Difference between Information Security Education Demand of Information Security Employees and Curriculum of Information Security Education Center (교육기관 정보보호 담당자의 정보보호 교육수요와 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정과의 차이)

  • Because personal information files held by educational institutions include sensitive information such as personal school affairs information or health information, damages resulted from personal information leakage of educational institutions are expected to be serious. In order to respond to this problem, the Ministry of Education has expanded information security education targeting (personal) information security officers in educational institutions. However, a number of personal information leakage cases of public institutions occurred at educational institutions. Thus, this study, targeting information security education centers, through an empirical research, tries to confirm whether information security education supply is being properly provided for (personal) information security officers in educational institutions, and suggest the appropriate balance between education supply and education demand as the implication for the educational direction of information security education centers.

A Study on the Development of Industrial Field Technical Education Programs Integrating Robotics and Artificial Intelligence

  • The purpose of this study is to develop technical education programs that integrate robotics and artificial intelligence for employees in the robotics industry. To achieve this, the current status of robotics education programs for employees at domestic robotics institutions was investigated, and a demand survey on integrated robotics and AI education was conducted for domestic robotics companies. Based on the results of the demand survey, a robotics and AI integration education program was developed, and the contents of the designed curriculum and the survey results were presented. The developed education program was applied to the actual industry, and through evaluations of participant satisfaction and learning effectiveness, it was confirmed that the program can be effectively utilized in the industry. Suggestions for further research were also made.

  • Educational satisfaction is an important indicator of the educational field but the existing customer satisfaction index mainly focused on partial area because measurements could not reflect the alteration of university environment. The purpose of this research is to develop a new UCSI for university to improve the quality of university education. This research demonstrates validity and reliability of UCSI. This research uses the second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicate that the reliability and validity of UCSI is verified. Education condition, education course, university development and student support are clarified to be appropriate components of the satisfaction survey. This research develops UCSI and applies it in a university. University managers can be used to measure the satisfaction level of university education and to improve the quality of university education.

Revitalization Plan for IT Education according to Analysis of Demand by Students and Parents (학생 및 학부모 수요 분석에 따른 정보교육 활성화 방안)

  • In this paper, a revitalization plan for IT education was studied. Currently, IT industry is the most important field of the export industry in korea. But IT education in korea has been neglected. To grasp the demand of students and parents for IT education, a survey was conducted. A majority of students and parents agree with opinion that should be strengthened IT education at school. Also, a majority of students and parents agree with a plan to set up special purpose high school for IT education. In this paper, a revitalization plan for IT education is proposed according to result of survey. It is expected to help the breeding gifted young man for IT.

  • 최근 이상기후와 높아지는 물 수요 등으로 인하여 물관련 문제가 전 세계적으로 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 많은 국가에서 깨끗한 물을 국민에게 공급하고 물로 인한 재해로부터 피해를 최소화하기 위한 국가적 체계와 정책은 이제 당연한 중요과제가 되고 있다. 이러한 물 관련 문제에 대하여 적극적이고 합당한 대안의 의사결정을 위해서는 신뢰도 높은 수문자료가 중요한 기초자료가 된다. 따라서 이러한 수문자료를 생산하기 위해서는 조직체계, 충분한 예산, 높은 기술력 등과 함께 전문인력이 필수조건이다. 이러한 전문인력을 양성하기 위해서는 교육과 경험이 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 국토해양부(현재 국토교통부)는 수문조사 전문가 수요를 충족시키고자 2008년 4월 하천법을 전부 개정하여 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자에 대한 교육을 명시화하고 이를 시행토록 의무화하였다. 교육을 수행할 기관으로 한국건설기술연구원(유량조사사업단)과 한국수자원공사(K-Water 교육원)를 선정 후 위탁하여 2009년부터 교육기관별로 매년 2회 이상 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 실시되고 있다. 이에 따라 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자는 교육대상자로써 전문인력으로 발전되고 국가로부터 관리되고 있다. 현재까지도 수문조사 종사자는 수문조사 관련 업무에 종사한 날부터 2년 이내에 30시간 이상의 교육을 받아야 하고, 3년마다 재교육을 받아야 함을 규정(하천법시행령 제13조) 하고 주기적인 교육을 실시하고 있다. 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 처음 실시된 2009년부터 2015년까지 총 1,311명이 수료하였다. 교육수료자수는 최대 277명(2009년)에서 최소 155명(2013년)으로 7년 평균 188명으로 집계되었으며, 이중 재교육수료자는 2015년까지 총 260명으로 집계되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 수문조사 전문가 양성을 위해 국토교통부에서 실시한 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련의 성과와 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 국외 수문전문가 양성을 위한 교육관련 선진사례로서 프랑스의 물 전문가를 위한 국립교육센터(CNFME)를 선례로서 조사하였다. 그리하여 향후 우리나라의 수문관련 전문가 양성을 위한 우리나라 교육체계의 발전방안에 대하여 제언하였다.

An Analysis on the Educational Needs for the Smart Farm: Focusing on SMEs in Jeon-nam Area (중소·중견기업의 스마트팜 교육 수요 분석: 전남지역을 중심으로)

  • This study determined effective educational strategies by investigating and analyzing the related educational demands for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in the 4th Industrial Revolution based area of smart farms. In order to derive the approprate educational strategies, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Borich's Needs Assessment Model were conducted based on the smart farm technological field. As a result, the education demand survey showed high demand for production systems and intelligent farm machinery. In detail, Borich's analysis showed the need for pest prevention and diagnosis technology (8.03), network and analysis SW linkage technology (7.83), and intelligent farm worker-agricultural power system-electric energy hybrid technology (7.43). In contrast, smart plant factories (4.09), lighting technology for growth control (4.46) and structure construction technology (4.62) showed low demands. Based on this, the IPA portfolio shows that the network and analysis SW linkage technology and the CAN-based complex center are urgently needed. However, the technology that has already been developed, such as smart factory platform development, growth control lighting technology and structure construction technology, was oversized. Based on these results, it is possible to strategically suggest the customized training programs for industrial sectors of SMEs that reflect the needs for efficiently operating smart farms. This study also provides effective ways to operate the relevant training programs.

A Linkage between Educational Autonomy Innovation and School Space Innovation - Focusing on Sejong Special Self-Governing City - (교육자치혁신과 학교공간혁신 연계 방안 - 세종특별자치시를 중심으로 -)

  • This study was to research and analyze the concept of school space innovation to aim at the importance of user educational value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of students, teachers, or consumers connected with the educational autonomous innovative curriculum and various school-government educational activities and suggest the ways to link school space innovation to the best possible reflection for demander-centered or the demander needs To this end, the basic concepts of the autonomous education and school space innovation were reviewed, and the literature survey on the revised education curriculum in 2015 and educational autonomous innovation curriculum at the national level, educational goals and basic value-added awareness of the curriculum. The purpose was to research the perception of students and teachers through the survey and analysis of basic values of education, the functions of school education, the direction of school environment and space spatial composition, and school space.

Demand Analysis to Develop Continuing Education Programs for Academic Librarians in Korea (계속교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 대학도서관 사서의 수요 분석 연구)

  • This study aims to propose a set of guidelines for the development of university librarians' continuing education program. It examines previous academic literature regarding such programs both in Korea and overseas, as well as the present condition and demands of Korean university librarians. A survey was conducted by systematically sampling 33.3% of all university librarians nationwide and asking about their experiences with the existing continuing education program(e. g., general satisfaction level, program topics, program administration, evaluation methods, outreach methods, reasons for participation). The survey results show that the participants: (1) had a relatively low satisfaction level; (2) strongly demand programs focusing on library promotion, management of information resources and knowledge content, and skills to adiust to the rapidly changing library environment; (3) prefer a week-long course focused on specialized subjects and skill development; and (4) cite more specialized education content, the establishment of a support system, and diversified education levels as factors that would further their interest in the continuing education program.

신산학협력 패러다임에서 조망한 창업대학원 사업의 실태조사 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 신(新)산학협력 패러다임에서 출발한 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 자생력을 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 창업대학원 교육프로그램 개발의 역할모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 5개 창업대학원 설문조사에 의하면, 창업대학원은 창업교육프로그램 결정과정에서 수요자 중심의 창업교육 활성화 요인들이 종합적으로 고려되지 않는 경향을 보였다. 이것은 창업교육기관의 프로그램 개발과 과정에서 수요자(학습자, 지역사회, 기관)의 요구를 분석하고 목표를 설정하는 등 일련의 절차가 전문적이고 체계적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 창업대학원에게 신산학협력 패러다임의 중요성을 전달하고 창업교육프로그램을 개발함에 있어 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙을 적용토록 유도하여 지속적인 생존과 발전이 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 유관기관에 대한 역할 모형을 제시하여 창업교육프로그램 개발에 있어 상생의 협력이 가능한 유관기관을 선정 할 수 있도록 기준과 역할모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 창업교육프로그램 개발 모델들이 신산학협력의 패러다임과 부합되는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 크게 두 가지의 접근을 시도하였다. 첫째, 본 연구는 이론적 검토를 통해 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙들을 도출하고 창업교육에 효과적인 적용방법을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 5개 창업대학원의 교육프로그램 개발 성과를 측정하기 위해 주요 원칙이 얼마나 잘 지켜지고 있는가를 확인하였다.

A Proposal for IT Design Curriculum in Community College based on IT Industry Demand Survey (IT 산업수요 조사에 기초한 전문대학교 IT 디자인 교육과정 제안)

  • This study was intended to analyze the present condition and problems of education by examining the curriculum of departments relating to IT design in community colleges in the environment of IT that more rapidly grew than any other sector due to the development of information and communication and smart device, focusing on the actual condition. And it was intended to present a scheme for the improvement of IT design curriculum in community colleges in preparation for the surveyed industry demand in IT sector. First of all, this study attempted to check how IT designers' work changed according to the change of technology in industrial scene through a survey of job in IT industry and an analysis of IT industry trends. As a result, it was shown that the work of IT designers who had carried out web design work extended to mobile design, and school education also required mobile education according to the change of the times. Here, through task analysis, it was possible to find that web design and mobile design was not fundamentally entirely different, but was within the range where it was perfectly possible to carry out mobile design work if mobile environment and condition was understood and an education was given together with the existing curriculum.
