  • Through classes conducted using the Shift+N teaching method developed by H University for students taking major courses in radiology, the factors that influence teaching methods on learning outcomes and satisfaction with major courses were identified based on a survey of students. The analysis results were described. Compared to the existing major class method, pre-study was conducted through non-face-to-face lectures in advance and face-to-face lectures were conducted for the main class. After the lecture, related keywords corresponding to the parking lot were presented and class contents related to the keywords were applied. A possible problem was presented. In the next week, we proceeded with problem solving and explaining again the difficult or insufficient parts related to the students' review. As a result, the Shift+N teaching method showed high student participation and satisfaction due to the new class progress, which is different from the existing theory major class. Based on the results of this study, in order to efficiently deliver learning content to strengthen major competencies, we must improve existing major classes and develop teaching methods tailored to major subjects to improve students' knowledge and satisfaction through more effective and innovative teaching methods. A plan must be found.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the way of teaching and learning logarithm in high school mathematics and provide practical suggestions for teaching logarithms. For such purpose, it reviewed John Napier's life and his ideas, the effect of logarithms on seventeenth century science, and a logarithmic scale and its methods of calculation. With this reviews, introduction of logarithms with function concept, logarithmic calculation with common logarithms, and the formula of converting to other logarithmic bases were reviewed for finding a new perspective of teaching and learning logarithms in high school mathematics. Through such historical and pedagogical reviews, this paper presented practical suggestions and comments about the way of teaching and learning logarithms in high school mathematics.

  • In order to overcome the limitations of the instructor-centered lecture-style teaching method, recently, flipped learning, a learner-centered teaching method, has been widely introduced. However, despite the many advantages of flipped learning, there is a problem that students cannot solve questions that arise during prior learning in real time. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, we developed DBbot, an assistant chatbot for database design course managed in the flipped learning method. The DBBot is composed of a chatbot app for learners and a chatbot management app for instructors. Also, it's implemented so that questions that instructors can anticipate in advance, such as questions related to class operation and every semester repeated questions related to learning content, can be answered using Google's DialogFlow. It's implemented so that questions that the instructor cannot predict in advance, such as questions related to team projects, can be answered using the question/answer DB and the BM25 algorithm, which is a similarity comparison algorithm.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a philosophical reflection on mathematical process consistently emphasized in our curriculum and to stress the importance of sharing creativity and its applicability to the mathematical process with the value of sharing and participation. For this purpose, we describe five stages of changing process in a peer mentoring teaching method conducted by a teacher who taught this method for 17 years with the goal of sharing creativity and examine components of mathematical process and their impact on it in each stage based on learning environment, learning process, and assessment. Results suggest that six principles should be underlined and considered for students to be actively involved in mathematical process. After analyzing changes in the five stages of the peer mentoring teaching method, the five principles scrutinized in mathematical process are the principles of continuous interactivity, contextual dependence, bidirectional development, teacher capability, and student participation. On the basis of these five principles, the principle of cooperative creativity is extracted from effective changes of mathematical process as a guiding force.

  • The purpose of this study is to cultivate the educational competency of pre-librarians in the Department of Library & Information Science. To achieve this, first, the program is developed which is based by PBL(Project Based Learning) method for LIS education. Second, the questionnaire for education librarian self-efficacy is developed to measure the education librarian self-efficacy. Third, data were collected from 42 LIS undergraduate students at the beginning and end of the semester-long program during which it was adopted. The data were analyzed by paired t-test with SPSS. Analysis shows the program has a significant effect on the improvement of educational self-efficacy for pre-education librarians. Also, it is hoped that for this program will be applied to continuing education programs for education librarians and teacher librarians.

  • This study was conducted for 4 weeks on the preparation of the science teaching/learning course plan for 109 students in 4 classes of the 2nd year intensive course at B University of Education. Pre-service elementary teachers attended a two-week field training practice after listening to a lecture on how to write a science teaching and learning course plan. Pre-service elementary teachers tried to find out about the selection of materials and the degree of connection between the course plan and the class to prepare the science teaching/learning course plan. The researcher completed the questionnaire by reviewing and deliberation on the questionnaire questions together with 4 pre-service elementary teachers. The questionnaire related to the writing of the science teaching and learning course plan consists of 8 questions. Preferred reference materials when writing the course plan, the level of interest in learning, the success or failure of the science course plan and class, the science preferred model, the evaluation method in unit time, and the science teaching and learning One's own efforts to write the course plan, the contents of this course are the science faculty. It is composed of the preparation of the learning process plan and how helpful it is to the class. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that elementary school pre-service elementary teachers preferred teacher guidance the most when drafting science teaching and learning curriculum plans. Second, it is recognized that the development stage is very important in the teaching and learning stage of the science department. Third, Pre-service elementary teachers believe that the science and teaching and learning process plan has a high correlation with the success of the class. Fourth, it was said that the student's level, the teacher's ability, and the appropriate lesson plan had the most influence on the class. Fifth, it was found that pre-service elementary teachers prefer the inquiry learning class model. Sixth, it was found that reports and activity papers were preferred for evaluation in 40-minute classes. Seventh, it was stated that the teaching and learning process plan is highly related to the class, so it will be studied and studied diligently. Eighth, the method of writing a science teaching and learning course plan based on the instructional design principle is interpreted as very beneficial.

  • CS Unplugged education is emphasized as the component of the basic principles of Elementary SW education. This document produced by two other Timbell presents the contents in a variety of topics about computer science. One of the main components is the finite Automata, and this requires the development of educational materials for teaching our situation. So We'll present the finite Automata learning materials for elementary school classes. Learning model that we have presented is a process of self-directed and activity-based learning. For verification of this experiment was the validation of the expert group and was concluded that adequate through the analysis of the diagnostic tests.
