The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

본 연구에서는 교사 스스로 느끼는 평가에 대한 거부감을 최소화하면서 바람직한 평가 전문성 신장 방향과 방법을 제공할 수 있도록 과학교사를 대상으로 한 학생 평가 전문성 자기 진단 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 자기반성적 관점에서 과학교사 스스로 자신의 학생 평가 전문성을 진단할 수 있는 도구와 이를 이용하여 얻은 진단 결과를 바탕으로 학생 평가 전문성 수준을 가늠해 볼 수 있는 학생 평가 전문성 등급 평정 척도와 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 안내로 구성되어 있다. 이 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 본 연구에서는 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성의 개념을 탐색하고, 바람직한 학생 평가 전문성 신장의 방향과 방법을 모색하였다. 또한 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 요소를 추출하여 범주별로 정리한 다음 학생 평가 전문성 요소별로 구체적인 수준과 상태를 제시한 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 기준을 마련하였다. 마련된 기준을 근거로 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 자기 진단 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 더불어 수차례의 과학교육전문가 검토 및 협의, 학교 현장 교사들의 검토 및 협의를 거치면서 수정${\cdot}$보완하는 과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구에서 개발한 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 자기 진단 프로그램에는 진단 내용에 과학교사의 평가에 관한 지식과 더불어 실무적인 능력과 실제로 행하고 있는 평가의 실천 내용이 포함될 수 있도록 노력하였다. 또한 교사 스스로 자신의 평가 전문성 수준을 가늠해 볼 수 있도록 전형적인 응답 유형과 채점 기준, 해설 및 평가 전문성 등급 평정 척도를 제시했고 진단 결과를 바탕으로 평가 전문성의 부족한 부분을 보완하고 신장시킬 수 있도록 간략한 전문성 신장을 위한 처방과 평가 지향에 따른 교사의 전형적인 유형을 제시하여 자기 진단 프로그램을 사용하는 교사가 전문성 개선 방향과 방법을 설정하는 데 도움을 주고자 했다. 본 연구는 과학교사 자신의 학생 평가 전문성에 대한 환심을 높이고, 이를 진단하고 신장시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 방안을 마련하려는 데에도 좋은 시사점을 제공할 것으로 판단된다. 이를 위해 과학교사의 학생 평가 전문성 진단 프로그램에 제시된 전문성 평정 기준을 좀 더 객관화하고 보완할 수 있도록 많은 교사들에게 이 프로그램을 사용해 보게 하고 그 결과를 분석하는 후속 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 진단 운항을 제작하는 데 있어 지구과학 내용을 소재로 사용하였으나 본 연구에 제시된 진단 문항 제작에 관한 해설을 참고하여 다른 과학교과 내용을 소재로 한 진단 문항 제작도 필요할 것으로 보인다.

A poor achievement of basic competency leads to obstacles of the same subject and other subjects from a series of accumulative losses and social life. The Grade 3 National Diagnostic Assessment of Basic Competency (NDAHC) dated from 2002, Teaching Plan Responsible to Basic Competency and compensational education materials for students of the below-basic level has marked a line in the chain of policy to realize educational welfare. The goal of NDABC is to collect information of the reason with regard to learning deficiency and individual student's information, and ultimately teach them on the basis of those informations. This study analyzed the characteristics of below-basic students in the basic mathematics with data from NDABC from 2003 to 2007. Students of the below-basic level were affected in achievement by numerical distinction, regrouping, arrangement and descriptive form of item, information-providing way, typical example, familiarity, frequency in use in daily life etc. This study provides a basic important information with regard to teaching below-basic students and suggestions with compensational education materials for them.

The purpose of this study is an analysis on the 3rd graders' achievement in the elementary school. For this purpose, this study, first, analysed on the 3rd graders' achievement like the ratios of the achievement levels for whole students, sexual students, and regional students. Second, this study analysed the 3rd graders' assessment results like the total averages, averages for the contents area, sexual students, and regional students. Third, this study analysed students' special responses on the items.

If a learner should fail to complete previous courses before moving on to the next level will face difficulty keeping up with it. Such personal tuition for those having trouble coping with their class is an issue that needs urgent addressing, which cannot be a burden only to teachers, this study has been conducted to sought for a solution. This study has developed and put into application a web based analyzing system to assess the area of deficit in students followed by obliterating accumulated learning deficits to impart assistance for their study. The subject of the study comprised of ten students from a school where the researcher is on duty and the field of assessment with the analyzing system were numbers and calculations. As a result, we could find out its efficiency in elevating their capability and interest in learning, which was proven to be statistically significant using ANOVA.

"2천년대에는 모든 이의건강을"이라는 슬로건 하에 세계 여러 나라에서 국민건강관리를 위한 많은 일들을 하고 있다. 그러한 흐름은 특정 계층이나 연령을 대상으로 하는 것이 아니라 평생의 건강을 보장한다는데에 그 촛점을 두고 있다. 여기에서 특히 강조되는 것은, 자신의 건강은 자신이 지켜나가야 하며, 이를 위해 우선적으로 이루어져야 하는 것이 보건교육이라는 것이다. 또한 이 보건교육은 생활습관이 형성되고 , 생활양식이 정착되는 가장 중요한 시기인 학생시기에 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 흐름에도 불구하고, 우리나라의 학교 보건교육은 아직까지도 많은 문제를 안고 있다는 것이 일반적인 평가이다. 이번 호에는 미래를 책임질 청소년의 건강관리를 위해 그 바탕이 될 학교보건 교육의 현재를 진단해 보고 그 해결방안을 모색하여 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we utilize student survey, scholastic level assessment and class evaluation in order to address the problems and find out the improvements on operating the subjects in the university-level program(UP), focusing on the Calculus I. We also propose effective management strategies and learning methods for the UP classes consisting of excellent high school students.

This study aims to identify the student assessment competency of the three elementary science teachers and investigate strategic measures to improve them. The study progressed as a qualitative case study method. A self-awareness checklist and in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data. The data analysis was reviewed and agreed upon by two process-focused assessment-leading teachers and two elementary science education experts. Consequently, the level of self-awareness of student assessment competency of the three participants was relatively high. However, the scale average of the feedback area was the lowest on average. The student assessment competency of the participants showed different levels and characteristics. Additionally, some inconsistencies between perception and practice were found. Strategic support and education are needed to enhance elementary science teachers' student assessment competency, and the development of self-diagnosis tools should proceed.
