  • 고등학교 시간표 작성 문제는 학생, 교사, 학교, 일반 교실과 특별 교실 자원등 복잡한 제약조건과 요구사항이 있기 때문에 단순한 방법으로는 해결하기가 어렵다. 학생들은 다양한 과목을 선택할 수 있기를 바라고 교사들은 자신이 원하는 시간에 수업하기를 바란다. 또한, 학교에서는 효율적인 인적 자원 활용과 일반 교실 및 특별실의 사용으로 인한 학교의 장학 능력과 경쟁력의 고양을 원한다. 따라서, 고등학교 수업 시간표를 작성하는데 있어서의 다양한 문제를 최적의 시간표를 최적 탐색 문제로 정의하고, 이 문제를 휴리스틱 접근법인 Tabu Search 방법을 이용하여 해결하고자 한다.

  • 교실 내에 빛을 공급하는 두 가지 요소는 인공광원과 주광이다. 일단, 빛이 실내에 방사되면 각 시설물의 표면은 빛을 반사하여 제 2의 광원 역할을 한다. 따라서 교실 내 조도를 높이는 확실한 방법은 광도가 높은 등기구를 설치하고 창을 정남향으로 내면 되겠지만 이것이 여의치 못할 경우에는 제 2의 광원인 시설물의 표면속성을 변화시켜 조도를 높일 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 일정한 인공광원과 주광 하에서 시설물의 속성을 변화시켜 조도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 개선사항을 연구해 보았다.

  • According to the recent investigation, the 4th grade students' eyesight weakness was occurred on a large scale in primary school. To improve the classroom illumination environment which affects students' eyesight weakness of the 4th grade student, an analysis of illumination environment and an eyesight acuity for the whole 4th year students was held. In four out of the whole classrooms, each improvement work in illumination has done using different types of luminaires. Re-test of eyesight was held for students who studied under the improved illumination environment for 10 months and students under the environment not improved. Comparative analysis of the results which was obtained from re-test and measurements was carried out. Consequently, influence on the eyesight variation by classroom illumination was analysed and the improvement of classroom illumination was researched.

Immunohistochemical Study of Psoriasis-related Gene Expression in Imiquimod-induced Psoriasis-like Mouse Model (이미퀴모드로 유발된 건선양 쥐 모델에서 건선 연관 유전자 발현에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구)

  • Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with an incidence of 0.5~3% of the worldwide population. The pathogenesis of psoriasis is related to dysregulated keratinocyte function and immune reactions. Notably, genetic factors are considered important etiological contributors. Globally, several researchers have recently performed genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to identify the genes related with psoriasis. Objective: We aimed to investigate the expression pattern of 2 candidate genes that were identified by GWAS. These include interleukin 28 receptor alpha (IL28RA) and CUB and Sushi multiple domains 1 (CSMD1). Methods: We applied imiquimod cream to develop a psoriasis-like mouse model and obtained skin tissue. We performed immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of IL-28A and CSMD1. Results: IL28RA expression increased at an early time point such as 1 day after the topical application of 5% imiquimod cream. However, its expression returned to baseline levels 2 weeks after the topical application of imiquimod cream. CSMD1 expression also increased after the topical application of imiquimod, with increased expression particularly observed in the upper epidermal layer. Notably, CSMD1 expression decreased 7 days after imiquimod cream application. Conclusion: These results suggest that IL28RA and CSMD1 may play key roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.

Initial Serum Ammonia as a Predictor of Mortality in Patients with Acute Glufosinate Ammonium Herbicide Poisoning (글루포시네이트 암모늄 제초제 중독환자에서 혈중 암모니아 농도와 사망률과의 연관성에 대한 연구)

  • Purpose: The association of the initial serum ammonia level with in-hospital mortality in patients with acute glufosinate-ammonium herbicide poisoning was studied. Methods: This retrospective cohort study was conducted between March 2012 and August 2019 in the emergency department after glufosinate-ammonium herbicide poisoning. Survivors and non-survivors were analyzed using a Mann-Whitney U test and Fisher's exact test. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the independent risk factors for mortality. Results: One hundred and six patients were enrolled; 11 died, yielding a mortality of 10.4%. The serum bicarbonate level was significantly lower in the non-survival group than the survival group. Age, serum ammonia, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine levels, SOFA score, and APACHE II score were significantly higher in the non-survival group than the survival group. Age, serum ammonia, and creatinine level were independent risk factors for mortality in multivariate logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: The initial serum ammonia level is associated with mortality in patients with acute glufosinate herbicide poisoning.

Patient-Centered Doctor's Competency Framework in Korea (한국의 환자중심 의사 역량 연구)

  • With increasing demands for medical care by society, the medical system, and general citizens and rapid changes in doctor's awareness, the competencies required of doctors are also changing. The goal of this study was to develop a doctor's competency framework from the patient's perspective, and to make it the basis for the development of milestones and entrustable professional activities for each period of medical student education and resident training. To this end, a big data analysis using topic modeling was performed on domestic and international research papers (2011-2020), domestic newspaper articles (2016-2020), and domestic social networking service data (2016-2020) related to doctor's competencies. Delphi surveys were conducted twice with 28 medical education experts. In addition, a survey was conducted on doctor's competencies among 1,000 citizens, 407 nurses, 237 medical students, 361 majors, and 200 specialists. Through the above process, six core competencies, 16 sub-competencies, and 47 competencies were derived as subject-oriented doctor's competencies. The core competencies were: (1) competency related to disease and health as an expert; (2) competency related to patients as a communicator; (3) competency related to colleagues as a collaborator; (4) competency related to society as a health care leader (5) competency related to oneself as a professional, and (6) competency related to academics as a scholar who contributes to the development of medicine.

Analysis of Overseas Cases and Field Requirements for SW Education Classrooms (SW교육 교실 구축을 위한 해외 사례 및 현장 요구조사 분석)

  • In this paper, in order to prepare a classroom model that can effectively operate SW education, this study explored cases of creative educational space construction overseas and conducted a demand survey on elementary and middle school teachers. As a result, in overseas cases, classrooms were constructed in various forms, and furniture in the classrooms were produced in various shapes and sizes, and the cases using advanced equipment were explored. As a result of the survey on the education site, it was found that the most desired installation is a fluid type that can restructure the space by freely moving the facilities according to the teaching method. The results of the analysis are expected to be of great help in rebuilding computer labs or building infrastructure for future SW training.

  • Objectives: Chungpyesagan-tang is a famous oriental Objectives: medicine treatment frequently used to stroke in Korea. The objective of this study is to evaluate the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of Chungpyesagan-tang on stroke in rat. Methods: We compared the difference in regional cer Methods: ebral blood flow, nitric oxide (NO) synthesis between the control and the Chungpyesagan-tang-treated group after ligating middle cerebral artery. Results: In our study, cerebral blood flow increased more in the stroke rats which had been fed by Chungpyesagan-tang than in the control. Chungpyesagan-tang induced vascular NO synthesis, but had no effect on neuronal NO synthesis. Conclusion: The mechanism of Chngpyesagan-tang's therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke could be explained by increasing cerebral blood flow and vascular NO synthesis.

  • In this study, we the characteristics of the spatial layout have been analyzed focusing on the case of compulsory schools, which are the forms of elementary and middle integrated schools in Japan. Thus, according to the development stage of the elementary·middle students, we derived the characteristics of the space structure and layout of the classrooms of each class. and derived spatial arrangement of private and shared space of elementary and middle integrated schools. In addition, we analyzed the characteristics of subject classroom collaboration by beginner, intermediate and advanced level, derived a desirable subject classroom placement plan, and suggested the basic direction of Korean elementary and middle integrated schools focusing on the direction of space layout composition.
