  • A construction project of Incheon 2nd bridge, which is connected between the Incheon Song-Do New Town and the Incheon International Airport in Young-Jong-Do, have been proposed by the private capital in 1999. But the optimal span width in the bridge main span have not been decided in spite of the three investigations into the feasibility of ship's safe transit in this planned bridge. In this paper, we study the optimal main span width according to the traffic volume in the future traffic and the ship maneuverability of maximum size aspect. The result cf this study, Incheon 2nd bridge main span design is required to design two-way traffic scheme and 1,000m span width, which will satisfy the safe transit from the viewpoint of the traffic volume in the future traffic and the ship maneuverability maximum size.

  • A construction project of Incheon 2nd bridge, which is connected between the Incheon Song-Do New Town and the Incheon International Airport in Young-Jong-Do, has been proposed by the private capital in 1999. But the optimal width of the main span has not been decided in spite of the three investigations into the feasibility of ship's safe transit in this planned bridge. In this paper, we study the optimal width of the main span according to the traffic volume in the future traffic and the ship maneuverability of maximum size aspect. The result of this study, the channel in the main span of Incheon 2nd bridge is required to design two-way traffic scheme and the width of 1,000m, which will satisfy the safe transit from the viewpoint of the traffic volume in the future traffic and the ship maneuverability of maximum size.

  • 본 연구는 장기하상변동, 단면축소세굴, 국부세굴로 일반적으로 분류되는 세굴형태 중 국부세굴의 방지를 위하여 교자 전면에서 발생하는 하강류를 차단함으로써 교각 및 교각기초를 세굴로부터 보호하여 세굴심을 감소시키기 위한 실험적 인구로서, 동시에 경제성을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교각의 기초부의 전면에 유수방향과 대응되도록 세굴방지구조물을 설치하여 세굴방지구조물의 상부 끝단에 하강류를 방지하기 위하여 차단각을 주었고 세굴방지구조물의 폭은 교자의 폭을 고려하여 설계하였다. 이러한 세굴방지구조물은 기초에 하강류 차단 방지시설을 설치하여 세굴심의 방지효과가 약 $20\~40\%$로 나타났으며 기존의 교자기초에 설치하던 매트 및 사석보호공에 비해 경제적 시공이 가능하며, 지속적인 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 물의 다양한 흐름으로 인한 교각주변의 수위 및 유속변화에 대하여 연구하기 위해 수리모형을 설치하여 개도비를 70%로 고정시키고 유속을 44cm/sec, 57cm/sec, 72cm/sec, 84cm/sec로 변화시켜 부유잡목의 높이와 폭에 따른 흐름특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 동일개도비 70%상에서 상류에서는 유속이 증가하면서 수위 또한 증가를 하였으며 교각 직상류에서는 갑자기 증가하였다. 교각 직하류부에서는 수위가 감소하여 최저 수위가 나타났으며 수위변화가 매우 불규칙하게 나타났다. 또한 교각설치 직상류부와 하류부에서는 수위차가 크게 나타났으며 유속이 증가 할수록 수위차는 더욱 크게 나타났다. 동일개도비의 부유잡목 중 폭보다 깊이 방향으로의 크기가 증가하고 유속이 증가함에 따라 교량 하류부의 유속이 매우 크게 증가하여 교량피해에 큰 영향을 줄 것으로 판단되며 교각의 하류부 또한 매우 불규칙한 유황으로 인한 피해도 우려된다.

  • 항로를 횡단하여 건설되는 교량이 증가하고 해상교통의 증가에 비례하여 항로의 혼잡도가 증가하는 만큼 선박과 교량의 충돌우려가 커지고 있다. 선박과 교량의 충돌은 단순 접촉사고가 아닌 재난급 사고의 개연성이 크다. 직접 손괴를 일으키는 큰 충돌이 아니더라도 선박과 교각의 충격진동에 의하여 교량상판이 균형을 잃고 연쇄 붕괴하는 일이 종종 발생하여 많은 인명의 손실이 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 적정 교각 폭, 교각의 시인성 증진을 위한 표지와 등화의 설치 및 점등방법 등의 환경 여건 개선, 충돌방지공의 효과 검토, 교량 통과전 사전 점검사항, 교량 부근에서 선박의 조종성 유지방안, 예선의 효과 연구, 관제기법과 안전규정, 불가피한 충돌이나 접촉의 경우 손실 감소대책과 충돌방지공의 효과 등 다각적인 연구가 필요하다. 면피용 탁상이론을 배제하고 현장실무의 경험을 바탕으로 실효적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we study the economic analysis on port operational efficiency according to traffic schemes, me-way or two-way of vessels over 10,000G/T, in the bridge main span of this bridge. In this comparative result, total queueing time due to the one-way in the bridge main span is evaluated 20,362 hours in 2011 and 24,544 hours in 2020. Therefore the demurrage cost and the accumulation cost of freight are evaluated 19.7 billion won in 2011, and 23.3 billion won in 2020, then total accumulated costs during 33 years from 2008 until 2040 are evaluated about 768..9 billion won.

  • 도시주변 하천에서 수공구조물의 설치가 하천흐름에 미치는 영향은 매우 크게 나타난다. 특히 최근 급격한 기온상승에 따른 게릴라성 호우에 의한 홍수시 그 영향은 더욱 크게 나타나 재산, 인명 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 도시주변 하천이며, 관측자료가 풍부한 금강유역의 금남교 지점으로부터 공주대교지점까지 약 14.7km 지점에 대하여 교각의 설치각도가 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석 하였다. 교각의 설치각도에 대한 분석을 위하여 장방형교각(폭${\times}$길이: $3{\times}8m$)으로 가정하여 RMA-2모형을 이용하였으며, 교각의 설치각도는 $0^{\circ}$, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$로 표면유속 및 수위분포에 대한 모의를 하였다. 모의된 결과는 현재 설치되어있는 원형교각(지름: 3m의 병렬교각)의 경우와 교각이 없는 경우를 비교하였고, 유량측정에 의한 관측자료(2003년 6월 20일${\sim}$2004년 6월 20)와 모의자료를 비교하여 매개변수 보정을 실시하였다.

A Study of the Local Scour Considering the Pier Shapes in the Cohesive Bed (점착성 하상에서의 교각형상에 따른 국부세굴 연구)

  • When the pier is constructed in the cohesive be, the accuracy maynot be obtained because the equation for calculating the scour at piers is based upon the results which are analyzed through the experiments in the non-cohesive bed. In this paper, the variation of the depth of the pier scour occurred by constructing 5 types of pier in the channel having the cohesive material is examined. The experimental results are analyzed based upon Froude numbers and non-dimensional numbers which are indicated as the flow depths compared to the pier width. The results are also compared with the results obtained using the existing pier scour equations. In this paper, the shape factors, which can be used for calculating the scour depth of the pier in the cohesive channel bed, are suggested. The shape factors are indicated through the ratios between the scour depth at the circular pier and the scour depths at the different types of pier, and are suggested as two stages. In the first stage, in which the water depth compared to the pier width is less than 1.2, the shape factors are given as the equations. However, in the second stage the shape factors are given as the constant values. It is understood that the shape factors suggested in this paper can be properly usd for calculating local scour at piers in the bridges which are constructed in the cohesive channel bed having the characteristics of the bed material which is used in these experiments.   • To design ship channels is one of important factors for planning and developing a port. Bends in channels should be avoided if possible, but the channel should be widened, if channel bend is unavoidable, considering the swept path of a ship for safe passage. In this study, Variable Bumper Area(VBA) model is applied to determine the channel widths in bends. The result of this study shows that the width of the bend may be designed as nearly same size of that in straight channel in case that the angle of deflection is less than 30 degrees, and that of the bend with 60 degrees deflection should be widened based on the length of the largest ship using the channel and the angle of deflection.
