물의 염착특성)

  • In synthetic/spandex blends fibers, contents of the synthetic fiber by percentage is higher than those of spandex. Thus, the dyeing process of the blends fiber is mainly focused on the synthetic fiber, but not the spandex. In this study, we used several series of vat dyes for dyeing the nylon/spandex blend fabrics and their dyeing properties(fk value) were investigated at various reduction agents, temperatures, pH which have the potential for deep shade dyeing effects. The formamidinesulfinic acid were found to be effective to increase the fk values of the blend fiber compared to sodium hydrosulfite and Rongalit C. Higher temperature($100^{\circ}C$) and lower pH(pH 4) were observed as suitable conditions for maximum fk values.

수학교육의 회고와 제 7차 교육과정 및 교직수학 -제 7차 교육과정에 따른 수학교과서 검정심의와 관련하여-

  • 해방 후 처음으로 1946년에 수학과 교수 요목이 발표되어 우리 나라 수학교육이 정식으로 시작되었다. 그런데 이 교수 요목은 해방전의 교수 요목의 내용과 대동소이한 것이었고, 교육여건의 변화와 더불어 수학교육이 정상적으로 이루어지지를 못했다. 6 ${\cdot}$25사변을 거치면서 작성된 제 1차 교육과정은 교수 요목의 난해한 내용에 지나치게 집착한 나머지, 제대로 된 교육과정이 되지 못했다. 따라서 이에 따른 수학교육은 성공을 거두지 못했다. 그리고 미국의 새 수학의 영향을 받은 제 3차 교육과정은 교사의 재교육 등 여러 가지 노력을 했음에도 불구하고 성공한 교육과정으로 인정되지 못하고 있다. 새 수학에 의한 상처가 20여 년의 세월을 거쳐 겨우 치유되려고 하는 이 마당에 또 제 7차 교육과정이라는 새로운 폭풍우가 우리 나라 수학교육에 불어 닥쳐왔다. 이것으로 인한 앞으로의 전망을 알아본다.

The Influences of Family Life Cycle Stage and Perception of Housework's Value on Perceived Time Pressure and Role Conflict in Housewife-teachers (교직주부에 있어서 가족생활주기와 가사노동가치인식이 시간제약지각과 역할갈등에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the imfluences of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict in housewife-teachers. The subjects of this study were 329 married women teachers that teach in junior or senior high schools in Taegu. A questionaire was used as the survey method and for the method of data analysis, factor analysis, MANOVA, and Scheff test as a post-hoc analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1) There were significant interaction effects of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict. 2) The main effect for family life cycle stages was significant. 3) Followup univariate F-tests revealed significant mean differences for marital, parental and homemaker's role conflict.

  • 강바닥판 교면포장의 파손방지를 위하여 윤하중을 받는 강박스형 강바닥판의 변형도를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 강바닥판과 거더는 쉘요소, 포장은 고체요소로 각각 모델링하고 정밀유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 탄성비, 포장의 두께, 그리고 방수층의 두께 및 물성치 변화에 따른 교면 포장된 강바닥판의 계면, 포장상면 그리고 포장 두께에서의 교축, 교직 그리고 중력방향에 대한 변형도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 방수층의 두께 및 물성치의 변화에 대해 강바닥판과 포장은 거의 영향을 받지 않았고, 대체적으로 포장의 두께가 강바닥판과 포장사이의 탄성비보다 포장의 변형에 더 기인하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 이 연구는 실무능력이 중시되는 맥락에서 유용한 능력기반 학습환경의 구축방안을 모색해보고, 그 효과성을 실증적으로 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 교수설계 패러다임의 발전동향을 토대로 능력기반 학습환경 구축원리를 도출하고, 이른 토대로 일반대학의 교직과목의 하나를 선정하여 구체적인 교수학습 환경을 개발하고, 기본적 실험설계의 틀에 그 효과성을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 원래 해당 과목이 지향한 3개의 능력 중 2개 능력에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 향상의 가능성을 보였다. 후속 연구에서는 이 학습환경 모형의 정련화와 아울러 효과검증 방법론을 보다 정련화하고, 표본수 증대를 통한 통계학적 검증이 요청된다.

  • We review the mathematics education in Korea just after the 1595 Liberation and the first, second curriculum announced in 1955 and 1963, respectively. The 3rd curriculum announced in 1973 is influenced by “New Mathematics” in America. There were theoretical research about “New Mathematics”, but no experimental research about it in the school. So, there was not much effect of “New Mathematics” in mathematics education. After that we have the 4th, 5th and 6th curriculum which is improved by the result of experience in teaching. The 7th curriculum announced in 1997 emphasized practical mathematics. In this paper, we review the mathematics education and consider some problems in the 7th curriculum. We also consider some problems in mathematics textbook authorization under the 7th curriculum. To solve these problems, we suggest some facts. Especially, we need the philosophy about mathematics education and the enough knowledge about “Mathematics for Mathematics Teachers”.
