If we followed to be based on the result of survey for researching on the actual condition about e-Learning of the MOE(2004), the critical problem has been suggested managing the quality of teaching and learning materials(37.68%(1775/4717)). If we also reviewed the research of the KICE(2002), the superior material's rate of 70,000 teaching and learning materials of the web site, the educational organization, and teachers was 8.7%. There was some suggestions about the quality problem of the teaching and learning material, but there wasn't the alternative policy: there wasn't the systemic program for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The purpose of this study was to develop the alternative system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The alternative system of this study's result will be the basic to build the system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. I expect that my system will be the useful tool for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials.

최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

학습 프로세스는 학습참여자인 학습자들과 교수자의 상호적인 활동에 의하여 교수-학습이 이루어지는 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 일련의 학습자료들이 제공되고 만들어진다. 교수-학습이론에서 여러 가지 모델이 제안되어 이용되고 있지만 각 학습참여자의 역할과 학습자료간의 관계가 명시적으로 정의되어 운영되지 못하는 점이 있다. 한편 서비스제공이나 소프트웨어개발과 같은 추상적인 결과물을 생산해야하는 경영학이나 소프트웨어공학에서는 프로세스(과정)의 관리만이 그 결과물의 질을 담보할 수 있다고 생각한다. 결과물의 질관리를 위한 프로세스의 관리는 프로세스의 역할별 활동에 의한 투입/산출물, 프로세스들의 관계를 명시하고, 그에 따른 측정가능한 지표를 개발-분석함으로써 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 기반하여 구성주의적 교수-학습 프로세스를 정의함으로써 교수활동에 구성주의적 교수-학습이론을 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 지침을 제공하고, 향후 프로세스를 기반으로 하는 교육 서비스사이언스의 기본적 구성요소를 제공하고자 한다.

정보 시스템과 인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 다양하고 효율적인 교수-학습자료의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 특히 VRML을 이용한 삼차원 공간의 학습자료 개발은 정보화 사회에서의 교수-학습효과를 더욱 증가시킬 수 있다. 기존의 VRML 저작도구에서는 순차접근방식을 사용한 파일저장시스템을 이용하여 객체를 저장함으로서 객체의 효율적인 관리가 용이하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 데이타베이스 관리시스템의 저장구조를 이용하여 삼차원 객체를 저장하고 관리할 수 있도록 VRML 학습자료 저장시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 또한 본 시스템을 이용하여 중학교 과학 교과서의 화학물구조에 대한 삼차원 학습자료 생성을 예로 들어 보임으로서 그 효율성을 입증한다. 따라서 본 VRML 학습자료 저장 시스템은 교사들로 하여금 삼차원 학습자료를 상호간에 공유하여 재사용할 수 있으며 삼차원 학습자료의 생성에 있어서 시간과 경비 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Teachers talked about the teaching and learning materials which were many but they were not always useful. Many teaching and learning materials called forth the quantitative expansion of them because of developing and delivering them after activating the education of using ICT. These results gave many teachers many advantages in comparison being in a difficult class because of few them. But, in spite of many good points, many teachers said that there were many materials but they were not useful and they could not find easily the fit material for themselves. These teacher's response based on the delivery method of teaching and learning materials is to be improved and the searching method of them is to be improved. To solve these problem, we proposed a method aobut the system for managing the quality of teaching and learning materials. It gives many teachers the advanced teaching and learning materials and the method for finding them more easy.

정보통신기술을 활용한 교수-학습자료가 만들어지고 효율적인 공유 유통을 되기 위해서 국제 표준을 기반으로 하는 메타데이터 구조가 만들어지고 교수-학습자료 분류체계가 정립되었다. 이를 바탕으로 한 교수-학습자료 메타데이터 입력기를 개발하면서 기존의 교육용 컨텐츠 및 메타데이터 입력기의 단점을 SOAP 프로토콜을 적용하여 개선하였으며 사용자 입력항목을 동적으로 구성할 수 있는 XML 환경파일을 관리자가 만들 수 있도록 하였다.

Nowadays Korean main archives and manuscript repositories are planning to develop archival information service for students and teachers in their web sites. This study is aimed at discovering main issues of developing archival information service for students and teachers and finding a solution. The goal of archival information service for students and teachers is the promotion of use through launching service and the gradual growth of archival management program. The customer group is segmented into the students and teachers who are learning and teaching Korean history in classroom. As a result of analyzing curriculum and educational environment, the archival information must be developed into teaching-learning materials. And the processing archival information into archival content is needed. Consequently the character of archival information service for students and teachers is conceptualized as archival content service for teaching-learning materials. At every step of developing archival content service for teaching-learning materials, the next main points are considered and achieved. First, the strategy of customer-focused service must be the same from beginning to end. Second, the growth of traditional archival management(e.g. classification, description and finding aids) must be contributed. Third, the collaboration system leading by professional education staff must be organized. Fourth, the archival information must be related with teaching-learning activities. Fifth, the quality of content is more important than the quantity of it. Sixth, the networking with another agencies for cooperation must be considered.

본 연구는 기존의 대면학습체계에서 가상교육체제로 변화되고 있는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대해 교수자와 학습자가 점진적으로 교육환경 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 대안적인 방안으로써 인터넷을 기반 대면학습 지원 시스템 제안 한다. 가상교육체제는 고도의 정보 인프라와 학습자 및 교수자 모두에게 일정수준 이상의 정보기술이 요구되고, 실험실습, 실기교육 등과 같은 참여교육에 제한이 따르며, 교육체제에서 기본적으로 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동들을 수용하는데 교육컨텐츠 및 운영 시스템에 대한 정교한 설계 및 준비가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상교육체제의 문제점과 기존 면대면 학습체제의 보완을 위한 방안으로써 교육체제에서 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동 요소들을 정보시스템에서 운영이 가능한 정형화 프로그린 및 프로세스로 전환하여 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 대면학습 지원시스템은 교수 및 학습 활동에 요구되는 전반적인 자료들을 교수-학습 지원 프로그램 및 프로세스에서 체계적으로 관리 및 운영할 수 있도록 모듈화 하는 방안을 제시하였다.

웹 기반 교육(WBI)이 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나 한편으로는 웹 기반 수업 혹은 웹 기반 교육의 초기에는 교수자의 개인적인 수준에서 교육 시스템이 개발 운영되어 체계적으로 개발 관리되지 못하였고 교수-학습자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하지 못하였다. 그리고 분산되어 있는 자료의 적절한 활용과 검색이 용이하지 못하여 중복 개발되고 신뢰성이 떨어지는 문제점등을 내포한다. 이 논문에서는 WBSE(Web Based Software Engineering)개념을 웹 기반 교육시스템에 도입하여 요구사항을 반영하고 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 소프트웨어를 컴포넌트화 하는 작업을 시도하여 이를 재사용 통합함으로써 새로운 교육 소프트웨어 개발에 사용되는 일련의 과정에 대하여 연구 기술하였다.

최근 웹을 교육 훈련 분야와 교수 업무 지원 분야에서 활용함으로써, 업무의 효율화를 기하고 학생들에게 필요한 정보와 질 높은 서비스를 제공하는 수단으로 이용하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 웹 상에서 복잡한 학교 업무의 효과적인 관리와 학습 자료 및 업무 자료를 제공할 수 있는 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교수 지원 도메인 분석을 통해 개발 시스템 모델을 제시하고, 효율적인 XML 문서를 지원하는 방법을 제시하고 교수자의 다양한 요구사항을 융통성 있게 수용하고자 한다. 교수 지원 시스템중 학습지도안 작성을 위한 시스템의 표준화된 양식을 제공하기 위해 지도안의 항목들을 분석, 식별하고 프로토타이핑 시스템을 설계하고 이 시스템에 적용할 표준화된 DTD를 작성하고 XML 문서로 표현, 수정함으로써 웹 상에서 쉽게 지도안을 작성 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 교수 지원 시스템은 교수들이 교수 학습활동에 전념할 수 있도록 교육여건을 개선하고 나아가 교육정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용을 목적으로 한다.
