A Study on the Educational Plan of Business Chinese Speaking by Using the Method of Storytelling and Role-play - Focused on Chinese Drama - (스토리텔링과 롤 플레이 기법을 통한 비즈니스 중국어 말하기 교육방안 탐색 - 드라마를 중심으로 -)

  • The main purpose of this study is to reveal the educational value of the Chinese drama and present a concrete and feasible Chinese speaking teaching-learning programme targeted at intermediate level Chinese learners through storytelling and role-play. There is some advice for Chinese speaking teaching-learning by using Chinese dramas. Firstly, applying various techniques actively such as storytelling and role play, not only could it help to correct Chinese speaking pronunciation, but it could also help students to make up and express their ideas as free as possible. Secondly, it's necessary to accord with the teaching objectives of Chinese speaking, students' actual level and requirements to select Chinese dramas as Chinese speaking teaching-learning materials. Thirdly, it's noteworthy that teachers should select Chinese dramas with various genres or theme according to social development to promote the fun of class and maximize the educational value of Chinese dramas as teaching-learning materials.

  • 현대사회의 구조변화에 따라 직업교육의 효율성과 산업현장의 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육방안의 일환으로 연계교육(2+2)이 실시되고 있다. 그러나 연계 교육은 학교 현장에서 정상적으로 교육과정을 진행할 수 없는 현실적인 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 연계교육을 병행하고 있는 실업계 고등학교에서는 아직 졸업하지 않은 학생들의 연속적인 교육을 위해 인터넷을 이용한 교수-학습 방법을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 연계교육을 위한 효율적인 교수-학습방법을 제시하고, 이를 효율적으로 운영 및 평가할 수 있는 원격대화식 학습 평가시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

  • It is the basic direction of revised education course to bring up the autonomous and creative Koreans to lead the 21st century. In the music education of the middle school it could be said that music program using computer is a very effective medium for learners' sake of stimulating their audio-visual sense at the same time. In this study, I will look around the facility of the computer music program and tried to find the application method to connect the creative learning activity in music class. And I will also show the application method in the musical activity area. For this, I proposed the method for students' creative learning activity in the middle of using Finale 2010 for music notation, Window Moviemaker for image editing and Goldwave for sound editing.

Design and Applications of Inquiry-Style Geometry Program based on Operating Activity (조작활동 중심의 탐구형 기하 프로그램 설계 및 활용)

  • There have been a few mathematic education programs that based on operating activity considering cognitive development level of elementary student, although we can find a variety of computer-aided mathematic teaching methods for elementary school. The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of mathematical program based on operating activity developed as teaching materials in plain figures. As results of the post-achievement test and attitude test, it was found that the math program has been improved the achievement positively. By a result that inspects mathematical learning attitude of the experiment group, it was found that variable factors such as interest, confidence, self-learning were changed significantly more important in statistics.

Development of a Discussion-Centered Teaching and Learning Model (토의 중심 교수학습 모형 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a discussion-centered teaching and learning model for nurturing creative and convergence talents. Regarding the research method, a draft model on discussion-centered teaching and learning was devised, and the model was completed through expert validation. The final draft was revised and supplemented by verifying how valid the model was when applied in class by using the derived final draft. Compared with the draft on discussion-centered teaching and learning model, the final model focused on text-reading emphasis, methods of questioning, and question generation strategies, excluding jigsaw discussions. The discussion-centered teaching and learning model developed in this study is expected to help instructors foster creative and convergence talents. Three suggestions have been provided to effectively apply this model to the field. First, an attitude of listening and respect is required during a discussion. Second, a plan should be considered on how to induce active participation of learners participating in the discussion. Third, the importance of managing discussion time was emphasized.

  • This study investigates strategies to increase learning efficiency for programming subjects to which flipped learning teaching method is applied targeting non-major students. Design a learner-centered flipped learning-based programming class and get strategies for effective application methods for field application. Also, the purpose is to explore the efficient application of the flipped learning teaching method to the computational thinking subject of liberal arts classes at this university. By applying the flipped learning teaching method, one of the innovative teaching methods, we consider ways to improve the quality of programming subject classes, the efficiency of practical education, and the improvement of learner achievement. The purpose of this study is to design an efficient learning model for software education targeting non-majors by applying various teaching methods and learning design models convergence away from the traditional teaching method.

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 학생 수준에 맞는 알고리즘 교육을 위한 웹 기반 시뮬레이션의 설계 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 알고리즘 교육을 위한 시뮬레이션 모형을 기반으로 자료 처리의 가장 기본이 되는 정렬 및 탐색 알고리즘으로 제한하여 설계 방안을 고찰하였다. 각각의 알고리즘 학습을 위해 실생활과 밀접한 모의상활을 제시하여 알고리즘 학습에 대한 학습동기를 극대화할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 설계한 시뮬레이션을 개발하여 적용한다면 초등학교 수준에 맞는 알고리즘 교수-학습에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

A Study of Instructional Materials for Activity-Centered Teaching in Elementary Mathematics (초등수학수업에서 활동중심 교수.학습자료 활용에 대한 조사연구)

  • The goal of mathematics education in the 7-th national curriculum is focused on maximizing learning effectiveness through teaching mathematics, considering learning contents and levels appropriate to various levels of students' abilities. Thus, reduction of contents, learner-centered way of teaching, and multi-step differentiated learning are centered around the curriculum. However, in reality one of the most difficult problems mentioned by many inservice teachers is that students are not interested in school mathematics because some of them tended to learn mathematics in advance in private institutes and others felt difficult from school mathematics. Thus, alternative solutions are strongly required. When students are more interested in mathematics classes and instructional materials, as a more effective way of teaching, are appropriately used, problems mentioned above are expected to be solved. In order to solve problems, additionally, this study investigated the amount of time assigned to each area of mathematics textbooks from level 1-A to level 6-B, which are currently used in elementary school. This study also examined inservice teachers' views about how instructional materials should be used. This will be helpful on using and developing instructional materials, and it will lead to more exciting classes of mathematics. However, these teaching materials need to be carefully used regarding their relationships with pedagogical transfer, metacognitive movement, and localization.

  • 학생들이 실세계와 수학적 세계사이를 연관시켜 사고하고 해석하는 방법 및 실제 문제를 해결하는 일반적인 전략의 방법론의 하나가 수학적 모델링(Mathematical modelling)이라고 볼 수 있다. 한편, 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 과정에서 구체적인 조작 활동을 통하여 학생 스스로가 지식을 ‘구성(construction)’ 할 수 있도록 해 주어야 한다는 구성주의적 사조가 대두되고 있는데, 본 논문에서는 구성주의적 관점에서 수학적 모델링을 통한 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 지도를 위한 활용 방안을 한 예시를 통해서 고찰해 보고자 한다.

An Analysis of the Home Economics Education Discipline Items in the Teacher Recruitment Examination for Secondary School (중등교사 신규임용 후보자 선정 경쟁시험 가정과 교과교육학 출제 문항 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the home economics education items in the teacher recruitment examination for secondary school. To achieve the purpose, all the home economics education items, which were carried out for seven times from the school year 2001 to the most recent year 2007, were compared and analyzed. The form of items was analyzed by frequency and rate. Behavioral domain of items was analyzed by content analysis. In this study, some recommendations were suggested for the quality of home economics education items through discussion of science education and society education items, which were abstracted from the school year 2001 to the most recent year 2007. The results of this study were as follows. First, the score ratio of home economics education items was fluid as 20-30% from the school year 2001 to 2004 but it fixed as 30-35% since the school year 2005. In subcategory of home economics education, curriculum items accounted for highest ratio(43%). In the next thing, items of teaching-learning method(35%), evaluation(19%) and philosophy(3%) related to home economics education were followed in order. Second, the form of home economics education items was coexistent form of single item and subordinate item from the school year 2001 to 2004. But it was changed into form of single item by 100% since the school year 2005. Third, regarding the content of home economics education items, most of the curriculum items were related to the content of the 7th National Curriculum. Teaching-learning method items were taken mostly from model of teaching-learning. Evaluation items were taken mostly from performance assessment. Philosophy items related to home economics education were taken only from Habermas's three systems of action on the school year 2005. Fourth, about behavioral domain of home economics education items, most of the curriculum items were level of 'simple knowledge or memory'. Therefore, it was suggested that behavioral domain of curriculum items had to be changed into 'complex knowledge or comprehension and application'. The behavioral domain of teaching-learning method items and education evaluation items was mostly 'complex knowledge or comprehension and application'. However, to bettering the items it was suggested that the behavioral domain of them has to be changed 'comprehension' into more 'application'. Fifth, regarding the coverage of home economics education items, curriculum items were limited only superficial content of the 7th National Curriculum. Therefore, it was suggested that coverage of curriculum items had to be extended to theoretical content, which was philosophical background and various principles of curriculum. It was suggested that coverage of teaching-learning method items had to be extended to the content including various teaching-learning theories and the practical reasoning home economics instruction proved effective as home economics instruction recently. Evaluation items were taken mostly from performance assessment. Therefore, it was suggested that coverage of evaluation items had to be extended to analysis of evaluation result, item validity and reliability, and evaluator's philosophical perspective.
