예비교사에게 요구되는 미래 교사역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of Future Teacher Competency Diagnostic Scale for Pre-service Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 예비교사에게 요구되는 미래 교사역량 진단도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 미래 교사역량으로 지식, 실천, 인성 등 3차원에서 각각 기초역량과 직무역량으로 위계화하여 가설모형을 설정하였다. 본 가설모형을 바탕으로 54개의 예비문항을 개발하였으며, J지역 237명의 예비교사를 대상으로 역량 진단검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 본 연구의 결과 미래 교사역량은 지식 차원 6개 요인 18개 문항, 실천 차원 6개 요인 17개 문항, 인성 차원 6개 요인 18개 문항 등 총 53개 문항이 도출되었다. 둘째, 미래 교사역량 진단 모형의 적합성은 비교적 만족할 만한 수준이었고, 집중타당성과 판별타당성이 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 논의하였으며, 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 후속연구 제언을 제시하였다.

사서교사 직무 역량에 대한 중요도·만족도 분석 (A Study on Analysis of Importance-Performance on Teacher Librarians' Competencies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서교사 역량을 재정의하고, 역량 우선순위를 분석하여 사서교사 양성 및 재교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 사서교사 238명의 설문조사 데이터를 IPA, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 사서교사들은 교사와 경영자 영역에 대해 중요도와 만족도를 높게 인식하고 있으나 정보 전문가, 협력적 리더 영역에 대해서는 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 정보전문가 영역에서 교육환경 변화에 따른 데이터 사이언스, 코딩, 사물인터넷 영역에 대해 요구하고 있었다. 셋째, 교사 영역에서 정보윤리와 저작권 교육, 디지털 및 미디어 리터러시 교육 등에 대해 요구하고 있었다. 넷째, 경영자 영역에서 미래교육을 위한 시설 디자인, 온라인 및 오프라인 마케팅, 메이커스페이스 및 러닝커먼스 구축 등에 대해 요구하고 있었다. 다섯째, 협력적 리더 영역에서 도서관활용수업 및 도서관협력수업에 대한 실행 평가 역량, 교과 연계 정보자료 컬렉션 구축 역량 등을 요구하고 있었다. 여섯 번째, 이러한 연구 내용을 바탕으로 사서교사에게 요구되는 최우선 요구 역량을 각 직무 영역별로 제안하였다.

인구교육 전문가 양성을 위한 연수 프로그램 개발 (A Study on Teachers' Training Program Satisfaction of Population Education)

  • 본 연구는 인구 교육의 기초 이론에 대한 이해를 심화시키기 위한 교사 직무 연수 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 윤인경 외(2006)의 연구를 기반으로 하여 인간 존중, 인구, 가족, 복지, 교수 학습 방법 및 교재 개발의 5개 영역으로 60시간에 해당되는 연수 프로그램을 개발하고 연수 강사진은 시 도교육청 장학사, 교과 교육 전문가, 교과 내용 전공자, 보건복지부 담당자 등 다양하게 구성하였다. 연수 프로그램은 초등학교 교사와 중등학교 교사 59명을 대상으로 2008년 8월 13일(월)~22일(금)까지 9일 동안 진행되었으며, 연수를 실시한 후 프로그램의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 리커드 척도 형태의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과 인구교육 연수 프로그램 구성, 내용, 강사진에 대한 만족도가 4.25로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 2기 연수 프로그램을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 연수생들의 만족도 평가와 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 본 연구에서 개발한 초등학교용, 중학교용 교사용 연수 프로그램을 수정 보완하였다.

보육교사의 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인의 메타회귀분석 (A Meta-regression Analysis on related Protective Variables of Childcare Teacher's Turnover Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 지난 10년간의 보육교사 이직의도와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 이직의도를 억제하는 변인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였고 메타회귀분석을 통해 조사시기와 조사지역에 따른 변화추이를 검증하였다. 연구대상으로는 분석을 위해 효과크기 변환이 가능한 논문 33편을 선정하였다. 연구결과 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인군의 효과크기는 조직외면적, 직무, 조직내면적변인군 순으로 나타났고, 세변인군 모두 중간효과크기를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직외면적변인군의 하위변인은 근로시간의 효과크기가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 직무변인군의 하위변인은 교사효능감과 직무만족이 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직내면적변인군의 하위변인은 대인관계와 원장과의 관계의 관계가 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상, 조사년도에 따른 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인의 메타회귀분석 결과 모든 연구 개념들이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 변인들에 대한 상관분석 결과, 복지후생은 수도권외지역보다 수도권지역일 수록 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

보육교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Daycare Teachers' Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Their Psychological Happiness)

  • The study was conducted by regression analysis based on a survey with the subjects of 107 daycare teachers working at 120 daycare facilities located in Gyeonggi-do, so as to investigate the influence of daycare teachers' 'job stress' and 'job satisfaction' on their 'psychological happiness'. The results are: first, there was significant difference in job stress(F(3,103)=2.85, p<.05), job satisfaction(F(3,103)=5.88, p<.05) and psychological happiness(F(3,103)=3.52, p<.05) accordant to the kind of work facilities among social demographic variables. In the correlation between 'job stress' and 'job satisfaction', there was negative correlation(r= .-56, p<.(01). Second, in the correlation between 'job stress' and 'psychological happiness', there was negative correlation(r= .-41, p<.001). Third, in the correlation between 'job satisfaction' and 'psychological happiness', there was positive correlation(r= .54, p<.001). In the relationship between 'job satisfaction' and 'job stress', job stress had influence on job satisfaction($R^2$= .43, F=79.42, p<.001). The explanatory power of it was 43%. In the relationship between 'job stress' and 'psychological happiness', 'job stress' had influence on 'psychological happiness'($R^2$= .41, F=21.46, p<.001). The explanatory power of it was 17%. In the relationship between 'job satisfaction' and 'psychological happiness', 'job satisfaction' had influence on 'psychological happiness'($R^2$= 59, F=5457, p<.001). The explanatory power of it was 34%.

전문직 여성의 직무 스트레스, 직업 만족도, 건강 : 간호사와 교사 그룹을 중심으로 (The Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Health of Women Who Work in the Professional Job: Nurses and Teachers)

  • This research study explores the job stress, job satisfaction, and health of women who works in the professional work place and identify the influence of the job stress and job satisfaction on the mental health status focused on the social and psychological structure of the workplace. Method: 535 participants of registered nurses and teachers from 10 General Hospitals and 15 Middle and High School located in Seoul, Korea were completed the modified version of the short form Work-family stress inventory of questionnaire as used for job stress and mental health problems and perceived overall health status and job satisfaction. Result: Job stress was significantly correlated with job satisfaction, overall health, and mental health. There were also significant group differences in job stress and job satisfaction between nurses and teachers. Multiple regression only moderately supported the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the mental health of professional working women. Also marital status demonstrated a significant factor of group differences in job stress, work-family stress, job satisfaction, and mental health problem. Conclusion: These results suggest that job stress in the work place has profound impact on job satisfaction and health of women who work in the professional job. This study also identified major sources and types of work-related stress on women's health which should be considered in a management for health promotion.

영양교사의 과업량, 직무 긴장·갈등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nutrition Teachers' Work Load and Job Tention on Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine nutrition teachers' workload, job tension, and job satisfaction. Specifically, this study investigated the influence of nutrition teachers' workload and job tension on job satisfaction. A self-administered survey was distributed via online to 240 school nutrition teachers, in Korea, from July 16 to September 5, 2016. A total of 132 respondents completed the survey. The survey asked respondents for the time required for each task, job tension, job satisfaction, and demographic information. The findings of the study indicated that nutrition teachers spent most of their time on foodservice operation/management. Among factors affecting job satisfaction, amount of work showed the lowest score. Job tension (P<0.001) of school nutrition teachers and amount of work (P<0.01) negatively affected their job satisfaction. Moreover 'kind of work' (P<0.001), 'future of career' (0.01), and 'amount of work' (0.05) were the factors significantly affecting job satisfaction. The study offers implications for governmental policies which can improve school nutrition teachers' satisfaction with their job duties.

학교급식 영양교사와 영양사의 역할갈등, 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입 비교 - 영양교사와 영양사의 상호작용을 중심으로 - (Comparison of Role Conflict, Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians at School Food Service in Incheon Metropolitan City - Focusing on the Interactions between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians -)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare differences in role conflict, self efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement perceived by school nutrition teachers and dietitians. A total of 335 female school nutrition teachers and dietitians from Incheon area were surveyed by a self-report questionnaire in November 2010. Collected data were processed using SPSS 15.0. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested and differences between the two groups were analyzed using the Student's t-test, the chi-square test, and a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The job satisfaction level of nutrition teachers was higher than that of dietitians. The effect of role conflict and job satisfaction for nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to age. In addition, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement of nutrition teachers and dietitians were influenced by their annual salaries. The frequency of meals served also affected role conflict, job satisfaction, and job involvement of the nutrition teachers and dietitians, and the effect of job involvement by the nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to meal service type. Therefore, it is necessary to establish strategies for resolving role conflicts among school foodservice specialists and improve their self-efficacy for enhancing consumer's satisfaction with the general quality of school food service. These efforts may contribute to job satisfaction and job involvement of food service specialists and ultimately to the productivity of food service and the establishment of food service specialist roles.

직업능력개발훈련교사의 분산적 지도성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 조직시민행동과 교사 임파워먼트의 매개효과 - (On the Effect of Dispersed Leadership of Vocational Training Teachers on Job Satisfaction Through Organization Citizenship Behavior and Teacher Empowerment)

  • The goal of this research is to empirically examine how vocational skill development teachers' distributed leadership influences on job satisfaction, through organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. A nation-wide survey was conducted among vocational skills development teachers, the unemployed and teachers who have used a government-subsidized education card. First, the study revealed that vision has no significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Second, leader-plus has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Third, situation has no significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Fourth, organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Fifth, a significant influence was found between teacher empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

보육교사-학부모 간 의사소통 어려움과 직무만족도가 보육교사의 정서노동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Child-care Teachers' Communication Difficulty with Parents and Their Job Satisfaction on Emotional Labor of Child-care Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the level of communication difficulty between child-care teachers and parents and teachers' job satisfaction on teacher's emotional labor. Methods: The data of 137 questionnaires collected in Y city, Gyeongggi-do were analyzed. The respondents of the questionnaires were teachers of 0-5 year old children. Statistical analyses were performed using frequency analysis, explorative factor analysis, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis at the p < .05 by SPSS 24.0 program. Results: First, there was no statistically significant difference on child-care teachers' communication difficulties with parents by sociological variables of child-care teachers. Second, there was no statistically significant difference on teachers' job satisfaction by sociological variables of child-care teachers. However, there were significant differences on the sub-factors of job satisfaction by teaching careers, types of workplace, and marital status. Third, these two factors were found to be important predictors of child-care teachers' emotional labor. Conclusion/Implications: In order to reduce the emotional labor experienced by child-care teachers in early childhood care settings, it will be necessary to pursue a multi-faceted approach to improving the working environment.
