To improve the research ethics and cultures, this study was examined and investigated by literature references and survey results. This study analyzed the status of the notebooks in part of laboratory information system of the R&D institutes, paper notebooks for laboratory records management, and the introduction of ELN for digital record. For the notebook's institutionalization, more review is needed to the possibility of involvement in the conflict, evidential requisite and signature by inspector, the limitation of autonomous policy for the notebook's operation, the difficulty of preservation for 30 years, the introduction of ELN and utilization for the notebooks. To improve management and institutionalization for the notebooks, it is needed to the notebook's record for knowledge management and evidential values, support and budget for the notebook's management department, researcher's recognition conversion for the notebooks related to the intellectual property and technology transference, the record method train for the notebooks from the university classes, and the introduction of ELN related to the laboratory information management system or project management system.

New career paradigm based on this environmental change puts emphasis on subjective career success from individual's viewpoint as important career outcome and individual's proactive career development efforts. In addition to this, importance of person-environment fit and person-job fit is growing in relationship between career planning and career success. Based on this perspective, this study aims to identify whether person-environment fit and person-job fit mediate the relationship between career development and subjective career success. Data analysis of questionnaire from 220 employees showed that both fits mediate the relationship. This result implies that individual's proactive career planning is critical to career success and this strengthens one's satisfaction to organization and job. To organization, strategies need to be developed to design career development of employees' based on their career needs and organizational intervention such as job-rotation system.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of teacher librarians' efficacy and to propose some ways to enhance their efficacy. To do this, questionnaires on 30 teacher librarians who participated in the level 1 certification program of K university in 2018 were conducted. The results showed that their average efficacy was 3.38, the efficacy of teaching method was 3.60, the collective efficacy was 3.38, and the personal efficacy was 3.18. They had high personal efficacy on classroom management, the willingness to lead poor students and the possibility of problem student guidance, and collective efficacy on conflict management with fellow teachers and parents. On the other hand, personal efficacy in problem analysis and guidance for problem students, difficult contents and course instruction were low. Also, the collective efficacy of the conflict between the manager and the education office was low. They have a strong willingness to improve teaching methods for students and showed high efficacy about student synchronization and preparation for teaching. However, they were aware of the lack of learning skills and the lack of various teaching methods. The variables influencing their efficacy were graduation, education level, school size, and degree. Especially, the higher the education level, the more confident and enthusiastic about teaching problemmatic students and disadvantaged students. In addition, teacher librarians with high academic standards showed high confidence in conflict resolution with peers and parents and teaching methods. The improvement direction to enhance their efficacy in this study are increasing the ratio of teacher education in the field of education, reforming teacher librarians training before appointment, establishing supervision organizations for school libraries and improving their professionalism by going to graduate school.

  • Hate is a collective expression of exclusivity toward others and it is fostered and reproduced through false public perception. This study aims to explore the objects and issues of hate discussed in our society using text mining techniques. To this end, we collected 17,867 news data published from 1990 to 2020 and constructed a co-word network and cluster analysis. In order to derive an explicit co-word network highly related to hate, we carried out sentence split and extracted a total of 52,520 sentences containing the words 'hate', 'prejudice' and 'discrimination' in the preprocessing phase. As a result of analyzing the frequency of words in the collected news data, the subjects that appeared most frequently in relation to hate in our society were women, race, and sexual minorities, and the related issues were related laws and crimes. As a result of cluster analysis based on the co-word network, we found a total of six hate-related clusters. The largest cluster was 'genderphobic', accounting for 41.4% of the total, followed by 'sexual minority hatred' at 28.7%, 'racial hatred' at 15.1%, 'selective hatred' at 8.5%, 'political hatred' accounted for 5.7% and 'environmental hatred' accounted for 0.3%. In the discussion, we comprehensively extracted all specific hate target names from the collected news data, which were not specifically revealed as a result of the cluster analysis.

  • Covid-19, which has made a huge difference in our daily lives, has also brought major changes to our college education. As the class was changed from the traditional face-to-face class to a non face-to-face class, both teachers and students had difficulties in adapting, and problems such as the occurrence of academic achievement gaps due to non face-to-face classes were also raised. Therefore, this study aims to find out what attitudes students have toward non-face-to-face classes at universities caused by Covid-19. Accordingly, this study tried to identify the types of subjective perceptions college students have toward non-face-to-face classes by applying the Q methodology, and to suggest points for reference in the development and improvement of non-face-to-face classes in the future. Five types were found as a result of analysis using 30 P samples and 34 Q samples. First, learning efficiency-oriented type, second, class participation and communication-oriented type, third, non-face-to-face class active acceptance and utilization type, fourth, dissatisfaction type due to remote system and equipment operation errors, fifth, passive response type according to the situation to be. From the results of this study, it seems that it is necessary to develop an educational method for effective non-face-to-face class considering the characteristics of each type, and the merits of non-face-to-face classes, especially recorded lectures, in terms of learning efficiency, are evident. Therefore, even if face-to-face classes are conducted entirely at universities, it is believed that providing video-recorded lectures in class will be of great help to students' learning.

Method: After the enforcement of the Chemical Substances Control Act, the effectiveness for the transport vehicle management system was studies by comparing the transport plan, guidance and inspection status, safety training completion management, ect., and the reduction rate of chemical accidents. Results: The average number of chemical accidents in transport vehicles nationwide is 20 each year. And It is decreasing with the stabilization of the Chemical Substances Control Act('15.1.1). The first reason for the decrease in chemical accidents is the increase in submission of transport plans. Second, as the guidance and inspection rate increased every year, the shipper company's management of transport companies was naturally strengthened. Finally, it is judged that chemical accident caused by transport vehicles decrease through safety education. Conclusion: The current tranport vehicle management system of the Chemical Substances Control Act is effective. However, further research is needed to improve the practical and efficient transport vehicle management system.
