Understanding of the Practice of Elementary School Mathematics Education - Focused on the Teaching and Learning Methods - (초등학교 수학교육 실제의 이해 -교수.학습 방법을 중심으로-)

  • This study intends to understand the practice of elementary school mathematics education, focusing on the teaching and learning methods. To achieve these goals, we reviewed and analysed instructional methods pertaining to both (general) pedagogy and mathematics education. And we designed and implemented a questionnaire survey regarding the elementary school teachers' opinions. Moreover, we observed several mathematics lessons of elementary school to understand better the practice of teaching and learning. From these survey and observation, we learned several important aspects of investigation and development of instructional methods.

An Effect of Multiple Intelligences-Specific Observation Strategy on Observation Skills, Achievement and Scientific Attitude in Elementary Science Class (초등과학 수업에서 다중지능 요소별 관찰전략을 활용한 관찰학습이 학생의 관찰능력, 성취도 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of multiple intelligences-specific observation strategy on observation skills, achievement and scientific attitude in elementary science class For this study, the observation learning for the multiple intelligences-specific observation strategy was applied to elementary science class. The results of this study were as follows: To examine this learning materials were applied to elementary science curriculum, and an experimental group and a control group were selected from 4th graders at elementary school J located in Incheon. The results of this study were as follows.: 1. this study was found statistically significant difference in the pupil's enhancement of the observation ability(p<.05). Specifically, analysis of elements of the observation abilities, it was effective to increase abilities of classification of statements, qualitative observation and quantitative observation. 2. science academic achievement of the group using this developed program was significantly higher compared with a control group. 3. there weren't differences between the comparison and experimental groups in term of the scientific attitude. But the experimental group showed greater increases in the openness, spontaneity and creativity that are the elements of scientific attitude. In conclusion, the Multiple Intelligences Observation Training was useful to develop the elementary school student's the observation ability, science academic achievement, scientific attitude(openness, spontaneity and creativity) and better be widely applied to science education.

  • Conventional paper-based assessment methods for Gifted students to be selected are changed into observed and recommended method, and this is focus on developing the potential of gifted students. Information is subject to the school curriculum does not address the important observation because of recommendations from teachers' attention away from ideas on how recommendations are being observed is very low. To solve this problem, existing information about gifted education gifted characteristics of the subjects studied by analyzing the proposal and recommended elements of a feasibility study is to describe. The results of this study recommended that teachers or teachers' information, observing the subjects in the field of gifted education is likely to take advantage of them when detail.

Patterns of Observation Type of Elementary Science-gifted Students in Visit Activities of the Science Museum (과학박물관 탐방활동에서 나타난 초등 과학 영재 학생들의 관찰 유형 분석)

  • The aim of this study was to categorize and analyze the patterns of the observation type in the experiential learning through the science museum for elementary gifted students in science. Ten science-gifted students were included and analyzed in this study and during experiential learning in the science museum, the participants freely expressed their observation of their own languages and all observations and dialogue were recorded. The results are listed below. The cognitive aspect, especially question and response activity without their personal opinion, was the most frequently used item. Among the affective aspects, item for 'recommendation' was often used. In accordance to observation type, most participants overall observed single object independently of time. Also, participants mostly observed objects visually using qualitative method without manipulation. Therefore verbal interaction through question might have a positive effect on frequency and diversity of observation. Project learning, such as particular exhibition hall, exploratory time of concentration by students, or study paper will be capable of creating a effective observation learning in order to induce a variety of observation of science gifted students in the experiential learning through the science museum.

  • 패턴 인식의 성능 향상을 위해 효율적인 특징 선택을 해주는 것은 중요한 과정 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 최근에 제시되었던 특징 선택 방법들 중 대표적인 4 가지의 방법을 선택하여 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 데이터의 특징을 줄여주는 기능과 적은 수의 특징으로 더 좋은 패턴 인식 성능을 보여주는 기능의 수행 능력을 중심으로 평가하였으며, 각기 다른 형태의 데이터에 대해 각 방법들이 보이는 성능도 관찰하였다. 이를 토대로 각 방법의 장단점과 특징에 대해 생각해 본다.

The observation experience of nursing students toward delivery (간호학생의 분만관찰 경험 : Q 방법론을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify subjective structure of observation experience toward delivery on nursing students. A Q-methodological approach that gives information about the way of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. Q population was performed for analyzing through interview and literature review. From this, ultimately, a final Q sample of 35 statements was obtained. The P sample sorted the Q sample for observation experience toward delivery. The collected data was analyzing using PC QUANL program, which revealed three distinctive types of delivery experience about nursing students. Type 1 is a sympathy towards delivery woman, type 2 is a requirement of care. And type 3 is a future of analogical inference of delivery type. In conclusion, it is needed not only to give high quality of nursing service but also to have a right job value based on proper understanding of patient. Also, it is recommended about education of nursing students for making right view of value based on the three types of delivery experience.

  • This study is a qualitative study in which nursing students analyzed the contents of nursing skills recorded on a structured video observation record sheet while observing a colleague team's real-time video of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease scenario implementation during simulation practice. As a result of the analysis using the content analysis method, categories and topics of effective and ineffective aspects were derived in the areas of observation record: accuracy of procedures, adherence to aseptic technique, consideration of safety and safety, explanation and education, and purpose explanation and method education. This study is meaningful in that it presents factors that can increase the efficiency of nursing education through simulation-based practice.

  • 진화 하드웨어(Evolvable Hardware)는 환경 적응력이 강하고 최적의 상태를 유연하게 유지하는 하드웨어 설계 기법이나 회로가 복잡해질수록 진화가 어려워지는 문제로 인해 활용이 늦어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 많은 연구 중 회로 진화 과정 분석을 위한 방법으로 개미집단 시스템을 제안한다. 경로 최적화 알고리즘인 개미집단 시스템을 적절히 변형하여 진화 하드웨어에 적용시키는 방법을 제안하고 이를 실험으로 확인하였으며, 실험 결과 하드웨어의 진화 과정을 관찰할 수 있었고, 목표 하드웨어의 해공간 특성이 페로몬으로 분포하고 있음도 관찰할 수 있었다.

Clinical data analysis in retrospective study through equality adjustment between groups (후향적연구의 집단 간 동등성확보를 통한 임상자료분석)

  • There are two types of clinical research to figure out risk factor for disease using collected data. One is prospective study to approach the subjects from the present time and the other is retrospective study to find the risk factor using the subject's information in the past. Both approached and study design are different but the purpose of the two studies is to identify a significant difference between two groups and to find out what the variables to influence groups. Especially when comparing the two groups in clinical research, we have to look at the difference between the impact clinical variables by group while controlling the influence of the baseline characteristics variables such as age and sex. However, in the retrospective study, the difference of baseline characteristic variables can occur more frequently because the past records did not randomly assign subjects into two groups. In clinical data analysis use covariates to solve this problem. Typically, the analysis method using the analysis of covariance of variance, adjusted model, and propensity score matching method. This study is introduce the way of equality adjustment between groups data analysis using covariates in retrospective clinical studies and apply it to the recurrence of gastric cancer data.

ELA Poly-Si과 SLS Poly-Si에서 Boron Activation에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 Poly-Si에 이온 주입된 Boron의 Activation 거동을 연구하고자 SLS (Sequential Lateral Solidification) Poly-Si과 ELA (Excimer Laser Annealing) Poly-Si의 활성화 거동을 비교 분석하였다. SLS 및 ELA 결정화 방법으로 제조된 Poly-Si을 모재로 비 질량 분리 방식의 ISD (Ion Shower Doping) System을 사용하여 2.5~7.0 kV까지 이온주입 하였다. 이온주입 후 두 가지의 열처리 방법, 즉, FA 열처리(Furnace Annealing)와 RTA 열처리(Rapid Thermal Annealing)를 사용하여 도펀트 활성화 열처리를 수행하고 이온주입 조건 및 활성화 열처리 방법에 따른 결함 회복 및 도펀트 활성화 거동의 변화를 관찰하였다. TRIM-code Simulation 결과 가속 이온 에너지와 조사량이 증가 할수록 이온주입 시 발생하는 결함의 양이 증가하는 것을 정량적으로 계산하였다. 실험 결과 결함의 양이 증가 할수록 Activation이 잘되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. SLS Poly-Si에 비하여 ELA Poly-Si의 경우 도펀트 활성화 열처리 후 활성화 효율이 높게 나타났다. 본 결과는 Grain Boundary의 역할과 밀접한 관계가 있으며 간단한 정성적인 Model을 제시하였다. 활성화 효율의 경우 RTA 열처리 시편이 FA 시편에 비하여 높은 것이 관찰되었다. 본 결과는 열처리 온도 및 시간에 따라 변화하는 Boron의 특이한 활성화 거동인 Reverse Annealing 효과에 기인하는 것으로 규명되었다.
