The present study aims to investigate perceptions of university students who are majoring in sports related fields about the introduction of Sports English education. For this purpose, a total of 133 students were surveyed according to a questionnaire asking about their English skills, opinions and attitudes with regard to English study and Sports English class. The main results obtained from this study are as follows: most students' interest in English is relatively low. Hence, students need to be encouraged to have an interest in English taught with special teaching methods; most students do not have confidence in their English; majority of students answered that English study is needed for students of sports. The biggest motivation for the sport students to learn English was 'better communication skills', followed by 'sports exchange opportunities', 'sports diplomacy and international sports events'; majority of students answered that Sports English class which focuses on sports is necessary in terms of their career after graduation. The finding from this study serves as a foundation in developing an ESP program for sports majors.

The objective of this study was to investigate and analyze the problems on 'System for Author's Property Right Limitation' in the North Korean Copyright Law. The NK Copyright Law had applied the international standards superficially, it may not be considered to get out of the grand frame of NK system. Especially, it is different that there is lack or short of contents on transfer, disposition, succession, trust, and so on for Author's Property Right. For example, free usages of Literary Works upon the NK law of Author's Property Right were described as 9 cases including copy and translation for personal purpose; copy in the library, etc. However, there are many insufficient items in view of international standards among the cases, showing omissions of critical terminology such as publications of literary works, purpose of usage, scope of usage, etc. Therefore, the NK law of Author's Property Right is interpreted not to be satisfied with the requirements for the law of Author's Property Right but to be legalized in terms of external announcement, and it seems not to be considered as the Author's Property Right Law with general standards enough to demonstrate the creativity freely.

The bookstart program for infants and toddlers is still in experimental progress. From this qualitative research that contains the both administration and utilization of the bookstart program at the Cheonan public library, some necessities for improvement were found to be the more effective program. The administration staffs of program consist of the supporting team and the instructional team. This program gives the meaningful experience to staffs such as the satisfaction as supporters of caring infants and toddlers, extension of social participation, and developing professionalism. The characteristic (purpose) of bookstart program for infants and toddlers could be categorized as three: offering a place to plays with other infants and toddlers, opportunities to exchange practical information, and chances to have educational support. To be more effective program, the difficulties and administrative problems of the program should be solved.

The purpose of this study was to survey the perceptions and attitudes of university students towards the disabled. The subject's were 794 students from "D" University. The collected data was analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ Test. For the disabled daily life and care-givers, many students considered that the disabled needed to be cared for by the government or public organizations. The students also considered that there would be no adverse effects on education if there was a special school in their village. They collected information related to the disabled from mass communication. They came up with government support being the most effective way of improving the awareness of the disabled. The specific positive attitudes about the disabled were as follows: emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and interchange. The attitudes for the disabled people showed a difference according to gender and grade. The results of the study showed that the perception and attitudes can be established based on the information collected.

In this paper, There is a study of a smartphone-based App for e-learning when the process control of manufacturing. First, That is obtained the control limit lines after inputted by the measured data and able to look up the assignable causes and then can display those causes. A User of this App can access the record about assignable causes using the record menu and can use with an e-Learning tool. Because that were provided in the form of a control process theory and bulletin announcements. Helped to exchange information. In addition, the user's guide how to use this App. The result of this process control is provided by charts. The alarm message to the alertsymbol, depending on the level of color clearly was designed to UI which displays the results. After the questionnaire responses with respect to satisfaction of Utilization and satisfaction of the learning experience. The Utilization' satisfaction results Appeared that 82% of the participants were satisfied. And The learning's satisfaction results Appeared that 90% of the participants were satisfied.

The purpose of this study is to find out an effective way for students with developmental disabilities to use smartphone applications as a social real life tools in a society. For the purpose of this study, the researcher reviewed relevant previous literature on topics such as "students with developmental disabilities, information society, use of smartphone, and application use". The results of this study are as follows. First, the researcher describes strategies to support students with developmental disabilities living in an information society to improve their social integration ability by using smartphone. Second, it describes the types of smartphone applications that could support the social real life of students with developmental disabilities. Third, it describes the needs of smartphone applications to improve social adaptability of students with developmental disabilities. The results of this study will lead students with developmental disabilities to learn and use various functions of smartphone in the information society to interact with people around them and improve their communication skills. In addition, the results can be used as basic data to develop and support appropriate applications that can help vocational rehabilitation and social integration of students with developmental disabilities.

위성체 총조립 및 시험(AIT ; Assembly, Integration & Test)을 위한 전기지상지원장비(EGSE ; Electrical Ground Support Equipment)와 위성 임무 준비 및 운용을 위한 관제시스템(MCS ; Mission Control System)의 공동 개발은 미국과 유럽의 위성사업 기관 및 업체에서 지금까지 많은 연구가 되어 왔다. 비록 두 시스템이 다른 목적으로 사용되고 있지만 기술적으로 유사한 기능을 갖는 시스템으로서 많은 공통점과 호환 가능성을 갖고 있다. 두 시스템의 공동 개발은 시스템 개발과 위성 운용 교육 및 준비에 필요한 비용 절감뿐만 아니라 AIT 단계에서 위성운용단계로의 자연스러운 전환이 가능하다. 이는 AIT 단계에서 공통지상시스템 하드웨어 및 운영시스템, 시험/운용 절차서, 위성 데이터베이스의 사전 검증이 이루어지기 때문이다. 또한 위성 운용 요원의 AIT 참여를 통해 공통지상시스템 운용 훈련과 위성 관제 지식 습득이 자연스럽게 이루어 질 수 있다. 이로서 사업 일정과 개발 위험도를 최소화 할 수 있다. 이러한 두 시스템의 공통성과 호환성 및 공통시스템 개발 장점이 있기에 EGSE와 MCS의 공통 기능에 대한 표준화 작업은 1986년 만들어진 COES(Committee for Operations and EGSE Standard)에서 공식적으로 논의되기 시작하여 1994년 CNES와 ESA의 발의로 제정된 ECSS(European Cooperation for Space Standards)를 통해 국제 표준(ISO, CCSDS 등)을 바탕으로 한 지상시스템에 대한 유럽 표준화 작업이 ECSS-E-70 Working Group에서 진행되고 있다. 또한 검증된 지상시스템의 핵심 운영시스템의 소프트웨어 모듈의 재사용을 통해 최근에서 다양한 공통지상시스템이 개발되어 운용되고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 국내에서도 저궤도 위성 개발에서 EGSE 핵심 모듈인 TM/TC 처리 및 Database 관리 모듈을 AIT 단계에서 개발 및 검증 후에 MCS에서의 재사용을 적극적으로 고려하고 있다. 앞으로 국제적인 추세에 따라 AIT 및 지상국간의 기술 및 인력 교류와 핵심모듈 개발을 통한 공통지상시스템 개발의 활발한 전개가 예상된다.

Using a qualitative multimethod approach, this study was to discover integrated factors to construct a substantive theory about occupational socialization of librarians. Through theoretical sampling, 42 participants were in-deathly interviewed at three studies, i. e phenomenological, ethnographic, and grounded theory approach. These data were analyzed and finally integrated using grounded theory approach. Emerged integrated factors were: Sharing values of the profession in education, Striving to overcome the peripheral perception, Lack of understanding about the profession, Inadequate conditions, Shared work values, Social changes, Perception about users, Organizational culture of library, Human relations in organization, Continuing education and exchange, Seeking the professional, Strategies for work, Strategies for human relations, Strategies for surviving slump and crisis, Strategies for enhancing oneself, Coping strategies for lack of understanding, Self congruence with the profession, Non-self congruence with the profession.

도시유역에서의 장기간에 대한 물순환 해석 기술은 도시하천의 복원 및 건천화 방지 사업의 점증적인 요구에 따라 필수적으로 확보하여야 하는 기술이지만, 관련 연구와 실무에서의 이해도는 미진하다. 따라서, 사업의 계획과 실무 설계를 위하여 도시유역의 물순환에 대한 이해와 기술을 지원할 수 있는 체계적인 지침이 필요하다. 외국의 사례를 살펴보면 일본의 경우 1995년 건설성의 주요 정책으로 "도시에서 적정한 물순환계 재생에의 노력"을 추진하였으며, "도시의 물순환 재생 구상 책정 매뉴얼"을 작성하여 사례 연구로 6개 유역을 대상으로 검토하였고, 2000년에는 "도시유역 물순환계의 정량화 방안"을 우수저류침투기술협회에서 주관하여 물순환계 재생구상 또는 물순환계 마스터플랜을 수립함에 있어서 필요로 하는 물순환계의 해석적인 평가방법의 해설서를 발간하였다. 호주의 경우는 1999년부터 WSUD(Water Sensitive Urban Design)란 개념을 도입하여, 정부 및 각 지방별로 프로그램을 진행하고 있으며, 지침서와 기술지도서를 작성하여 교육을 하고 실무에 활용하고 있고, 사례 연구와 학술회의를 통하여 기술 교류를 활발히 하고 있다. 자연적인 요소와 인공적인 요소가 복잡하게 조합되어있는 도시지역의 물순환의 상태를 파악하기 위해서는 유역의 자연특성과 사회특성 등에 관한 기초 자료의 수집이 선행되어야 하며, 다양한 관측결과를 기초로 물 순환계의 구조, 인과관계를 알기 위해, 또 물순환계 구성요소의 일부가 변화한 경우 다른 부분에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서는 모델링이 필요하다. 또한 이 같은 해석 모형을 이용하여 여러 가지 물순환 개선 정책의 효과를 평가하고 그 결과를 시각적으로 나타내는 것이 가능하다면 정책의 입안에 관계하는 사람들에 있어 공통의 의사결정 지원 도구가 될 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 도시유역의 물순환 해석을 위한 일련의 과정, 즉 자료의 조사 및 취득에서부터 물순환 해석 모형을 이용한 정량적 현황파악, 물순환 개선 기법 및 평가를 수행함에 있어 주요 착안점 및 실무에서의 기술적 가이드를 제공하고자 하였으며, 보다 세밀한 도시유역의 물순환 해석을 위하여 우리나라와 일본에서 적용이 활발한 물리적 기반의 분포형 모형(WEP, SHER, SWMM)의 적용사례를 통하여 국내 도시하천의 물순환 해석에 활용함에 있어서의 실질적인 적용절차 등을 제시하고자 하였다.
